McDonald's in Aylesbury Vale

In that branch uncle is doing mopping is very rude to people he is shouting on me

Normally a very good mcdonalds branch however today i ordered a caramel frappe at the drive through which the employee said “we’re not doing them” so i checked on the app where it will say if somethings actually unavailable or not which unsurprisingly it was available so i went in and ordered on the screen instead and magically i got the caramel frappe so i don’t appreciate employees lying about stock just because they can’t be bothered to do their job.

Just ordered a hot chocolate. Was ready by time I reached the counter from a nearby ordering machine. Sadly the chocolate wasn't that hot.

I felt the need to finally leave a review as this particular drive through makes so many order errors, esp over the last few years. Ordered an egg and cheese mcmuffin and hash brown only to find it was replaced with a sausage muffin without the sausage. Then found the hash brown missing too. It's pretty awkward having to get out of your car and lean your head in through the window to flat down kitchen staff to complain.

Despite having a full postcode the driver was unable to locate us and spent 9 minutes on the phone to us.

Went specifically for the new minecraft toys. Only to not be given them. When asked we rudely told we didn't order the minecraft meals as it doesn't say on the receipt - but it is definitely what we asked for and is marked as such on the boxes. Got made to feel like a problem doing something nice for the kids. And the chips were upside down. 🤔

Always fast service Food is what you would expect from a maccys

NOTE: Not the actual delivery but the time it took to start preparing my meal. It went from 25 minutes to 58 minutes and then kept jumping back to 50-something. It was over one and a half hours before my order was collected.

My order was late and was missing some items - the selects, the sauces, and rhe special item that's supposed to come with the meal. Called the restaurant but no one answered. Really not happy at all

My delivery turned up with food missing. Tried the restaurant number several times. No answer! Would be great if I could actually speak to someone to resolve the issue.

delivery guy was awful. no customer service skills and I had to remind him not to leave my food in the floor outside my driveway!

The issue wasn't how low, but the attitude of the driver. It showed on the map he was nearby, but was on the wrong street. I had my phone out ready to receive any calls from the driver to help with directions—no calls. As soon as the driver arrived, he was rude with attitude. The first thing he said to me was in a rude tone "I was trying to call you, you weren't picking up the phone. I kept calling you." I showed the driver my phone call history, no calls. He repeated what he said again rudely.

Ordered at 17:46, arrived at 19:06. Much longer than normal. The apple pie label stated it should have been discarded by 17:46 as it was made at 16:16 but they sent it anyway. Not a good idea to put customers at risk.

We're clearly prioritising take away orders as a number of customers came and went while we were waiting. Food was as expected for McDonald's

Absolutely appalling service I got cold food and spilt drinks all over my doorstep to be told he’d be back with fresh ones I try and report this on the app and the function doesn’t work but I can’t seem to logon in the web browser to sort it out your customer service is shocking all I want is a refund for my order

Watch out for your couriers tried telling me he only had half my order telling me I’m gonna have to press get help on my phone saying they haven’t given him full order problem was when he put phone light on I could see code on bag he had it and told me he didn’t it’s only when I kicked up a fuss he pretended he didn’t see IT WAS BIGGEST BAG HE HAD so if your getting large reports of only half orders being delivered it’s bcoz the couriers are trying to be sly and presume are keeping for themselve

After 4.5 hours in A&E attending to my son’s broken toe I was very hungry. Desperate times, desperate measures and all that. Food was alright but not exceptional. Service was mediocre.

Had a breakfast meal deal. Came out pretty quick ( table service) wrong drink came out , hot chocolate instead of coffee 🙄. Sausage & egg muffin wasn’t very warm , took it back got a replacement and that was colder 🤷 give up Surprised people return . RUBBISH

Couldn’t find my address(not a hard place to find) so my food was cold. Although very apologetic deliver time kept changing.

Took almost an hour when delivery time first showed 15-25mins. Food was cold. Onions and lettuce not fresh, they were dry.

The order was completely wrong, they sent a mccrispy instead of a bbq ranch burger, they missed out 2 large fries and 20 chicken nuggets and sent a side salad instead. Paid £30 for a side salad a wrap and the wrong burger, hungover and fuming
