McDonald's in Ards

Food great but just got back home and a quarter pounder with cheese missing from the order. How difficult is it to get my order right, just once

It's McDonald's. Pretty standard one.

Normal busy fast food outlet staff friendly and quick with food

I only wanted a coffee and as usual 1st class. Good strength & flavour at a very reasonable price.

How do you send out 6 orders for them all to come back completely wrong. How embarrassing, you have literally one job.

Although I’m posting 2 stars today, it’s mainly due to the incompetence of the kitchen and service staff. The food is always grand, standard McDonalds…. But why oh why can they never get it right? This order was for a breakfast wrap, specifically with no egg. The label on the wrap even says no egg. Guess what….2 eggs in it. !! I’ve lost count of how many times they serve up nuggets with no sauces. Even a 20 box, with no dips!! Please get it together!!

Mean staff when I wanted to get McDonald’s at 2 in the morning and wouldn’t answer me.

Absolutely abysmal outlet, avoid!

Exactly why I should never order from McDonald's. Both meals freezing cold. Every flipping time. I'm even annoyed I tipped the driver as well for cold food. I live less than 10 mins from the place.

food was ice cold and not what I order

just received my order and we are missing 2 bigmacs straws and all the dips not happy one bit

always food missing ring up to be told o next time bring your recipt and we'll give you the item what about now when the foods required for dinner absolute disgrace to be told by shift manager o we have 3 16 year old doing it how about a shift manager starts checking there doing there job right disgrace unhappy child at dinner time never again last 3 times this has happened

Food was freezing, driver went to multiple other locations after picking up my food and delivering it to me, a drive that has been done by other drivers in 10/15 minutes took 35 minutes. My large Diet Coke hadn’t been secured properly in the drivers bag and when he handed it to me my drink had spilt out the cup and all over the bag, half my drink was all over my floor as it was leaking out the bag. Very disappointed to say the quality of delivery was highly poor

Delivered drink but no food £15+ of food not delivered

mate our order is a disgrace paid for extra dips milkshakes and none of it there nothing took of burgers no milkshake nothing not even a receipt foods cold it’s a disgrace pathetic can’t read an order i want my money back or i’ll be down asking for it

Nuggets and dips missing, burger was ordered with no piccles and extra cheese. Recieved piccles and no cheese, chips where freezing like they had been sitting there for ages. Worst one to date.

Got our order completely wrong, (almost caused me to have an allergic reaction) spilt drinks, ignored our requests

When first order delivery time stated 5.40, didn’t come to 6.15pm. Also order was wrong, should have been one plain burger and one dressed burger. Two plain arrived.

Burgers and fries were stone cold, McFlurrys were melted and the iced drinks were melted also. The normal McFlurry we ordered had less ice cream in it than the mini McFlurry we ordered.

Didn't receive ANY order. Had a message to say food had been delivered 2 hours after ordering and it was NOT.

burger patty in double quarter pounder broke into multiple pieces and the burger looks a complete mess and fries are stone cold. only delivered one fruit shoot so you've ruined the complete meal for my kids who are fighting over one fruit shoot. quite a disaster from whoever put this meal together. if I had received this poor quality in store I'd have asked for a refund.

would give zero star. wrong food delivered and delivery man not interested when tried to wave him over to tell him. an coke spilled everywhere.

Although the food was early the drinks were not delivered. Meaning I had to pay for another delivery for the drinks due to my son having special needs and with the drink not being delivered with his food set him off in full blown melt down

This place I don’t know what is happening here we got a delivery tonight and they forgot to put in 1 chip and didn’t deliver the drinks or ice creams now I know it isn’t the delivery guys fault but in the last 10orders (I have a son with autism don’t judge) ud be lucky if they got 1 right the last order I order 3 large chips and they send mediums but u have to remember it may not be that big of a deal but when ur paying for the large u would expect to get what u pay for and OMG don’t get me started on the sauces they always forget to send sauces that ur paying 70p for I know this probably won’t do any good but seriously guys pull it together

never got my order. suppose to be here at 13:15. its now 14:30 and it says its delivered but its not.

Food was freezing and i got sent the wrong burger, 3 dips forgot and only got a £6 refund on a £17 order that all went in the bin.

Ordered through the app and it never arrived. Contacted the store who said it had been sitting for an hour and a half with no one to deliver it. They said we had to ring Uber eats to get a refund, despite ordering through the McDonalds app. Uber eats refused to refund as apparently the food will eventually arrive (two hours after it was prepared and left out on the side). After several calls to the store and Uber eats, we've given up. £36 down and no food 😭

I was attended by a manager wearing a white t-shirt and glasses and she was really awful. She might think she's my boss for the way she addressed to me 😅.

Really not hard to read the order and not clabber the the McChicken sandwich in sauce and lettuce when it specifically stated it should be without either.

ordered 9 chicken tenders at £9.11 received tiny box of chicken nuggets. have left message for them to be replaced ive heard nothing back

Disappointed.Only half the order was delivered successfully. This has happened on more than one occasion either by using the app or drive through.

Gave me a completely different order

Went to the drive through and the staff acted like they had no time for you. I was going because the kids wanted it as a treat and came home with the hash browns in the bottom of the bag all squished and you could not get them out of their little bags without them crumbling and sticking to the paper. Futhermore I was midway through eating my own hash brown when I seen a blonde hair in it. I was immediately repulsed as none of my kids have blonde hair and I don't either. The sausage patties in all of the mcmuffins were burnt to a crisp. Overall do not recommend and will not be going back again.

I order at 10.30 on 6/7/24 my order was accepted was told it would be delivered at 10.45 then 11 then 11.40 finally my order was cancelled my wife and I are diabetics we counted on this for are breakfast we are both disabled very disappointed that they can accepted your order then cancel it without you knowing thinking your food is coming joke I use just eat all the time very disappointed disgusting behaviour

I am very un happy. even though it came in time I was missing 2 happy meal boxes so only got 2 small drinks and a couple of small burgers for myself so my children who it was ordered for where left with nothing to eat and as the restaurant never answers the phone and when they do say they can't do anything. I then had to borrow money to put into my bank to re order their meals whi h means I've just had to pay twice for the happy meals and sevice charges and delivery fees, im only refunded meals
