McDonald's in Kirklees

Worst one for miles. Order always wrong. Also I reckon blacklist your registration if you complain to the staff at the drive through - I always get bad service, starting from being ignored every time at the order window. Nothing else can explain it.

We don't eat out many times but when I ordered to my house, they didn't put a large fries and the collectibles in the bag. I'm so disappointed!

I really don't know why people order from here, salty inedible rubbish there are so many good independent places in here to use other than McDonald's. It goes to show people follow people and how important social media is. I won't be ordering again

If you're going through the drive thru, take a couple of minutes to check your order. They always miss something, straws, sauces, half your food.... What you do get is hit and miss as to if it's hot, clap cold or lukewarm. If you prepare to be disappointed, you might occasionally be surprised and get somewhat ok food and service.

One of the most best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, drive through or inside, they have amazing customer service and they will help and talk to you to make your day the best it could be

ordered 3 Minecraft meals and recieved no figures

They didn’t send the happy meal drink and gave use the wrong drinks

Always order on Uber eats from here and 8 times out of 10, there’s something missing Surely it can’t be that hard to read an order and make sure everything is in. Baffled at this rate of incompetence

Food cold and would have asked for a refund if I knew how as we couldn’t eat. This seems down to the restaurant as opposed to the driver though as the delivery was in good time. Chips and burgers were ruined and I won’t be ordering again. It’s normally fresh and hot from this location

I ordered a whopper and it took them 1hr 5 mins to get or make my whopper I alo told them to make a coffee they threw it to my car windshield and said go back to Asia. Racist. Not recommended

You never delivered our order and also you are meant to ask for a one time code so how has this order been delivered at 9.10 when we have no food and you have charged us

How can they claim to be 24 hrs, but have the drive through conned off at 1am?

Yet again I have ordered a large coke only to receive less than half of the cardboard cup. The whole bag is soaking. This keeps happening to me. The driver knew and said “it’s not my fault” shocking service. You need to do something as I spend an awful amount of money from your product and it’s not on.

They forgot my chicken nuggets.

This delivery driver was a disgrace! I left a note on my order asking to be delivered to door upstairs as I can't get down. So rude and dumped it my on door step!!

Went through the drive in. The inside was busy but the drive in was processing orders very quickly. From placing my order to collection must have been less than 4 minutes. Food was hot and the order was correct. (I ordered the BBQ McCrispy, nice enough but way too much BBQ sauce, I couldn't taste anything else. )

Other than the missing chicken nuggets everything is fine

Ordered on uber eats turned up with wrong order ended up with someone else's order, I just dont understand how they can give the drivers the wrong orders, do people not know how to read order numbers, as rang the driver as soon as he left and he had only picked up the one order😡

No milkshake last 7pm. Instead of telling us that they took our order then when we went to pay they tried to offer is coke instead :/ like just tell us you don't have milkshakes on

The driver was so rude it was disgraceful, refused to hand over food stood outside for 15 mins whilst trying to speak to customer service cos the map was showing at a different address. Even tho I gave him a code etc and messaged to explain. Ive got videos of this driver and I've got a screenshot of the messages I sent to him. Hes lucky he didn't get what he deserved! It's totally put me off ordering for here again! Sort your drivers out !!!!

No food delivered just got 4 drinks which don’t know if it’s the maccies workers that are incompetent or the delivery driver.

As per usual food missing from the order seems to be every order there is something or a couple of things missing

Just called into my local maccies is a rarity these days as last time when I saw the rats playing chase in the car park I decided I'd give it a massive swerve. Anyway 12 months have passed and to my surprise I couldn't find fault with anything. Dbl quarter with cheese was probably up there with the best served and fries again pretty dam good. Even treat my Arthur (pocket bully) to a couple of cheese burgers which took him all of 30 seconds to eat and he looked to have given 5 stars also. Did I just get lucky who knows till next time

Served cold food on a tray covered in a thick layer of grease, the tray looked wet, staff could not care less. Avoid at all costs.

The paper bag it came in looked more like chips than the chips did. Bland and cold. They seem to hate giving people the sauces they pay for as well 🤣

Wrong items being delivered and just eat refuses to do anything about it, even with proof. Not McDONALDS fault, so overall it was ok, but the fact that even with proof, Just-Eat wont do anything about it.

Estimated time for delivery kept changing for nearly 2 hours I waited when it finally come the food has clearly been sat at the restaurant since I submitted my order it’s cold and stale

The worst McDonald's I've ever had! Service very slow. Tables were disgusting. Took my burger back as it was cold. It was replaced by a slightly warmer one. The fries 🍟 were undercooked. It was horrible and I won't be visiting any time soon. Not recommended. Needs to improve greatly.

Absolutely shocking worst mcdonalds I've ever had. Got the order wrong, chips were only half full. I asked twice for ketchup for the kids and they forgot to put in after having to wait 15 minutes in the waiting bay. By the time we got the food it was cold and dry. The mccrispy bbq didn't have any onion on and looked like it had been thrown around the room. I wanted to add something to the order at the paying window but they said that that wasn't possible and I'd have to go back round the drive though. Customer service is none existent. I'll be avoiding mcdonlds from now on.
