McDonald's in Mansfield

Awful cold burger and lady in black uniform with black hair think manager touching her hair then touching the fries this afternoon won't be going there again absolutely disgusting the lady who did that needs to learn hygiene or get the sack 😡😡😡

The burgers are now warmed and not fresh here.. So they are never as hot or fresh as other McDonald's.. Updated review April 2025 Waited almost 20 minutes for food! The headsets were down, so all orders were being done at the window. Barely warm food and my burger without gherkins had gherkins in.. 🤮 Obviously, I didn't want another 20 minutes to wait for a replacement. So, I went home, McDisapointed. Staff were friendly enough, just a shame the food isn't up to much.

Went to the drive through, was like entering the Grand Canyon, the pot holes at the entrance are some of the worst I’ve seen, for that reason I’d avoid unless you have a 4 by 4

I haven't been in a McDonalds for years and it will be years before I return. My granddaughter asked to visit McDonalds for lunch before going to the theatre. I had plain burger in a bun and 3 chicken dippers and they were tasteless. Just like eating cardboard. Granddaughter ate all of hers she six years old. Plain burger in a bun, 3 chicken dippers and fries. The service was good.

Just ran by kids, meant to be fast food yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I Go I'm sat waiting for .y food being cooked. Service is rubbish and no communication between staff as my order is wrong almost every time..and atmosphere is just well there isn't one at all. I only go now as a last resort if it's only place open or I've had a month or so break from the food as it's that boring and you get a blindness for it...

Ordered from here twice now using the app. Nether time has the contents of the bag matched what it says on the order. Tried ringing to see if it could be corrected and they blame the delivery driver for the fact they can't put the order in the bag. I didn't realise they got the driver to pack the food. Poor effort for not taking responsibility and trying to blame an outside company

Really bad. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned, inside revamp to look like a works canteen. Staff stood around talking to each other instead of working. Display not correct showing preparing when meal on the counter going cold.

Had to wait a long time for food, because they are to busy doing uber eats food first. They was only about 5 people in the place and took an average 10 minute

Went in and got help using the AI order app Ruth was very knowledgeable and very helpful Thank you it wasn't the quick service I imagined it would be but it was fresh and hot so that's the trade off.

Took 45 minutes for a double cheeseburger with drink and a big Mac menu to do...

Staff is to slow for a fast food place and there is a hostess there thats a bit racist towards foreigners

20 MINUTE WAIT. Vastly understaffed. Food takes ages to make it out. Clearly they prioritise the drive through which makes getting food inside a nightmare.

Cleaners don't clean anything just stood next to our table chatting and the food tasted like it had been sat still for hours, I'm currently paying the price sitting on toilet for 40m trying to remove the toxic waste they had served, avoid at all costs

Nice place, really convenient if I need a quick bite to eat. Only really complaint is it’s in the worst area of Mansfield especially on certain times of the day if the bingo finishes or there is a premier movie finished and the queue to get out is long.

A dystopian hellscape. Folk crammed like sardines by ordering machines that don't work all looking at a dirty screen with order numbers served hours ago. Food comes out of a hole cut into a wall at which there is rarely a human being so that when all of your overpriced trash food comes out covered in weird white sticky goo (presumably some unspeakable seasonable coffee drink) there is no one to talk to. Afterward, try and report it by dancing around a website that does not work before finding a bot that takes partial information from you and also doesn't work. Get told a human being might email you in five days. Probably. Go literally anywhere else. Literally. Anywhere. Even being hungry and posting £20 down a grate would be a better experience.

We visit here every Saturday for breakfast whilst our daughter is at gymnastics. Each week it seems to take longer and longer for the food to come out which is quite annoying as it often we are rushing to eat as we have to leave to collect her.

Dining area was clean enough, restrooms were wringing wet. I had a veggie deluxe, unaware the product has changed - it was disgusting. Not the fault of the staff here! I barely saw any staff here, except when collecting my meal. Parkings good. everything was hot and fresh. Would recommend this McDonald's, wouldn't recommend the veggie deluxe, even to someone I hate.

It's sometimes a bit hit and miss if you use drive-through - you may not get what you order - always check!!!!

Can be easy to miss the carpark to this restaurant. Drive through queue when long can make choice of parking limiting. Food was warm, although the big macs look like they'd been shaken before putting in the boxes.

Even though I might of been abit of a dickhead, as I was a little drunk staff still did an amazing job putting up with me and serving me my meal credit to them x

On this occasion it was really busy the staff gave the impression that they couldn't manage as it took them over half an hour to bring two drinks out when they was bringing meals out

Some times the food is hot, most often it is cold. How difficult can it be to serve food at an edible temperature?

Called in yesterday just for a drink. Place Immaculate inside and spotless as well. Got served within 5 minutes with the friendly guy who brought my drink to my table. Lovely lady who worked there asked each customer personally who was sat if everything was ok for them. Well worth a visit

Food was amazing and lady at the window was lovely, believe her name was Sophie. However, a staff member behind her has the most miserable face and was giving myself and my friends dirty looks the entire time we were waiting for our food. Believe her name was chloe??? But this did not take away entirely from our experience. Just a shame

Excellent experience. Found table and ordered through the app. Was brought to the table really quickly which was appreciated. Server was friendly. Food was warm and tasty. Great value for money. Toilets clean. Good place to stop for quick bite to eat.

Took ages to be served when going through drive thru,had to go inside they'd forgot my order (no receipt due to drive thru), when got order items missed off,no staff cares when complaining....

Food never seems to be very hot, only luke warm. It's not good value, Rip off

I visited here for lunch with my 3 year old granddaughter and obviously a busy time. I had issues with the app and my card to pay not working. There was a female member of staff, I wish I had got her name, who was above and beyond helpful. She tried to help with the issues and gave my granddaughter a colouring to do. Eliza was colouring and the she set her up and then got on with her work but kept checking in with us to make sure all sorted. I did get it sorted and our food came. I was so appreciative of the support of this lady as I was getting quite stressed as you can imagine and with an impatient 3 year old, understandably it was a long time, so thank you 😊

Breakfast at 5.30 am, sat here alone other than 13 dirty tables and a good scattering of fry’s over the floor and seating. Just what time do they stop serving fry’s? The place hasn’t been cleaned from before that time!

Visited after watching a film at the cinema. Food wS hot service was fast bit the place was packed, people with no tables were lurking waiting for you to finish your meal, which was uncomfortable

McDonald's. Convenient, cheap and country wide. Ok. But app still.has no.option to include milk or sugar in your order for hot drinks ..... fed up of telling them tbh . Also increasing the coverage of their wifi to include car parks.....too many are " dead areas" with no mobile signal to be able to order. Yet again...suggestion ignored

Rubbish service. Asked for latte and cold coffee, it was served. Returned back explaining. The staff warmed it and it was still cold. Atmosphere is not very pleseant unless you are at drive through

PERMANENTLY UNRELIABLE. We’ve lost count how many times McFlurry and Milkshakes are not available when the weather is warmer. From April 2024: Is pancakes with syrup meant to come with syrup? Is it correct to have two forks instead of a knife and fork? There’s something wrong every time. You utter #%^+^%##

My burger was missing the meat and stacked horrible the cheese was missing so it was just a bun,dry the chips was cold the sweet needed about 20 salts ,bun was to small sauce was descusting thats all I have too say .

Since app ordering has been introduced this place has gone down hill. FYI - I DO NOT USE APPS TO ORDER FOOD! There are no menus on the walls anymore and nobody at the till ready to take my your order. No apology was offered by the ignorant kid behind the till who kept walking past me and igorning the fact they had a customer waiting. Macdonalds what on earth are you doing!!!? You’ve literally destroyed your customer service and treat customers like a cash cow and nothing more. The food wasn’t up to much either 🙄

Best McDonald's I've been in for a long time. What a difference the staff make, really attentive and genuinely happy to help( especially the two ladies on the shop floor) well done.

Ordered for collection today around lunchtime, was quick service and hot when received. Really lovely young lady named Ellie was very smiley friendly and chatty letting us know about the happy meal including a book for world book day. Thank you for a good experience today

Like any McDonald's, the food is good and the building is modern and clean but the service is slow you can be waiting a while sometimes and the drive through has an idiotic parkup that becomes a road block when busy.

Awful service every time they forget the sauces and last time they forgot my whole burger and fries!!!! Don’t recommend the food tastes awful go the extra mile and get a decent maccies. Xxx

Ordered food from the McDonald’s app at 13:14pm. Arrived 1hr later, food was cold sgd inedible. Called uber eats who refused to issue a refund saying it was not within there remit as they thought it was an acceptable timeframe. Beyond a joke!! Will NOT be using again.

Delivery men parking in dissabled not goog

Just been here. The food was warm, but I did find a rather corse black hair and what looked like blue roll in my fries. I never thought I would hope it was a beard hair and not something else. Maybe a few more hygiene checks are in order.

Burgers not like the picture, hard plastic restaurant, buy you don't need to wait long. Staff are usual Macdroids so expect the same service everywhere. Its Macdonalds, if you reading this and deciding whether to go in for a "Meal" then where have been living?

You can’t ever knock a McDonald’s, you get what you pay for it’s quick and easy. Most times I have been here we have never had any issues with our food and nothing is ever missed.

Super hot food and really tasty!

Ordered on the app, using a combination of points and money. Checked in, the app said there’s been a problem at our end and but still gave us a code (a drive through code even though we were inside) The staff were very unhelpful and the manager (I didn’t get her name) was even less helpful and came across as condescending and rude. In the end we were told we would have to reorder but as the points had gone we would have to pay for it all, so reluctantly we decide to do so but instead of taking the order the manager just walked off and we were left waiting for another member of staff which took a lot longer than it should’ve considering there was only me and 4 others in there.
