delivery was ok but quality on hamburger.... not even similar how it suppose to look, just bun, been and nano amount of anything else. rest was ok as it's hard to go wrong with nuggets and 🍟.

Everything was so cold. My children need to eat and sleep because they got school tomorrow. The delivery was so so late. Really disappointed. Next time I won’t order from there.

It was late by the time delivery arrived the food was freezing cold.

I have 2 upset Autistic childrn who dident receive their Minecraft collectible with the 2 X Minecraft movie meals! This may seem non important to your staff to just forget to put them in with our order But it is important especially to the children who by the way was the only reason u received our custom today and I'm sure that's true for many families! YOUR MAKING MONEY FROM THIS PROMOTION! SHAME ON U MCDONALD'S.. SORT IT OUT!

Ordered a load of stuff must’ve been delivered the wrong order terrible service

delivery took a really long time to come and the food ended up being cold

They took my order put it on the reciept stuck the receipt to a bag that contained items no where near my order!

Tracking showed the driver in my road. Then showed as delivered. Nothing arrived! 1st time I have had this issue, house is clearly numbered.

Over hour and half wait and food stone cold never again

the drinks were upside down and it got all over the food which made it soggy and ruined it. since the bags were upside down when i picked up the bag they dropped out and spilled everywhere making a mess. i’ve tried to file a complaint for a refund and have had no response since. please get back to me as i would like a refund! the food was ruined and it made a sticky mess for me to clean up.

Unfortunately it's every time we order an item is missing from the bag but sealed so not but in by staff at store yet charged for it. We even order extra bits just in case so no one is left out . Poor customer service .

Absolutely dreadful took over 2 hours for a McDonalds and when it finally came half the order was incorrect and the rest was freezing cold!

I ordered 4 meals for my children at 7pm, the order arrived at 8.27pm.

Abysmal service ordered food told be it was due betwen 18.50 - 19.10 and once the driver has picked up our food it had taken him over 35 mins to do a 3.5mile journey. So the food was cold and horrible by the time we got it.

The delivery time was 1.5h. The delivery time kept updating. I was depending on this order as my children were hungry and they wanted MCDonalds. Driver has no fault of it, as once he got assigned to my order, I have received it very fast

Hardly any chips despite it being large. My coca-cola spilt all inside the bag, so I had half a drink and it was flat. Quite a big disappointment.

It's horrible by Mc Donald's staff that you are dining in and they kick you from a dining area before 22:00 or they started to push out everyone 22:40. There doesn't exist a customer law or opening times

Food turned up cold because the delivery driver apparently waited on several orders to be made. Food was made at 13:49 then driver sat there for 45 minutes before starting to deliver it.

When I ordered the food it was scheduled for around 8 o'clock but actually arrived at 9 o'clock and it was cold.

When the delivery guy turned up he handed me food i gave him the code number . But just before he left I realised he handed me the wrong bag . He took it away and promised me he would come back with the correct food bag but that never happened .

Again....missing items. It's becoming a habit and more than annoying when someone has to go without. I've let this slip so many times but why should. Two days in a row items are missing. Not happy. it's simple checking.

The published opening times for this branch are the same, every day of the week, both on the door and on McDonalds’ website. Open to midnight it says. They never stay open to midnight, not even on Fridays and Saturdays. Having walked there and arrive d hungry one Friday evening at 23:05, the doors were locked and the staff were cleaning up. They said they were closed. Another time we were eating in there at 21:30 and they closed the section of the restaurant we were seated in and asked us to move before we had finished so that they could clean. I knew what they were doing and I asked what time they closed and the woman cleaning said 22:30. This was a Saturday and the place was full of people picking up orders. Unbelievable! I then went to the counter and asked the server what time they closed and she told me 22:30 but the drive-thru stays open until 01:00. It certainly does not. DO NOT expect late night food from this restaurant. They’re never open after 23:00. So annoying! If you’re so lazy to close early every single night, just change your published opening hours.

The issue is the drive thru. No matter time, day or order... you will be told to park up an wait. Wouldn't be an issue if there was more than 10 parking spaces. So everyone then has to fight for somewhere to dump their vehicle an idle, which causes issues for people coming in, people who are trying to leave... the 50+ uber eats an just eat delivery drivers hovering around. It's insane. If you're ordering a standard menu item there is no reason you should have to park up an wait, that was literally the whole ethos of mcdonalds, kitchen to counter in 60 seconds or something like that... watch the founder movie you'll see what I mean.

Slow service, prioritising drive through and deliveries over restaurant customers. No customer service, restaurant was very dirty, tables not clean, toilets in a disgusting state. Only had a take out coffee which I now wished I paid extra and went somewhere else.

Pleasant staff. It is very convenient to order food. Of course, the food is also delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the tablets on the large table. Parents have something to keep the kids busy. There are also traditional colors.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald’s was overshadowed by a disappointing experience with the staff. From the start, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with an irritated response, making me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. The service felt rushed, and my order was handed over with 1 portion of fries missing and salt on the fries when even though I told them I want fries without salt. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I parked the car and went in and explain them but I felt that my experience didn’t matter to the team working there so I got refunded and return the food back. McDonald’s usually delivers fast, friendly service, so this was unexpected. I hope the staff at this location can improve their approach to create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

Small and tight lay out of the car park in this retail park in general. The layouts of the restaurant that some time can cause havoc if you want to park in front of the restaurant when there is a long queue from the drive thru that sometimes causes impatient drivers will use the exit of the restaurant car park which is dangerous. It would be good if the restaurant or park management would find a way to deter impatient drivers to this.

I’ve ordered a few time from this app and it’s been amazing, food delivered quickly and it’s hot! Today however I ordered 6 meals, we were missing a meal and it wasn’t very hot! We’ve had so many bad experiences and loss of money through other companies I really thought we’d cracked it
