McDonald's in Epping Forest

Update Perfect atmosphere this morning. The place is spotless as Christina is on duty. She works so hard and takes pride in making sure everything is cleaned. She wipes where others don’t!! Make sure you don’t lose her. Good job all. Well done. APR 2025 The restaurant is run by kids with no experience of what great customer service is. The management has no control and has no idea of training staff. The music is over-the-top loud and they will not turn it down! It's literally like a nightclub here at 6.30am. Apparently the overnight staff in the kitchen turn it up so they can hear it. Ridiculous. The toilets are always disgusting with leaking, water-less urinals. It has stunk in there for years! The good nature of the cleaning ladies are extensively abused. They are instructed to cover too many bases when they should be focusing on cleaning the restaurant. It's a busy place and I get it. However, the management needs to be better. Some lazy staff members need to be released.

Don’t order McFlurry’s on delivery - they don’t even half fill them and when you try to call the site - no answer … awful…!

Horrible experience. Food was cold and onions were present when I asked for no onions. Sauces were missing once again. Highly disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Order was way after delivery time. And sent me an iced latte instead of iced smoothie when I am lactose intolerant

A complete pig sty. Rubbish eveywhere inside and out. All rubbish bins overflowing. Tables and benches full of rubbish also. It was disgusting and dirty. The manager and staff should be ashamed. Asked for food to take away instead as we didn't want to sit in a pig sty!!!

I only got 1 burger a Diet Coke instead of a normal one when I paid more for a normal one I didn’t get the 6 nuggets and didn’t give me right sauces

It is a second time when all ordered ketchup is not delivered. My daughter is very disappointed, she said McDonald's ketchup is the best. The courier was ok, but the shop didn't put the order together as it should.

Disgusting branch , rude staff food always cold and drinks always flatter than water , don't get me started on their delivery quality. This place is not fit for service and should really do better. Vile place

This is now the second time we have had items missing, the wrong items delivered or leaked drinks so half of it is missing. More care is need to be taken when preparing and delivering the orders.

None of the food prep staff are wearing gloves.

It didn’t arrive! Next stop will be Trust Pilot to leave a review of how lazy your couriers are in not checking the confirmation delivery code and just delivering at any address at my expense. Absolutely disgraceful!

Food was cold. No triple choc cookie delivered. Book given in Happy Meal rather than the toy ordered. Tried to ring the restaurant but no answer. Absolutely terrible. Would like a full refund.

I ordered for 4pm. It arrived at around 4:30. Everything else was fine.

the driver made me put the delivery code into his phone. he then looked at my food in his bag to find the coffee had spilled. zipped his bag with my food and left immediately? didn't speak English so just straight up left. can't get a refund because I put the code in. ridiculous.

I selected extra in my big mac and it did not disappoint, drink was still icy cold yet not knocked over for once and they actually remembered my sauce I could tell they genuinely cared💗

every time I order from mcdonald's I'm always missing a meal.

Is it company policy to not provide the dips? Whether I’m supposed to get one with say a nugget meal or I purchase them separately, I never actually receive the dips.
