Cold, no dips, no straws, charged extra for a Minecraft meal and didnt receive the toy.

order cost me £25 and it came with no sauces and we ordered a chicken share box and also came with no straws for our drinks and we also ordered one of the Minecraft meals and relieved no Minecraft extra absolute waste of money

terrible paid for extra dips never received them!!! ordered the mincraft meal that was a regular meal and no toy my autisic son was devastated!! and it cost £10 absolutely ridiculous

Never order for delivery from this store, they cannot get anything right, ever. I don't understand how a store can be so consistently incompetent when sending out delivery orders, this is now the 3rd time that I've ordered and there's food missing and items colder than a witches tit. I've worked fast food, I understand being busy and the occasional mistake, but the sheer lack of effort this store seems to produce is utterly ridiculous. Be it the staff or the management, if not both, this store is totally useless.

The girl that took our order this morning really brightened up our day. My teenagers in the back even commented how nice she was. Rare praise indeed.

Coffee consistently poor or underfilled Got a large latte today must have been the dregs of the machine and a total waste of money. Chips roasting no seasoning, burger stone cold not even melt on cheese asked for extra slapped on hanging out the burger, those bloody brioche buns are shambles to hate a toasted bun and all fell apart with a cold burger, def put off

You know where you are with McDonald's. It's tasty food quickly served and with Sharon on duty you're greeted with a smile. The place is always spotless despite some people still not grasping the idea that you clear your own table and recycle in the bins.

Getting fed up with wrong orders, I am slow to leave bad reviews but that's twice recently I have been left hungry with most of delivery order missing. I can understand problems arrive with building a nuclear reactor ... But come on, .. how hard is it to get a McDonald's order right!?? Why do I even bother eating here :( can't get an order right for Me anytime I eat here. Had a justeat driver bring me the Wrong order, burger had sauce and I didn't order sauce. Rang them and they said take it up with just eat. Why should I do that when Macdonalds ballsed the order up, nothing to do with just eat !! Not our problem I was told even tho Macdonalds was at fault, point blank refused to send Me my correct order so I had to get dressed and go down myself, I've been lying in bed the last 48 hours within infection and hadn't ate anything and was looking forward to it. It was a complete struggle to get down to te restaurant with how I'm feeling. So got the new order and the drinks where wrong ? Drinks correct so I said to the Manager I will check this now, that's a good idea I was told, this happens all yhe time! At least 3/4 the tie my order is wrong, Last week was no different What an absolute shambles whoever is the Francise owner is allowing to run here. I will never be back !!!

I did not receive my order in full, it was missing several items. i rang a number of times and it went to vpicemail. I left a voicemail outlining problem and have heard nothing back. no mechanism to complain on just eat. Was before a wedding and only home last night. not good enough service and follow up by mcdonalds or just eat.

Today I went to this McDonald's with my 2 children and ordered a PLAIN mayo chicken, no mayo no lettuce & a COKE ZERO, but when I received my food, I got a normal mayo chicken WITH mayo and lettuce, and a Fanta orange!!!! Food arrived still warm, drink and ice cream are fine. The ice was still there and ice cream wasn’t melted. Friendly driver overall good experience 👍

I ordered a McDonald's valued at over £30 at 17.01pm. This included children's meals. The food arrived at 18.38pm!!! The wait time when placing the initial order was 20-40 mins. We rang the store 6 times and none of the calls were answered. We ended up having to cook anyway to feed the children and the food was cold when it arrived so no one could even eat it anyway! not the "fast food" McDonald's promises and I wont be ordering from here again.

food took well over an hour to arrive. when it did, warm food was cold and cold drinks were warm. If you live within a 5 mile radius of McDonald's, you'd be quicker walking and collecting your food.
