Great place to grab a snack, with friendly and helpful staff

Awful awful awful Paige is quite possibly the rudest human I’ve ever encountered Food was cold had refund and went to kings mill McDonalds instead where the staff were more than helpful , kind and pleasant.

Took ages to be served when going through drive thru,had to go inside they'd forgot my order (no receipt due to drive thru), when got order items missed off,no staff cares when complaining....

Food never seems to be very hot, only luke warm. It's not good value, Rip off

This could quite possibly be, the slowest McDonald's, in the world.....

Staff are friendly and restaurant was clean

It's great for kids but was overcrowded for us. Toilets smell bad too

Really bad. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned, inside revamp to look like a works canteen. Staff stood around talking to each other instead of working. Display not correct showing preparing when meal on the counter going cold.

I visited here for lunch with my 3 year old granddaughter and obviously a busy time. I had issues with the app and my card to pay not working. There was a female member of staff, I wish I had got her name, who was above and beyond helpful. She tried to help with the issues and gave my granddaughter a colouring to do. Eliza was colouring and the she set her up and then got on with her work but kept checking in with us to make sure all sorted. I did get it sorted and our food came. I was so appreciative of the support of this lady as I was getting quite stressed as you can imagine and with an impatient 3 year old, understandably it was a long time, so thank you 😊

Breakfast at 5.30 am, sat here alone other than 13 dirty tables and a good scattering of fry’s over the floor and seating. Just what time do they stop serving fry’s? The place hasn’t been cleaned from before that time!

Visited after watching a film at the cinema. Food wS hot service was fast bit the place was packed, people with no tables were lurking waiting for you to finish your meal, which was uncomfortable

McDonald's. Convenient, cheap and country wide. Ok. But app still.has no.option to include milk or sugar in your order for hot drinks ..... fed up of telling them tbh . Also increasing the coverage of their wifi to include car parks.....too many are " dead areas" with no mobile signal to be able to order. Yet again...suggestion ignored

Rubbish service. Asked for latte and cold coffee, it was served. Returned back explaining. The staff warmed it and it was still cold. Atmosphere is not very pleseant unless you are at drive through

Great location clean restaurant and facilities, friendly helpful staffs, food also fresh and tasty, drive through available. Will visit again

PERMANENTLY UNRELIABLE. We’ve lost count how many times McFlurry and Milkshakes are not available when the weather is warmer. From April 2024: Is pancakes with syrup meant to come with syrup? Is it correct to have two forks instead of a knife and fork? There’s something wrong every time. You utter #%^+^%##

Had to wait over 20 mins and it was not busy

Hit and miss on the delivery of food items. Like today got our drinks. But entire breakfast items missing. Take more time instead of rushing.

My burger was missing the meat and stacked horrible the cheese was missing so it was just a bun,dry the chips was cold the sweet needed about 20 salts ,bun was to small sauce was descusting thats all I have too say .

Since app ordering has been introduced this place has gone down hill. FYI - I DO NOT USE APPS TO ORDER FOOD! There are no menus on the walls anymore and nobody at the till ready to take my your order. No apology was offered by the ignorant kid behind the till who kept walking past me and igorning the fact they had a customer waiting. Macdonalds what on earth are you doing!!!? You’ve literally destroyed your customer service and treat customers like a cash cow and nothing more. The food wasn’t up to much either 🙄

Ambient environment, nice meals and fun with plenty kids engaging activities.

We went for the lunch , grab some burgers and drinks. All tasty and delicious.

Advertised as 24/7. It was closed at 1.40am.

Best McDonald's I've been in for a long time. What a difference the staff make, really attentive and genuinely happy to help( especially the two ladies on the shop floor) well done.

Ordered for collection today around lunchtime, was quick service and hot when received. Really lovely young lady named Ellie was very smiley friendly and chatty letting us know about the happy meal including a book for world book day. Thank you for a good experience today

Very slow service and not a consistent standard. Milkshake machine is always broken. Fries were cold. Forgot the sauce.

Lovely staff, very accommodating and polite, great food.

Like any McDonald's, the food is good and the building is modern and clean but the service is slow you can be waiting a while sometimes and the drive through has an idiotic parkup that becomes a road block when busy.

Awful service every time they forget the sauces and last time they forgot my whole burger and fries!!!! Don’t recommend the food tastes awful go the extra mile and get a decent maccies. Xxx

Ordered food from the McDonald’s app at 13:14pm. Arrived 1hr later, food was cold sgd inedible. Called uber eats who refused to issue a refund saying it was not within there remit as they thought it was an acceptable timeframe. Beyond a joke!! Will NOT be using again.

Just been here. The food was warm, but I did find a rather corse black hair and what looked like blue roll in my fries. I never thought I would hope it was a beard hair and not something else. Maybe a few more hygiene checks are in order.

Burgers not like the picture, hard plastic restaurant, buy you don't need to wait long. Staff are usual Macdroids so expect the same service everywhere. Its Macdonalds, if you reading this and deciding whether to go in for a "Meal" then where have been living?

You can’t ever knock a McDonald’s, you get what you pay for it’s quick and easy. Most times I have been here we have never had any issues with our food and nothing is ever missed.

Smeling toilets, unhappy staff, poor and bad customer service. Few chips in bag 🍟 .orders not checked before they give them to customers. How can McDonald's serve food with smelling toilets ? So disappointing 😞

Super hot food and really tasty!

Ordered on the app, using a combination of points and money. Checked in, the app said there’s been a problem at our end and but still gave us a code (a drive through code even though we were inside) The staff were very unhelpful and the manager (I didn’t get her name) was even less helpful and came across as condescending and rude. In the end we were told we would have to reorder but as the points had gone we would have to pay for it all, so reluctantly we decide to do so but instead of taking the order the manager just walked off and we were left waiting for another member of staff which took a lot longer than it should’ve considering there was only me and 4 others in there.

Everytime I order food from just eat from this place, the driver's steal or eat my food.... Every bloody time... I've never had an order from here arrive yet...

unfortunately, the application did not work to log in to collect my points, and the staff did not help me to fix the problem, otherwise the food is ok

We had a McDonald’s delivered from here and it was very appalling drinks was spilt everywhere with the lids off and it was 20min later so guess what all the food was cold we had to salvage what we could I wouldn’t even give it a star never paying £55 again because we ordered it because it was my sons birthday and I was with the family

went in on a sunday evening, very very empty only a couple of people our meal took quite a while to arrive with many workers and not many orders my milkshake was half full when it arrived and didn’t look appealing.

Standard of food has slipped drastically and not just at this maccys. Prices are through the roof also. Deffo not worth the money anymore.

We feel macdonalds us now just not bothered We have stopped going as much, had a chicken sandwich today as we had been out a long time and felt peckish, thought we'd give it a go......very disappointed, thin and tasteless, the galaxy flurry ice cream had about 10 choc drops and a drop of sauce, they haven't been "flurried" for years, so should just be called ice creams... The car parks are now full of delivery drivers whi park anywhere including disabled and cluck collect bays..... I'm afraid nowadays it's jyst a waste of money, not nice......definately losing this customer

To be honest I would not give this place one star, after waiting for my food I understand it needs to be cooked fair enough. While I was waiting I could hear the manger screaming and shouting at her staff, so me being noise I'll look round, what I saw is the said mangers stood there baso tossing it off and not helping whiles speaking to the staff like utter dog mug on the bottom of a shoe this then said manager handed me my food never offered napkins, sauces or a straw (how the hell am I drinking my drink without a straw) I took the name.off the name bag and it said Bethan (she was tall with black hair) they way she was not only toward me but with her staff (with what I could hear and see) was absolutely disgusting if this is what you think is management material and appropriate behaviour from a manger then all of you need retraining. Aswell the rest of mangers where on their phones, is not company policy to not have your phone on the shop floor?.

Cold food, workers don't know the difference between sugar free and full sugar, I arrived and one girl was sat with her engine running in a disabled parking spot speaking to an employee. Thanks to the slow service, 20 minutes later I left with my food and they were still there.

Just been refurbished so the atmosphere is lovely and is very appealing on the eye also loved the big progress flag for pride! Food came very quickly and was given lots of sauce when I asked for some :)

Will never order from here again. They forgot to put a double bacon cheese burger in. Said they wouldn't be able to send it so I said I would collect it and he said no the worker was rude and unhelpful. Even though I paid for it and there Incompetant staff forgot to put it in. Not so mad about that mistake as everyone is human but didn't expect a rude, unhelpful and lazy worker on phone. Do not order from here.

Absolutely terrible in McDonald's. drive through was closed so everyone had to go order inside and the new layout is ridiculous. We were queuing out the door as the ordering machines are right in the entrance and some weren't working plus collection is also in the entrance so you have people ordering and people collecting all in same area ..ridiculous.

Order from here via the MacDonald app order 20 nuggets and a MC flurry and the nuggets were open when I got then and the MC flurry didn't come not very happy with this would like a refund

Fries were cold and only half full

No milkshakes, no mc flurries, no mc chicken burger. No burgerstacks!!! Not sure why they were actually open!

As always get home and food is missing they push you through so you don't have time to check then when I phoned to complain no answer

Used to love this one, but since it’s been redone, it’s dropped off a cliff. It seems there’s new penny pinching management. The staff are consistently awful (2 of them have just been chatting away LITERALLY just watching us clean our own table before we sat at it) and it’s ALWAYS freezing now. In more subjective terms, the inside used to be a much nicer place to be, but now it’s all clinically tiled and the seats are cold and the backs are way too low (no doubt to get you clear out as soon as you’ve finished your food - but they really don’t need to worry about being too busy anymore). This place used to be thriving but unfortunately it’s one of the emptiest and least inviting McDonald’s environments available. 1 star ☹️

Had food and now I'm throwing up and got diarrhea so have food poisoning

Ordered the steakhouse meal, burger itself is quite small but was put together horribly! too much sauce, soggy making it fall to bits in your hands, way too much on it on such a small bun. Every coca cola i have had from here has tasted like pure syrup or pure water, clearly the machine is broke! when you look at the prices you would expect better.
