KFC Aldershot - Ash Road in Rushmoor

Ordered from KFC today Bought one Zinger Tower Burger and a Duo Bucket from Ash KFC. Order #41A27 Time: 7:22 PM, April 8 Is it a joke calling it a Tower Burger? It was so small—I could’ve bought 3 or 4 burgers of the same size from McDonald’s for this price. £7.99?? Really? And the taste? Just okay-ish. No dip included. Don’t even get me started on the iceberg lettuce—if you can’t serve even a minimum quantity, just leave it out. £7.99 for this? Not recommended at all—neither quality nor quantity. Nothing different, nothing special. Totally not worth the money. Only good thing: the delivery guy was really friendly, though

KfC has an issue with their take away orders, and this is irrespective of the location. Every time they pack either a wrong item or something short. A missing cookie this time.

It's my family's first drive thru experience. Service was good. Food was absolutely mouth watering. Warm and juicy 😋. My daughter enjoyed it more than any previous kfc we visited before. Recommend this outlet to all

28/2/25 why do I come back? (oh yeah it's because I love the flavour). Had to clean my own table again, had to point to my order and say that's mine (as it was sitting on the counter for a couple of minutes being ignored). Restaurant was busy and kitchen was rushed so I'll let them off a bit but if you are charging over £30-40 for three meals then I'm not letting you off Scott free. 22/10/22 I made the mistake of eating in, the food was quick and ok but I had to find a table clean enough that I didn't mind finishing cleaning it myself. Seriously guys I'm sure one of the 9 people behind the counter could have been spared to keep the eating area clean or perhaps when you bring out someone's table service take a look around and clear a table or two on your way back behind the counter.

It was KFC, Chicken cooked and served hot, chips need improving, service was good

Friendly employees. They have a good system during busy periods and always so polite. Food was delicious. Fast food is a rare treat for us and today's meal was so yummy.

We visited around midday on a Sunday. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff were great - explaining to people how to use the ordering stations etc. The food was piping hot and not greasy. We'll definitely visit again as this was probably the best kfc branch we've used!

Great service! especially Ajman one of the employees who was super helpful, friendly, kind and human. Made us feel welcome and made a perfect environment.

Not a lot to say. Delicious, tasty, affordable unhealthy food. We all have a choice.

We had ordered a 2 box meal at 12.05 today afternoon and then the order wasn’t even delivered but me and my colleague waited till 2pm. We kept calling back n forth to uber and kfc in ash road but the service was so appalling, the worst customer service ever in this made me really worrisome to order anything online from kfc

The place was busy, busy, busy; judging from the number of cars in the queue. The service, none the less, did not disappoint. They were polite and prompt. Above all the chicken portions were good. I mean crisp and more importantly, not greasy and soggy, after a 10 minute drive home. The French fries could have been better. Well done guys, I’ll be back again.

Staff didn't give change , then were rude at collection window. Food was poor , box meal didn't come with mini fillet , stacker burger had chicken missing. Got about 6 chips. Tried to complain but manager was rude . DO NOT USE THIS KFC. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. WONT BE RETURNING.

Rubbish service - won’t take order at till - kiosks don’t work - rice boxes come drowned in sauce instead of a dressing - go to Camberley instead

Had hot wings eat 2 the noticed the 3rd one was covered in hairs it looked like a cats tail I’m not kidding there must of been at least 20 to 30 hairs took them back and they replaced the 1 wing they did not care like it was the norm . I shell not be going there again!

Evening Thurs 24_10-2024 aldershot kfc ash Road messed-up my order 3 times drove back 3 times and queued 3 times the manager needs retraining told me 2 strips missing from tub what about the ten strips I paid for 20 I'm so angry 😠 😡 badly done

Always have a good meal here. Chicken is always hot and fresh. Staff are always friendly. Toilets are clean . Tables always clean too.

Today’s meal at KFC was simply awful. The fillet tower burger was poorly presented and cold, making it unappetising from the first bite. I was shocked that there was no fork for the beans, which made eating them inconvenient and messy. The chicken itself was small and a weird size – I honestly couldn’t tell if it was a side breast or something else. It was so bad that I had to throw the majority of the food in the bin. It’s clear that this branch doesn’t care about the food they serve. Sadly, this reflects the downward trend in KFC’s quality over the years. Today was the last straw – they’ve lost a customer for good. 🤢🤢🤢

Went in at 10 to 9 on a Friday night, ordered the 10 mini fillets as a quick, convenient dinner. Never have I ever had such dry, bland, rubbery KFC in my life. I've had KFC in about 12 diffierent countries but this, this was the worst I've ever had. I cannot describe how bad this school dinner chicken was. The place was filthy as well but the floor food probably had more flavour. Its not hard to whip a broom round quickly? but then again they mess up the one thing that they're supposed to be specialists in. I hate McDonald's, but if i knew I would have been served this pile of crap I would have gone there and got some chicken selects amd chanced a Mcflurry. The only, minor good factor was the speed, but this was by default amd actually made everything worse, its not thay hard to throw something has been sat out all day into a bucket. I would have waited 10 or even 15 minutes for good chicken. I won't be eating from this e-coli camp again. Edit: all jokes aside, 2 hours later I got to view it again. Now I'm 100% not eating from this petri dish. I've never had simple fast food make me vomit. Vile.

I occasionally use the drive through on a Friday. Was not convinced at the idea, but once the KFC in town closed, there was no alternative. Actually its very quick and easy.

When it said close at 11pm, it mean close at 10pm and only drive thru onward. Not impressed when you arrived at 10:10pm conveniently there's a Macdonald next door

Very quick service, staff where very busy.

We got a vegan chicken burger meal and a chicken burger meal with some drinks. We went through the drive-through and it was quick with no fuss. My vegan Quorn fillet burger was fabulous, tasted perfectly along with the fries. I would definitely go back.

Very expensive these days, £20 for two meals is pricey, And to be totally honest I always regret going there the food isn't that great if I'm honest, Which is good because I rarely go now.

The smallest hot wings. McDonald’s nuggets are bigger than this sometimes. Where these chickens malnourished. Look at the size of it. Atrocious. Guildford and camberley kfc actually have normal size wings. This one is a joke

I buy the same thing every week, have done it for years, a few months ago something happened with the packaging for the pieces, that paper has a chlorine smell, I stopped buying from KFC

Bargain bucket chicken is actually very very nice. This place gets very busy in the evenings At peak times the drive through queue isn't long enough for the amount of cars trying to get in there. Its always too cold in there so bring a coat

Nicest chips from any KFC, I do like salt and pepper chips, but the chicken was very dry. Seemed like it had been cooked a long time ago and kept warm under a heater. Quite possible as I went at 10pm. Car park was a good size, decent sized spaces. Drive through has a lot of space, so no worries about curbing your wheels 😉

Never have issues here. The staff is friendly and the service is fast and the food has always been fresh. Generally happy to return to them.

I always use the drive-thru so cannot rate the atmosphere. However, this restaurant is highly efficient and taking orders and generally has food ready by the time you reach the collection window! Has just had an upgrade to the drive thru lane adding menu boards etc which is a great help!

The customer service was not very good. I ordered first and somehow she didn’t get anything that I had ordered only my friends entire meal. Tables were clean and the food (once reordered) did come quickly.

Food was good, service was quick but for the amount of staff I would assume the place to be spotless. There was probably 4 tables with customers but some tables could have done with a clean up.

Normally I have little to complain about when visiting KFC Aldershot but sadly this time things were not to standard. Chips were soft and only warm at best, zinger burger also just warm and lettuce browning and the corn on the cob well, it was just soggy. Not their best performance. Maybe I caught a bad time. I hope so as I enjoy KFC meals.

From the moment I entered the fine establishment I felt as though I had been whisked away to the heart of Tennessee in the United States of America. My senses had truly awoken and I could smell all of the herbs and spices that the wonderful colonel had promised me ever since I discovered this restaurant from my home in the United Kingdom. The staff were more like family, greeting me at the door with a huge smile, I could tell they take huge pride in their job, to them it's probably more like a hobby. The ambience felt as though I was in a southern states country home and as I placed my order it was like waiting for home cooked food after a long day on the homestead. I've recently been discivering fine American cuisine in special UK locations and simply cannot wait to try McDonalds which hopefully will prove to be as wonderful an experience as Ronald has led me to believe, will I return? You bet ya

It's kfc food it's that! Service was good they forgot to give me the spicy chicken wings so had to drive back to get them overall good.

Fast and clean - what you want from KFC. Chicken is very greasy - but that is what you will get from KFC. BUT... if you go for chicken pieces, check your bag before you leave. 3 legs in a meal of 4 is apparently the norm.

Crispy crunchy batter all the time really nice. Chips are soggy. I opened the coleslaw and then threw it away. It's a good drive through, just stick to the burgers.

I went through the drive through so thats only reason for low atmosphere as it wasn't really relevant, it was busy but service was in good time and food was fresh,hot and tasty.staff were friendly and helpful

Had the misfortune of returning to this place once more, frankly it was so poor last time we thought... could it still be as bad? But before I continue have you ever wondered why KFC car park is empty and KFC is significantly quieter than their neighbours - McDonalds? It's perpetually buzzing at McDonalds. So clearly the location is good? But something else is definitely not making sense? The staff are polite but perhaps a little bland or is the food? I generously applied a single star, for accuracy and consistency. The order was correct but consistently poor, like the last time! Cold, unappetising and really mediocre, the only item that had any heat was the corn on the cob. Sorry KFC we will not be returning anytime soon, best advice to anyone considering this KFC - go next door to McD's or anywhere else.. it will be better!

Not happy with the amount of drink I received. As if the staff member is straight in touch with the owner of the KFC in USA who told them ur my next board of director give half cups of drinks to customers.

The chips were French fries and now not shore what they could be called.

The guy at the drive-through did not want to hear what we actually wanted and instead was pushing more expensive options. We said no, but he put them on our order anyway. We got a refund but then later realised there were more things in the bag that we didn't want and paid for. As far as I know, they are not paid commission for up-selling, so I don't understand this behaviour. We won't be going to this KFC again.

Food was shocking a soggy skin and quite pinkish some of it.

It would be worth checking the quality of chicken as it is not consistent. The taste and smell was off. Should be a priority to check

Went there for some poultry based food and I wasnt disappointed,the place was teeming with chicken dishes,I had a chicken burger,the wife + kids had buckets of chicken,it would be nice if they also did beers
