McDonald's in Tamworth

First time eating in here but didn't really have a good meal, ordered food inside and waited almost 20 minutes before the order was ready, the restaurant was only half full too so not really busy. When I got my burger it was only luke warm, couldn't be bothered to take it back for a warmer one thought might have to wait a long time again! My husbands food was cold too, won't be rushing back. We use the drive through on occasions too and food isn't always warm when you get it but can always warm up in the microwave at home but shouldn't be like this.

Placed an order on the McDonald’s app it came cold and missing a burger so reluctantly I drove to the restaurant. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady that didn’t seem too pleased to be doing her job who pointed me into the direction of her manager. When he finally made the time to come over and I explained the issue I was having he was extremely rude and unhelpful telling me there was not much he could do meanwhile all of the other meals at home are getting colder. After a long while of back and forth he finally made me a fresh burger (that was missing from my order) but could not help me with the rest. POOR SERVICE, POOR PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEALS and to top it all off POOR FOOD. I never caught the managers name he was on shift at around 6:30pm on the 28/12/2024. No one is forcing you to work there pal.

Great quick still the same O en price's in line with inflation but portions getting smaller so value for No on the other hand still quick stop gab

Standard McDonald's. They prioritise Uber delivery and drive thru over restaurant

I pulled in at the drive through the other morning to hear the polite voice of Richard Cooper saying please wait a moment while i take a payment, this is only a small thing but the first time I have EVER had this at a Macdonalds drive through, The normal way is to wait in silence wondering if anyone is going to say anything... And sometimes another car will get served in the next lane while I wait in silence with no idea what's going on. Thank you Richard for being the first person to do this, let's hope someone sees this and makes its standard across all McDonald's, Drive throughs, this would be a little evolution that will definitely help customers satisfaction. Thank you 🙏🏻

They literally never get any of our orders right now; there’s something always missing. Won’t go back now, it’s ridiculous.

Open 24 hours for dine-ins, quite safe overnight as you'll likely see a few cops come in during the wee hours of the morning.

Food was cold, one of the drinks were wrong and delivery time kept changing from original time slot. When eventual delivery slot was given, food was delivered on time. Not impressed.

Missing happy meal from the order, drove to Wilnecote to get it replaced, no apology just handed me food. My food ended up being cold.

Ordered Oasis, it never came, bottle of water instead and ordered sweet curry and bbq dips and they never come.

The driver didn’t even follow directions he was in the wrong place went 3 streets away and was walking around I had to go meet him and my food was stone cold and he was rude.

They forgot the dips for the chicken nuggets and we ordered one banana milkshake and one strawberry what we got was two banana milkshakes. I hate banana milkshake. Nothing wrong with the food just wish McDonald’s staff would take the time to check there orders properly.

Shocking. Chips stone cold and missing half of them. ordered large fries. the Carton was half full and probably less chips in than a medium fries. Big mac must have been put together by a blind person and inspiration taken from the leaning tower of pisa. sauce all over the outside of the bun. burger itself just a mess. how is this food going out the door like this?????? If I could give zero stars, I would have.

Typical MacDonalds food, very slow service inside. I only had a coffee, which showed as ready pretty quickly but never got bought out....when I finally caught someone i had to ask for it. They never bothered updating the board either, so tha lost of 'ready' items just grew

This is unbelievable, basically this McDonald's signed up for Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat to increase their profits but they don't allow delivery drivers to use their car park when collecting order I just can't believe this! This McDonald's is expecting drivers to deliver their food to their customers but not allowing parking at their car park wooow, if you sign up for online delivery platforms you should expect drivers to using your car park however if not why not unsign from all the platforms and work only with collection orders? By the way every single McDonald's delivery order is running late and this is been like this for years shocking
