McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

I don't usually leave reviews unless very disappointed or was a really positive experience worth leaving. Well this beyond words I think was in drive through approx 5pm today bought a single big mac burger and crispy mc chicken meal I noticed a brown substance gently stuck between both boxes of burgers*** upon investigation to me it appears to be human feces Yuk *** {Never would I go here again}Errrr They also gave me the tile receipt of the car ahead.

10.30pm. Friday. 1st of September. 2023. Worst experience I have ever had! I went to eat in This McDonald's Branch with my Brother and after Few Hours We Both got Sick, Skin itching. No good. it's Food Allergy. Selling out of Date Food.

This has to be the worst Mc Donald’s in London!!! Always misses items the food is always cold and stale. The drive thru service is s**t and the wait to get your food is ridiculous!!!!

Worst mc d’s ever. Every time something missing, but today they have won everything, 4 items missing from 9 ordered, half of my order just dissapeared. Ok they will return the money, but I also paid for the delivery and now what do i need to order again and pay again? and why should I explain to the children that idiots work there and they won't get what they want

I visited the damn place drive true order, I had a cheesy bite 2 cheese burger, my 10 years old said daddy this smells bad I replied its McDonald what you spect, but I didn't know 6 hours later All 3 of us being sick in lots of pain. Damn you all your place don't deserve to run, damn you all damn you.

I went tonight by 22 oct 2019 in mc donalds men toilet and i was shocked how messy it was , dryer was not working , no soap and what a hell was in this toilet? Nobody checking the toilets?

Just got home from the hospital, had not eaten the whole evening and I was craving McDonald’s chicken nuggets with sweet & sour sauce and for dessert, dip my apple pie in the Oreo McFlurry. When I opened the bag, excited to tuck in, THERE WAS NO SAUCE NO APPLE PIE. So when I called to asked why is it missing all they did was apologise and told me to come pick it up after 1.30 am which I already paid a £3.50 delivery fee for??? Double check orders before delivering PLEASE P.S Uber eats delivery service very fast

Metal stick hidden in my take away burger, I’ve smack one of my tooth on this, tried to call to complaint but no one picked up. NEVER AGAIN.

Went for a quick bite after an event at Wembley. I think lots of other people had the same idea. It was busy. Parking is a bit tight. Self ordering worked well. Had to wait a bit for the food. It was ok for a McDonalds.

Good fast food, same like other Mc Donald's. But make your order at self kiosk, because the staff at the till never understand what you order... they need to study English to talk to the customers.

For a restaurant on North Circular in London you should expect much better. After 15 minutes waiting on the queue of cars you get to the collection point and they forget to give you your fries. It is SO simple - Burger, Drinks and Fries. You may think it was busy because of peak time, but no it was 23:30 on a Monday. So I now realise why the queue was there in the first place, you are expected to rummage your bags of food just to make sure the person serving you has actually served you right. They take your order, charge you and when it comes to receive the food you already paid you get an incompetent "trainee", who does not know what is doing.

Good place to stop. Reasonable parking but would be tight for vans when it’s full. Breakfast served quickly and plenty of space inside with seating that gas chargers for phones etc.

This is an really busy restaurant offering eat in, and drive thru. It’s next to a main road and had reasonable parking. It’s spacious inside and very clean. Nice separate area for younger kids Staff are friendly. Food is prepared fast and efficiently. Never had any complaints. Been visiting here for years since it opened.

The branch of McDonalds is handy for visiting IKEA, its been refurbished recently has has the self service ordering machines and QI wireless phone charging.
