I orders a pizza & they took my money from Ubar and I didn't receive no pizza I've tried to call and call with bi avail

I got the nicest pizza and the server was truly lovely. I was contemplating getting the Chocolate Ice cream cake and the server saw me trying to make up my mind and said it would be worth it and it was. I enjoyed it thoroughly .

Ordered a pizza from here. Abosolutey Crap!!! Pizza cold as a ice. Pizza burnt and topping rubberry. Crust so hard could break a window with it. Dont bother ordering from here.

Uncles service is always amazing and the food is delicious especially the chick stack burger and the skin on fries.

Amazing service, very friendly staff they even called us a taxi and told us when it arrived. Food was delicious, one of the nicest chicken burgers I’ve ever had and the garlic mayo was unreal!

I ordered a pizza from here, by the time I got my pizza if was cold af and they never made it as I ordered the toppings of garlic butter and Italian herbs they never came on the pizza. When I rang the take away the guy goes to me added them on my pizza. I don't know how that works because I never tasted any on them in my pizza...never gonna order from here again...

Honestly the best pizza I've had. No grease at all. You know it's a good pizza when all the crust has been eaten

Totally Bogus... ordered last night, they said they didn't have lamb chops as per my order, that's fine, but the rest of the meal was terrible in taste...i mean just a dry bun with a tasteless patty and just nothing else inside or outside but it did cost me 5 pounds and the pizza was not at all delicious.... wouldn't recommend...rather look for a better one without wasting money here!!

Worst donner chicken and chips I have ever seen. I had one bite outside the shop as I thought I might have the wrong order. There was a bit of old chicken tika heated up and put on some chips £6. This is not what I expected, over priced and a bad bad expierence.

So my husband ordered from here for him and my mother in law and they ordered mix kebab in naan and cheese burger meal, loaded chips, and pizzas. Both ended up getting severe food poisoning to the point we had to call paramedics. Rang the doctors next morning to confirm it was food poisoning. Rang up snootys and spoke to a fairly young gentleman who first said we rang the wrong snootys until I provided him the order number. He was very rude and was very patronising saying I seem like a very intellectual person when I stated the facts that were given to me by the doctors and paramedics. He kept putting me on mute to talk to another worker and would come back to give his “medical advice” saying it’s a virus not food poisoning even though I told him numerous times that the paramedics and doctors have both confirmed it was food poisoning. Do not risk the health of your family and others by ordering from here Thanks

Great pizzas 🍕 Topping was a bit soggy but hey what a great base travelled from Birmingham and was on way back when stopped at snootys

Pizza was tasty, although I’m not sure if I got the pizza I ordered or somebody else’s order due to how it wasn’t hot at collection. I collected 4 minutes after they said it would be ready and the box was lukewarm to the touch. When I got home it was cold so stuck in the grill - fries also cold.

They gave me a wrong order and refused to give me a correct one instead of chicken they gave me beef with no salad and sauce no drink and the customer service was rude

Very disappointed pizza looked nice but it wasn’t cooked properly could still taste the dough, cooked on the outside so they have cooked it too fast. tried to re cook it myself but fell apart trying to get it out the box because of it been so doughy

Tried to scam my brother out of money telling him his payment had declined last time he was in,obviously it would decline straight away.he also said how much to the penny. Also the food is terrible and the place often has a bad hygiene rating,always shutting down and reopening.

Food is nice, but doesn't matter when you call them they never pick up. Online they said is open when you call them they never answer. Last time we order food two hours we was waiting and they said Is will take about 45min when we called they didn't answer again

I am not impressed with this it’s taken two hours and they won’t answer the phone when I call to find out where my order is, I’ve never been to snootys before I surely won’t be going again this is a complete joke. Still not showed up, had to go somewhere else, I would never recommend going to this place to anyone.

Lovely tasting pizza as usual, but for the second time took ages to come. We ordered at 5:15pm it finely turned up at 7:20. No sorry or even half price this is the second time this has happened. Very disappointing when the food is so nice.

Really good pizza! I had to wait a while due to technical problem but I’m sure service is usually a lot quicker.

Once I was looking food everywhere nothing at home went out but mostly places closing time and some they’ve started cleaning so finally I went this place they just they sai only Piripiri is available nothing else but you needto wait another few minutes to cook 👨‍🍳 so there’s no other option You know Patience is worth so I really liked it, was tasty, fresh, fully cooked and you can taste inside as well so this one ☝️ only experience I had... I have tried only Piripiri burger 🍔 It was really delicious 😋 I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ but it’s my opinion Because everyone has different taste n different opinions If you’re agreeing with me you can like my review Great people always like my review 😘

Placed order (pizza chips 2x cokes and a burger) they said half hour,1 hour later I rang as it hadn't arrived to be told that it was taken to the wrong address..they said they'd make it again and send it within 20 minutes...it arrived,and they gave 12inch pizza instead of original 9inch that I ordered as there had been an issue so as an apology , great food and great service 😊

food wasn’t on time. Time the phone got hear kids wasn’t fast asleep waste off money. When ring to ask about the orderr guy willl just say it’s on way no hiya his it’s snooty how can I help was like hi I ask for my food and how long etc and he say it’s on way bye? Food wasnt even nice was all messed up pizza falling off on to the box chips was cold to just disappointed with how he spoke to me with disrespect and how they say it be hear on time and half hour later 45 mins it’s still not turn up!!!! Will never order from hear again! Just pure discontinued. Good job my kids wasn’t even that hungry and they had there tea and snacks after just wanted some thing to munch on while watching a movie !!!! Think twice before ordering from gear please read comments before do so

Waited one hour and 40 mins for our takeaway as someone had forgot to put our order in and it was bloody burnt n chicken had a big piece of odd shaped bone in it?? Will never order from here again and would not recommend to anyone!

When I last went here, it looked like it was about to close down. The fridges where empty and stuff on the menu was not available. Only for broke students. Was good at one time but not now.

I recived a message that my order will be with me in 1h and 5 mintes . After 1 h and 15 minutes I phoned the place and I was told that my order will be with me in 15 minutes. Now 95 minutes passed and I still did not receive anything. Terrible customer service terible delivery service. I do not expect food to be better . AVOID!

Brilliant pizzas and brilliant service. Get treated like you have known them for years if you collect and £10 for 2 12inch pizzas 2 chips and 6 chicken wings along with a bottle of Pepsi has got to be one of the best deals in Huddersfield :)

Pizza missing toppings got a £10 meal deal but i wouldnt pay £5.99 a pizza had better for less

Snootys is a nice pizza place however, when they're supposed to be open and you've been ring since 3pm up to 4:15pm it puts a dampener on the whole experience. This as happened several times too. Food is great though.

Having only eaten the Pizzas at this place, i must say their pizzas are amazing and kind of special from anything i have tried before. The Pizzas may be a little bit too oily for some people but i find them in an adaqueate amount. The Pizzas are cheezy and filled with ample chicken/beef (if not a non-meat pizza) and in the end leaves you with wanting more i.e. if you are not full. Their beef pizzas are the best but the the Peri Peri Chicken Burger is not a good one. I would definitly Snooty's for their Pizza since i have only tried the pizzas and the Peri Peri Chicken Burger.
