A good location with plenty parking. Came for a work trip and unfortunately they were having unexpected construction! Working from 6AM-9PM was incredibly annoying as it was directly beneath my room and woke me up. Having to pay £5 for “ultimate” wifi which barely worked was annoying as this did affect my work. The restaurant was dull and closed when I did decide to eat there!

Ideal place to stay if you're cruising, just under an hour to the Cruise terminal.

Business trip. My allocated room didn't have made beds from previous trip. Reception quick to sort and give alternative room. Food excellent at beefeater and put alot of my recent hotels to shame. Great Reception, bar staff, breakfast survey. Would have been 5 star, but obs earlier experience took 1 star, loads of insects squashed on walls, lost another. Dinner mixed grill saved the stars, hence 4. Great staff, insect death stains on walls, not serviced on arrival, left it a 4 star

Checked in on the Sunday night for a 3 night stay for work, on arrival their was no hot water and no WiFi, room has marks over the walls that look like snot and marks on the carpet and the furniture need replaced desperately.

Decent room, reasonable breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door and helpful staff. Premier Inn are generally reliable and consistant. Other food options at the Brewers Fayre are pretty poor, and the place is understaffed leading to long queus at the bar, dirty tables and very long wait for food to arrive. The WiFi is terrible and has been for years. There is no excuse for 1Mbps x 0.5Mbps speed cap in 2024. The paid for "Ultimate WiFi" at 3Mbps x 3Mbps is not much better. Decent WiFi is an essential for business travellers. I cannot understand why a large chain like Premier Inn would offer something so bad. The cost diffence to the hotel providing poor speed or decent speed is very little once the infrastucture is installed. This is just greed trying to get a few extra £ out of customers for an upgrade that really isnt worth it.

Was woken up in the middle of the night by night staff to see if anyone was in the room!! If I'd been a single lady it could have been very alarming. Have complained to Premier Inn. Despite that, room was good and food was very good (with meal deal).

It's not the best best place in Aldershot. It seems like it's house converted into a restaurant with a bar. The rooms and restrooms don't look like they are ment for public use. The point that makes you feel and belief so is it is not wheelchair friendly. You can see the wall are all decorated with personal achievement sheilds and certificates. However the food and ambience is better if not best. If you like to taste oriental-south Asian taste, it is the place to visit. It is best suitable for family gathering and small parties. The backyard is converted into BBQ area and has few children play area with few outside seating.

Foods ok, but lack of staff means there's a fair amount of rubbish around and the salt/pepper/napkins were empty
