Chips were not cooked properly no rice no wings ..terrible.service for what I paid !!! Won't use again..need better staff!!!

delivery driver didn't bring food in food bag. Was holding in hands.

rice changed, not as good as the old recipe. salad very fresh and chicken was cooked to perfection. lost 1 star for no napkins, salt and a fork.

Item was not delivered despite acknowledgement of being delivered. Driver did not call client to come to the entrance if not allowed. I have to go to the restaurant to get the food. Driver did return to the shop to return the item.

Food turned up 25 minutes late for my daughter's 18th birthday party. half of it was missing, I had to ask the delivery driver 3 times for the missing food, she kept saying it was all there when it wasn't.

The fries were cold the drink was warm, chicken was on point tho 👍🏻

arrived 1 and a half late fully understand that the time is a guide however extremely late cold when it arrived absolutely appallingly service but they do not care as they have your money will be interesting to see if I get a response

Only received the drink that was ordered. Not any of the food.

So disappointed, 14 bucket ordered there were 10 legs in it, chicken was cold as well as the chips, most went in the bin it tasted like it had been sitting at the back since lunchtime. Chicken fillet burger meal ordered with 2 corns 1 large popcorn gravy and BBQ bites. Burger wasn't received the rest cold and one corn bruised. When I called they refused to send another burger, I can't go and pick up at the moment, but no other alternative was offered other than if you come down we will replace

I thought there was other herbs and spices not just loads of salt can't even eat it it's that bloody awful

Was very wary of my surroundings as an older person mad me very nervous the amount of loud individuals hanging around outside. Plus they got the order wrong did not go back due to the people outside.

Appeared as though the delivery driver stopped at McDonald's to pick up another order, then delivered that order before delivering our food.

Didn’t get the food I ordered I got given someone else’s

Missing a large proportion of my order, after waiting 45 minutes for delivery. KFC refused to replace food as they say the driver must have stolen the food. After paying £30 for two meals and not receiving our full order, I will not be ordering again.

everything was hot except for the chips , they were absolutely stone cold

Don't bother with KFC Great Yarmouth no customer service not interested in helping with delivery that is still not delivered. Told to contact head office as they are not interested!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking. Missing multiple items. After an 11 hour work day my meal wasn’t delivered. Always have issues with just eat and never seem to get any better but unfortunately they are the only delivery service that covers my home address but equally it’s the restaurant that hasn’t bagged the items. Fuming is an understatement and this is just poor customer service. In future I’ll just go and get my stuff. Pointless paying more to get less. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE.

We were missing all of the fillings out of the tower burger we ordered. Tower fillet burger with no fillings ?? Rest of food that came was cold.

an hour and a half late, not the fault of the driver at all but the fault of Just Eat and KFC.

Driver was very rude would not recommend KFC to anyone.

Chips were limp and cold. Chicken was extremely greasy and slimy. I ordered a fruit drink and got water. The chocolate cookie ordered was not in the order. it all went in the bin so an absolute waste of money. KFC are a disgrace.

Food was what was ordered, but unfortunately was cold when received. Driver said it was a long journey. Perhaps if KFC can't get the food to the location on time and hot, they should not deliver to that location.

Unfortunately the chicken was dry and not pleasant to eat probably been sitting there for awhile under the hot plate.As normally the chicken is excellent from here so I just put this down to a one off. But I’ll definitely order again I do believe the experience is better going into the restaurant as you get a better deal with the chicken as if it’s not good, you can take it straight back but like I said, I’ll put this down to one off.

While waiting for food the counter was blocked by 5 just eat drivers, who had no regards to anyone else trying to order or wait for their food. Their bags were just layed all over the floor which made the small waiting area crowded and it was also a health and safety issue. After collecting my food I took it to the car and a Gravy megabox was missing so I went back in and explained I ordered 3 and was only given 2. The rude woman who was preparing all the food into bags had the cheek to shout " I put 3 in there" I understand mistakes can happen but can you honestly remember how many you put in the bag ( it was so busy ) or are you calling me a liar? I do normally check my food before leaving but as the place was so chaotic I didn't!

DISGUSTING!!! 🤮 We alll had food poisoning. The toilets were vile and I mean vile. Excrement on the floor m, tissues and urine flooded the small toilet. Taps broken and constantly running. I didn't touch anything with my bare hands as yhe whole place was fully dirty. Begrudgingly ate there and ny 4am I was violently sick and so was my 7 year boys I have contacted the Head office as as a framchise business they have to abide by strict health and safety regulations and this has clearly been overlooked in all directions. I clicked on link you sent me and it does not work. I found a help page put the time and date of visit click continue and then it takes me back to main menu. Tried twice. Advise .

Hello I have ordered kfc and on the app it says delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me I have been waiting over an hour since it had been saying it has been delivered but I have not received my order I would like a full refund of if I will be complaining.

It's ok but one of the staff need sort bit of customer service I ask please can I have a diet coke as I couldn't or see that I can change on the screen but she said its Pepsi max no sugar i took it and drank but its not the point I ask for diet coke then I asked about the original wrap promotion meaning is it toasted as the original was not she said yes it is but obviously that's not her fault if its say original and is toasted but everything else was ok

All food was cold I stayed no mayo as highly Allergic and they put lots of mayo on the food I couldn’t eat it . And the other persons meal was so cold They couldn’t eat it , the gravy’s were cold also

i mean they forgot the fries for both meals ordered so...

put the order through at 17.30 but didnt get the order until 18.40. Fries have changed and slightly spicy not everyone likes spices on their food.

yesterday ordered boneless box meal, with corn on the cob, and coleslaw. order came in good time, but no chicken pop corn, no coleslaw, but beans, which I never ordered, and no corn on the cob. Today I tried to order what I ordered yesterday, but again the order wasn't what I ordered. no corn on the cob, and no coleslaw, and beans, which I never ordered, AND, there was hardly any beans in the pot, it was mostly juice. I've ordered food from the Great Yarmouth branch before,with no problems.

excellent original rice box with mash side. piping hot rice, chicken and mash. salad super fresh. I am shocked at how low the rating is because kfc shirts all over McDonald's and low grade pizza joints in Yarmouth.
