McDonald's in Reading - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I am a senior citizen, and placed a large McDonald's order online as my adult son and I are disabled and housebound. The order arrived but without my Big Mac which I was looking forward to having. I ended up eating just chips. Tried to phone to speak to someone at McDonald's at Oxford Road but nobody is answering the phone. Even if I get refunded for the Big Mac, I ended up without my lunch aged 80. Its diabolical one cannot speak to any Customer Services.

I ordered via the drive through. Much quicker than ordering inside

Having regular breakfast in this MacDonald, the food temperature is often away below 63'C. I am sure they are not serious about importance of food served temperature.

When you go too Oxford road READING Macdonalds the sevice is so slow because they put deliveroo be FOR there custermers?

Iced caffe latte was disgusting. It didn’t even taste of coffee - just sweet. Way too much syrup. The pancakes were dry and (I’m not sure if they still come with it because it’s so long since I had a Maccas pancake) no butter. The tables were filthy. This place was refurbished not all _that_ long ago, but it is starting to feel shabby again.

Second time we’ve not received the full items we ordered. It’s not that hard to get it right!

Driver turned up with his bag open. Took the first bag out and it was dripping everywhere - the drink had spilt. Then took the food out and that was also wet! Then when I said I didn't want it, he wouldn't take it back and said I had to contact you!

Service is far too slow and no smile with thus service 😒

Posted hours are not accurate at all. I went to go buy food at 11pm and they said they closed at 10.45pm not 00.45 like it says here.

i only received 2 big macs and no double chesse burgers. i should have two big macs and two double chesse ... my kids are fighting because of this

Would of been quicker to light the bbq and cooked burgers myself . Every time I've used this one there something wrong. 25 minute wait isn't exactly fast food .

I ordered Large double quarter pounder with cheese MEAL but i only recieved a burger and a drink... NO FRIES

The only McDonald’s that actually filled my McFlurry right to the top. Ordered a Biscoff McFlurry and they filled it up right to the top. The McDonald’s in town gave me a HALF FILLED McFlurry, so I won’t be returning there.

Good was cold, ice completely melted in drink so it was completely watered down. Worst delivery I've ever had. I expect a refund

Ordered 3 McFlurrys for me and the fam only 2 showed up and the burgers were ice cold courier was at the restaurant for 20 mins waiting

I ordered 2 wraps one with a drink and a hash brown. The order turned up with no hash brown, no drink and I think it is actually someone else's order

May have been a language barrier, but I asked for Sprite as a drink and received Water instead. Other than that, the food was very fresh, hot and tasted really good. Kids also enjoyed their Happy Meals.

Awful service. Order never arrived but was still charged. Just Eat have not refunded as it was marked as delivered.

Food bags split at door as soaking wet and food stone cold

The coke had spilled into my ice cream and my large chips were half empty. Otherwise the food was warm and tasty.

Got mc chicken spicy when I ordered mc chicken sandwhich

It's a great place, but you need to heat it in the mornings in England. It's freezing. I'd be warmer outside.

over 2hrs to make 3 items a deliver. then to say it's been delivered when it definitely hasn't been. pathetic

my coke felt down and its all in wet I ask him the driver how and he said I need to ask Mcdonald person such a irresponsibility driver

I could clearly see the driver go totally the wrong direction to deliver to another customer 1st maybe 2, 3 drop offs.

I'm allergic to onions so ordered a plain double cheeseburger. Took a few bits and felt something crunchy that happened to be pieces of onion. Spent the night in A&E because of this. Website doesn't help with dealing with complaints. Never going back!!!

With 20 nuggets you can select 4 dips. I selected four, I received zero

It’s not even 11 and the staff saying it’s closed

The food never arrived and the cashier replied 'It was not their problem' that we did not receive the order of £60 worth of food. Disgusting and outrageous!

the restaurant got my fist order wrong and missed out 3 items i ordered tham again paying additional delievery fee and the second order had missing items and the wrong drink even though the order was only for 3 items shocking service at mcdonalds oxford road reading

This order was mostly shared boxes, and literally none of the ordered dips were provided.

Just eat service was brilliant, food was nice and hot. But McDonald’s packed the wrong drink. I got Oasis instead of Coke.

straight line from there to mine on Oxford road. driver took the longest possible way round tllehurst road, bath road and an hour plus later the driver said no is no cold.. well if that's not cold then he can eat it..

I didn’t revive my food very bad service

Every time I order from mcdonald's they mess something up... this is definitely the last time, fair enough you can request refund for missing items, however this leaves someone without food ! This time there was no chicken selects on a chicken select meal, or cheese bites. Ir really should not be that complicated to put an order together!

Delivery time was moved back 4 times. Food came cold and both cokes were completely flat.

Not only was there items missing I then had to direct the delivery driver to my flat when that is what they have sat navs for and he was already running late.

The burgers and fries were still hot and crispy. The only item which I had ordered but did not receive was the Sweet & Sour Dip, for which I had paid. My meal was quite dry as a result.

Very nice place with free parking up to 4 hours compared to the one in the town centre

They forgotten 2 burgers off the previous order that's why I was there. Pointless ordering takeaway and being charged for the pleasure of having to return to the restaurant!!!!

That is a good place for its kind in the Reading area. Quick service by a friendly staff. There is enough parking for a limited period of time.

Was delivered on time but even if I put the instructions to come upstairs and leave the food in front of my flat door, the delivery called me saying he was downstairs 🤷🏽‍♀️ I had to tell him to come upstairs as instructed and he did. Annoying but the food was good

I was missing some of my order

I don't think this place can get an order correct. Order over 5 items, they'll forget one. This has happened at least 3 times and isn't great buying for others. This place can also be slow and they won't even look busy. Suffers with the normal inability to place the cheese slices in the middle of the bun.

How do you manage to miss so much of an order. Need to check orders before sealing food just lazy.
