Best Western Deincourt Hotel in Newark and Sherwood

Its a three star hotel, so expect that. There aren't many staff. Those who you can find and very helpful. The room was big and clean, but the decoration was a bit tired. Comfortable bed and quiet, we didn't get disturbed at all, which is usual for a hotel. I can't comment on the location beyond it worked for us as it is very close to a friend we were visiting. Nice breakfast (we do full English).

We only stayed one night, just a quick break, booked the hotel on their website by Email, which was easy and so surprised the price was very reasonable, very friendly staff that are very helpful, the icing on the cake was we decided to eat in the hotel, so glad we did, great varied menu and we had hand cut chips (proper) no grease just lovely oh yes I had a burger with them and my good lady had scampi, very enjoyable. Will stay again.

It's an ok hotel to stay for business purposes...breakfast included...free WiFi...staff helpful...shower excellent.

Attended a wedding reception here and was a lovely day

The room was bland and outdated net curtain torn straight across the middle on both nights we were first in the dining room only to b told only one of us could have soup on the second night first in the dining room only to be told only one of us could have the pate we thought it was a joke breakfast we both were served the end of a roll of black pudding you only get two ends on a roll but we were both served ends strange the sausage was of we told the ceff and his reply was I don't eat sausage we asked why we were both served the ends of black pudding and he said that's what he had but 4 ends of one roll that's amazing was not good and no help once we paid two days of not nice places not happy please look into this place

Lovely hotel. I have stayed before. Great service. Lovely food cooked fresh. Nice comfortable room. The receptionist Saturday afternoon was great on the phone. Roy is brilliant and obliging. Andrea doing breakfast was great. Other staff good but didn't get their names. A home from home.

Absolutely disgusting place . Avoid at all costs . I’ve stayed in hostels cleaner than this . Staff are rude and arrogant . Avoid avoid avoid

Great service , clean rooms and good facilities

Room cold spare blanket more like a sheet, bed too small for my for my wife and i, im 6'2 and my wife 5'10, pillows no support, woke up knackered, to follow up for breakfast we are vegan so 1 greasey sausage tiny scope of beans, 1 hash brown and sloppy mushrooms in puddle of liquid yummy, left most of mine, refused to pay for that slop!!. Not somewhere I'll not frequent again, Bar prices off the scale beware!!!

Friendly staff very helpful and very clean

Friendly service ,and a enjoyable breakfast ,unfortunately the bed let it down mattress seemed old and very uncomfortable, the pillows were old and dirty and the quilt had seen better days ,bed linen also not very good .....bathroom was clean and shower was nice ...if they were to make changes on the bed ie ,new mattress,new quilt ,new linen it would make it a better stay .

The brothers and I stopped here for the weekend, good clean place, Lovely breakfast... evening meals if you want them and an on sight bar. Lost the photos on this one sorry.
