Some good cask beers. Well kept. Barmen bit surly, which made it less pleasant. Probably look for a different place in Frome next time.. there seems plenty.

Especially amazing and kind Lily, she had been so helpful and supportive to help finish the order and payment by herself. We should have made pre-order and contacted the staff earlier, I am so sorry about causing all inconvenience. Wish you all a good day!

Dirty toilets self service not working properly paper jam ! Had to queue again to get receipt and order Number.

I ordered at half 8 and estimated delivery was for 9 and I had waited till quarter past 10. Not only that when the food did arrive it was cold And I callled 9 times trying to cancel my order and get a refund because I had work at 11 amd needed to get ready to leave.

There's a short guy with a funny mustache 😄, I think he's the manger or something 🤔 very insecure rude short white guy !!! It's not what the brand represents, I strongly urge management to investigate his rude awkward conduct? It's a burger spot don't get ahead of ur self Mr buns

I forgot to change my address which is my fault but I simply gave them my current address and they refused to deliver it to me.

Super Fast delivery! McDonald’s breakfast food was pretty good as sometimes it can be hit and miss.

ahhhh, it angers me beyond belief! whilst it may seem quite trivial to some. I purposely order the chicken sandwich because it has nice mayo, the mayo that is supposed to be for the mayo chicken is rancid and has a horrible taste (they are 100% different mayos)...so to have the cheap horrible incorrect sauce put in both of my chicken sandwiches, I was extremely disappointed. had to throw them both away as I can't stomach the taste. can't fault the delivery.

The food was cold and salty, and the sauce was missing. The burgers were that salty that they couldn't be eaten.

My order was wrong first the drinks were ment to b coke a cola not tea and a sprite and there no no bacon in the burger

A very busy place. Staff working so hard, hit or miss to hot food and long waits at busy periods. Difficult to get any issue sorted because staff serving other customers.

I reckon this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Clean. Well maintained. Quick service even when very busy.

We order from here, and they usually do not include any dips with the cheese bites or nuggets even when you pay to order extras.

Food order was correct, however, we were delivered two cokes (one large and one medium) with a different receipt attached to it. Not happy as we paid extra for our strawberry millshakes ☹️

Don't order a delivery from here the lest two time I ordered a delivery there have been missing food. Tried ring them no answer and the no other way to contact them to let them know

It really depends on when you go sometimes it’s clean and nice and fries are hot and sometime it’s dirty and they serve the fries cold

Order took 2 hours to deliver our order. When it arrived it was cold.

Very very busy yet staff were efficient and diligent. I'd expect poor quality food and/or incorrect orders at times like this but everything was perfect.

Time for delivery kept moving backwards food was lukewarm on arrival , burger had pickles when requested no pickles and no dips were provided

I did not receive my order. My driver deliver to an address and gave the food over without asking for a code as I did not get my food. That’s how I know this.

Took 3 hours to get to me as they kept changing the time the food was stone cold tried to cancel the order they was no way to do it tried calling just eat and got told to go on the app to do it on the app but there was no option to cancel it

My order was not delivered, which must mean the courier has stolen it for himself. I have a teenager who was waiting for her tea. I want a full refund. I have never had any problem with Justeat but now I’m not sure I want to use the app again. Absolutely shocking!!!!!!!!!!!

Over 2 and a half hours of waiting for our delivery and if finally came. Unsurprisingly, our food arrived cold, far from fresh, and a drink had leaked so the cup wasn't even full anymore. There was no option to enquire about delivery times via the app, we just had to see the expected delivery time change frequently. I get it's Friday but nearly 3 hours wait time is beyond a joke. Very disappointed.

Friendly driver, quick and easy process

We ordered a food and they delivered Burt chicken sandwich which we can't eat. Called to the shop, but no one is responding. Really disappointed and never expected a service like this.

They had classical music playing which was a nice novelty and felt much more chilled. Nice atmosphere, usual good standard McDonald's food and service.

3 times in the row I’ve ordered food and something is missing! This time was a cheese burger but FIY is someone orders chicken selects and you forget the dip, it’s not just the dip that you should refund… you have basically ruined the meal. No one wants plain chicken. It’s embarrassing! Stop forgetting food, if you can’t follow and order you’re in the wrong job..

Website kept changing delivery times. Driver took over an hour to deliver. Food arrived stone cold. Drinks spilled completely in bag. Not good at all

Was busy, and u could tell. Dirty tables bins overflowing. Toilets dirty. And waited 20 minutes for food.

Delivery was fine but some of my order was missing, I blame McDonald’s for this as they where sealed bags and not the delivery driver.

My order was missing items, then have to pay a series of fee's again to reorder the replacement items. This system is actually terrible for these sort of mistakes.
