It’s just cold when it gets here

Brought the wrong order took it back to the restaurant and never returned with my correct order!

Order took ages to come, times kept getting put book. The delivery guy turned up and my food part had been opened, apparently by another customer. Then he had someone else’s drink order, I only wanted a coffee and he gave me a coke & a hot chocolate. Food was cold. And no pancake syrup was sent also. A extremely poor experience.

All my food was completely wet through the driver who delivered my food spilled all the coke a cola into the food he said to me he didn’t and my food was fine he said it was the order before mine that got my food wet on the outside but he was lying when I opened my food all the meals was soaked in in coke a cola so I paid hard earn money for food but came wet through crazyyyy!!!!

Food took 1hour 40 mins to come, when it come everything was stone cold. Couldn’t even eat it. I don’t understand why put delivery as 20-30 mins but keep adding time and not even have the option to cancel because they had it as preparing food for 1 hour. Absolutely shocking and a waste of £24.

Order took one hour although I live two minutes drive away from the actual restaurant. Food was cold. I tracked the driver from the restaurant and it was took three minutes to arrive so must of been cold leaving the restaurant. Delivery was good but time to prepare took a long time and arrived cold!

Chips were stone cold and my coke was flat

Food came virtually stone cold, if you don’t mind pinging it in the microwave order away otherwise stay well clear. Fast food this service certainly isn’t. Have a nice day !!

theu kept half my order for themselves yet again

ordered 16.30 ish got a free raspberry and white chocolate pie that the label on it says discard at 14.43 thanks mcdonalds yet another waste, talk about breaking food hygiene laws 🤦🏻‍♀️

Food came 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. 34 minutes after breakfast had closed the food was stone cold. Shocking service and inedible food. Tried to do a complaint but was offered £1.90 credit. Dreadful service.

The food was AMAZING, (obviously it was full of fat and unhealthy sugars) but it tasted REALLY good! The service and atmosphere was ok but nothing special.

Chips were cold asked for them to be changed and was like I was in wrong from the reply so had to wait for fresh chips then the 2 katsu chicken wraps were horrible not crispy chicken was normal chicken breast no coating. The wrap was bland no katsu flavour apart from a burnt onion taste. Have had these else were so was told from. Staff they must make them different. The attitude stank when I challengedabout how the wraps were . Won't use the place again and advise no 1 else do

Wrong drink and dips delivered ruined the food to be honest

Terrible service, choose a better McDonalds. Went for a drive through but had to park up and wait for ages. When the order arrived they had forgot the dips to go with the 5 chicken selects. Also didn't have milkshakes which seems to happen whenever I go there. The junior staff were nice and apologetic. Went to politely complain later that day. The manager wouldn't even speak to me and only offered the dips that I should have had a couple of hours earlier...

All food cold. Burger which clearly states ketchup only on the box has onions on it and as always portions left short of whats paid for. inedible

The wrap was missing most the lettuce, the burger was rather dry and chips were just bland. The chicken and sauce in the wrap were nice and would have again just hope the filling is in the wrap and actually has some lettuce. Normally I don’t mind McDonald’s chips but these were so bland.

Good food as usual but service was 😢

Constantly miss items when ordering a takeaway - happens every single time. Try to limit how often we use them, only giving in when it’s special occasions for the kids. Awful restaurant (and happens often for drive thru with them too)

Worse maccies in derby, you will wait a ridiculously long time for your food, and when it comes isn't even fresh to warrant the wait. Drive thru is horrendous, inside not much better no staff on till and all u can hear is the youth club in the back shouting laughing music on etc. 15 mins to wait for a cheeseburger that takes literally 60 seconds to cook from frozen

I was pleasantly surprised by how much friendly the staff were compared to McDonald’s down South! Very chatty and warm bunch 😊 I enjoyed stopping by 🥰

do not order from here took over an hour to get food delivered and then yet again the order was wrong. how hard is it to make sure an order has fries. totally shambolic and the manager needs to train their staff better. do not order if you want a corrwct order

First time ordering a delivery, but it was quite easy to do so. Delivered promptly and was still warmish. unfortunately they had forgotten to put my drink order in !!

would have been ok but driver kept putting in wrong phone number and laughing at me, by the time he got his act together food stone cold.

Overcharged for my order, didn’t realise until I saw it on my bank app. Food not ready at drive thru window had to park and wait, no straw in the bag for milkshake so had to go in and collect one to be met by rolling eyes rude staff. Realised once home they’d given me the wrong wrap. Cheeseburger looked like it had been thrown together across the kitchen. Not asked about allergies !!!!

I had the new McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse from McDonalds. Going by the photo and the description of the burger I was looking forward to this one, I don’t usually have the specialty burgers from McDonalds but for some reason I decided to give this one a go. Got to say, it was probably..if not the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was bland, the chicken was dry, the overall burger was dry, the BBQ sauce on the burger was like it wasn’t even their as I couldn’t taste it & overall the burger was dreadful. I could make a better burger myself with Birds Eye frozen chicken fillets and some out of date burger buns. Absolutely dreadful.

I very rarely go to Mac Donald's,but today I was disappointed,I had a hot chocolate it was brown water,tasteless,I asked for a replacement in case the machine was playing up and to be honest after a long wait the replacement was no better,I won't have a hot chocolate in Mac Donald's again ,

delivery was great. sent 2 colas when asked for 1 and 1 large lattee. no sauces with mozzarella dips although asked for 3 and no other dip when paid for 1. staff need o double check order !

Dear - oh - dear... Long wait at the drive through talker, queues building behind me, then another wait at the last window for the food. Nothing in the way of apologies for the wait. Breakfast muffin looked like it had been in an accident, tasted good though.

food was cold. we were told by courier that food was ready 10-15mins before the drinks were and then left on the counter to go cold. courier kept chasing the order. our food was cold.

whole meal ruined! 2 drinks had spilt in bag. 2 lots of chips soaked, 20 chicken nugget box also soaked through, (soggy) had to throw majority of the nuggets away as they were wet through with drink. driver went back to get us new drinks but I'd like a full refund because I can't eat any of this now and I'm extremely frustrated. cannot eat a single part of anything I order.

when the food did arrive it was so cold if was unedible and would not have passed the food laws I will not be ordering from McDonald's again please may I have a refund

Food took ages to be cooked no eating inside ,we used to eat here as a group of 15 but now have to eat in car not good .

First time I've to Mac Ds for a long time, my God....has the food shrunk ??? Not impressed, even my mate said...that's not worth the money. Fillet of fish, fries, chicken burger and a coffee... Must admit going today reminded me why I've stopped using it...oh well as they say....very cloud..lol

The drinks had spilt in the bag so it then melted the bag and the hot drinks fell all over me and into my hallway, driver couldn't be bothered to hang around apparently it was maccy d fault!

food was freezing when arrived ,driver had waited over 20mins for collection then the driver could not find our address. had been around the corner for 10mins with his bag open walking the streets .a simple Google would have shown him where to go .we live at the end of the street so easy findable .whole process was poor from start to finish a £32 order and only offered £8 back disgraceful!!! mcdonalds sort it out your wyvern and meteor centre stores need to do better !!

Does what it says on the tin - check for you dips if using the drive-through (they’re notorious for forgetting dips)

awful.. no pancakes, no wraps, then waiting half an hour for 1 McMuffin meal. Staff are arrogant and rude, worst experience ever! I advise you not to go!!
