McDonald's in Cardiff

I had a delightful experience in this McDonald’s. The woman with the blonde hair and tattoos (the manager) was absolutely incredible. She was a joy to be served by. 10/10 she replaced my burger because it came with ketchup and it was sensational.

The convenience of 24/7 access is definitely a plus. A clean environment always makes for a more enjoyable dining experience. Friendly staff can truly elevate a meal. Fast service is always appreciated, especially when hunger strikes 😁

Foods usually edible but staff seem under the impression that onions don’t belong on burgers and that those who ask for extra are taking from their wages. GIMME MY ONIONS!!!

Milkshake was full of air bubbles. Do not buy a milkshake from this restaurant as they are horrible.

Food was cold. Restaurant is less than 10 minutes down the road yet had to wait an hour for food to arrive. Cheeseburgers had NO cheese in them, barely any sauce or onions so was dry. Entire drink spilt before being delivered. Poor quality food.

the courier told me he was waiting a long time to pick up my food, so when it got to me it was stone cold and my mcflurry had melted. This is the last time I will order McDonalds from anywhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

In Olde Grange Towne, Cardiffe. This is just an ordinary trading estate Scottish Restaurant without a proper counter as it all happens in the back hidden from sight. Really, the counter just serves to hand out the food orders as it doesn't have the drinks and ice-cream machines or tempting pictures behind, just a plain yellow wall. I ordered from the touch screen and my coffee and cheeseburger appeared very quickly on the counter. Great service but not much fun. Nice staff. An OK visit.

My favourite go to for a quick hunger buster is a Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap, but why oh why do they always have a big mouthful of chilli sauce right at the bottom on the very last bite!!! This so spoils what is a great snack. Surely when adding the sauce isn't it common sense that it should be spread the entire length of the wrap? This is not just a one off, it happens more often than not.

Pretty impressed, busy as it gets and the food appeared really fast while being clean and tidy.

1pm Saturday. No burgers lol. They forgot one of the two items and both cold, table dirty, lack of room to move about, horrible plastic seats as normal. One kid was crying the entire time. Have to walk through the drive through cars with no crossing?? Bad design for anyone walking in.

Mcdonalds cardiff bay is not too bad. Staff are helpful especially Carl who served me. Very professional and polite. 10 stars is not enough to rate Carl. Thanks for a brilliant service.

My order arrived 1.5hrs late. I had nothing I ordered apart from 2 side salads after spending over £20 on burgers and fries etc.. very frustrating. They have advised me to get a full refund

It's mcdonalds, food is as expected but the pleasant surprise, they don't get my orders wrong, every mcdonalds I have been to for months, always gets something wrong. Never had an issue here. Staff must take that extra few seconds to ensure it's all there. Every other McDonalds I have had double big mac where there isn't the 4 burgers, just the usual big mac at double big mac price. Never thought I would need to say it, but just getting the order right almost makes it 5 star review nowadays.

Delivered a drink with no food absolute joke!

Surprisingly quiet for the time of day (1.30pm on a Friday). Restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was hot (which isn't always the case with some outlets). The Staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful.

arrival time was 17:53 in fact still showing delivered at 17:53, i followed the map and driver showed as being in the comlex aroung 17:48 so i went downstairs to the car park. At 18:09 i got a phone call saying he was downstairs, he had called from

Ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter, they put a spicy chicken in it at first, they then changed it and put a mccrispy in it, when I said it was wrong the girl arguing with me that was right in front of busy store, in the end she then went to put it right.

It’s my local McDonald’s but as with all of them you always have to check your drive through order when they give it to you or you risk getting home with items missing. They’ve got better recently but still happens now and again.

The food isn't warm when you get it from here. There's been many occasion recently when there's been things missing from the bag when we go through the drive through. It's disappointing when the milkshakes are always out of order too. I'd recommend driving the extra mile and going to Cwm du or even st clears if you have the ability to!!

ordered and it said it was on the way, looked on the map as the driver went to popeyes by the look of the map and waited for another persons meal as mine is stone cold, I have screenshots of the GPS of them waiting in popeyes or going to the gym but either way my food stone cold and the drink was spilt in the bag also

Poor customer service. Ordered food on Drive thru today afternoon, went home to check I had the wrong Burger. Went back to return the burger, crew person didn’t apologise, didn’t even offer to ask if my already ordered food was cold, and was no willingness to replace the food order, Gave me the correct burger this time, but fries were stone cold. Very poor customer service, no eye contact, felt like the burger was just thrown at my face. Crew are a lot better than this. Felt disappointing.

1st time I came I waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. 2nd time I thought I’d go through the drive through as it would be quicker. Got told to park in a parking bay. Sat there waiting for two burgers for 10 minutes while I see other cars pulling out from the drive through with multiple bags of food. When it eventually came, they were mildly warm.

absolutely shocking. called before I made the order as the app would not show reductions. spoke to the manager at cardiff bay store and she assured me, as I was literally processing the order, that there would be no sauce or salad on the burgers but there was when they arrived. I then called and spoke to the manager who took no ownership or responsibility and it was her mistake. I asked to speak to a manager above her and proceeded to chase it up for the next few days with still no callback.

Over 30mi wait for food. Last week for was quicker but the place was filthy. This one has gone right down hill lately
