Wanted to order a shoe box that would feed 2 but ot longer sell it. Was advised to get to get a special mixed kebab but only came with one pitta bread. No red cabbage no red onion. No kofte meat as they no longer sell it. Definitely not worth £15 and was left hungry. Won't be ordering from here again which is a shame

I ordered pepperoni cheese pizza and chips started eating pizza I got a horrible taste in my mouth of lemon and cleaning products in.not ordered from there again

Ordered a large diner kebab bloody awful meat was so dry it was curling and in parts crispy. Chilli sauce was awful won't be going back

The Donnor kebab is okay but for a medium portion it might as well be a small this was £7 I wouldn’t be ordering a kebab from there anymore

Pizza was really tasty and they’re really nice chatty guys. Same week had a chicken kebab which was delicious.

Fresh, cooked to order. Great portion size, lots of good flavours. Happy friendly staff/chefs. Would recommend to fellow holiday makers traveling in and around the area Easy parking available outside the shop (30 mins).

I have edited my review that on some days would be 5 star but others only 2. Need to be more consistent with the food had great food a couple of weeks ago and really poor food last night.

Wow, amazing delivery time. Food hot and fresh , delivered exactly as ordered. The extra salad in container was crisp and fresh. AWESOME, with friendly delivery driver, well done 👏

We order from here, and nowhere else. The food is always amazing and delivered on time by friendly staff. The extra large special chicken kebab is something else. Couldn't recommend enough.

I had special chicken kebab and my husband had special lamb kebab for one they were just enough and really delicious will go there again.

Food was good but missing chips and onion rings for a total of £5. When we call the woman was rude when we asked for refund. Delivery man was nice and returned but with only £2. Will not be ordering from them again. Everyone should think twice about ordering from them. Shocked customer service.

Our order was all wrong, we had 3 things missing and when I rang to complain they were quite rude, the driver returned with a refund but it didn’t cover the cost at all. food was ok but I won’t be using them again.

Used to be good, would have one everytime I drove up from London but not good recently. Very very salty and little flavour.

Just ordered a chicken shish wrap and a BBQ chicken pizza. Get back to eat and find that instead of chicken it was a lamb shish wrap. We ring to tell them and get accused on the phone that we didn't say chicken, and get told to come collect the order. On arrival my partner was argued at by the owner accusing her of eating the original wrap! Because she didn't bring it back with her when she wasn't told too. She got told that they don't do chicken shish wrap it's just chicken wrap, I'm sorry when someone says chicken and wrap in their order it's obvious what their asking for!! She told him that her chips will now be cold and that the others will have finished their dinner and he didn't care, didn't even offer an apology. We've had trouble here with orders being wrong or wait times of way over an hour. Thought we'd give them another chance. Safe to say won't be giving them another chance, need lessons in customer service!!

Made an order using the app waited 1 hr and 40 mins for delivery of a chicken and shish and a shish and donner kebab both kebab and chips stone cold very poor quality meat and non of the ordered salad. Have always used Caister Kebab but this is the last time. Disgusting service and food.

I liked it food was ok but didn't know they only took cash so was asked to go cash machine not a problem but once i returned the had to give me 1pound 50p change... but they didn't know I worked abroad and know a fair bit of there language and didn't like the things they said cause they had to go to the shop next door for change was funny when I left and said good bye and have a nice night in their language there faces was priceless 🤣🤣

Pre-ordered took 2 hours on a week day. Ordered a vegetarian pizza which was cold, dry and tasteless . Kebab not too bad. Very disappointed don’t recommend. Not happy, cost over £20 for a rubbish meal.

Husband had a kebab all fine . I had chicken burger. Onion rings and coleslaw. Chicken burger dry . Onion rings horrible and thought it was home made coleslaw NO more like tesco cheep coleslaw

One star as the can of coke tasted as it should Food absolutely yuck Wouldn't give it to the seagulls I did complain but no refund was offered and no replacement Wouldn't wasted your money 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

We stopped in here to get some food in the evening on our way home from gt Yarmouth. The staff took my order politely and in a timely manor, however they didn't listen to my requests and just gave me what was the standard request. I had no salad on my kebab, but I asked for all of the salad. I found the prices fairly high compared to most other kebab shops in the area

I bought two kebabs from Caister Kebabs on Saturday evening 24/10. They were the worse kebabs we had every tasted. The meat was cold, dry and extremely chewy. We shall not be returning to this shop again.

Missed item in delivery. The man on the phone was extremely rude, implying I was lying. Repeatedly telling me to check the bag, which I had explained had been emptied. The food which was delivered, was extremely greasy. The tub was literally sitting in a pool of grease!

The chicken kebab was very rubbery tasted like rubber there was mushrooms onions and peppers in there that were overcooked

5 diners ordered all chips hard and cold when rang and said was offered a pizza we hadnt even ordered pizza. Very poor service wont use again

Shocking kebab today, the meat was crunchy. It was like eating crispy bacon, in fact it should be renamed caister bacon. Although I did have a great kebab here 6 month ago.

Wow used Caister Kebab and Pizza for the first time last night. Ordered an 8 piece chicken party bucket for delivery and it was fantastic. Freshly cooked with an awesome selection of chicken pieces. Chips were cooked to perfection. Delivery took a while but it was a busy Saturday night....well worth the wait. Well done !!

What diabolical service received from this place last night! Have used them for a while with no issues and food normally good but... Ordered food was told it would be half an hour, called them after an hour to chase to be told they had written phone number down incorrectly. They then sent out our order (original one) and when it arrived it was cold. No jalapeño in with the salad even though paid extra to have separate salad and specifically asked for jalapeño! So calked them up to be greeted by a very rude young lady who argued with me when I told her about the cold food told me nothing that she could do and hung up on me!! Tried to call back but phone picked up and hung back up again so used my other half's phone and a man answered who apologised for her behaviour told me they were busy and would call me back later to sort this out... Guess what? I'm still waiting - morale of this story it's OK to mess up as long as you take the right action to sort it out they would have retained our custom if she had the decency to apologise and either offer a hot meal or some other compensation for our next order - time to look for an alternative kebab shop 😘 happy Sunday

Absolute morons! I stopped ordering over the phone because they messed the order up EVERY SINGLE TIME and we’ve been using another place since... Our better usual was closed today so my other half relentlessly submitted to going to Caister kebab herself after I foolishly assured her they must’ve got better by now. Fool me once, shame on me... ... ... She gave them plain and simple instructions to put the meat in the box and put the pita breads separately outside because for some reason they haven’t got a clue how to make a simple kebab without ripping the pita to pieces! Yet they STILL can’t manage it! 1 piti bread in the box as a diabolically made kebab with shredded bread and the extra pita outside which must’ve been cut with a spoon! It wasn’t even baked properly because it was stuck together therefore it wasn’t any use for what it was sold for at 50p extra! I’m p’d off with those useless morons down there and we will NEVER return! I’d rather dive an extra few miles than to go to this disgraceful outlet which happens to be the nearest to us! On top of that, they had ran out of chicken at 6:30pm on a Friday night! Totally and utterly useless! Fool me twice, shame on them Good riddance .!.

A regular kebab place , but with fast service, generous portions and lots of well cooked meat ( usually have chicken). Not greasy, excellent.

Absolutely shocking service the male answering phone was clueless, why do so many kebab shops have an idiot taking orders. He refused to put salad in a carton when asked, so burgers didn't get cold like last time, if this place can afford to lose a order of £25 in this business climate they must have more money than sense.

Just been in asked for no salad got loads of salad the pita was inedible and was running in grease I am allergic to tomatoes so don't have any salad at all to be safe so in the bin it went and will not be going there again
