McDonald's in Kirklees

I won't be visiting here ever again. The food wasn't fresh - cold and dry fries and burger, despite it being very busy. The restaurant was dirty but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. I went in to change my baby to find excrement all over the toilet and lid. It had clearly been there a long time.

The drive through is a waste of time every time I use the drive through my order is always wrong and try to phone they leave the phone off the hook

It is maccie D. Neither really bad really good dependant upon the day and the crew that is in.

Staff are rude and majority of time can be bothered to get your order right and are sometimes a cocky

Order more than you actually want because you only get half of your order, if you order a milkshake make sure you have your own straw because they don’t give you one. Food is always cold 😂

Overall is okay, service is really hit and miss :( They often forget the sauces, straws and tissues when you’re collecting via drive-thru. The servicing time also not really consistent, eg smaller / first come order doesn’t seem to get served before the bigger / later order placed. Not sure how it all works.

Very poor service. No staff available. Waiting from last half an hour. No body serving customers. Food is ready no one is packing the food.

Don't Normally do Food here just Hot Drinks, got ourselfs a Large Burger with Fries each My Son in Laws Was Great when I tucked into mine I only had Half a Burger spoke to the young Man serving the tables who went away with it to show Kitchen Staff then brought me back a Loverly Hot New Burger with Fries and could not apologies enough. GREAT SERVICE.

Went through the drive in for a sausage egg muffin and a cappuccino. I got the cappuccino but was waiting over 15 mins for the muffin. I had to leave before I got the food as I would have been late for work. When it's possible to make a sandwich at home faster wheres the USP for McDonald's? It's certainly not the quality. Very poor all round, I suppose the staff we not rude so that's something.

Terrible service. The Drive through only answer calls half the time and the food is often dry from being left on the heaters for too long. Go to KFC next door and save yourself some wasted time.

Food not protected and was completely cold and soggy on delivery. Quality of the 'special burger' left much to be desired - quite unlike a similar order last year. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from this source again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru on Leeds Road, and it was all made worse by an employee named Harris. From the start, Harris was rude and completely uninterested in providing basic customer service. When I tried to ask questions about my order, he was dismissive and barely acknowledged me. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold and poorly prepared, clearly sitting around for far too long. When I asked to speak to a manager, Hasan showed up, but instead of addressing my concerns, he seemed more interested in chatting with Harris than helping me resolve the issue. It was clear that neither of them cared about delivering good service. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. McDonald's needs to seriously reconsider the staff they're hiring if this is the level of service they’re offering.

The food was cold and the hot choclate spilled in the bag so half a cup of hot choclate i thought with the mighty breakfast you get 2 sausage patty and 2 bacon i got one of each i will not be ordering again via just eat

Allergies doesn't mean anything especially when you ask for no onions or pickles and some people don't know how to read. So MC rib in the bin what a waste of money. This restaurant really needs shutting down, you never get a warm meal, it's overpriced and you never get what you asked for.

Almost an hour between ordering and delivery at 10am on a Thursday morning - hardly peak period - and then one of the items is missing anyway. Service from here has gone downhill tremendously.

My mum ordered for me, her, my little sister and brother. Came and there wasn't a fruit bag or ice cream. My mum had to explain to my 4 year old sister that her fruit and ice cream didn't arrive. Drive looked like he was about to crash into the wall

Very busy Mcdonalds most days. We go here weekly and food is OK but NOT brilliant. With sloppy wrapping and poor amount of sandwich fillings, short measured hot drinks and no regularity on amount of McFlurry ice-cream servings or ice cubes in cold drinks. I'm forever having to correct stuff, which as an ex long time employee many years ago find service is now very poor. Over recent years and recently becoming disabled, have found too many people whom don't have a BLUE BADGE, missuse your parking spaces aimed at those with LESS MOBILITY and this includes delivery drivers misusing. This is not just restricted to this branch either, as happens at others too. I believe it's the sign that is an issue, saying "accessible parking" and not "disabled only parking" and it needs to be blue. Sort it or why have them?? Inside service is slow too as drive thru and deliveries appear to take preference over restaurant customers, which we have numerous personal experiences of. The refuse bin and cleaning station nearest the door is a bottleneck and restricts access for disabled and prams to main seating area and is far too close to people eating, especially when folk regularly brush past. Amount of seating is good, although could be improved upon and WHERE ARE THE SUN SCREENS!?, they stopped that awful midday sun blaring through on main seating area. Please bring back the screens!

McDonald’s didn’t put the drink lid on properly and now I have no drink that I paid for

Coffees are terrible don't bother get the seasonal ones i'm convinced they just use regular latte never any cream, never any syrup, never any flavour, NEVER again. Anyone reading this go to Gregg's Leeds Road instead much better.

Was suposed to arrive at 19:45, instead it arrived at 20:00. It was all cold! £30 to feed children with cold food?! This is ridiculous and i would like a refund or at least a partial refund. It all went in the bin, no one eats cold burgers and chips!

ordered it 12.15 the delivery time said 1230 my food must have been ready then but did not come till 13.25 the driver was rude no sorry or anything just wanted the 4 digits

The courier took great care to deliver my food on time and in great condition. He was extremely polite and curteous as well.Very happy, and highly recommend him.

Shambles! Half the order was missing and the mc plant burger was a chicken mayo burger. Kids not happy at all and it is too late to go back out 3 miles away and complain. Tried calling and no answer, no receipt gives! I actually asked to guy with the ginger beard who served me if everything was there an he just said yes pal, utter disgrace!
