chips & nuggets were really over cooked 😞

Went through the drive through and had to wait for ages. Then when I got my order it was wrong but I'd driven off before I noticed, I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a watery hot chocolate, probably the worst hot chocolate I've ever had.

Ordered food got no chips with are meals and the drinks were spilt all in the bag

I would like to leave no stars food was an hour late stone cold..no fast food here..really let down

I had a large fries and burger missing from my order and its not the first time this has happened where my order has been messed up,seriously how hard can it be this will be the last time i order from here as my fries seem to come come from another country ice cold and horrible

The food arrive 2.5 hours after I ordered it. I told the driver that everyone was now in bed and we’d tried cancelling it but there is no option to cancel. He said the food was ready at 8.25 so would have also been cold when it arrived at 10.46.

£25 for two Minecraft special meals, and couldn't be bothered to put in straws for the milkshakes.

The food was nice it was just cold. I could probably run to McDonald's in under 10 minutes so I don't really know how the food gets cold considering the driver is in a car with a bag.

It seems less personal now since it went self ordering and the app. The staff are still friendly, though, not a cheap trick either

I watch the delivery driver leave at the restaurant.At 2 minutes to one went up to tame valley spent 15 minutes up there and then decided to drop my food off.My food is freezing cold and i'm not happy and it's not acceptable

Apart from the expected delivery time that kept changing everything was there the food was actually warm and the delivery driver was so friendly and making conversation with me at the door ..

Slowest macies in the world avoid

Sadly (as it’s my local McDonald’s restaurant), not the best McDonald’s around. We tend to eat-in rather than take-out to get fresher food but food orders are regularly wrong and need changing (e.g pickles in a burger which had been specially requested with no pickles) and also, often times, stale chips that have sat under the lights too long - can definitely improve in that regard.

kids meals ok. big mac messy. asked for extra shredded lettuce but was only spread around the burger in a box rather than in the burger itself, hardly any sauce there. no balsamic sauce for a salad either. most of the order was cold too.

spilt cola cold fries and chicken selects also there was no straw in bag also driver was reckless with some speed and heavy breaking resulting in a wet bag where cola was and loss of straw not happy at all if anything also poor management on road

Item missing from order. I don't see why it's so difficult to check the items on the list go in the bag. Food was delivered on time but still cold - assuming traffic, as it was around rush hour.

Disappointed one portion of chips short also asked for happy meal toy and got book instead.

Food was prepared over an hour before an actual driver picked it up. By the time it got to us it was freezing cold and inedible. Plus one burger which was a custom order didn't have a patty on it only cheese and bun. Outrageous that toy pay so much for food toy cannot eat.

Food is so bland ! Always use to order as a treat and tasted great ! standard’s have gone down 100% no matter where u go .McDonald’s is no longer a great cheap fast food alternative! The big tasty for eg is a staple but they insist on not making it permanent?? Why because it actually has flavour? Getting boring at this point

Order a nugget happy meal and didn't receive the nuggets, didn't receive one of my drinks with my meal, didn't receive the wrap either,rest of the food looked like it had been slapped together, come on McDonald's sort ur staff out!!!

Food arrived at the later end of estimated delivery time. Food was stone cold, no straws for drinks, apple pie ordered label said should have been discarded at 16:20 today, I ordered my food at 17:25, after this apple pie should have been discarded.

Food didnt turn up as the driver could not deliver to the correct address. I called him and spoken to him. Gave him directions, asked for his whereabouts, messaged him both postcode and address and was still unable to deliver.

Food is stone cold. The only thing edible is the Mcflurry, and drink. Disappointed. Took to long had time change twice for delivery. Not happy.

This order was not delivered. And a cancellation request was send 40 minutes before supposed delivery. I had to go to McDonald's myself as from time of delivery out notification to me canceling was 40 minutes for a 2 minite drive.
