McDonald's in Bristol, City of

Very disappointed this week, I take my Grandson every Monday for lunch and we usually have a lovely time. This week it was full of user eats delivery guys and had to wait ages only to find the kids meal had very few chips and no cheese in the cheese burger.

08.30 in the morning, hobbled in to be told no cheese beacon flat breads available, very disappointed, staff couldn't even be bothered to offer an alternative, not the service I have come to rely on at McDonald's

I got 4 mcflurrys and 2 of them tasted like nuts out of a Malteser which could've been bad if I was allergic one of the Maltese also had raspberry sauce with a matleaser (not mentioned to be there) staff was not very helpful when told

I had a disappointing experience with McDonald's wrap. The salad was sparse, lacked sauce and bacon, and the wrap itself was poorly assembled. When I approached the manager to express my concerns, her response conveyed a dismissive attitude, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

My friends ordered some food and the woman calling the numbers didn't say it clear ( my friend has hard of hearing) , someone grabbed our order with no evidence it was theirs, when my friend went up with her receipt they said that they would not give the money back or make our food again as it was 'our falut'

Spent £60 on cold damaged food and drinks absolutely discusting! Fries just thrown in bag drinks spilt so not enough drink for everyone! drinks spilt in McFlurry so couldn’t even eat it!! all the food was cold just discusting!

Just always sorting delivery guys out as they push to the front for orders it was 30 min wait for food again and it was cold so not a good last 2 visits as the same before

I ordered by drive through, i noticed the price is not correct on the screen so i talked with the girl where i pay. I told her that my order is mayo chicken meal not mc chicken which is a usual mistake. She confirmed she got it correct now. Still charged me a higher price. I commented on it. She said ask for reciept next windkw when i get the orderAs in the receipt i asked for coke no ice. When she gave it to me i told her politely that.She started to be angry then i took the order and checked it to find the first girl didn't correct her mistake. I told the rude girl who gave me the order who then shouted at me and was throwing a tantrum What the hell!!! What the kind of training your stuff had?Is rudness and shouting at customers acceptable? It is not my buisness as a customer if they are not trained .She talked with a manager then she asked me to park. After 15 mintues of waiting in the car with my autistic child she with a member of stuff were looking for my car though i parked exactly where she asked me. I waved at them 3 times As you see part of my car plate number is written on the reciept though she still act like a fool and looked at me 3 times a she saw me and finally sent her colleague who hardy speaks english .She gave me the same order oh my God!. They edited the receipt by pen checking off mc-chicken and wrote mayo 😁. They added a mayo chicken sandwitch. The food was terribly cold of course after waiting for 15 mintues. I told her i still paid a higher price for a sandwitch which i don't need or eat. I expected they just refund the difference of price and take off the wrong sandwitch like any resturant would do. She asked me to get out of my car and talk to a manager. I told her i can't leave my disabled child alone and can't take him inside while the noise is too much for him. Why would i have to go inside while i orignally ordered drive through because i can't get inside? I then decided to leave. I would never buy from this branch and would avoid mcdonalds if i can. I tried to call the phone numbers for complainys bit they were closed even they advertised saturday times 9-4. I am really angry about how i was treated while i was speaking politely.Shame on you.

My partner and I ordered 2 quarter pounder meals last night delivered. They forgot one of the quarter pounders and only refunded £1.6 for the missing burger despite it costing much more than that

Me and my son went in for some food, ordered using the touchscreen they have there, 35minutes went past , i still had not received my order, this was using table service… people who ordered after me, received there food and had eaten it before i even received mine. So i asked for a manager where i received a full refund and cancelled my order. I will not be using this mcdonalds again, the staff are so slow, my 3year old can cook a McDonald’s meal faster than any of their staff!!!

It's okay for fast junk food, everything tastes the same, including the vegetarian options that I have tried more than ones. Dining inside is chaotic, but driving through is quite fine, but you need to have in mind what to order, because obviously you are not given the time to think about what you want to eat. I not only don't recommend, but I would like to say "avoid it if you can"

We have been here twice and honestly never will again. The food we ordered both times had issues. The first time the quality was abysmal. The chips had clearly been reheated after they should have been as they were disgusting in texture and taste. The coke machine clearly wasn't working properly as it tasted mostly of soda water and was flat. All this after waiting an atrocious amount of time. Second time we came they took forever and even with that they got my order wrong but as we used drive thru we didn't know til we were home. I don't expect much from McDonald's but I at least expect edible and correct food especially as they're constantly increasing prices

I visited this morning for breakfast I only have a limited time no one was on the counter one guy saw me and totally ignored me so I ran out of time and walked out. I will never go back here it's no good service at all

Slow and you are always third class to Uber customers and drive thru if you are mad enough to actually walk into the place

Normal MacDonald. with childrens indoor climbing area. Very quick service. Plenty of free parking

Possibly the best McDonalds I’ve had this year!

This branch will nearly always leave an item out of your order, you just cross your fingers it's a small price item and not expensive. They have no interest in getting the order correct, or recitifying. Perhaps drop the prices by 10% to compensate for the missing items?

Standard maccas, nothing special. Tried the chicken bigmac. It was okay, not as good as big tasty. Will go again in a pinch but wouldn't plan it in advance.

I just finished a night shift and called in to McDonald's at Brislington for a breakfast. I waited 15 minutes because of uber people picking up meals. The bun was slightly burnt and crunchy!! Think ill give it a miss in future!!

The food was okay, nothing to get excited about, usual takeaway. I was annoyed though, to find that they hadn't given me part of my order, that I'd obviously paid for. I didn't realise this, until I got home, some 40 minutes from the branch. I contacted customer service, who were less than helpful. I asked for some recompense for this. They said I'd have to get back in contact with the branch. When I asked for them to instead, to send me a voucher to make up for the omission, they didn't bother replying! 😠

Avoid this McDonald's. They cater mainly for Just Eats and Deliveroo. The collections counter is obscured buy a swarm of these drivers, it's as though they feel they take priority over the public that actually come into the restaurant. And you know what, McDonald's actually do give them that priority. After a 30 minute wait I asked where my meal was after having to push my way through them. The manager needs to control them and stop them being such a nuisance, how is anybody expected to collect their meal. I told one of them that seemed to be guarding his space like his life depended on it " Its not really necessary to wait there." Only to get a dirty look from him and him turn to look at his mates to see if anyone would back up his stupidity, after all they were all like it. My wife was with me and she said that she finds them intimidating.

cheeseburger he likes nuggets but doesn't enjoy the fries or the hairs in the fries the flesh tastes good hmm yummy blood was found on the Quater Pounder but i like it whatever tee hee

Regular McDonald's nothing too special, play area for the kids, decent parking and drive through, Lovely lad named Pedro served me and was extremely well mannered. I'll definitely have to bring the kids round again when the wife let's me have them for the day 😂😂😂😂

Ate in around 11pm after being out in Bristol. Was clean and tidy as you would expect, just a long wait for food (around 15 minutes). Parking good and good location, suspect if we had driven through it would have been quicker!

Took a while to get food and not very busy so unsure why? Burgers a bit overcooked.

Excellent food, service and taste. Really hot and enjoyable.

I ordered 3 triple cheese burgers. All 3 of them had burnt black patties and no pickles or mustard was seen in sight. The burger was so dry and bland, and the wait was 20 minutes and this was definitely not worth the wait. Place not recommended. Never coming back again.

big mcdonalds in terms of space can get clogged up with school kods around 3pm -5pm other than that fast and friendly service

Customer service wasn't too bad, could do with more of a smile. Lovely staff lady I met in toilet, she was cleaning the toilets bless her she needs to be promoted (as not many staff would do that) as she was on her knees giving it a good clean. Can't remember her name, but very friendly chatty an happy lady. Tables wasn't to bad, need to just keep on top of cleaning. Not a bad mcds 😁

My daughters came to the drive through at 10:45 this evening and came home with an incomplete order which they paid for….. rang 19 times and even tried the virtual bot thing who kept saying contact uber eats you ordered it through them….. NO WE DIDNT….. they were at the drive through and this isnt the first time this has happened…. Cant give a star for the food as i didn't get mine!

Terrible ! ordered on Uber eats , order didn’t arrive re ordered again and they told me to cancel order as no sauce for the wrap but the manager or staff would not talk to me on the phone ! Manager called Anthony would not sort or resolve this issue extremely disappointed with this Brislington McDonald’s do not order from here terrible customer service.

The worst store I’ve ever been to, I go sometimes as it’s super close to me but every time I’ve ordered from there and I means Every time something is missing! I ordered three breakfast meals this morning they missed one whole meal and a drink for another meal! All the staff are too busy chatting to be focusing on the customers. Worst store ever!

I would not eat here, drive through lady was having a bad day, made us wait 10mins so drove on round and then proceeded to scream at us, we asked for the manager as she already paid through the app, who said she was "having a bad day" she continued to be verbally abusive, we have recordings of this as we could see it getting out of hand, absolutely not what I thought picking up a bit of food for our kids would turn into, Absolutely discussing behavior from these people

Have never seen such a dirty McDonald restaurant in the last 10 years... We had to clean one table ourselves in order to sit down... Lots of flies all over and burgers clearly precooked as all dried out... Strange mouldy aftertaste on the last few bites of my big tasty burger... I will never ever visit it again...

Wow for a McDonald's this place was clean & tidy. The coke did taste similar to coke. (Ha that will be the day in any McD's when they get that right) Food was good ie hot and they had Mc flurries. Not seen one of those in Chippenham for months. The machine there is always broken. Please teach Chippenham and Melksham how to do things right

The place is a travesty as it is full of delivery driver/riders. Normal people that walk in and order are forces to wait upto 30 minutes for food. Giving a whole new meaning to "fast food"

My friend was grabbing a milkshake at the end of our stay. Somehow this took over 15 minutes and caused me to receive a parking fine. Very unhappy about this

It's mcdonalds it's pretty clean and the staff are friendly the food is mcdonalds the atmosphere is mcdonalds untill later in the evening when it becomes mc double ds the hot spot for the local youth

Not the best experiences. Dining in on a Sunday mid-day took around 45 minutes before our order was ready. Short staffed, maybe? We also ordered via a delivery app recently and were given cokes, not shakes and were missing sauces. I would never order from this branch via any app, and just be prepared to wait a while if you dine in.

I find this branch is much better than most others in Bristol, the food is put together better, more clean and better staff, shout out to the Indian guy tonight at the brislington McDonald’s got there just before midnight and he was without a doubt the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve come across and I’ve met a lot! very polite, friendly and great customer service, he really puts the effort in. Top guy.

Visited this McDonald's branch as our usual one was closed for refurbishment. Was pleasantly surprised by how much better the food and service was compared to our local branch. We ordered table service which was delivered extremely promptly and was of excellent quality despite it being a Saturday evening and extremely busy. The staff were great - very friendly and efficient. The older gentleman who was cleaning was particularly lovely and helpful and is a credit to the branch.

Unfortunately today I ordered 2 chocolate milkshake which were awful. I took them back and they were replaced immediately. But they were just the same. After some nice conversation with a supervisor, it turns out an employee had put sundae mixture into the milkshake machine. I got a refund no problem but very disappointed.

It was quite quiet when I visited, but the order still took a long time to be produced. We dined in but they assumed we were take away so gave us a bag. Gave us straws which were unnecessary as we both had hot chocolate.
