McDonald's in Rushmoor

Can’t say nothing bad about this McDonalds. A lot of parking spaces, nice seating outside , free ketchup, plenty of seating inside, kids playing pads working ( what you can’t see in many McDonalds) , have some kids seats,toilets clean. Food was all good can’t complain.

Staff are lovely and food is good but the drive through negates the word ‘fast’ in fast food. Need to work on the speed of food for drive throigh

Man serving at 2am was incredibly nice brought out drinks whilst we waited for nuggets to cook fresh Would recommend 🙂

Drive thru. My order wasn't ready as quick as it should have been so I had to pull into a bay. Wasn't given any napkins. 1/4 pounder with cheese: wonky top bun- I hate that! No diet coke available either. Also, a young lad parked in the 'no parking' bay. Which was to allow pedestrian access to the seating area. Mcds staff saw this, noted it and didn't say anything. There were plenty of other available spaces and I feel the staff member should have asked them to move out of that space.

We’ve got to love this place of late. I think the sunny spell of weather helps as it’s a pleasant sun trap. The drive through is such a slick operation even when v busy. How they do it is beyond me. The cleaning staff are constantly on the go. I’d love to know their daily step count!! It has a nice outdoor eating area as well. Congratulations to all the staff

Typical fast food franchise. But not that fast.

A very busy place with a very busy drive through. Very high turnover. Then How on earth do they mange to still serve cold chips and burger. I have given them ample opportunities to prove me different and am tired of returning food to them. No problem exchanging items just tiresome. Food is standard mc Donald’s food. Why doesn’t mc Donald’s do mayonnaise on the chips. Wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you are desperate or they change and consistently serve hot food.

Absolutely brilliant McDonalds, a happening McDonalds in the heart of Farnborough. Great food, great portion size.

Fast food!!! You now have to wait at least 20 mins in store for your (average) food to be ready! Back in the day your food was ready in seconds. Progress, yeah right.

We got a meal from here tonight via Just Eat. Unfortunately my son is now sick! He had a milkshake with his meal and it must have contained out of date ice cream/milk? Or whoever prepared the meal was not well? Or the machine was dirty? Either way it has made my child sick! I know a McDonald's is not healthy, it is however a treat for my children as they don't have it often. For it to result in sickness due to someone's lack of cleanliness is disappointing!

A lady called kamnari i think was rude to me and her friend made fun of my skin condition and laughed at me and ruined my mood, very cruel.

I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants around the world, from Burger King to KFC, and McDonalds ranks in my top 3 global eateries. Number one being 'Ali's Bucket' of Blackpool, that a Full English Kebab. And number two, my favourite vaginatarian restaurant, 'Gloria's Hole Foods', a place to blow loads on some of the best Irish home cooking in Kilburn.

Really pleasant to visit this particular Macdonald's. The food was nicely prepared and the ladies in the restaurant part keep the place spotlessly clean.

I came here around 2 p.m. on a Thursday, and it wasn’t that busy, as I think I missed the Lunchtime rush. The service was speedy and friendly. As for the quality of the food, well, McDonald’s is always McDonald’s. I’ve never experienced bad food at any of these restaurants.

Through the counter where staff bring food to customers, I watched a McDonald's staff member inside the kitchen drop a small plastic container/helping of something that was probably ketchup or mayonnaise onto the floor, whereby they picked it up and put it straight in to the brown paper food bag that was subsequently brought to the counter and given to a customer. I have no idea if there was exposed food, e.g a portion fries, in that bag, but regardless I never want to see this type of poor hygiene in any restaurant. It usually means staff have not been properly trained and could unknowingly be doing much worse iro hygiene behind the scenes. I made the manager of the restaurant aware of the incident and she asked who the staff member was. Hopefully this will lead to some extra hygiene training at this store.

Great service and proper hot meal

It's a McDonald's but this one has hardly any English speaking staff and rarely get any food order correct. Not one I recommend until they get the service sorted but now under new management so let's hope it improves. Tried again 7th Feb wow. Wrong order twice and tried to overcharge the when correct order cam picked up the burger to have grease literally pour out of it splashing all over the place. Worst maccys I've ever been in by far must improve as management clearly have spent time and money in the premises to be let down by the staff who are ok front of house but in the kitchen utterly useless

we literally just went to this store and i’ve been a lot of times before, but i have an allergy. we got served by a lovely young girl who was so thorough with my order making sure it was correct because of my allergies and i just wanted to say this is the best service i have ever had at this store and mcdonald’s in general :) she deserves all the recognition for this, as it completely put my mind at ease! thank you!

Quarter pounder was OK, chicken burger ok.. chips were freezing and soggy, tasteless. Drinks tasted like cleaning fluid. Never ordering food from here again. Maybe train your staff better to provide a better service, half of them stand around chatting not doing there job.

Very rude staff and complimentary dips are not included in my meals . We have to go again and again to staff members for getting each thing e.g sugar , straw. Also toilets are not cleaned properly there is very bad smell inside toilets. Staff member using phone on the counter

Have you ever heard about the expression "the customer it's always right?" ... well here I am...the customer. Have you seen pictures on the McDonald's advert? The food is plump, it's juicy, it's three inches thick. Now, look at this sorry, miserable, squashed thing. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with this picture?And educate your employees !!

Perfectly made double quarter cheese. Fresh and hot. Service was prompt and friendly. Best McD's I've had in ages! Did not eat in, but restaurant was clean, bright and although busy, was not chaotic at all.

It was very busy when I went in, but so many orders were coming out with items missing. I checked mine and the cheesy bites were missing, it was sorted straight away.

It’s far far too expensive now. The cost puts this in the luxury market and it’s a McDonald’s. No matter what advertising they do about value, it’s only value for 2 or 3 things. The menu is too expensive. Will have to go elsewhere

Open at 2am in the morning, just what I wanted. Got the Big Mac meal, burger and chips came freshly hot, and well made - it actually looked like the picture. Chocolate milkshake to complete. Was served food with a smile and asked if we needed dips. We ate inside to get a break from the car. Alas previous customers felt that cleaning away their own mess wasn’t for them and thus several tables were messy.

Popular busy restaurant, efficient drive through but also with outside tables. Separate delivery driver area. Local college can lead to busy times

One of the best McDonald's I've been to in over 45 year's. It's our Friday treat after picking up the youngest from school. I drive further to this Farnborough McDonald's as the one in Camberley town high street is full of teenagers acting like scumbags and the staff are not interested in the Camberley branch either.

Ordered through just eat food too an hour to arrive and when I got it to eat it was cold tryed to ring and no answer I have asked for a refund because it was cold and I'm pregnant so not ideal eating cold meat

Everytime I order a takeaway from this restaurant 99% of the time there are things missing or the food is stone cold. I think the staff there need re training or they just don't give a dam.

Bad timing, was full of college students on lunch break. Table staff assisted my invalid wife to find a free Table, while I ordered. Table Service is helpful.

Not usually a mcdonalds visitor, only when we're making trip back from London. It is one of the better ran branches, if not best in the south coast.

Food has been mediocre when we’ve visited during the day. Ordered a special edition latte and it tasted like a like warm regular latte. Advertised at 24 hour and I have never seen it open past 10pm. Needs a serious management rethink. McDonald’s food in general has gone off a cliff but this one seems particularly poor

Very busy but good service and hot food

So, I just wanted a cup of coffee. The space to order and collect items is cramped, and even with a few customers felt overcrowded . Placed my order, but there was no receipt with the order number. Luckily, I'd seen it on screen. There were few staff members, and their clear priority were the drive-through customers. I waited for some time with little movement on my order being completed, so I left.

We had table service, which was great, and considering how busy it was, it didn't take long at all. It was so noisy but it was the children's summer holidays. I personally don't like the ordering system, I prefer to be personally served.

Always super slow at this site, particularly at breakfast times. There's always someone with an order that's been messed up and there never seems to be enough staff.

MaccyDs. What's not to expect. McDs has lost touch with reality and everything is digital. Takes too long to get personal service. As a walk-in too often left waiting as it appears priority is given to delivery drivers and drive thru.

Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for two sausage and egg muffins. In the end I had to ask where my order was, apparently it takes 30 + minutes to do an order without cheese. So you would expect the order to be hot or warm at least. No chance!!! Whilst waiting I witnessed 4 people return their order. One women was given a flat bread completely empty when she had ordered flatbread with bacon and cheese. Such a poor level of standards. Poor quality control, long wait for orders and staff who don't seem to care. There are many places that offer breakfast, personally I won't be using this McDonald's again.

It’s McDonald’s, it’s exactly what you’d expect!

Not a great fan of McDonalds but it was ok. I just needed something to keep me going while shopping as I hadn't had breakfast, so ordered a cheese burger. I know it is basic and the price is kept low for a reason but all the while I was eating it, I knew there was nothing nutritious about it, it was just low grade fuel. On the whole it was nothing more, nothing less than I expected it to be, well maybe a little garnish inside might have been nice. I'm just glad my kids didn't grow up on a diet of McDonalds is all! Staff were great though.

The first bloke that served me at the drive through was not very good at English. It took him a full 5 mins to take the order behind mine so I could pay. You need English speaking staff for the order taking job...

This restaurant has serious issues with processing orders. Items are repeatedly left out and don’t mean an apple pie or a dip…. The stuff is nice and polite, the place is clean but the orders are usually a bit messy.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Been here 3 times and always have to wait over 10 minutes for my food as they're more focused on drive through than other customers. Avoid if you've got a life to get on with

We visit on occasion for a treat. Often busy, doesn't seen big enough or staffed appropriately for the volume of walk ins, drive through and online orders they receive which means the food often isn't 'fast'. More than once in the last year my order has not been correct (eg a modified burger request) or an item has been missing.

Can definitely say this is by far the most inconsistent and most incompetent McDonald’s about. I’m not sure whether it’s because I’ve had to call up after every order being wrong but they seem to be getting worse. Out of 5 items that were supposed to arrive only 2 arrived. Due to allergies we customise our items and everytime they have been wrong. All they can say is if you come back to the store we can replace your meal which really doesn’t help when it’s been ordered through the app in the first place

A rare visit. High tech ordering system worked well but the order number collection system wasn't being used consistently, if at all and relied on the staff calling out numbers, often indistinctly, as they were sensibly wearing face masks. Not too long to wait and the premises clean and modern but characterless, in my opinion.

Used the drive through, which was quick and efficient. The order was spot on with very little wait.

Missing Burger from meal on McDonald's app delivery. Call branch get told to contact Uber eats for a refund. Uber eats submit a refund for just the burger but only gave £2.65 back for a double quarter pounder with Cheese. No offer a redelivery or a refund of the whole meal or order. And they refused to refund delivery costs and service charges. Even after calling them to say £2.65 is not acceptable. Don't order on their app for delivery too much hassle.

Since 8 months stopped eating at Mcdonald. No way to finance and support mc donald, which has offered a " happy meal"to.israeli solders wich are responsible for the Genocidal and bombing gaza kids No moore McDonald. Better local shops☮️
