it may be the technology, but app said courier at restaurant. good I thought, as 8 mins predicted, then went to 3 mins and then back to 8. this happened several times. food was cold when we got it.

Drink was spilt all over food and was soaking wet driver just walked away

Order wasnt delivered to my address but other address, leaving my family without food, i will be taking this to trading standards and sumbit a report

MASSIVE shoutout to Dan who always provides such a happy, enthusiastic attitude towards customers 24/7. Went here for a quick maccies with my partner and his family and he quite literally made our night and really cheered us up! If Dan ever leaves, I’m switching maccies!! ALWAYS love shoreham maccies, never disappoints.

I waited 2 and a half hours just for a delivery then last minute it got cancelled they kept changing the times never got my food in the end or my refund either pathetic customer service and I think they need a new management and new staff such poor lack of service

I only go to the drive thru here, but it's decent. They're always pleasant and rarely have ever made a mistake on my order (I've lived here most of my life so I've been a lot) actually always give you hot freshly cooked fries as well. Hollingbury ASDA maccies is really bad and near this - definitely go to this maccies instead.

yet another perfect takeaway, been ordering from here since day one and not once had any issues.. they follow the remove tomato request every time, food always turns up warm and milkshake is always the perfect temperature. recommended 100%

Another UK McDonald's. As a drive thru so you don't need to get off the car if you're on your way home or to go somewhere else. Prices are accessible but usually some things can be slightly pricey because of the drive thru. Can be very busy sometimes. Parking spaces are limited and not many so it can cause traffic on the area.

We ordered, along other things, a Mc Crispy with extra bacon. all that the Mc Crispy box contained was the extra bacon with tomato sauce. No burger whatsoever. The fries for the other meal were stone cold and the large Coke zero had been placed on its side and flooded the entire packaging. Apart from that, it was nice.

Admittedly, it was a large order, but if not suitable, it should not have been accepted. Order was split into two deliveries, first delivery arrived ok, second one sat at restaurant for over an hour. Food was cold, drinks were flat. Food was also missing. We had to call and visit the restaurant to sort it out, and then go back to replace the missing food. Kids were upset, people eating cold food. Just messed up the whole afternoon. We were offered a partial refund, about 20% of the order. Not ok

I ordered a caramel galaxy mcflurry and got a regular McFlurry and i also ordered 2 smokey barbecue dips and received a garlic mayo dip that im allergic too and a regular barbecue dip. And i ordered at 7pm and received my food at 7:54pm which is abysmal. Happy new year

This is a good McDonalds Food was tasty and fresh service was pretty quick tbh the parking was a bit of a nightmare in my large van but I think this was because it was lunchtime! Beware there is a train crossing next to the restaurant the barrier for the crossing is down more than it’s up! It can take 10mins or more sometimes to get across it! I got caught in it. Apart from that worth a visit

The drive through is a joke, asks you to park your car and wait and then forgets you’re even there. Had to go in after 20 minutes waiting in the car park. Did not even say sorry. Appalling service.

Fantastic McDonald's Restaurant. Really clean and very friendly staff. This McDonald's branch is a perfect representation of how McDonald's should be.

You lot need to sort it out big time. Do you realise how many people lose money because of your staff.... I don't understand why everywhere else can put cling film or tin foil on top of a drink to avoid it spilling, or like burger king and many others, USE BOTTLES! You accept every uber and deliveroo delivery, but can't keep up. Your staff ignone drivers/riders when they arrive, leaving customers food sat cold on the side. But its okay isn't it, because you kids aren't the ones that get abused when it's delivered. You kids aren't the ones that have to spent 20 minutes deep cleaning a bag because the drinks have split. You don't care inside or outside of the venue. You're loosing delivery drivers daily because we refuse to come anywhere near you. But that costs us a lot of money because so many people seem to want mcdonalds. Just a shame they can't pick a decent store. As a manager myself, I am shocked how poorly this store is managed.

Sometimes they get it right but recently I've noticed things wrong with the order or missing entirely. They're normally good at fixing the issues but shouldn't have to drive through again just to get what we paid for. Appreciate its busy but this is the 3rd time in the last few months that we've had correct what we asked for.

I received the wrong order completely, I have sent a photo to Just Eat. This has happened before,my order was 37.00 because I had a lot of items,the order I received was for one person, I want my money back, I am not prepared to take such a huge loss and because this has happened more than once,I will be removing the Just Eat app from my phone.

-Food - 2* The food was not very nice when I actually got it, the chips were stale as if they were left under the heat light for a long time. The burger buns were ok. -Service - 1* The person who took my order on the drive-thru put all 3 meals through as separate pieces instead or as meals. I also requested all the drinks to have no ice…and again, the halfwits failed on that request also. I did not realise it was this difficult to work for McDonalds? 😂 -Atmosphere- 3* The atmosphere I rate average, I did not go inside.

Food tasty as always, relatively quick service could be quicker and better organised, atmosphere crowded but it’s an amazing place really good prices and convenient quick food for breakfast lunch and/or dinner

Clean and tidy restaurant, but I would recommend that you always check your order before you leave as for the last 3 visits to this particular restaurant items were missing when we got home, not a happy paying for items that aren't in the bag,how hard is it to read the sticker on bag and put the items in. 😠😡

Friendly delivery man. We always reheat the chips for 3 minutes in our air fryer. They crisp up beautifully! If you know when it's arriving you can switch the air fryer on!
