We made an order for home delivery, my daughter ordered a Menu with a toy, they didn’t put a Minecraft toy in it, my daughter was very upset.

Always busy in here. Toilets are pretty difficult to get to. They're on the 3rd floor. No lift, no escalators and very steep steps.

Better than most London branches but nothing special and is typical of a McDonalds.

I don’t eat McDonalds too often but this was a great meal, really tasty. The milkshake machine worked too!

We found hair in McDonald’s food not even once, about 5 times, in burgers,wraps,fries. Absolutely disgusting

Usual McDonald's, tbh in my experience I've never had any issues with them. This was the first McDonald's I've been in that has three floors. The only issue I found was that the toilet is on the top floor. So I don't recommend it if you have difficulty climbing the stairs or if you're in a wheelchair.

Missing sauces again it’s the sake every week and when you are paying £1 for each Sweet Chilli sauce it’s a rip off and ruins the taste of my meal!!

Just ordered from this McDonald's through the app, opened my delivery and the Big Tasty with Bacon was missing from my Big Tasty with Bacon meal that I paid for. Pissed off because I can't even get in touch with McDonald's for a refund! Set up your services better so when you mess up, I can call for a refund...

food was actually nice and hot for a change. i was suprised. doubt it will last but for once i didn't feel like it had chucked money away.

I ordered for Mcdelivery, and they missed a key item from my breakfast. A mighty mcmuffin. How can they miss such a staple part of my meal. I am highly dissatisfied.

It's McDonald's so you know what you are getting but it has a nice staircase and plenty of space to sit upstairs.

No drink with my McRib meal which was desperately needed, half a teaspoon of bbq sauce, 1 pickle and 1 bit of onion in the entire sandwich made it so dry. Seventh bite before I got anything other than bread or patty. So disappointing after looking forward to the McRib for so long.

I just never got the delivery. The app kept saying 13:08 as my delivery time, never moved on from “Prepping”. After two hours, updated to “delivered”, with nothing at more door. Want to claim a full refund but can’t because the app says it’s been delivered so I guess I just lost delivery cost and service charge to Just Eat, thanks a lot, hopeless service!

large vanilla milkshake tasted like it had gone off and tasted horrible (bad after taste in mouth) was thrown away and the medium chocolate milkshake was very powdery and didn't taste like the chocolate milkshakes normally tastes
