the burger was cold and the chips too, was disappointed

Food was cold when it arrived. Noticed it was just taken from the back seat and not from a heated bag. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing.

cappuccino was more like a flat white Luke warm, meal was just about warm, crusty bap with small amount of bap missing

Items missing, this is second time

Took almost an hour when delivery time first showed 15-25mins. Food was cold. Onions and lettuce not fresh, they were dry.

The order was completely wrong, they sent a mccrispy instead of a bbq ranch burger, they missed out 2 large fries and 20 chicken nuggets and sent a side salad instead. Paid £30 for a side salad a wrap and the wrong burger, hungover and fuming

Good wasn't that quick to arrive considering number of staff working and number of customers. When did was served, cooked chips and warm burger was ok to eat, but not great.

Ridiculous long wait on drive thru of around 15 to 20 mins. Guys on both window 1 and window 2 barely acknowledged me. Window 1 thrust card machine out window, no please, thank you or eye contact! Window 2, thrust bag out window and walked off, not a word or eye contact. On the bright side the food wasn't bad, but waiting that long should have been fresh. One burger was fresh, the other well over the 10 minute holding time. Fries were cold within minutes!

My burger was not put together properly. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper and the rest of the burger looks like it was fanned out. My orders are arriving in this condition more and more frequently. Food wouldn't be given to an in store customer in this state but deliveries don't seem to get the same consideration.

I rarely have McDonalds and after my experience 2 days ago at this store I probably won't again! We ordered food to eat in .. It was a bit of a wait but when we got or order The burger and chips were cold and even the coffee was barely warm. It was also freezing inside whilst eating in.This was followed by an upset tummy the next day. The one extra star was for the helpful assistant at the door when the order receipt got stuck in the machine. He was the only positive thing of the whole experience.

Constantly changing delivery times from 8:30 latest to not being delivered til 9:15. Somehow ice cold after a mile journey at most. Even the hot chocolate is cold. Only offered a 4.90£ account credit. So done with McDonald’s

Everything was cold and I only got 5 chicken nuggets. You have only given me just over £3.00 refund but I think I SHOULD HAVE A FULL REFUND AS EVERYTHING WAS COLD, & ONLY 5 CHICKEN MCNUGGETS. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS AS ALL WAS COLD.

I had the best time here. As a Londener, I'm used to the usual chaos of McDonalds, but this place had a lovely vibe. I ordered a fillet o' fish, and it came with not one, but two fish patties! Fancy my luck

4 out of 4 orders prepared incorrectly in a row. 2 from delivery via the app and another 2 from the drive through. Sick to death of missing items. Won’t be using again in the future. McDonald’s/ubereats only issue partial refunds, then you’re subject to further charges for delivery and service fees to get what you ordered in the first place.

Drive through is so slow. Quicker to order inside.

First order they cancelled after us waiting over an hour. I ordered again as had under kids waiting for their tea. 2nd order did arrive but was also an hours wait by this time we had cooked our children dinner due to having school the following day so most went of the food ended up in the bin

Unfortunately I accidentally had it sent to the wrong address, my mums at 1 Kittiwake watermead instead of my home 33 pippin road. The driver called me & I explained & hoped I could pay the extra for him to deliver but he just hung up on me. He actually left the order with 2 Kittiwake instead of 1 where I had sent it which would have at least ended up with my mum. I appreciate the initial error was mine but did feel the driver could have been a little more helpful. I ended up reordering.

driver was lovely. restaurant didn't cover the hot drink so that went everywhere, this wasn't the drivers fault but the restaurant should have covered the drink better!

the delivery rider delivered the wrong food so I corrected him but the drinks he gave me (the wrong order) were spilt causing the bag to be damaged what he proceeded to say it was my fault and said I done that when he was riding a bike! Food was cold and the order was wrong still, when he put the wrong drinks in the bag he tilted them what would cause them to spill again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel sorry for the next customer who will have cold food and half a drink. CARS ONLY NO BIKES!!!!!!

Love my experience in McDonald’s, it’s walking distance and I always go with family for breakfast or lunch !! Enough parking space and good service!!

Delivery time was great , food slightly cold but air fryers sort that out, however I Ordered a large mango smoothie and only got medium.

There is something wrong or missing every time. And I’m not exaggerating. Every single time!! It’s so frustrating, why is it so difficult to process an order correctly???

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal via the app - no burger delivered, just the drink and fries. Called the customer services for Uber/McDonalds app to ask for a refund - received £2.82 as a refund... Very fast talking Indians on the phone with a thick accent, the faster they speak the thicker it gets making it near on impossible to understand what they are saying. The woman who delivered my food had a small bag (which she put back in the backseat of the car) along with the 2 larger bags she delivered. Makes me wonder whether that was my burger and she nicked it. Forgotten/Stolen items are very regular now.
