Standard McD’s. Food was quite hot which is my only complaint when using the drive through. Won’t use the self service screens in any McD’s, I’ve never seen one cleaned.

Wasn't waiting long for my order

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to,waited 18 minutes for a cheese burger meal, the staff look uninterested and there's no urgency to prepare customer orders. When I got back to my car the chips were cold.Area manager needs to go in and watch the appalling service anonymously.

Last couple moths third time my order something missing food always gold today order and from meal deal big mac disappeared avoid this mc donald and uber service both is rubbish

Worst service of any McDonald's that I have been to. Very slow. So many orders were being returned. Complete shambles considering the amount of staff they had working as well.

Ordered food and it always has a issue everytime, the drinks taste like water, the food is always cold, they don’t correct there mistakes and just blame Uber for there issue I have complained to there head office but you never get a response this branch is utter disgusting with there food service and quality

This place is disgusting. Most of the tables are filthy, especially outside. I sat in my car in the end. I didn't know my order number because I didn't get a receipt. The self-order queues are all really dirty, and I'm expected to pick up my food after touching these filthy things. Very badly run place. Hardly any bacon in my bacon roll, either.

I've worked as an mcdonald's employee for several years and in the 5 minutes of being in this store I had never heard that many complaints in my time of service, we originally ordered through the drive through but after 3 times of saying to them they have put in our order in wrong they still bring out or orders wrong, when we go inside they throw the food away and proceed to make the same order wrong, when we finally get into contact a manager, she wasn't really apologetic nor worried and tried to fight us on our order being wrong before making them right. While being there a man's food was missing multiple times and then the employee tried to make him pay for things he had already paid for aswell had a receipt for. Then we had a lady who kept getting ignored by all the employees standing around before she could tell them her chips were freezing cold which was met with an eye roll before she even got them to be re-made. These are some of the complaints I heard while there, if you want a good mcdonald's experience don't come here

Man brought fam sparkling water instead of sprite g, then offers man coke, man said yes g and brought man a medium coke when i ordered a large sprite, styll. Overall its good g, just gotta tell me the sprite machine aint working g.

Ok location. A little bit out the way and hidden. Carpark is a bit small. Food was fast and warm

This is the 2nd time I have gone through the drive thru and left without any chips given with my meals.! (Yes I probably should check before hand) but not always possible. Regardless, it "everything" is handed to you in bags and they say thank you bye. You presume all of your meals ha e been given too you. It's not until I get home and no chips! It's an absolute joke, considering how expensive mds is now.

I would give 5 stars, BUT, every time I have visited the restaurant, there is never any toilet paper in the toilet for people with disabilities. It’s embarrassing to ask. Also it’s never clean and always smells!! Other than that, it’s what you would expect from McDonald’s

Very busy restaurant tourist and theater going crowd

Average food served in clinical conditions. I find the service has improved in Macdonald's restaurants since the introduction of the screen self ordering system now in place almost everywhere these days. Not that I use that method because I find it incredibly slow. Personally, I walk past all the droids playing with screens, straight up to the counter and order my food using my mouth like we have done for the past 150000 years. In most cases, I've paid and been served quicker than someone who walked in at the same time as me, but used a screen.

You know what you are getting and it's pretty consistent.

Mc muffin breakfast , really nice and hot .

Not enough staff on the customer floor, ran out of ketchup and bbq from the pumps. Bins and tables not cleared. However the chips were fresh and hot so bonus points for that. Probably better to order inside and eat in car. The drive through also had a long wait.

Drive through just takes too long because of all the online orders. It can't be described as fast food anymore.

I am utterly appalled by the quality of the burgers received. Three of the burgers ordered had buns that were severely burnt, rendering them inedible due to the overpowering burnt smell. Additionally, the onions were also burnt and placed at the bottom of the bun, causing the burgers to fall apart upon handling. It is evident that there was a complete lack of quality check from the chefs, resulting in a completely unsatisfactory dining experience. As a result, all three burgers had to be discarded. The only salvageable items from the order were the nuggets and chips, which had to be shared among myself, my wife, and my two little ones. I am absolutely disappointed and outraged by this unacceptable level of service and quality. Such negligence is intolerable, and it is clear that no care or attention was given to preparing the food.

Standard McDonald’s but they have frequently been confused and made the wrong order. For some reason “latte with an extra shot of espresso” is an impossibly difficult request and no matter how many times I ask them to add the extra shot to my coffee it always comes separately 🙈

They have a space to improve their customers service and slightly more efficient to be a food preparation.

Drive trough order is always messed up. Can't make a grill order anymore because of "new policy".

Cup of coffee to take out. Everything else is full of carbohydrates/sugars so can't eat there.

Missing items, bite taken out of the pie then it was cooked and served.

The reason I say this review is because everything I get a biting food I like to get it customised and every time I do it comes out wrong and I’m forced to eat it

This place has had its last order ever from me,yet again an item missing from my delivery but this time they refused to refund me,my bank will now have to deal with it.what a way to treat your customers.

I was in store today about 20 mins ago got home home my steakhouse burger missing. Went bk in got ignored . Got no receipt so not know order number explained this me and several customers waiting still just calling out order numbers .. So paid for food that is missing food I got is not that good was order 12 26/01/24 ar 17:36...kiosk order 52. If this how you serve ppl not even listening what a waste of money and time

Actual liberty they close at 2am same as the Tilbury one - driven here at 1:02am to be told they close at 1am and refused to serve us. Apparently the google hours are wrong and “they can’t change them” Definitely just laziness. Anyway called the tilbury one and they’re actually staying open til 2 so gone there instead

I turned up here at 12:50 and the staff would not serve anybody. They told me they were closed and told me it’s not possible to change the opening hours. Very inconvenient!!!

Absolutely shocking via drive through and via the McDonald’s app for home delivery. Order contents incorrect and given raw chips. Will never visit or order again.

Come in on a daily or should i say nightly basis. usually at 4.00am.!Just have coffee and sit in. Fed up with lack of heating. It's absolutely freezing.!! Feel sorry for the staff. Quick stop for a breakfast before going to watch a football match ⚽️, all good nice and quick food and was so quite inside this is a plus in a busy McDonald, s I can say overall good experience and if I can I will stop there again.

This McDonald's is always very busy. A lot of focus on the delivery driver orders but not on counter orders.

It's not my favourite McDonald's but was on the way home from the hospital.

I think it was a gentleman called George he was very kind. as an elderly man I struggled to bring my food back to my car and George helped me out a lot

Sick to death of the missing items when ordering from this restaurant through McDonald’s app, how hard is it to read a receipt and put the correct contents in a bag. Oh but apparently I can’t take this up with McDonald’s I have to speak to Uber eats even though I ordered on the McDonald’s app, since when have Uber eats also been working behind the counter, ridiculous!

Called in at the Macs on the A13 near Tilbury Salt, sugar buckets empty had to go back to counter and see photo, that was the burger. Another Macs that seem to concentrate on the Drive Tru and Just Eat etc

Muddled service Deliveroo takes preference over normal customers...wait was horrendous and mucked order up

When you want that final push to kill yourself Infront of your family, EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. There mcwhoppers are always out of stock and the ice cream machine is always broken so this place must be magical as it is never repaired.

The staff were trying their best, but it was extremely busy with drive drive through and deliveroo drivers. We went to eat in and waited half an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold, the chips were not properly cooked, and the burger looked like it had been thrown in the box as all bits all over the place.

7 o'clock in the evening on a saturday night and they close the seating area up stairs.

An extremely rude member of staff to a lady in front of me who wanted to pay cash at the till was told it was not his “job” to help the lady or get someone to the till for her to pay. He was rude to her. Then walked away and returned to do an alligator hand movement to say all she did was Moan. He did this several time until I intervened and told him to leave her alone. All customers turned on him them. The till manager came out asked him to leave and refused several times and continued at me and the original lady. He went into the kitchen with the manager and returned to us and apologised. He put the issue onto the fact he hadn’t had a break. He apologised by not sincerely. He was ready to fight us all, but we all stood up to him. There were about 15 people waiting to pick up food. No apology from the manager and no official way directly on MacDonalds to complain. I’m 54 been going to MacDonalds since I was 10. Never seen this kind of unproved behaviour. He should not be anywhere in contact with customers. The lady feared for her safety with her young daughter. I will pursue the complaint. MacDonalds behind the BP garage at Stanford Le Hope on the A13 in Essex. The employee was Named Steven and happened 25th of August 2023 around 19:30 on a busy Friday night. Shocking behaviour

Just awful. First time here and looks like what most other reviewers are saying. Longest wait ever for a dry af burger, soggy cold chips. Wont be returning.

If you want to sit and eat your food whilst delivery drivers occupy the very few tables there are in this restaurant and listen to them all arguing about thir deliveries. The food was OK, the fries were cold and limp, and the double quarter pounder was warm and mis shaped.

It’s a services McDonald’s. Not the best around, but your getting cheap and fast food.

Expect to wait a week for a mild warm burger and soggy chips. Been a few times and it never changes. Full of gobby chaos too so don't expect to get any peace and quiet.

Hot food for a change, but didn't expect half a packet of fries with a 'large' meal. Same old at this Maccies though, they couldn't care less. Slowest drive thru in the world, no napkins, manky old lettuce, and a dry af McCrispy...wheres the sauce?!

Bad service, arrive with a 44tn lorry ant 22.59 and don't allow me to go inn to do my order to take away , the lady send me walking trough the drive through, that is unsafe,(obiulsly I don't do it) it's Friday, don't let me talk with the manager just close the door on my mouth. No good at all. Very rude people , the owner need to explain to his workers how to treat the customers

Good but limited service during evening

Absolutely awful service through the drive though. Took order wrong and then just stopped half way through making the rest of the order. Then moaned she couldn't hear me like it was my fault. when ordering the food having the server rolling her eyes at me and not looking bothered was only trying to order food. In the end took the money back from her for the order and got no food through the drive through. Went it to complain to a manager and they obviously didn't care less.

Plenty of parking space, drive through as well worth a look
