McDonald's in Great Yarmouth

I can’t believe I’m writing this I complained we were missing a burger so they replaced the whole food order. To get home and they have forgotten the burger again that was the original complaint absolutely useless. It’s really not hard to read a menu ticket when it its Itemised.

Avoid, you might end up with a parking ticket! Received a parking ticket for parking in the car park, paid cash so no prove I used McDonalds so third park company said I shouldn’t of parked within McDonald’s

The staff are always very nice and polite but are mostly rushed off the’re feet, as the place is drastically understaffed, it can take as long as 12 minutes to ‘grab’ a coffee in the morning !!! PLEASE STAFF THE RESTAURANT ADEQUATELY, or don’t open !!!! Again, had to wait eleven minutes for a drive through coffee !!! PLEASE USE THE BAYS FOR PEOPLE WAITING FOR ORDERS NOT THE QUEUE!!!!!! Thought I’d grab a coffee on the way to work…..ha! ha!….some chance, nine cars queuing at the drive through, Ronald would not be happy….THATS NOT HOW DRIVE THRU’s are supposed to work, it’s meant to be quick !!!!

Why can't you get Mayo ! If I spend £10 on a meal I should be able to get Mayo for my burger . Awful When I asked what drinks were available, I was told "too many to even tell you " ehhh excuses me ! Terrible service below average food even for McDs

The lady who greeted me was excellent and caring. Made me feel very welcome.

Ordered food for the family off of just eat! Accepted and took my money very quickly! It took McDonald’s 40 minutes to prepare my order! I called McDonald’s half a dozen times to query what the problem was but I never got an answer! When our food finally arrived it was ALL WRONG and some items missing! The food was all squashed and not in proportion all the burgers were out of place! When they finally sent the Just eat courier out she went the wrong way. It took her 30 mins to deliver our food and I only live 10 minutes away from this particular McDonald’s! I know I could have gone to order it myself and pick it up but when you have the luxury of just eat why not take advantage! I will not be ordering or eating at this McDonald’s again! And I don’t recommend ordering from just eat because of anything goes wrong you definitely won’t get an answer from McDonald’s!

Amazing atmosphere all the staff seems friendly but didn’t talk to them but when I ordered my free porridge they forgot my syrup so I went up to the counter and a kind girl said sorry and gave me two so it made me happy definitely recommend this over the one in the Great Yarmouth centre

Had a poorly belly after a visit to this particular branch, now obviously I can't ay 100% it's their fault but shall think twice before returning.

A place that makes millions every year still can't get orders right yet seems to justify increasing prices all the time. If I order through just eat they get the order wrong! If I drive to the store they get the order wrong. The food is always cold and yet prices go up! Get your orders correct and keep your food warmer!

Visited this evening with an all order checked in to use drive thru . Sat a speaker post for 10 minutes no response so drove round to first window . A member of staff then totally ignored me only to avert her gaze and look at a monitor screen . I moved on to 2 window to again be ignored but this time by three staff . I cancelled app order and left and never to return to this shambles of a location . Absolutely appalling customer service !!!

Staff absolutely take the Mickey... you go in when it's open and they can't be bothered to set up the restaurant properly.. they sit in the office and ignore you... went in at 930pm and the dining area is closed as they have already cleaned up.. remember they close at 11pm

Really quick service will welcoming staff. Clean and spacious. Happily retains the traditional McDonald's restaurant. Unlike the recent refurbishments - ugly and unfriendly layouts geared around the 'Deliveroo culture'.

Standard, run of the mill McDonalds. Delivered in a sealed bag but could have been hotter.

It is normally quick when serving there customers but they were rather slow today when it was not busy but overall lovely food

What a complete mess up used the drive thru put in a simple order got stuff I didn't order and the items I did want ie plain cheese burger I got one with relish in ordered 1 coke and got three no happy at all there seems to be a serious listening problem and needs sorting

Sometimes waiting for the food is a bit of a nightmare

McDonald's as you'd expect and as it should be. I've never had any problems here - food is always hot, staff are friendly and restaurant is always clean and tidy.

A great experience here. Good food and good service. Great family atmosphere. Cleaning procedures in place. Lovely.

Google, stop requesting me to review McDonald's. It's like trying to review one packet of Mcvities digestive biscuits against another packet of Mcvities digestive biscuits. They're all the same and that's why everyone uses the establishments.

Rude staff and had to be parked up from the drive threw and wait 10 mins just for a simple cheeseburger.

Ordered 3 meals, 1 happy meal, 20 nuggets. Looked in the bag to make sure everything was there, seen the boxes and assumed everything was there, go home to find there was no chips at all. One of the meals was wrong and no toy in the happy meal. Tried to call to see if there was anything I could do without driving all the way back first! Tried calling 17 times before giving up seeing as no one wanted to answer, kids ended up eating cold burgers and no chips 🙄 make sure you always double check your orders unless you fancy a drive all the way back again!!

Poor product training in place, so many times you order chicken selects and pick your dip that they advertise with the product. Only to get the normal bbq little dips instead of the large advertised ones, very poor management to allow simple things like this to continually happen.

It's been a long time since I've had a McDonald's which was this well presented and tasted so good too!

This place is getting too busy due to take away app orders, I waited 15 minutes for 2 McFlurry’s and 6 chicken nuggets. They seem to concentrate on drive through customers

Seems to be that young people, while nothing wrong with them being outside in today's day and age, hang around and stay here while not buying anything just to take room up. I tend to go between 9 and 10 in the evening when it's quiet

Fast food there living a dream, but with 99p offers on it worth the 15 to 20 min wait.

So ridiculously busy. Ordered before collection and still took almost 30 mins to get order. Was hot though.

This Mc D is useless, 2 hours waiting for a uber eats delivery via the mc d app. had like 10 delivery drivers cancel the order because they cant figure out how to make a burger and hand it to them. we had food here they had a staff member saying they had fever and coughing all over the place．not really want to want to see and hear when you go out for a bite to eat．

Gapton Hall McDonald's was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was lovely and clean. We were served very quickly with no wait. There was a wheelchair accessible entrance and disabled toilets.

Slow, unhelpful staff, two off which stood around talking to there friends for the entire time I ate and the topic of choose was not very child friendly, food was cold when it arrived

I wouldn’t advise anyone ordering a delivery from here as they have messed up my order many times. The staff don’t really care they just throw anything in a the bag

Slow grumpy staff took ages to get any food and was only about six people in the place

Brought food to take home . Missing 1 hamburger, 1 triple cheese burger and the large portion of chips were appalling , def were small . Asked them to remake me a coffee as they made it and waited in line for 6 minutes , 2 cold coffee later I wasn’t about to take them . The result of the toffe lattes ? They put no cream and no toffee , clearly out of spite . . I wish I could give them a -2 stars.

I love McDonalds. Especially a cheeseburger. But breakfast I had was just as yummy.

Staff friendly but stood around chatting a lot

Food ordered via Just Eat App. Came in good time. Fries not hot.Biggest gripe they quite often forget to pack any of the sauces you request, as they did last night. I buy my chicken nuggets wanting sweet and sour sauce with them, not just dry on their own.PLEASE PACK THE SAUCE!

I love MC Donald's, I'm addicted and I'll keep coming back regardless since it's my closest MC Donald's but damn .. if you're fussy like me and want to customise your meals every time, you may as well roll a D20 and if you roll a 15+ you might get what you ask for!

Food was a typical McDonalds, along with a typical McDonalds atmosphere. Service was ok but nothing special.

Nice atmosphere. Busy place but 2 lovely smiley ladies of a certain age were keeping the floors dry and waiting staff could not have been more helpful. I felt like they were all smiley theme park staff.

There was a runner called eloise who was really friendly and super helpful. Amazing customer service 🤩

New double Big Mac with bacon was great. Place today and staff polite. Particularly Eliza who was very professional and helpful.

Delivery driver parked in carpark to collect order was given a 100 fine because my order got canceled spoke to manager he's response was you didn't open your car door so you will have to pat the fine appealed fine and was unsuccessful beware your mcdonalds will cost more than expected better off using the one in town rather than get a fine

The food was very hot, it made a nice change as the other ones are normally warm. I had the wrap of the day it was the new spicy chicken wrap. It was very hot, nearly burnt my tongue. I was glad I had a milkshake. I would definitely have again.

A nice restaurant to eat in. Ordered using the screens. We had a few customised items and everything was made accordingly - no mistakes. Plenty of activity sheets and crayons for the children. Restaurant and toilets were clean. Parking not great; very small car park. But plenty of space in the adjoining retail park.

Just another mc Donalds. But I believe this is one of the worst car parks. Hard to get into as cars trying to get out. Only one entry and exit. Far too small for the amount of customers.

Food is good and staff friendly. The only down side is when the uber & just eat drivers all park in there car pk and you can't at times. But larger car pk is next to it so only 1 min walk

Drive thru for the third time in a row told to park up, a few simple burgers and fries and waiting 10 minutes is ridiculous 😡

I ordered a large meal at 1 am so not too busy…managed to miss out the large fries, salsa for the dippers and sauce for the nuggets. Thanks .

Mcdonald is a great place to get out of the wind very nice hahaha. The weird shaky thing I got was delishoush yum yum but really paper straws are the worst!!! I get it but.... Idk how I feel about it

Great meal - we sat down to eat to split up a long journey. We used table service and they messed up our order, but the employee replaced our order immediately. Great service

Do not order a delivery from this place. They get the orders wrong every time. The staff obviously do not care. Infuriating. You have to go through the company that you ordered through and that takes days to resolve while you don't have the food you paid for.

Hi, I ordered take away through Just Eat for £30, but did not get the food and when I contacted them, to query this, they were not helpful but were rude. I never received the food, a lady who took the phone first said that the food is still waiting for the driver but then she said not….Not consistent on response and she was not understanding the value of the call and the money customer spent. Very sad while speaking to the McDonald’s staff as the language they were using was not adequate. I will never use Just Eat again and try to avoid McDonald’s Gaptian hall, due to such a bad experience🙏

This used to be a great branch, but since they have started doing the deliveries it is a nightmare to get your food in under 20 minutes. Also all the delivery drivers are either in your way or sit and face where you are trying to eat. A little off-putting

Fast and efficient service, they brought the order while I was sat in my car. Everything was on point, all done to perfection.

Had chips from there today 31/12/22 and they were absolutely vile. Only had a few and brought them straight back up again because they were that bad

Rude staff, they take the order wrong and expect you to accept it. Eventually they say they’ll change the item whilst chatting to their colleague. Over herd being called a liar and received the same item back after being taken out of sight.

Chicken and bacon burger like cardboard!! And the fries tasted old !
