Chicken Stop Batley in Kirklees

I just ordered with Uber, but the food was rubbish. 2 chicken and rice/fries bowl, but the meat was stinky

!!!THIEVES!!! I payed with 20 pound note for a burger meal wich came to 6 pound i was given my change with 10 pound short by a tall dark haired asian male after some time had passed waiting for my food i realiased what had happend when i questioned him about this he knew that he gave me 10 pound short then proseeded as tho nothing happened when he tryed to steel my change please watch out for the tall dark haird asian male as he may do this to you as he tryed to me and there must be other customers that hes given short change too

They stole our concept and logo !

Similar to Chicano's. Smaller portions but you can eat at a better price.

Rubbish service. Got our delivery order wrong and missed 2 burgers off. Told us they cant deliver them and we cant get a refund. We were only offered the option to use the amount owed to us the next time we order. What makes them think we will order again?

Asked for a Double Cheeseburger (plain) with pepperoni and honey mustard. What I got was a double Cheeseburger with salad and mayo, pepperoni smothered in some sort of spicy sauce. Only part I could eat was bottom bun and 1 burger with a bit of cremated cheese on. Useless! This was a walk in order too!!

Great tasting food and great offers on. However, a few times now, there were missing items, so I had come back to the store for them to rectify it, which can be frustrating.

Quick, convenient and very reasonably priced. Food was tasty and piping hot. Chicken is nice and chunky instead of it being sliced multiple times. Would recommend 👌🏽

Been to Dewsbury branch few times but first time in Batley. Unfortunately they are miles apart, never had any issue with Dewsbury. Food always fresh and tasty. Ordered the munch box, burger was made fresh and really nice and i enjoyed it. Everything else was a massive disappointment, the wings were cold and rock hard, must've been sat around for a few hours, then just coated in sauce. Coleslaw was okay but straight out of tub. Chips were not fresh and rice tasted like it was made yesterday. Tandoori chicken was all cold Not sure what happened but lots of food went to waste. Won't be going back, will stick to Dewsbury branch.

I would like to request that they become HMC certified with a certificate because I used to go there every week but ever since I found out they aren't HMC I stopped going there every week

Got a couple of wraps today whilst in Batley, one extra spicy & one without anything hot in... Fantastic value, absolutely georgous hot wrap, I'll be back soon... Five out of five...

Same taste to the one in Dewsbury but potions are small in Batley. Triple cheese burger was very tasty but size of the bun needs to be looked at as it breaks up on first bite need bigger bun. If you order here they give you time to pick up but when you go there to pickup you will wait for another 15-20 mins.

Should have know when I walked in and not much was going on I'm sure my burger was microwaved wasn't hot but the hash brown was, chips were good, can't see me returning

Ordered from Chicken stop in Batley on the phone and got told it would be 10 minutes. Got there after ten minutes and waited in the actual store for another 20. This is always the case when we have ordered on the phone- so it’s pretty pointless even calling to order because you’ll end up waiting anyway. The food however, is always fresh and tasty so they’d get 5 stars if they told us a more accurate wait time. Staff are friendly and polite. Food comes with garlic and chilli sauce and they have a decent selection of drinks. I would recommend the buffalo legend, the chicken and rice box and the wings they do with the buffalo sauce.

Great verity and selection, majority of things i have tried been tasty, my go to is always the rice bowl, tasty grilled chicken.

One of my favourite places I love the chicken stop branch of Bolton but I never try other branch I ordered twice from batley branch burger and wrap just excellent plus great customer service too polite friendly, deffo will be ordering again their burger is best in town with good spice good quality of food bollywood wrap meal just excellent

Great addition to Batley town. Great quality food at competitive prices. Highly recommend the rice box and the salads.
