The toilet was nice and clean and the staff printed off a reciet for me.

A very cold soulless place. Didn’t get the order right, item missing. Very slow staff. 4 more people had the wrong orders while I was waiting. Will not recommend or visit again.

This is a fairly normal McDonald's. With drive-thru outside seating and inside seating There are two car parks, the McDonald's one has a shorter time limit I think 90 minutes and the other main one has a 3-hour limit.

Overpriced poor quality burgers

If your paying cash the staff dont take much notice. Always takes a while for a member of staff to serve you

Your average Maccys, but had to leave a lower rating as this is the second time Iv found hair growing out of the fries 🍟.. So would advise to have your car internal light on if you are planning to consume these inside your vehicle. Milkshake , specifically asked for a banana but was given a mix hybrid version of vanilla and banana mixed which wasnt at all pleasant.

Not fast not value for money and always waiting because there is about 500 online orders for click and collect and they always get priority

driver was very pleasant and didn't cut across the garden walls, also spoke to me, my daughter and the dog with very nice manners 👍

Just been through the drive in and the young man taking my order was super polite and the young lady dispensing had the most lovely smile, she was warm and made such a difference to the awful day I was having!! You obviously know how to train a happy workforce!!!

All food was cold and both the "large fries" were half full and soggy

£43 spent and they can’t even get 1 item correct on an order so I hope whoever gets my order is happier than I am and now I have to wait 48hours for a reply because I have requested a refund. A rude driver complete rubbish food nothing edible so I’m not happy and hungry!

I've never had a delivery that slow I watched the driver on the app and was either delivering other orders on the way or he got lost the food was cold I don't expect to use my microwave when the place is only a mile away

One of the better McDonald's, never too crowded unlike the one in Burnley centre and also plenty of free parking in Asda car park

Food was okay, although they forgot half of my mates order and they took their sweet time to bring their food and the place wasn't busy. Someone vomited in the entrance way and staff showed no intentions of cleaning it up so we had to leave via the fire exit as we was NOT walking through vomit.

Ordered a delivery, food was cold and half my order was missing or wrong. Ordered on McDonald's app so can't see any options for refund of missing items. Disappointing

Most of the time I use the drive through option, service can be sporadic and doesn't always appear that you get served in turn via the 2 ordering points. Food is usually luke warm at best and of varying quality. Would only use if I have no the options. No longer go into Macdonalds due to the amount of food delivery people who seem to be given priority.

I know working at McDonald’s isn’t exactly for the cleverest of people but how have you all it got there mentally capacity to just put the dips in the bag? Everytime I order the dips are missed off… just read the order, it’s in English I can’t imagine it really being that difficult?

The times kept changing and it had me waiting for an hour an half not knowing if it was going to arrive,, I ordered 4 things I tried ringing McDonalds and nobody answered,, when my food arrived it tasted awful and it was cold,,

why cant McDonald's get the order right. one item out of 8 missing . Although I get a refund and its dealt with quickly would much rather have the food, why can't we have an option to get the missing item 'express' delivered the restaurant can pay any delivery costs etc.

Fries cold. Chicken was ok. Ordered a chocolate milkshake. Instead of usual milkshake out of the machine. I got a small carton. Paid for a large milkshake. Not a small carton!

Absolutely disgusting got half a iced latte... half my chips was gone burgers for me and my partner stone cold...and got nuggets but never put my sauces in.... seriously if you can't do your job probably change God dam career... a 5 year old could do better... The service at sandbrook is not even worth a mention to be honest , never known them to get a order right and even at 1.35am still had to wait 25 minutes for my order.

My food was 15.mins late and my order was wrong I ordered selects I got nuggets and I ordered 2 burger meals and only got fries. This seems to be a regulate issue. Your staff need to check orders before leaving because my family are going without food

Forgot multiple items, Chicken Nuggets, Chocolate Milkshake and the double quarter pounder had a very small muffin on the top which didn’t cover the whole burger.

Probably 15 years since last visit to McDonald's and was surprised to see that prices haven't increased as much as I thought they would. Less than £20 for three. Food was as good as I remembered, decent service once ordered on the screen. Was late afternoon and quiet so not sure how the service is when it gets busy.

When I first ordered, the delivery time was between 12:35 and 13:05 which when it got too that first time then changed to 5 mins later about 3 times until it finally stopped at 12:50 - 13:15. Once the food had arrived the chips and burgers were cold and half the chips were missing.
