Why do I go ??? An item of food is always cold ( warm at best). Not cheap anymore , so might as well go elsewhere and get food cooked specifically for me . Bring back Wimpy !!

Popular busy restaurant, efficient drive through but also with outside tables. Separate delivery driver area. Local college can lead to busy times

One of the best McDonald's I've been to in over 45 year's. It's our Friday treat after picking up the youngest from school. I drive further to this Farnborough McDonald's as the one in Camberley town high street is full of teenagers acting like scumbags and the staff are not interested in the Camberley branch either.

Drive through closed and coned off at random times without warning.

Ordered through just eat food too an hour to arrive and when I got it to eat it was cold tryed to ring and no answer I have asked for a refund because it was cold and I'm pregnant so not ideal eating cold meat

Everytime I order a takeaway from this restaurant 99% of the time there are things missing or the food is stone cold. I think the staff there need re training or they just don't give a dam.

Amazing mc donalds messed up my order 2 times but in a good way i got an extra 6 box on nuggets both times

Quite good food however the food came wrong and it was due to an allergy which I would think they would take seriously.

Bad timing, was full of college students on lunch break. Table staff assisted my invalid wife to find a free Table, while I ordered. Table Service is helpful.

Not usually a mcdonalds visitor, only when we're making trip back from London. It is one of the better ran branches, if not best in the south coast.

Went in drive thru. Had to park up and wait. When got home had totally wrong order.

Cold food staff rude not a present experience

Food has been mediocre when we’ve visited during the day. Ordered a special edition latte and it tasted like a like warm regular latte. Advertised at 24 hour and I have never seen it open past 10pm. Needs a serious management rethink. McDonald’s food in general has gone off a cliff but this one seems particularly poor

Very busy but good service and hot food

So, I just wanted a cup of coffee. The space to order and collect items is cramped, and even with a few customers felt overcrowded . Placed my order, but there was no receipt with the order number. Luckily, I'd seen it on screen. There were few staff members, and their clear priority were the drive-through customers. I waited for some time with little movement on my order being completed, so I left.

Chicken wrap was really nice and good value for money

We had table service, which was great, and considering how busy it was, it didn't take long at all. It was so noisy but it was the children's summer holidays. I personally don't like the ordering system, I prefer to be personally served.

It McDonald's, you get what you get

Always super slow at this site, particularly at breakfast times. There's always someone with an order that's been messed up and there never seems to be enough staff.

MaccyDs. What's not to expect. McDs has lost touch with reality and everything is digital. Takes too long to get personal service. As a walk-in too often left waiting as it appears priority is given to delivery drivers and drive thru.

Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for two sausage and egg muffins. In the end I had to ask where my order was, apparently it takes 30 + minutes to do an order without cheese. So you would expect the order to be hot or warm at least. No chance!!! Whilst waiting I witnessed 4 people return their order. One women was given a flat bread completely empty when she had ordered flatbread with bacon and cheese. Such a poor level of standards. Poor quality control, long wait for orders and staff who don't seem to care. There are many places that offer breakfast, personally I won't be using this McDonald's again.

It’s McDonald’s, it’s exactly what you’d expect!

Not a great fan of McDonalds but it was ok. I just needed something to keep me going while shopping as I hadn't had breakfast, so ordered a cheese burger. I know it is basic and the price is kept low for a reason but all the while I was eating it, I knew there was nothing nutritious about it, it was just low grade fuel. On the whole it was nothing more, nothing less than I expected it to be, well maybe a little garnish inside might have been nice. I'm just glad my kids didn't grow up on a diet of McDonalds is all! Staff were great though.

The first bloke that served me at the drive through was not very good at English. It took him a full 5 mins to take the order behind mine so I could pay. You need English speaking staff for the order taking job...

This restaurant has serious issues with processing orders. Items are repeatedly left out and don’t mean an apple pie or a dip…. The stuff is nice and polite, the place is clean but the orders are usually a bit messy.

Took 30 minutes from when I placed my order in the restaurant to receiving my food.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Been here 3 times and always have to wait over 10 minutes for my food as they're more focused on drive through than other customers. Avoid if you've got a life to get on with

We visit on occasion for a treat. Often busy, doesn't seen big enough or staffed appropriately for the volume of walk ins, drive through and online orders they receive which means the food often isn't 'fast'. More than once in the last year my order has not been correct (eg a modified burger request) or an item has been missing.

Usual McDonald's. Okay for a quick stop bite on a journey.

Can definitely say this is by far the most inconsistent and most incompetent McDonald’s about. I’m not sure whether it’s because I’ve had to call up after every order being wrong but they seem to be getting worse. Out of 5 items that were supposed to arrive only 2 arrived. Due to allergies we customise our items and everytime they have been wrong. All they can say is if you come back to the store we can replace your meal which really doesn’t help when it’s been ordered through the app in the first place

A rare visit. High tech ordering system worked well but the order number collection system wasn't being used consistently, if at all and relied on the staff calling out numbers, often indistinctly, as they were sensibly wearing face masks. Not too long to wait and the premises clean and modern but characterless, in my opinion.

Used the drive through, which was quick and efficient. The order was spot on with very little wait.

Missing Burger from meal on McDonald's app delivery. Call branch get told to contact Uber eats for a refund. Uber eats submit a refund for just the burger but only gave £2.65 back for a double quarter pounder with Cheese. No offer a redelivery or a refund of the whole meal or order. And they refused to refund delivery costs and service charges. Even after calling them to say £2.65 is not acceptable. Don't order on their app for delivery too much hassle.

Ups - they did it again. They're having issues with reading the orders. I had to return to the counter 3 times , because they constantly were adding pickles, mustard and onions to a custom cheese burger where all they were removed on order and just bacon added. Finally when I got what was ordered, the bun looked like flatbread. If not these mistakes, I would say that all workers are very nice, and gentle. Place is clean, but ordering machines don't give receipts - paper ran out and it looks nobody care. So it's good to remember the number. Taste of the food is fair (as for fast food), portion sizes are also okay, just that burger bun could be not that flat :) Since McDonalds decided to remove all playgrounds, and attractive decorations, it became more take-away than restaurant. However here we have tables outside in pretty nice scenery. So for that I give two additional stars for atmosphere.

Lovely burgers, very efficient.

Undercooked chips, hamburger was dry, poorly made and sparce ingredients (spot the onions). The car park at night is way too small and the branch is all set up for delivery services and drive thru.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Average food but convenient. Service, what service? They hand you food, you leave. Atmosphere.. 6am it was pretty dead.

Very bad drive thru experience I'm a app member got 35000 points. Order a breakfast wrap at 8.47 on19th april and paid and waited for 7 mins for the food in car park waiting area. Asked the lady why it is so late for a single breakfast wrap. She mentioned there is no staff and if you want speak to our manager. Ridiculous. Chain like McDonald need to give info like this to public. Shambles

A mcflurry with a McDonald's meal is why I eat McDonald's, all too often its not available or taste like frozen ice at thid outlet,not sure if staff are trained how to make em or make em correctly

Quite busy as Ida in the middle of an outlet. However, food is served quickly via self service options. Place is clean, tables available outside to eat and there is a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of free parking outside too.

Service is slow and poor, they dont care about the food! Chips cold and chewy compared to other McDonalds - toys on Happy Meals are missing, they stuffed the food on small bags which break! Will rather go to the other one in Farnbrough!

I usually drop in weekly for either a meal/ snack/tea/ ice cream for my son or the Apple pie. It is conveniently located within 8 mins from our place to/from the motorway. Service is usually good. Drive- in servers are usually friendly, polite n prompt. Pleased they have improved - asking if milk or sugar are needed for my tea, had to ask as not always given! Once walked back ( disabled) for milk n stirrer.😕 At times Disabled bays are taken up by those without a Blue badge. Lovely place esp. on a good day or in summer seated by the glass windows or parked out watching the Sunset. Also it's quite relaxing watching the passing train. All in a good shopping park.

Best cleaning people ever! 5 star for their staff on the floor. Never had such good treatment at any other McDonald's

Food was cold and we didn't get our daughters food so we went in and asked and the manager acted like it was our fault.

They didn't have the steakhouse available. But the quarter pounder with cheese was good. The fries 🍟 were 🔥 hot.

Ages since I've been to one of these so this may be the norm... the food (which my kid ate not me) was reportedly poor, but my sprogs loved the breakout space with screens for them to play on. Was a meet up for the football team and they all had a great off the pitch get together.

Despite previous disappointments the service recently was excellent. Problems sorted with zero fuss.

Visited at 0700. Kitchen staff would rather stand around chatting to eachother rather than do anything. Stereotypical McDonald's manager, greasy, lazy and seems more interested in trying to be "cool" to the younger staff... unfortunately with no success.

Ordered from the app,got a cold burger....felt like it was made and forgoten there. I asked a member of staff if he could change it,he then took the old burger trew it away and in a second brings another one the same. How come I get nice fresh hot chips but can't have a decent warm burger!!! Very disappointed

I know it's only fast food but it wasn't very pleasant and was cold so didn't really enjoy it.

On this occasion I was desperate for the Loo, but I do love a Fillet of Fish and a milky coffee. Great stuff!! Thankyou. 🤗

Today I would like to congratulate one of the employees in the drive thru, he was polite, friendly and must be going to the gymnasium an awful lot #histshirtstoosmall. It was very busy and the queue was large, but me and Ethan had a lovely chat whilst sat in the queue by his window and he was also very patient with the large order whilst on the microphone(bloody kids right). Please keep up the good work. Don’t change.

Recently went to the drive through at farnbrough gate and was presented with a stud of man (Ethan) I believe explained the menu very well and helped me navigate my order but next time I think I’ll order him ;)

Grabbed a cheeky burger after a meeting at the airport. Was really good! Not at all greasy. Smiley staff plenty of parking. All good
