McDonald's in Peterborough

They advertise as 24h but they are not lies. Drove/Walked there was all in darkness. If I could rate this McDonald’s as 0 stars I would.

Spotlessly clean branch, food was hot and d tasty 😋

Chilly Cheese Stack, yummy. Fries were a bit underwhelming. Milkshake meh.

3 blue badge bays at this mcdonalds yet a staff member likes to think they can take one of the extra wide spaces up all shift for their motorbike. Manager made aware yet bike still there 15 mins later.

Have NEVER EVER got an order 100% correct. Ordered Philly cheese stack and I open up 2 burgers in a bun, NO cheese :) and my child’s chicken nugget happy meal only had 3 chicken nuggets. Solid work again 👍

If you want missing items from your burger like onion, pickles etc. you are in good place...

Ordered grilled sweet chilli chicken wrap got barely cooked chicken. Payed for garlic sauce didn’t get it too.

Got what I paid for and great delivery.

if i could rate this a zero i would, my food was an abomination and i am appalled that i opened my bag to cold, incorrectly prepared food.

My coke was damaged and half had spilt out so I got half a coke due to the damage caused to the food packaging

Worst McDonald’s ever, I am often coming home late at night due to my work and this is on my way home, every single time they are doing a ‘system update’ but then you see people are able to go in and order which is what I end up having to do, on top of this sometimes they do not even bother to answer the speaker and you will find all the staff members congregated outside smoking. My advice is to keep on driving to the Boongate McDonalds where the staff are actually working.

very quick and everything was there

Delivery wasn’t bad, driver was polite. However the store forgot a major part of the order and even missed out my toddlers fruit shoot on their happy meal. We didn’t even receive our food

Food is okay. Service is exceptional. I ask for extra chocolate sauce and get.

We usually go about every three weeks but seem to be going of the boil abit. Had a chicken mc crispy had to take it back too hard to eat got another abit better. My husband had a ranch burger and he said that was very good. Will keep trying.

I was hungry and needed the bathroom. The computerised self-service baffled me, but I grabbed a member of staff who was very helpful. I will use drive-thru in the future. It was packed so I sat and ate in my car

Eye Peterborough is a very good mcdonald's food, which is always hot and fresh and nothing missing out of order. As other mcdonald's, I've been to chips cold and missing orders not good... Keep up the good work guys well done.

burger missing from order no surprise there and it was cold

Really poor. I ordered the pancakes, sausage + maple syrup and 2x Jam muffins. All turned up without Jam and syrup. This isn’t the first time they have got the order wrong. Won’t be ordering again. I’d give less than 1 star if possible.

Very disappointed, spent over £20 for the offer of 6 nuggets and never received our nuggets with the order. Very disappointing for my daughter who was looking forward to them.

why is it always cold when I live 5 minutes away in a car

As a usually things...get in hungry, and it's depending how much you want to spend for your menu to make the difference between getting out full or not..!

We've just stopped off here and can honestly say this is the tastiest Maccies we've ever had. Steaming hot food served quickly and polite staff. We're definitely popping back on our way home on Friday.

Couldn't write a worser review. i ordered my food, it was ready at the place and a courier didn't go to pick it up. I was then told my food had been delivered and it infact wasn't. What a waste of £35.

Spent nearly £45 and half my order was missing 😠😠😠 wasn’t the warmest either… won’t be ordering again and now got to wait up to 7 days to hear back!!!

I have attended this franchise 3 times in a row now and every time I pull up to the drive through they state they are not taking orders due to a system update. 3 nights in a row? Dispute coming at different times staff always say it’s going to be about 20 minutes like it’s a script. Not a good reputation.

I genuinely don’t know why I even bother selecting Dips with my meals because 9 times out of 10 they don’t come and my children are disappointed!!

Food was mixed, burgers hot and fresh but the fries were near cold. It wasn’t overly busy but the wait was longer than expected, tables had been cleaned but with a dirty cloth as they were very smeared, certainly lots of room for improvement

First time ordering to Crowland and was impressed food was still hot!

Can't pull onto car park in a motorhome because of height restrictions. Starbucks next door didn't have any height restrictions so visited there instead although we much prefer McDonalds coffee

Height barrier, so couldn't get in, and nowhere to park close, so couldn't walk to it either.....useless design and planning.
