Disgraceful behaviour from staff, completely ignored everyone

Not enough staff, tables not cleared and floor not swept. All the bins were over flowing.

ordered the 9 chicken nuggets minecraft meal with dips and it came with no toy, no nether sauce and i was given a banana milkshake instead of vanilla + we were already in a hassle and had no time to ask for these things i am very unhappy

I've never come across a place who had a 100% failure rate on deliver orders. Half a dozen uber eat orders from here and all with missing and cold items. I don't know whether to be mad or impressed.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Issues everytime we go. Missing food, cold food, wrong food. Had an issue with an order so they wrote us in "the book", went to claim the replacement and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. The replacement order was cold and I had to send back through the drive thru

Today on 11th of feb I have ordered 2 times in the space of 3hours because my order kept getting re assigned drivers which had already been pissing me off then it cancelled it which I don’t know what for bc it was getting picked up so I then re ordered it again and same thing happens so if h can’t DELIVER FOOD OR sort your shit out shut it

2nd time in same week worse service , stuff have no clue what they doing make my order ready to collect still make 10 mins wait there never again , while I was there delivery drivers came and staff was so rude with drivers all customers look at staff.

DONT ORDER FROM DARWEN MACDONALDS!!. Spent nearly £40 for took 2hours to get here, it was stone cold, three items missing!!!. And they don’t answer the phone, I will never do this again!!.

ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Just visited at 1am and couldn’t be bothered to check, got home and they’d given me 4 nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for and only put cheese on the cheeseburger, no onion or gherkin, save yourself the trouble and drive an extra five mins to the facing ewood park

The manager on shift on Saturday 15th February night around 11pm was an ABSOLUTE LEGEND. Went above and beyond to make sure we got sorted out with our order when we had trouble. Thanks the rest of the staff too!

If you dont like your job quit. People dont expect all their food just thrown into a bag. 4 happy meals no toys. We had to seperate it all ourselves and it was cold

Worst place ever. I wait 25 min. just for a big mac meal. The burger was cold and soggy. Fries look like they made them one year ago. The delivery drivers wait 35-40 min. just for one delivery. 🤬🤬🤬

Generally a very good McDonald's. Though most of the time sauces are missing from orders. At times the food is barely warm when super busy, but even so it's always better than the Ewood park one. Only once had a long wait here, 30.minutes and no food so had to leave as I had a meeting.

Absolutely shocking! Waited over an hour for cold undercooked chips that was all completely out of the boxes and at the bottom of the bag in a pile. The Big Mac was missing. The quarter pounder was squashed and beaten up. The chicken share box came with no sauces and everything was absolutely FREEZING. Completely inedible.

it took over an hour to arrive, and was cold when or did. There were items missing, one item wrong and fortunately a side order of fries that weren't ordered which helped to stop obesity of us being left hungry.

McDonald’s forgot my medium oasis and bbq sauce

Every time I have ordered from this McDonald’s it has always had something missing, a double cheese burger, chicken nuggets, a Fanta and chips. These are the things that I have never received (but paid for) from this McDonald’s.

More bothered about delivery orders than customers in store. Slow and poor service.

So, I ordered two double chilli cheeseburgers because I LOVE a bit of spice, they sound amazing, etc… however, what I got was two doubles, completely plain, which was also annoying because I’m a pickle gal, I normally have extra pickles and there wasn’t even a slice of one. Secondly, it was colder than the weather has been recently. Not a fault on the driver as he arrived on time and the ice was still in the cups, not melted, so clearly a fault from McDonald’s. I don’t know how busy you were at 1am on a Thursday, but clearly very. Thirdly, the fry portioning was smaller than a small and it was meant to be a medium. Fourthly, when I tried getting through to them numerous times, just to let them know I had cold food and wrong items, and to get a refund on the wrong items considering I didn’t eat any of my cold, plain, nasty burgers, I simply couldn’t. The only reason this is getting two stars is because 1- the sprite was amazing & 2- my non fussy at all mate loved his bbq burger meal. Can’t lie- worst McDonald’s I have ever had and will probs go to the restaurant or drive through considering if I get a wrong item I can just replace it there and then, and it might not be cold, but I will not be ordering from you and recommend no one else does the same. So so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food arrived hot, even with the snow. Items were as requested, with extra cheese and bacon. Delivery time was a long wait, but I didn't mind as the food was hot, tasty and as requested.

Ordered through the drive through, quite a big order as it was my sons birthday. When we got home some of the order was missing and the best part of the food was inedible the mc chicken sandwich meals were stale like cardboard they had to go straight in the bin. The chips were undercooked and cold and the chicken nuggets were hard and stale. I have made a complaint but honestly he couldn't give one. Mistakes happen!! You should not be churning out stale food. Very disappointed.

Ordered off Deliveroo, I phoned up and asked if they could make sure everything that I have ordered and payed for , was correct. It come to me missing Sauce. I understand it just sauce but when I’m paying for little things like that at least get it right and put it in the bag!!! Fuming .
