McDonald's in Adur

This is a good McDonalds Food was tasty and fresh service was pretty quick tbh the parking was a bit of a nightmare in my large van but I think this was because it was lunchtime! Beware there is a train crossing next to the restaurant the barrier for the crossing is down more than it’s up! It can take 10mins or more sometimes to get across it! I got caught in it. Apart from that worth a visit

The drive through is a joke, asks you to park your car and wait and then forgets you’re even there. Had to go in after 20 minutes waiting in the car park. Did not even say sorry. Appalling service.

Fantastic McDonald's Restaurant. Really clean and very friendly staff. This McDonald's branch is a perfect representation of how McDonald's should be.

You lot need to sort it out big time. Do you realise how many people lose money because of your staff.... I don't understand why everywhere else can put cling film or tin foil on top of a drink to avoid it spilling, or like burger king and many others, USE BOTTLES! You accept every uber and deliveroo delivery, but can't keep up. Your staff ignone drivers/riders when they arrive, leaving customers food sat cold on the side. But its okay isn't it, because you kids aren't the ones that get abused when it's delivered. You kids aren't the ones that have to spent 20 minutes deep cleaning a bag because the drinks have split. You don't care inside or outside of the venue. You're loosing delivery drivers daily because we refuse to come anywhere near you. But that costs us a lot of money because so many people seem to want mcdonalds. Just a shame they can't pick a decent store. As a manager myself, I am shocked how poorly this store is managed.

Needed a quick breakfast and got what I needed nice and quickly. I ate in and credit to the gentleman who was keeping the eating area spotlessly clean 👍

Sometimes they get it right but recently I've noticed things wrong with the order or missing entirely. They're normally good at fixing the issues but shouldn't have to drive through again just to get what we paid for. Appreciate its busy but this is the 3rd time in the last few months that we've had correct what we asked for.

I received the wrong order completely, I have sent a photo to Just Eat. This has happened before,my order was 37.00 because I had a lot of items,the order I received was for one person, I want my money back, I am not prepared to take such a huge loss and because this has happened more than once,I will be removing the Just Eat app from my phone.

Rubbish all round. Food had sauce missing, hot chocolate was very watery.

Not sure of his name but the guy on drive thru that makes the train and horn noises is a legend. Defo makes my drive thru x10 better! Wish every drive thru had him.

absolutely disgusted order never turned up but still charged for it.

-Food - 2* The food was not very nice when I actually got it, the chips were stale as if they were left under the heat light for a long time. The burger buns were ok. -Service - 1* The person who took my order on the drive-thru put all 3 meals through as separate pieces instead or as meals. I also requested all the drinks to have no ice…and again, the halfwits failed on that request also. I did not realise it was this difficult to work for McDonalds? 😂 -Atmosphere- 3* The atmosphere I rate average, I did not go inside.

Food tasty as always, relatively quick service could be quicker and better organised, atmosphere crowded but it’s an amazing place really good prices and convenient quick food for breakfast lunch and/or dinner

Clean and tidy restaurant, but I would recommend that you always check your order before you leave as for the last 3 visits to this particular restaurant items were missing when we got home, not a happy paying for items that aren't in the bag,how hard is it to read the sticker on bag and put the items in. 😠😡

Friendly delivery man. We always reheat the chips for 3 minutes in our air fryer. They crisp up beautifully! If you know when it's arriving you can switch the air fryer on!

Delivery driver never even turned up to deliver my food. Marked it as delivered and went. Didn’t knock or call me. Stole my food and basically £24 off me. Absolutely outrageous

i ordered the food at 12.40 at the time it shows me time is 15-25 mins but delivery time was 2.10 am in the morning

I must say, Shoreham's McDonald's is a reliable, clean and well maintained branch of the global chain. We oft visit the drive through, and although in our three years of living close by we have had maybe one or two negative experiences, on the whole this McDonald's is very reliable. Our orders have been almost always perfect, which is no mean feat given the popularity, and therefore busyness, of this location. The restaurant itself is clean, well maintained and relatively pleasant depending on what time you visit. Of course, children frequent the location but I have never had an issue with any. Close by you will find Adur Rec, a nice open space where one could enjoy their McDonald's (if driving over, it may be too far if walking and one's McDonald's may get cold!). Whilst we do not order milkshakes often, we have never encountered the classic 'machine broken' conundrum, and, now as I think of it, I don't believe they have ever been out of stock of an item we have wanted to order. The food is always perfectly cooked, hot, and fresh. Service is always mild mannered, friendly and helpful. Overall, I would very much recommend this McDonald's branch. I have only given four stars, however, as because this branch is so good it can get very busy! Which leads to a long wait time in the drive through, sometimes exasperated by the train crossing near by that plays havoc on traffic. Nonetheless, I would certainly recommend this McDonald's!

All chips, as always cold. ordered 1 hour before delivery when said 20 mins. philly cheese steak burger cold. delivery bag torn letting in cold air. Missing smoothie too.

I like Shoreham McDonald's. Usually pretty fast service. Plenty of seats if you want to dine-in. I definitely suggest using that app for your orders.. it makes things much quicker & simple once it's set up 😉

the driver could only be explained as a joke! goes past the drop off point twice as if hes doing multiple jobs and isnt even sorry hes so late, guy needs to learn how to do the job properly, i dont usually complain as i get driving can be tough but while tracking them there was no excuse for how late it was! bitterly disappointing!

Staff were a little off. I went in with vouchers because they messed up before and one just looked at them and walked off leaving me standing waiting for someone else to just ask if I was being served.

yet again we received the wrong order. The Courier asked for the code and I gave it to him. The value of the incorrect order was about the same price as what I ordered so this time I didn't bother to complain. come on McDonald's get it right!!! this is the second time this has happened...very disappointed 😞

I loved this Macy Dee. It was really tasty. I could also taste the other ingredients in the quarter pound. Not often impressed by Macdonald's but credit due this was good. This one seems well managed as well.

the man rang me saying he was outside but I was outside and he wasn’t there turns out he was right down the road I kept telling him where I was but he wasn’t listening so I had to walk down the road to catch his attention, overall quite stressful

Bit grubby at table. Not full 24 hours - only the drive-through. Staff variable, some good, some indifferent. Dog not allowed in but no sign. Service fast but then it is a fast food restaurant. Egg sausage muffin ok. Muffin a bit stale, egg not runny, sausage OK. Good coffee. Good price. Toilets filthy.

this delivery driver was on my road for over 15 minutes, did not attempt to contact me, and then marked the food as delivered. No food has been delivered! this is absolutely awful service.
