KFC Great Yarmouth - Regent Road in Great Yarmouth

While waiting for food the counter was blocked by 5 just eat drivers, who had no regards to anyone else trying to order or wait for their food. Their bags were just layed all over the floor which made the small waiting area crowded and it was also a health and safety issue. After collecting my food I took it to the car and a Gravy megabox was missing so I went back in and explained I ordered 3 and was only given 2. The rude woman who was preparing all the food into bags had the cheek to shout " I put 3 in there" I understand mistakes can happen but can you honestly remember how many you put in the bag ( it was so busy ) or are you calling me a liar? I do normally check my food before leaving but as the place was so chaotic I didn't!

DISGUSTING!!! 🤮 We alll had food poisoning. The toilets were vile and I mean vile. Excrement on the floor m, tissues and urine flooded the small toilet. Taps broken and constantly running. I didn't touch anything with my bare hands as yhe whole place was fully dirty. Begrudgingly ate there and ny 4am I was violently sick and so was my 7 year boys I have contacted the Head office as as a framchise business they have to abide by strict health and safety regulations and this has clearly been overlooked in all directions.

It's ok but one of the staff need sort bit of customer service I ask please can I have a diet coke as I couldn't or see that I can change on the screen but she said its Pepsi max no sugar i took it and drank but its not the point I ask for diet coke then I asked about the original wrap promotion meaning is it toasted as the original was not she said yes it is but obviously that's not her fault if its say original and is toasted but everything else was ok

Can't beat a faster delivery time than expected great food as usual from this KFC

the 14 prices and mini fillet is missing I have no number to call

i mean they forgot the fries for both meals ordered so...

put the order through at 17.30 but didnt get the order until 18.40. Fries have changed and slightly spicy not everyone likes spices on their food.

Ordered food at 11:58 and we didn’t get it until almost 1:30. The delivery times kept getting pushed back. If I known it would’ve took this long I wouldn’t have ordered it.

yesterday ordered boneless box meal, with corn on the cob, and coleslaw. order came in good time, but no chicken pop corn, no coleslaw, but beans, which I never ordered, and no corn on the cob. Today I tried to order what I ordered yesterday, but again the order wasn't what I ordered. no corn on the cob, and no coleslaw, and beans, which I never ordered, AND, there was hardly any beans in the pot, it was mostly juice. I've ordered food from the Great Yarmouth branch before,with no problems.

excellent original rice box with mash side. piping hot rice, chicken and mash. salad super fresh. I am shocked at how low the rating is because kfc shirts all over McDonald's and low grade pizza joints in Yarmouth.

Ordered about 5:45 and received it about 7:30 absolutely ridiculous couldn’t cancel the order or contact the restaurant shocking service considering the extra charges that go on top too…had been at work all day should’ve got mc ds

Just sitting in McDonald's next door (August 26th 2024 at 16.30) and an employee was sweeping the floor outside. I then saw him use said brush to sweep stuff off the table. Definitely won't be eating there if that's what their hygiene standards are like

When order was placed delivery time was 18:22, order was delivered at 19:19.

Very good store. I travel to go to this store and gorleston store from Lowestoft. Much better and better quality tasting food. Always smiling staff too 😜

Contacting just eat I’m not east/impossible on getting information on when you will receive your refund for previous orders. Not very professional.

Original recipe rice box, excellent

if you cannot tell the difference between "signature fries" and common chips.. delusional ^^. Delivery time and pot of curry sauce was top mark. no regrets for tips to delivery people. food < 1 star. first and last order.

2nd night same order, same awesome experience. Delicious original recipe rice box and a side of mash. 100 percent good quality. Well cooked chichen that's moist and crispy with a super fresh dressed salad. Mash is good.

Left a note to deliver to reception desk and driver was driving around the street for 15 minutes

everything I asked for was in the bag

only hash brown was nice, everything else is fatty, burgers falling apart, just impossible to hold it. Too spicy as well, I had to remove most of zinger burger sauce as it's really too spicy.

Absolutely peng meal today fam at KFC Great Yarmouth and no wonder why, because the owner of the Gorleston KFC has taken this one over! No more oily chicken and substandard food, just great fresh and hot KFC like the colonel ( god rest his visionary soul) would be proud of- exactly like the Gorleston site. 🙌🏾

Very dry untoasted buns with half a teaspoon at most os sauce. Chicken was over cooked so the crumb was very hard. Chips over salted. Would not reaturn

Popcorn chicken has no taste to it like eating cardboard. Burger was smothered with sauce and hard to hold as it was all over the bun aswell

Took an hour and a half and the driver drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction.

stated the driver was in restaurant for 20+mins then once left took another 20 mins and by then foods cold. probably sat waiting in for more orders to be ready to deliver at same time

A cold burger, and the delivery driver dropped my can of coke on the floor puncturing it. Had to rush it inside to actually be able to drink any of it before it all leaked out!

The food was hot but all the skin was soggy. This is the reason why we buy it! This has happened numerous time. Why put it in a bag that makes it sweat? I ordered 5 pieces and only got 4. Disappointed again!

Check your food if ordering a takeaway before you leave. This is the 3rd time we have ordered takeaway, only to get home and find something is missing from the order. £45 spent and missing a portion of chips this time! Last time was a burger and chips!! The time before, no gravy!!!

Ordered at 1245 with an estimate of 30 minutes. Food arrived at 1415 and luke warm. Driver went to Belton then Caister which doesn't make sense.

Order arrived 10mins after it said it was delivered as the delivery driver got lost so had to ring. To which the food was pretty much cold and had to heat it up

We came in today for some quick lunch and was served with a staff member that clearly didn't want to be there! we ordered our food without a word said to us and just pointed to the card reader, food came to us on our tray again without even a glance at us or a smile. Food was lovely though
