Quick trip with the kids, it was a great choice for a late lunch after shopping. We dined in, and the upstairs was mostly empty. It had just been cleaned so I can't complain. There was a choice for everyone, including my son, with multiple allergies, and a got a hot cuppa, which was the boost I needed. Great break in all.

Was just coming for food and phil served me at the drive thru with fantastic customer service! I have had a really bad day and phil cheered me up, was kind and patient with me while i sorted out my card and i have never been more impressed with my experience at mcdonald’s! make sure he gets a high-five and a cheese burger because he deserves it! thankyou phil you absolute star will definitely be coming back!

Food first: burger was hot but the chips cold. The place was not busy at all but they had like 20 lots of chips already made up waiting. Service: some lads were vaping in the corner and rightfully asked to leave by a member of staff which was really nice to see. However, after said member of staff (Helen) got them to leave she proceeded to eat chips out of customers orders waiting to be collected. This is outrageous and the fact that other members of staff laughed, shows it’s not the first time this has happened. This is not acceptable and this McDonald’s needs to do better.

why do you always leave some of the food items I order? the other day I didn't receive my 20 chicken nuggets and today too I didn't receive my 2 mcplant I paid for.

Was good, couriers need to learn how to deliver my food in a hot bag and not stand in the cold holding my food exposed to the elements.

Estimated delivery time for half 10, got to me before 10. Delivery driver kind and courteous. Would order again from here

Shocking every time we order something from McDonalds something is missing you wouldn’t think checking what’s in a bag before they send it would be that difficult! Yet the only thing they seem consistent at is forgetting items absolute rubbish

share box is suppose to come with 3 dips, this is the third time of receiving my order with no dips but clearly state on my order 3x dips.

Food was cold , gave us a medium and large sprite instead of milkshakes in a happy meal , chicken in wrap was watery . Won’t be ordering again

They got confused and gave me a spicy chicken burger and they changed it without any problem! I really liked the attention of the staff.

i ordered a meal and only received the chips and drink.i called them back and they were no help. i didn’t end up with the burgur. very disappointed as it was my first meal of the day and was starved.

completely wrong order delivered, noticed before driver left so handed back the incorrect food but now I have no idea if I can expect him to come back with the right order. I have tried to contact just eat but it says they will be in touch in 3 days.

Driver was very good, but delivery was late - not his fault as he got to me very soon after leaving.

delivery man was very upset witj the late order.. not the fault of mcdonalds however maybe hiring a driver/cylcist who doesnt hate his job would ne a good idea, seemed miserable & complained about the fact he had to delivsr my food.. "its too late to be placing an order" if that was the case why was i able to place an ordsr & why was it exepted. just eat need to sort out who is delivering the food & talking to customers.. rude discusting from just eat delivery drivers

probably the worst delivery ever you can't even call that a full portion of chips yet I've had to pay for them

If only people would read the order properly, I would not have a crying and disappointed child with limited food intake that who will go to bed hungry. There is always an issue with the order. Shouldn’t be rocket science but it looks like it is.

All our food was freezing cold and the chicken nuggets weren’t in my delivery and in the mccrispy burger the chicken was pink and was not cooked properly this is outrageous and I want a FULL refund!!!

Order seemed to take a while and when it arrived was cold, had to microwave items to reheat but then it ruined the texture.

Food was good, well cooked and seasoned nicely. Only downside was they forgot to pack any of the burgers, so we just had a bunch of fries. Not exactly ideal from a place that mainly sells burgers.

Coffee lid was off and the cup nearly empty. Coffee dripping all over my carpet after the delivery driver handed over to me. Coffee has seeped in to milkshake and packaging of the food bag was also saturated. Terrible delivery service, how difficult is it to put a lid on properly? Just eat has gone right downhill lately. Terrible

stone cold won't be ordering thru just eat again disappointed as I actually like just eat but delievroo it is from now on

burger nice just a little dry, not aot of sauce at all. chips on cold side. Delivery was okay once picked up from shop but a total of 45minutes from point of order to delivery is a bit long for a £4.49 delivery fee.

Ordered food just after 6pm , delivery was delayed several times due to change of driver. Eventually arrived at nearly 7.30pm, stone cold. Not happy.

It was full of teenagers. Throwing food around being swearing. Not a very good atmosphere for young children.

Drink was spilled all over the bag and got spilled all over the floor as I took it from the delivery guy. Bag and all napkins and straw was soaked. Better care is needed when delivering drinks. Food was fine though.

Hello i dont usually do reviews but here we are. I'm getting slightly annoyed with the delivery drivers for being a tiny bit careless... 3 times on different occasions I've had them take the drink out the bag and it's exploded.. this time it was in my hand then sprayed onto my front door only to find its seeped through the bag next to it with food. It also continued to explode and leak on my beige carpet which is now stained. Food isn't edible this time round either which I'm VERY disappointed in. Last 2 times I saved the burger. This I'm not lucky. Very very disappointed. £11-12 wasted.
