Messed up an order Ordered 3 happy meals 1 cheeseburger 1 bigmac 1 mc crispy but all the burgers were CHEESEBURGERS! Wish i could leave a 0 star

Very good place and is close by for me so I go nearly every time food takes a bit long tho and busy at 5pm

Disgusting service the assistant manager Andy in a simple word is useless and rude and needs teaching basic management skills I explained how the app had failed and the money had been taken out of my account in which he replied there is nothing he can do after then speaking to the actual manager Marie who is also useless she then said the same and had no intentions what so ever of helping me by this time my lunch break was up and I had no time to eat anything disgusting service and they both need sacking

I recently visited the McDonald's located in Huddersfield, and overall, it was a fairly standard experience typical of what you’d expect from the fast-food giant. The restrooms were in decent condition, though they could have been a bit better maintained.Overall If you're looking for a quick, familiar meal in Huddersfield, McDonald's will meet your expectations. It’s a reliable choice for a fast-food fix, though it doesn't offer much in the way of a unique dining experience. The location is convenient, and the food is what you'd expect from the brand. Just don't expect anything beyond the standard McDonald's experience.

The food was green the fries came out stale and they had no drinks leg at all and it stunk of rats

The only McDonald's where I frequently have to park up and wait for ages to get my food from the drive though and twice I've had to go in to ask where my food is as they had forgotten my order.

Called in drive-through for a milkshake and an apple pie. No probs too 5 mins.

Takeaway; drove 6 miles home to find no fries with our meals. The burger was squashed and the milkshake (which used to be thick, creamy and delicious) was pi55 thin and tasted like chemicals. McDonald's used to be a treat once every few months but now it's just sh17

Drive through service extremely incompetent employee assuming the order & not listening to customers requests . Stipulated cash only yet when arrived at pay window asked cash or card… asked for meals & was given order in separate prices with no fries. Manager was at pay window & instead of apology’s for employees incompetence..simply listened & turned a blind eye… horrible , stressful experience… & the cherry on top .. when the order was eventually corrected… paid an extra £4 with only one receipt..not 2 with the amendment…

Cold food brought to table - childrens and adults meals - order different to that placed on electronic 'order board'; disputed order which revealed incorrect image with written description, requested fresh, hot food and burgers were quite clearly just slapped in wrapper . Extremely poor presentation and service. Only saving grace was the lovely assistant who brought food to table and tried to raise issue of faults on menu board with manager. He was lovely, but this branch has gone right down hill. Also only 1 out of the 5 kids activity screens working, with one of the faulty ones showing part of the electronics. Really really poor and shows complete lack of interest and care throughout the store

terrible waiting 30 minutes and gave us a chicken rap with the sauce all over the box not even on the bread

Wouldn't recommend getting a delivery from here as the last 2 times ALL the fries were missing from our order, and the third time the driver got lost and ended up going to meet him to pick up the freezing cold food. This restaurant very very rarely manages to deliver a complete order - no idea how they manage to miss so many items that are clearly printed on the receipt attached to the bag but have given up on this branch, it's just not worth the hassle

Just a quick shout out to Max who was on the 1st window today (Friday 7th June 24) at about 6:30pm... you should be working in a back room of a factory somewhere as you have no people skills, you are very rude, and frankly just horrible, luckily the manager came to help, All I was doing was spending my mcdonalds and Max is just a simple un educated idiot who hasn't a clue what he is doing and then has a go at me for it 🤣

I should appreciate the great customer service of Mr. Hassan (Shift Manager). He committed his break and helped me with placing my order. Truly appreciate his time, support and commitment

Management will all you all names under the moon when they think they can't hear them Will disrespect you even when they mess up your order. Even when customers try and defuse tensions, management and workers will yell out.

Great food with great service. 5 min drive to McDonald's in town will most likely disappoint you as they have served me cold fries and burger with missing 1/2 bun, but not here. This McDonald's is superb and seem to be well managed.

They made our order wrong (not the 1st time) ,but Salek was so helpful and sorted out for us to receive the right order. He provided fantastic customer service so we rated his service with 5 stars.

20 minute wait time on a small order is unacceptable. Staff could be heard shouting and arguing in the back.

Food order was lost. Left us sat there 20 minutes before I went to ask where the food was and noone knew what the order was. So had to re-order. Food was stale like it was sat there for hours. Only ONE staff member actually smiled. The rest looked like there were ready to kill. Shocking !

I-pads only one working. Fries over cooked. Boxed chicken and bacon salad, 2 small pieces of chicken and one of bacon, 2 slices tomato, 2 small slices of cucumber but of red onion and so much lettuce. Not be going back again in a hurry. Grandsons complaint no ice in pop and no smoothies on sale.

The staff including the manager use the word can't far too often. Really put a dampener on the start to my day.

This Mac Donald’s has very poor quality control when it comes to checking there orders as Iv gone to this Mac Donald’s for a while and every time I go they miss off items from my orders and that’s frustrating when you have to go into the restaurant or if I order it then Iv gotta contact Uber eats and Iv been refused my money back for items I didn’t receive countless times Iv had enough of the extremely poor service avoid this Mac Donald’s

Why is none of McDonald's food hot? Luke warm at best. McDelivery drivers cause huge queues, while walk in customers are overlooked and pushed to the bottom of the pile having to wait ages for their 'fast food' You need to have a rethink on your business model

I visited McDonald's with my grandparents and I placed the order on the touch screen machines because the app seldom works. We waited for well over 20 minutes for our food (we were order 69, and order 85+ were being called out at the time). When we got our food, it was cold and there was a cheeseburger missing - we brought this to the attention of a floor staff member and had to wait a few more minutes to get a cheeseburger. Slow and ridiculous service at lunchtime.

Who doest like a mcdonalds they are always clean, serve quickly and relatively cheap for this day and age. I got the chicken wrap it was actually quite delicious, nice to sit by the window and watch the world go by. It's always such a melting pot Mcdonalds people from all walks of live visit. People that say they don't like mcdonalds are just pretending. :)

No Steakhouse Stack, I mean come on! It's not like it's an extensive menu. As for the Big Mac. Should be done under trade description. Nothing big about it. More like a slider these days. Hardly ever bother with McDonalds and don't think I'll bother at all in future. Too many better options these days.

Basic mcdonalds you know what you're going to get, there is an asain woman(sometimes does face painting) that deserves to be recognised / pay rise as she seems to do everything whilst some other staff members look as though they can't be bothered.

Called at drive thru at 1am waited for fourty minutes and didn't move in que, staff just stood arguing! messing about and shaking hands with their mates, saw 3 other vehicles in front of us pull out and leave before we did the same so no idea how long they had waited, if you want drive thru don't bother in early hours of morning, who knows how long you will need to wait,

This place was absolutely disgusting. The chairs were covered with dead flies. Living flies flew all over the restaurant and kept landing on our food. I am absolutely baffled to have seen a 5 hygiene rating on the door outside. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1. They had long service wait for food and then failed to inform us of lack of availability after purchase (mcflurry). Rude staff then told us to hurry up while we were choosing an alternative to a mcflurry for a child which was very unprofessional.

Food was cold and very low quality. Service is appalling as they serve the online delivery orders first. The atmosphere was shocking, was with my 7 year old grandson and thete wete kids in from the grammar school and high school all swearing and throwing food about.
