McDonald's in Tamworth

Food was prepared over an hour before an actual driver picked it up. By the time it got to us it was freezing cold and inedible. Plus one burger which was a custom order didn't have a patty on it only cheese and bun. Outrageous that toy pay so much for food toy cannot eat.

Ordered breakfast (sausage and egg McMuffin meals x 2 ) what turned up ? 4 hash browns ! Bloomin useless !

Another trip through the drive through and another wrong order. The staff obviously can't read as they've put spicy chicken strips in a 20 nuggets box. Its not rocket science

Stop sending kids to the door with food. Gave the boy the code 3 times and he kept repeating back the wrong code then he left, 1 minute later he knocked on my door saying its the wrong code! I repeated the code 3 more times. Code was correct!!!

Delivery time kept changing overall from ordering to delivery it took an hour, when tracking the driver upon delivering he pulled in my street pulled out and went into the next street then came bk in my street and sat in his car for several mins

Terrible ....long wait for eat in. No customer service at all, young lad on the front with glasses was miserable and didn't engage at all whilst a woman just stood by the toilet door doing nothing and chatting to another employee who was sat down. Never generally have a bad experience in McDonald's but this time was not good at all. Will not be returning.

Good came cold and milkshakes were warm.

Specifically put on delivery notes not to knock or ring the door bell, knocked the door when I was already at the door and has woken up my child. Won’t be ordering again.

My kids love a maccies. But everytime it arrives its really cold! just eat never compensate for cold food. it's not the same reheated if the burgers have salad on and the fries go soggy. No other delivery arrives that cold!

didn't like the fact I had a phone call to say he was outside my back gate which I can't access it and asked him to come round the front and he put the phone down on me. not very good

I ordered 1 wrap, 1 wrap meal and 6 nuggets. Not a massive order but seems nobody can get that right. One of the wraps was missed off and the rest of the food was stone cold. Will never bother again. Awful

Really good driver very friendly just missing an item which was the hot apple pie which I have requested for a refund which will be with me within 7 working days.

why is it that nearly every other is missing dips. They come with the order and there is no recourse if they are missing. Someone perhaps has a stock surplus of them! (seal intact)

Decent delivery time and hot food considering the early hours of the morning.

Delivery time was changed 4 different times. Driver told me he had been waiting 40 minutes to be given his order. All the food is stone cold. The cheeseburger was supposed to be plain only cheese and came with everything and can’t be eaten. This is outrageous

Worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever ordered. Freezing cold chips that smell greasy, burger was also cold. In addition to that, the drink I received (classic coke) was flat and non fizzy. Chicken nuggets were rock hard and cold. I would like somebody to get in touch with me in regards to this matter please.

First time eating in here but didn't really have a good meal, ordered food inside and waited almost 20 minutes before the order was ready, the restaurant was only half full too so not really busy. When I got my burger it was only luke warm, couldn't be bothered to take it back for a warmer one thought might have to wait a long time again! My husbands food was cold too, won't be rushing back. We use the drive through on occasions too and food isn't always warm when you get it but can always warm up in the microwave at home but shouldn't be like this.

Placed an order on the McDonald’s app it came cold and missing a burger so reluctantly I drove to the restaurant. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady that didn’t seem too pleased to be doing her job who pointed me into the direction of her manager. When he finally made the time to come over and I explained the issue I was having he was extremely rude and unhelpful telling me there was not much he could do meanwhile all of the other meals at home are getting colder. After a long while of back and forth he finally made me a fresh burger (that was missing from my order) but could not help me with the rest. POOR SERVICE, POOR PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEALS and to top it all off POOR FOOD. I never caught the managers name he was on shift at around 6:30pm on the 28/12/2024. No one is forcing you to work there pal.

“Hot Chocolates” were watery, weak and undrinkable. 2 cups of brown warm water that had just about a vague hint of chocolate that resembled dysentery. Even by McDonalds standards they were poor. Ended up going down the sink. £2.40 for a cup of warm brown water - not happy.

Driver struggled to find house but called to arrange pick up point 10/10.

I pulled in at the drive through the other morning to hear the polite voice of Richard Cooper saying please wait a moment while i take a payment, this is only a small thing but the first time I have EVER had this at a Macdonalds drive through, The normal way is to wait in silence wondering if anyone is going to say anything... And sometimes another car will get served in the next lane while I wait in silence with no idea what's going on. Thank you Richard for being the first person to do this, let's hope someone sees this and makes its standard across all McDonald's, Drive throughs, this would be a little evolution that will definitely help customers satisfaction. Thank you 🙏🏻

The chips were really well done, some i would even go to say were burnt. Everything else was fine. Delivery lady was lovely

Honestly don't know why I bother with this place! Order never right, always missing at least 1 meal, not 1 item, 1 meal! Always pay for sauce, never comes. This was ordered 1am on a Sunday! How busy is it at that time for them not to double check it!

Can some tell me why when the food is ordered you are charged a service fee plus they are wanting you to tip there drivers. if you put no tip it won't let you pay so I put a pound then they took the money . Also there is NO VAT ON TAKER WAY FOOD WHICH IS AT 20% .
