Lack of space and not very clean. Very willing staff though.

Oh my God! What a loud music! They are trying very hard to get you out of the restaurant.

Quick friendly service, clean and wasn't too busy when I went. All you can ask for from a McDonalds.

Music and adverts were so loud in this restaurant it made it difficult to talk to anyone.

Chips were so bad we ordered fresh, they were just as bad, chicken and beef burgers were brutal also, hard to believe a mcdonalds can be so bad !

The food is amazing but it doesn't fill you up unlike other restaurants. Very cheap definitely recommend

Always and I mean always getting my delivery wrong! Drinks arrive spilt so it’s only half … it’s tiring I’ve had to go there to get deliveries amended.

All staff other than the manager super friendly. Food is usually cold. Manager looked flustered and panicked and quite frankly rude. He needs some customer care refresher. Front line service staff friendly and helpful.

my order was left on the ground floor by the communal door ,I live on the 3rd floor and my 80 year old dad had to go down 3 flights of stairs to get it ,to say I'm angry is an understatement, if I order food from the app ,I expect it to delivered to me in my hands !

During the visit, the info display was not working, so you have to listen carefully when they call you that your order is ready for pickup. Everything else is fine.

Staff looked annoyed by us wanting to pay cash and not order at a kiosk. Downstairs was closed and at ground level there were hardly any seats. Fries were turned upside down in the bag and were lukewarm at best and not crunchy.

Never sell takeout in this store. It will never be delivered. The manager has a bad attitude.

Upstairs was closed at breakfast time so very little places to sit. Had food brought to table but took way longer than those who just queued.

The driver took my order and then drove around before going to a park and staying there for over 30min (per map). He pretended not to understand me when asked and the order arrived cold and soggy, the burger was all over the place in its box.

Here now, food is all correct and hot but staff keep coming up while we're eating asking to do a review now. And if I give them my phone they will do the review for me 🤣. There going round everyone who eating asking for reviews

This McDonald's is very nice and the chips are quite salty other than that the mcplant burger was super yummy and the drinks is good.

I had popped into the Holborn branch today to enquire about a happy meal toy for my niece. On my way out there was a very troubled man walking in with his bike who started shouting and threatening me for no reason, who then followed me outside. I can't thank the female member of staff enough who had come outside and asked if everything was OK. This enabled me to walk away from him as i was very shaken by the whole experience. I'm so sorry the man then turned his verbal abuse on you. Thank you so much you are an angel for helping me and I hope the management team recognise and value how amazing you are.

Fahima was very nice and checked on me. Restaurant was clean, service was fast, and food was good. Coffee is a little different than back in the states but still great.

ordered 5 chicken selects with sweet and sour sauces, and they suddenly said they just ran out of the sauce, and didn't tell me what other options I have before I asked them. I asked for garlic sauce instead, but they just throwed sweet curry sauce in my bag. I just noticed after I came home. and even worse is that they only put 4 chicken in my 5 chicken selects, they just don't know how to check the products before they serve them to the customers.
