Slow service !!! But very popular McDonalds, pretty much the same as every other, has touch screens to order and a drive through, but also undergoing a make over. Usually busy foods generally fresh and hot too, however your be amazed how often you have to be parked at the drive through. Seems to be better recently.

It's maccies, what do you expect? Are you really checking reviews?

so fuming, ordered a cheeseburger had no onions on it and no gherkins was the sloppiest made burger lit the driest meat with a cheese slice and some tomato sauce on

Oh dear can honestly say the worse meal I've ever had today ,I've got to say this is our local and is usually excellent. Today the food was only warm ,the fries under cooked ,my milk shake was not a full cup and warm ,usually it's very hard to get the shake up the straw but not today .My husband had coffee and that was only warm too . Unfortunately we did not have time to complain and wait ,and I know we should have but as I said in the beginning usually very good .

I got a McDonald’s breakfast this it was disgusting. The service was a disgrace I waited 20 minutes and when I got it, it was burnt and my partners was very greasy and the bun was smaller than the egg and sausage it’s was disgusting also the staff was rude also I’ve noticed that they put the staff before the customers. The staff order there food and your standing there waiting and the staff get there’s before you it’s a disgrace.

Food ok, but drinks were awful the coke zero definitely wasn't coke some cheap alternative, and the strawberry milk was thin and watery.

Don’t advertise delivery till 2am on Uber then not accept orders after midnight, will be avoiding all McDonald’s in the McLean franchise from now on

Long wait for fast food sent to wrong table

Fast food?????? Chicken mayo small fries still waiting after 25 minutes had to walk out. It's like headless chicken run this place.. If you value your own time , don't bother That's 4. 99 I'll never see again

Please don’t visit this McDonald’s unless you are prepared to wait 30 minutes for food! According to their manager they are not a fast food restaurant and this is the normal wait time for food. Food eventually came after asking 3 times, and then had to wait another 5 minutes for missing items. We have visited a few times and for some reason there’s no real system in how they manage orders with some people waiting a few minutes and others waiting much longer!

The restaurant itself is in good condition however the staff are useless to put it a nice way, half of them are out the front trying to talk to kids instead of doing their job, orders just come out in any order some will wait 2 minutes some will wait 20 ( no exhaduration) people will order same as you and get it after you’ve been waiting 10 mins. The managers don’t do no work other than walk round the front talking to the kids and the size of them must be consuming considerably amount of the stock. Can’t even get the orders right, stay clear if you don’t want to be frustrated by a bunch of braindead employees trying to run a franchise

Dont order from here, always messing the food up or forgetting half the order

I was here at 6.30am. Number one, they had porridge. Number two, the receipt machine worked. Porridge, a breakfast wrap, and a bacon bun. 🥓 Service was quick. Food was as it should be. Carpark is huge compared to most. The restaurant itself was immaculate inside.

Popped here on way passing through, found on Google maps. entrance and exit very odd, not like the atmosphere. Usual cheap food, we were desperate, but never again!

Whoever packed the food didn’t put the lid on the drink properly and its emptied all over the food . Food was only fit for the bin!!! Delivery driver was so apologetic but unfortunately the meal couldn’t be saved

I ordered to incorrect address. tried to change as soon as ordered, unable to. delivery driver called explained situation. offered payment if could redeliver. driver said she was not a charity and argued then asked me to make a further payment of an amount I am unaware of without confirmation if she was going to deliver it. did not receive any food although marked as delivered on app

Rubbish as everyday..... having had the worst milkshakes in history last Sunday evening sitting outside,we also had to sit and listen to your staff who had finished but still in uniform using the loudest foul language to the point I had to leave with my 14 year old son. But no give them another go today..... guess it's my own fault 🙈 can't count the amount of bad experiences I've had at this particular maccies but if you want something to wind you up for the day this is the place for you

Food was cold, ice creams was melted, it’s about time McDonald’s found a way to keep the food warm and the cold drinks/ice creams cold while waiting for drivers

the order never arrived the driver simply gave up and marked as delivered and then ran off with my food because this happens so often just eat no longer refund me I've lost over £100 through abysmal service

Made me wait an hour for a medium drink and a small meal but got to watch a knife fight so was at least entertained. Food had the same texture as those fake cheap coats the teenagers were wearing and im guessing they used victims blood as a condiment for my burger, because i asked for no ketchup. Overall 3 stars.

apart from the food bags seals being torn open prior to delivery and the driver not reading the driver instructions and doing as asked the food was actually alright for once ,,, a genuine miracle with this restaurant and how incompetent they and their drivers are nearly as shocking as just eats customer service and live chat completely and utterly useless and set up to con you live chat doesn't even allow you time to review their customer service thru just cut you off rudely over and over again

Waited almost an hour and when the food eventually arrived, it was cold. The fries weren’t even cooked and the McFlurry had completely melted to the point where I tipped it straight down the plug hole - it was like milk. I feel sorry for the drivers as they inevitably get all the stick when it’s the restaurant doing such a shoddy job of preparing basic food.

Only using drive thru. Queued for over 15 mins then got told they had pretty much none of my required order so had to reorder different meal and drinks as they had no shakes either. Not very impressed.
