drink was leaking, food cold, soggy. After taking over an hour to arrive. NOT IMPRESSED

Says delivered but never arrived

food was freezing cold on arrival and had to throw away and order elsewhere

It’s not the delivery time it’s the fact that whenever I order food the driver can never seem to find my driveway meaning that I pay this extra money for delivery but I have to leave my house and pick it up

Absolutely terrible service. I received the wrong burger and informed the staff immediately. They ignored it for 10 minutes with no response or update. When I followed up, they acted like nothing ever happened and just handed me the burger without a single apology or explanation. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, no accountability, no urgency, and clearly no interest in basic customer satisfaction.

Mc Donald’s packed the drinks and not the food . We were left with our food missing for 4 people

Really gone down hill the last year to the point I wonder why I keep trying to see if they've improved. Definitely something wrong with their drinks machine as they always taste off. I now drive the extra 10-15 mins to Leckwith or Barry as they have better quality food.

Ordered only two items and one was missing. Claimed refund for missing item, but where's the option to claim back delivery too or have that missing item delivered for free? Basically paid more for delivery than the cost of the one item that did arrive and still hungry.

Sweet chilli wrap always with very tiny portions of sweet chilli sauces. It would be better if they could add more to it.

Ordered from McDonald’s. Really poor portion of chips and cold.

Falsely advertised as 24 hours, it shuts around 2AM - the photo I took shows me pressing my hand up against the automatic door around 3:29 and it’s not open.

it was nice but there's always something missing. usually straws or Balsamic vinegar. This time it was 2 red sauces which my daughter will only eat her meal with McDonald's red sauces..So would've given full stars he red sauces were there

this is not the first time you have really annoyed me. My daughter n bf came over and I wanted to treat them. My daughter wanted a big Mac meal and my other daughter a chicken selects meal. There was no big Mac and no fries with the chicken selects meal and yet again no straws. I'm fuming. Luckily we had the free chicken nuggets so she didn't starve but it just ruined. And as for my other daughter we had to share the other 2 people's chips with her. had enough of such poor service. A ruined day

we orderd the minecraft meal so paid extra and got the norman big mav meal if your going to avertise a minecraft figure with ht e meal and charge extra at least have to common decancy to give me what i paid for

Standard McDonalds fare but not great sometimes. On more than a few occasions I've had items missing from drive thru orders but that's almost always rectified by the Front of House staff who are happy to help. The staff here are, with a few exceptions, top tier McDonald's staff. Usually pretty busy inside and as you can imagine, not always the cleanest when groups are jumping onto tables that have only been empty for a few seconds.

Delivery driver was great. Unfortunately no dips or the single cheeseburger was included in the bags.

Only late by about 10 mins but it was freezing cold,it's usually cold n we heat it n the burgers were very squashed this time. main issue was I use Uber but lately been using J eat cus I wanted the free chicken selects, the option wasn't coming up.kept trying to redoit wouldn't pop up n i ordered£30 worth.so I left a note on delivery notes and I was so exited for them to come with garlic dip. But they never came n neither did the balsamicdressing come with salad. so I was very disappointed

I wanted no onions on my burger as allergic and still I find onions in my food well done guys you trying to put your customers in hospital

Mobile phone signal is awful to non existing in the Bay. McDonald's here is the same as everywhere, sometimes you get exactly what you ordered & sometimes it's hot, if you're lucky!

Security could've done with some help when a bunch of rowdy boys came in play up

Dine-in has been changed only after 6:00 AM for over a month now.

when our food come one of our large drinks had tipped in the bag all over one of our mc flurrys so were sord one drink and one ice cram

chips are always cold but everything else was spot on, apart from drinks spilt all over the serviettes, straws and dips

The delivery took so long to get here the food was cold all the chips, burgers, the cheese was no longer melted in the mozzarella dippers and the icecream was basically a puddle all over the bag. None of it was anything we could eat

It’s just terrible here. So slow, terrible quality checking. Receipts are NEVER available at the self serve screens. Just avoid if you can.

Absolute shocking all drinks spilt n everywhere wrong and missing food

A nice place to go. But the space is limited and it is hard to find a parking spot and to have a nice meal inside.

Waited for over half hour for food in waiting bay after going through drive through. Had to go in to find out we were forgotten about. When food was finally brought out food was cold definitely will be going to Burger King from now on when down the bay

We have a bad experience today. we did not get the order we ordered it was really bad even to exchange the order. we couldn't get any staff to exchange it.

Absolutely disgusting. Went today & Ordered 9 nuggets with my meal, ate one and it was cold, felt the others and they were cold, asked for fresh ones and a staff member came out and gave me a box and said "here's your fresh ones" They were 100% dipped into the fryer because I got 8 back that were covered in grease and tasted like rubber. Confronted the manager who promised they weren't recooked. Definitely were. Absolutely vile

Some of the each drink was spilled I already knew that would happen so I ordered another small to sort out the usual mistake I can tell it’s a accident in the car but before when I ordered someone riding a bike came and there was absolutely no drink

Walked in 15 mins before closing and got told they cant change dress a burger as a mac. Never been refused that option until i had to use this place. Havent used them in years and then this is the service u get when u request the food to be the way u want it. Buther king and kfc from now on.

My order was fresh, hot and all items were there. Even the extra condiments I asked for. Literally blew my mind.

Ordered from drive through, order was wrong got chicken instead of a cheese bites and Burgers were freezing cold. Avoid at all costs a complete waste of money.

I'm highly disappointed with the recent purchase with this store. In my last order I ordered for galaxy hot chocolate but got plain hot chocolate where I contacted store no one picked up the call.The previous order is a mc spicy with extra cheese where there was no cheese when I asked for it they simply replace it without any empathy. The service is getting worse on recent days.

It's a McDonald's, you get what you pay for. This one is a little slower than expected.

My Dad and I decided to have a McDonalds breakfast, once arrived we ordered our food but we specifically asked for 2 plain sausage without any cheese ( we had made this very clear ) we had got our food and my dad had noticed there was cheese on the sausage. My dad asked the lady nicely if we could change this and luckily she did. We were about to leave until my dad opened his food as you can see from the photo below. It did NOT look good, and they forgot to add the sausage, with all these cases my dad had no choice but to complain. The lady could not comprehend with him and in the end she left and never came back. Please make sure your food is able to eat without getting yourself covered in brown sauce, thanks. -skyla

Missing an entire Chicken Mayo and All the Sauces, I paid £1.40 for sauces, none arrived.

No mcChicken Sandwich, one very disappointed child. It wasn’t a huge order, but they still couldn’t get it right.

It's McDonald's, ain't it. There all the same, cheap, overpriced food. Hate it , but I still go. More fool us

The environment is good, the service is awesome and fast, the meal is fantastic.

I understand it’s busy & they’re rushing but orders are wrong quite often from this place & usually look a mess.

Chips cold, burger wasn't hot and lettuce all out of it. No rich tomato dip to go with cheese bites...sweet and sour
