Second time here. Same McDonald's feel. One worker closed the drive-thru path without care or consideration, no apologies. Not very nice. Meals are same as elsewhere.

Too busy to be nice but well staffed and doing the job

It's McDonalds. Burgers taste of nothing and I have no idea why I go there!

Went here on the way home from work today. Stood waiting for food and noticed few staff (including manager) handling their phones then touching food. Too busy on their phones forgot to salt the fries or clean tables in the restaurant. Toilets were also filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day maybe longer. Burger was cold but rest of the food was hot

Drove to many places late at night to try and stop off and go use a toilet tried this McDonald's as for its 24hours and was refused in the basis of they have just mopped the floors, afterwards our food came out cold and coffee was just milk.

When food eventually arrived chips were cold. Would think twice before using this service again

Driver got lost and went to completely the wrong street, then the food was cold on arrival

Stuff was missing from order not happy at all

Paid £8 for the new double big mac and they sent me the normal one

When delivered my order was missing half of the items ordered 4 meals only 2 came no nuggets and when I went to ask for a refund as my items were missing which had cost me £29!! They said they unfortunately couldn’t give me a refund.

I didn't even get my food and waited 2 hours. Im not a happy man

CHIPS WERE ICE COLD BIRGER WAS JUST COLD AND COFFEE COLD DUE TO BEING PACKED WITH ICE CREAM AND CHILLIE SAUCE WAS MISSING

Drive thru experience. Order received was wrong. Ordered banana milkshake, got vanilla. Forgot Veggie Dippers, ordered Happy Meal and fries were pale and cold. Often find is poor at this McDonalds.

Always a place to sit and the staff are nice.

Frys were not hot. The rest was ok. May be a one off. Stopped there on the way back home

Firstly the app wasn't working properly. It allowed me to order a tea and a hot chocolate while in the click and serve parking bay. But it wouldn't let me order anything else. Made payment online and waited in the car. The drinks came out to us not long after which I was impressed with, however when I asked the young female where is the milk and sugar. She said, do you want some, then walked off in a huff. She soon came back and literally through the milk and sugar through the car window. Doesn't seem to matter which McDonald's you order at, they never give you milk or sugar and the app doesn't allow you to edit the order to either add it or not.

Cold in there food was nice and hot

Hit and miss with how the chips ae cooked. But otherwise quite nice

Food was ok everything was as order 0 missing items. Speaking of delivery driver - came with fully loaded car and waped for another 5 min next to the house before delivering the food.

I popped by this McDonalds straight after another McDonalds (Hampton) got my order completely wrong. The manager was not obliged to swop it out (different franchise) but when she saw the greasy mess took pity and did so. That in itself should be enough but I haven't finished. What I saw on my first visit here, were young kids working their backsides off under unrelenting pressure, with cars queued around the block. I saw amongst the carnage of customer impatience the consequences of an alleged abuse of a young lady, who was visibly upset. What is it about McDonalds Corporation that allows it staff and beleaguered manager (who I suspect doesn't know it yet, but appears naturally to be a good leader) to be set upon by knuckleheads. Take their number plates and ban them from every outlet! These are good kids trying their best in a high pressure environment with the increasingly impossible job of keeping people happy. Next time anyone visits, please just be kind to them and you too might get a no quibble swop! Well done Eye and thank you.

Usually deliveries from this McDonald’s are great but this one was horrendous. It arrived 30 minutes late and I was watching the delivery guy drive around the city as my food was getting cold.

Bike group stopped for a pitstop hoping to get a milkshake but must of cleaned machine early as there was no milkshakes disapointing .Atmospher score was coz of the group i was no in it is not aimed at mcdonalds

Conveniently located on the a 47 As you leave Peterborough, this particular restaurant can get quite busy. It doesn't help having a used car sales located next door that shares the same road, so parking can be a bit awkward at times so i usually used to drive through.

Everything was old and almost cold

The package was awful because a hot drink spilled all over my foot and just eat didn’t give me any money back.

The food was so late, that it never actually arrived. It said on Just Eat that the driver was at the restaurant. 45 minutes later I called McDonald's and was told the driver had picked up 40 minutes previous to my call. After 2 hours the status was updated to DELIVERED! To where? The Just Eat driver must have eaten the £30 worth of food! I hope they get acid reflux! Or, they threw it away! It certainly never made it to its final destination. Terrible service by the delivery driver!

Woah, thank you very much for scamming me. I ordered a chicken Big Mac and literally inside the chicken big mac box there was a normal big mac. What from now on am I supposed to open the box in front of the server, open the sandwich and double check if it has correct ingredients inside? What a joke! Not even gonna talk about how the "Large" fries are 90% of the time the size of medium and half of the fry package is empty.

Mediocre experience. Parking is 60 mins which isn't long enough. I didn't realise and received a parking ticket as its usually 90 minutes in Mcdonalds car parks. Food wasn't very hot or fresh. Come out quite quick.

We should have received 11 different dips with this order and received not a single one. Also apple pie was missing and fries were cold.

Dreadful service most of the time. Either your orders wrong, cold or sauces missing.

The spicy burger was overcooked and dry. The chips were lukewarm.

Didn’t receive any sauces. And I paid £0.70 for a dip which was not included. Rest of the food was delicious

Took Over an hour to get the food , the diver seemed to do multiple drops before ours... the food was cold and the flurries melted.. Not Impressed...

Forever getting missing items or the wrong meals

Asked for plain cheeseburgers and they were covered in onions. Had to throw them away.

It took an hour and a half to be delivered. I called mcdonalds after an hour of waiting and they said they didnt know how long it would take because they havent started making it yet. Only after the phone call did they start preparing the food and then it got delivered still another 30 minutes later.

Frequent this McDonald's fairly regularly and usually very prompt and friendly service.

Way too much sauce in my sweet chilli wrap (crispy) wasn’t even wrapped properly and had barely anything in it! My missus food was stone cold too! Not great.

Whenever ordering from eye road - never disappoint. Staff there never forgets a thing, food is fresh and tasty. On of the best Mc in Peterborough, from my experience all other ones always forget to add something that was ordered , not even saying about tissues and straws - you will never get it from different MC apart of this one. Many thanks to the staff that was trained professionally and ensures that everything what was ordered will be delivered and fresh ! :)

My food was stone cold the fish finger’s tasted like washing up liquid and rock hard and the drinks taste like fizzy water

McDonalds do one of the best breakfast about & the Eye Green branch have never messed up an order unlike others in my local area who constantly get the orders wrong.

Very small MaccyD with an extremely tight drive thru especially with a long wheelbase van, I actually had to get out of the van to pay as the window was so close to the very tight corner. Very few parking spaces otherwise I would have parked up and gone inside. Also has a very low entrance, even yo the car park so my van rattled the chains over the entrance and exit this evening
