McDonald's in Rushmoor

Foods ok, but lack of staff means there's a fair amount of rubbish around and the salt/pepper/napkins were empty

We go in the drive through every Saturday and there is all most something missing from our order this Saturday just came it was a bigger odder and they for got the shear box off cheese bites and a toffee apple pie so from now on we be getting our food inside and checking it all. If I was your I would not use the drive through.

As consumers, we have the right to vote with our feet. McDonald's, somewhere we just all go, for a quick, easy, cheap dinner. Let's be honest, orders are regularly wrong, cold or missing items (drive through and delivery) Burnt burgers, the food is beyond terrible. It's no longer "cheap" to go to McDonald's either. Gone are the days you can get a meal for cheap and enjoy a treat. If you happen to go in, food always seems to be hot and cooked to a better standard. We still enjoy breakfast, but again, go in for it.

Same food as any other McD's Recently been revamped inside so the myriad of delivery drivers don't get in your way anymore which is a lot better - except when their door opens into your face as you are entering because the glass is frosted and they can't see you. Car park layout could do with improving

every time I order despite selecting them I never get any condiments/dips

My order was completely wrong nothing I ordered in the bag

Delivery driver never went to collect it. I had to walk to the restaurant and collect it myself. Shocking service and i will be using another provider from now on.

Driver was spot on. Made sure I tipped him

I didn’t get what I ordered I got 2 medium quarter pounders , should of been 1 medium and 1 large .. very disappointed as first time I’m used

Only thing was it was a bit cold

Food was barely warm, hash brown was missing. So hard to get sorted via customer service so havent bothered

Absolutely shocking service, ordered food for me and my son. Only half turned up and when I phoned to explain they said sorry you can come and collect it. Doesn't help when feeding my son! You serve and deliver food but somehow you can't do what your supposed to, so frustrating, terrible service which we pay for!!

Clean & tidy not crowded, staff greeted us with a warm welcome. All together a very pleasant experience.

Driver delivered a spilled hot chocolate, with half the contents missing and a soggy bag of food.

Terrible customer service. Forgot some of my order. Phoned up and got hung up on, then got told I would have to walk back in the rain by the end of the day or couldn't get a refund, gave my name to redeem this and got hung up on again. Not so much as a sincere apology. Never going back here

chips were stale and cold and chicken mayo was all over the place

All 3 cokes had fallen over and leaked out and were though the bag so we lost half our coke and it leaked on to our carpet

for the second time my order was not complete. this time missing a large drink and the wrap that was ordered was not the correct one. really not happy.

my mcflurry basically melted and my medium Fry's were cold

NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT!! but really bad delivery time the app kept changing my time and it didn’t even come to the right place! :( and it was stone cold

Wrong order was delivered, what was given to me was a Happy Meal rather that the £16 worth of food ordered. And still waiting for Just Eat to respond regarding a refund.

I opened the double sausage and egg mc muffin and found a bite mark in the mcmuffin

The main thing we were disappointed with was that one of the burgers had come out of its wrapper and contents was spilling into the bag and we had no dips for chicken selects and mozzarella dippers

I ordered at around 12:30. Why I got my food at 2pm I don’t know. The wait time was originally 1:10 which is fine however just kept going up. Then when the tracker came up saying it’s on its way 2 seconds later it was at my door cold even tho it said it’s 20 mins away. Not very happy with my order today took way too long

food delivery time was so long, from order to delivery this was almost an hour

Fries was ment to be large. But was half full they was cold and the burger was cold and. It was ment to be only cheese but had onions I there. So had to scrap them out so lot the cheese came off because trying to get onions off daughter got temp 102.2 so couldn’t get food had to order and paid. More money to have delievered don’t expect it to be cold and not right 13.99 in total for a double quaterpounder larger meal. With delievery

Delivered the wrong order and then there’s no way to contact the driver to Sort it out

Food was really poor, burger and chips over cooked not nice at all but the delivery was spot on.

The chips were hardly cooked and cold. The mc chicken burger was brown lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo. The double pounder was a complete mess. You really are getting lazy putting your food together.

I ordered a chicken 5 select meal and there was only 4 bits of chicken in it and also dipps were put on the order which also did not arrive.

I made the order at 08.50it arrived at 10.02, 1 hour and 12 minutes and the order was incomplete. Sort your lives out Ash rd Mcdonalds.

Food to an hour and 10 minutes to come when the food come it was cold we called McDonald’s and they hung the phone up and was very rude I’m not impressed at all

They delivered the wrong order completely

the wrap was stuck to the paper and the whole thing just fell apart, and mc muffin looked like it was just chucked together

Keep getting items missing getting really annoying

Ordered at 19.36 arrived 20.59, after the delivery time kept changing. Couldn't cancel. Food was cold and woke my kids up when it finally did arrive.

Ordered vanilla shake..... Received a strawberry shake with a bit of vanilla shake on top.... How can you send a mix like that to the customer???

Waited over an hour and a half. Received a cup of hot milk instead of cappuccino and my breakfast was missing items!

Food didn’t ever come. Driver rang asking us to open the door but he was not at the right place, I gave instructions to where to go and he hung up then marked the food as delivered

Visited to get my Grandaughters the new grimace shake. They loved them.

Missed an item on my order and my friend waited 30 mins for his order, it never came, he went to the front, they said they'd get on it, another 20 mins passed, still nothing, finally got it after an hour, for fast food that was pretty damn slow

Two order screens were not responding to touch, no out of order signs. Machine was out of paper, so could not print a receipt. They marked our order as complete about 5 mins before it was ready, which is probably to meet their service targets, but they just ended up with a lot of confused customers waiting about getting frustrated. Got our food to take away, and they got our order of 9 nuggets wrong by giving my daughter chicken tenders, which she wouldn't eat. We were on our way to something so couldn't go back to get them changed, and even if we could, had no receipt! Sloppy service, and dishonest about the time served

Once again for the second time in a row there were missing items and the food was at best lukewarm warm, not acceptable but what can I do ?

Unfortunately my drink had a hole in the bottom and leaked everywhere lraving with just less than half in the cup, but the food was still good as usual.

This is the second time I have had to complain about cold food I have photos of that helps but last time I was told I would not be getting any refund! Which seems very unfair in the circumstances considering how much we use your services

The food was good, though the burger patty was smaller than what I'm used to. Service was fast and pleasant. Used drive-through only.

Really clean and nice McDonald’s, not too busy and got my large order within 5 minutes with the food still being hot and fresh! Nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while

Forgot the melon on the happy meal again, so all my daughter had was 4 chicken nuggets and a milkshake!

We order a banana milkshake and got a chocolate milkshake so then they made us a banana milkshake and it wasn’t mixed properly plus it had chocolate in when it was meant to be a banana milkshake.

Cold food. 15 min wait for one burger and a milkshake.
