Another 24 hour McDonald's which isn't actually 24h. The staff were polite and informative about this though.

Being next to KFC, queues for cars can be really busy at peak times and just in general at the weekend. Not much parking

Quick service of a breakfast choice

Crap food. Burger bigger than the skinny bun it was in. If you want a decent McD, go abroad. In the UK, the buns are tiny. Service is something that interrupts staff chat.

Stopped here at 4:20am for food on a long drive. Firstly let’s start with the positives. The restaurant was very clean and modern. The staff were clean and well dressed and the toilets were very clean. Well done 👏 Now the not great. I was actually thinking they were milling the grain to make the buns and slaughtering the animals out back it took that long to get my order of only 3 meals done. I reconsidered my life choices a number of times and even wondered if I would make it out of the restaurant before retirement. I counted all the floor tiles and worked out the cost if I bought everything on the menu. I mean there was food, eventually, but there was nothing fast about it. I watched them make a burger and it was the most painful thing to see. How can it take anyone that much time to construct a burger. I was convinced they were counting out little pieces of lettuce. I was stood there for a good 30mins and short of a guy ordering a coffee, it was just me and my 3 meal order 😐 So I mean, not somewhere to stop if you are in a rush. But maybe preorder an hour before you plan on eating.

Food too salty, ended up waiting ages due to the kitchen technician missing my order! I keep saying "never again" & I'll stick to it this time 🤞

Today I had very bad experience on McDonald’s because the manager named Sam should be very rude and she don’t know how can manage the function speaking very bad and she changed the rules how she want for me this manager Sam she don’t have enough experience to talk with the people to manage the problems the situation This manager Sam does not know how to solve a very simple and common sense situation. I was threatened with calling the police for the fact that I told him, "Friend, please give me the order." He told me that I was not his friend and that he would not give me any order. This attitude seems unprofessional to me. This manager Sam speaks very badly to us with bad words that are not accepted in these times. This warning IS for delivery drivers there is a person his name is SAM a young manager but with a rare disease RACISM, he is a very young person a person who invents new rules and if you don't agree he will close your account at any of the companies you work with he has no common sense an aggressive person and unfortunately he is covered by McDonald's management be careful fellow drivers

It's quite a good place when it is not busy.

Stay away at the weekends. Car park is shocking and you will be in an queue for 30-90 minutes to get out

Just had delivery half food missing as to which it was a few weeks ago you need to sort yourself out McDonald's teach the staff to check before sending out for delivery

Very relaxed, clean modern airy building, warm and comfy and great place to chill, network, meet with friends and enjoy some hot very reasonably priced food. Staff friendly and welcoming, self order makes it quick and simple.

Did got and fresh tasting and staff were friendly. It's a McDonald's. They're all pretty much the same food wise.

Absolutely useless, leave your just eat device on and take out order then change it to not taking orders and just leave us waiting for food that you aren't gonna sort. Waste of time bastards.

Well, service was okay but the plain cheese burger i ordered was not plain, and the diet coke was not diet.. poor considering it was not busy.

15 mins wait for 2 breakfasts wraps and 2 coffees, then to get the wrong coffee order anyway.

Management actively canvassing their staff to leave multiple positive reviews during their lunches. Food was hot and reasonably quick. Definitely not 5 star though as it’s still McDonalds

Grabbed a burger on the way back up north. Nothing wrong with the food, the staff were great but the clientele were interesting to say the least and even on a Sunday afternoon gave a vibe.

Mostly self service now but when you finish staff rush to clean your table when you move. Food was hot too 👍

Cold buger and bacon, poor service

Food was basic McDonald's but the service was above and beyond. For some reason my app wasn't loading after we went to pay on it. Sofia G. was at the window and redid our order for us on my phone. She seemed unbothered and pleased to help.

Go over the road to KFC. Infact don't. Drive an extra 200yards and buy a meal deal at the coop.

I was shocked the price increase on ALL relevant Food. Was even informed by Staff members that they were as shocked also.

How can you drink a milkshake with those stupid straws?

Has to be the slowest McDonalds on the planet. 20min wait for a tea! They are more interested in completing the larger take away orders than serving the customers on the premises.

Came 14th October (drive thru) the food was inedible - cold & carbon particles on the chicken (old / dirty oil) Complained to head office and was offered meal replacements. Visited again the following week (sit in) the food bought to our table was cold AGAIN! When I complained to the staff member she smirked and couldn’t care less. I asked for the meal to be cooked again and requested to speak to a manager. Second portion of food which was bought over tasted like it had been put in the microwave to reheat quickly. The manager never bothered to come over for a chat. Absolutely no customer care at all. Poor product.

As you'd expect from a McDonalds. It was busy when I visited but still had quick service. The carpark is quite small but there were a couple of spaces, it's a bit tight.

McDonald's like most, but at least it's clean.

Usually, I go to McDonald's as I know it will taste the same everywhere - not in this place. For some bizzare reason it tasted like the cheapest frozen food from supermarket half cooked. This is again very strange as I have been waiting for my order for a long time (approx. 15 min). When I got it, I found it difficult to find a clean table to sit, but staff did not really seem to bother about how tidy tables are. To cut it short, self-service machines do not print receipts, and the parking system is a disaster. Next time, I will stay hungry rather than going there.

This McDonalds is woeful. App never works, orders always wrong, avoid it like the plague!

Why is it, EVERY TIME your order mcdonalds for delivery its ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS missing atleast one thing. How the hell do you manage to miss a whole happy meal!!!

Terribly slow to get served on the drive through, cars were queued right back and onto to the main road.

Well managed shop. Tables are always clean. Served quickly.

Not into fast food really but its OK from time to time the coffee is good. Don't be lazy and feed your kids properly ☺

Access was a problem as the whole area around the site was continuously busy.... Traffic traffic traffic ... Main issue was location close to A46 island with Brownhills motor home dealership. Chaotic at times with traffic lights having little impact on traffic flow. Not the restaurants fault, but a simple diversion due breakfast from the A46 led to lengthy delay in travel plan.

You can get table service at McDonalds these days, but the food is served in takeaway boxes.

It's a McDonald's. Small,cramped. The modern McDonald's where everything is electronically order etc. Not really enough seats, not enough parking, all very clinical.

Not the best we have visited, fries were cold 😕 😢 😩 that spoilt the visit, gents toilet was out of order but was being attended to, disabled toilet tap did not work 😑 🙄 so overall for this visit not so good

Twice we have ordered from this Mc Donald’s and twice we have had stone cold food and items missing. We thought the first time it may have been a mistake but for it to happen the second time, will not be ordering from here again

Standard McDonald's fare, not fancy but will cooked. Trouble is location; as it's on a road shared with other takeaways and hotels, and very close to a major road junction which is regularly jammed, access is terrible. On this occasion, traffic was stationary attempting to enter the restaurant for a long time. Eventually parked on the pavement of a nearby housing estate which must annoy the residents.

Went in tonight after a long shift at work place was empty because it was 11.45pm !! . fresh and hot ! Place clean and tidy

Would not swap pickles for lettuce, computer says no. Pathetic. Back in suffolk I have never had this issue

We Went to the toilet and my mrs feel over as there was water on the floor and she slipped over and Hury herself. She reported it to the staff and simply didn't care and to top.it all the toilets were digusting. No way they had been checked hourly as they say or even daily! Didn't bother to eat as was fed up with the lack of customer care

The worst food I have had from a maccies.. chicken mayo cold and like cardboard, fries cold and soggy, milkshake almost warm 🤷🏻

Manager was too busy chatting and looking at phone. My order which she brought out to the counter after a while , fries soggy soft not too warm , mayo chicken only warm and dry, milkshake warm , no way you could ever get brain freeze from it , overall the worst Maccies I've had Though it was a takeout we ate in the carpark

Swung by at 1:30am after Leeds festival and the service was great, food cooked fresh too. Wouldn’t be a big deal but I did the same a few weeks before in derby and it was awful.

Me and my family got 6 burgers and 1 of them didn't have any meat in it I'm very disappointed in the food and service of this macdonalds

every single time i order delivery, there’s ALWAYS something missing. it’s irritating. when i call in, they say they can’t do anything about it either. SEND ME MY MISSING ITEMS

How you justify paying your staff £13.50 an hour when the service and speed they provide doesn't even warrant them being paid minimum wage is beyond me. The staff in this branch are pathetically bad at their job.

Instead of nuggets in the kids meal was my burger, nuggets were missing. Service was terrible, table were filthy

£78 order for a family of 9 and you get orders wrong don't get me wrong.. wrong item are expected, but to put them in the boxes of the right items is a absolout piss take..

Very busy outlet, and was good service and quick. Was kept nice and clean, helpful staff. A bigger drive though, and area for parking up would be ideal.

First time trying this store and had table service when food arrived it was not very hot and the chicken burger was rubbery alot of staff just wandering around.

Ordered food at drive-through, was handed drinks and Mcflurry, then waited 30 mins for food. Went in and they had it on the side waiting - cold. Initially refused to exchange that and drinks (ice had fully melted and diluted drink) and Mcflurry had melted. Reluctantly replaced items and were rude and argumentative. Replacent food resulted in another wait. Staff are too busy with deliveroo orders and ignore customers in the restaurant. No offer of any sort of vouchers or apology. Worst customer service of any McDonalds. Need to improve on times and customer service. Very poor.

If McDonald’s are putting the prices up to the point where it’s getting expensive, maybe they should train the workers to be able to put things in the bag that says on the receipt because missing items when your order is only £19 is disgusting. And this isn’t just a one off the map people are spending they should not be getting the orders wrong when it’s there in front of their eyes, disgraceful and disgusting. I am fed up and paying for stuff that you’re not getting.

We went here on our way home expected a normal maccys food wasn't that nice we ordered a white coffee and got a black coffee we also gota a normal coca cola turned, out it was coca cola zero we wasn't impressed and wish we noticed before we got back on to the a1 the only thing that was nice was the ice cream but had little to no toppings on it definitely won't be going again and when I tryed to go onto the food for your thoughts my code didn't work even though I put the code in right.
