McDonald's in Epping Forest

He was very polite and got here in time and the food was so warm xxx

we were missing the hot chocolate and no syrup or butter was supplied for the 2 pancake meals!!

Burger was without bun , chips were cold and soggy. As a parent I am disapppinted, ordered it for child while I was not at home and she did not eat. We had ordered burger with no sesame seed bun but we received no bun.

the driver came to the door and said he forgot he had another order to deliver ....UNBELIEVABLE AND WHEN IT COMES STONE COLD

driver delivered my food to the different address asking me to walk for it. we never had any issues with address. food delivery is ice cold

Fries were half full and the sauces we ordered were not there! Poor show

Everything was squashed and cold. I had two large cokes which had leaked over everything worst takeaway order I have ever had in my entire life to be honest. I want my money back.

I want to start off with some positive things, the delivery driver was very polite and happy and smiley. most of the food was good was good apart from the fries where they were undercooked and a bit cold looking anemic.

Our food was stone cold so we didn’t get to eat it, our drinks had been spilled everywhere making the napkins and paper straws wet, we had a quarter of a cup to drink as it had spilt everywhere!

Food was cold so the kids wouldn't eat it, total waste of money.

Had a meal with here. Food was ok standard. Was greeted by Gulsum. She was ready to help to be seated and made sure the area was clean. I can tell she makes an effort to keep customers happy. Well done and thank you!

My friends and I flew into Stansted, got our rental, and headed straight for Stonehenge. The group is on a mission to sample McDonald's from every country we visit, so we stopped here along the way. Service was wonderful, they were very fast, we had everything we requested, to include the various dips, and it tasted very fresh and yummy. This was my first experience with the sweet curry dip, and I loved it.

Great except I wanted to try the hot sauce, it they forgot along with my other dips. Otherwise great

Mc,d waltham abbey arived home opened all bags gues whot no apple pie every time i go there thay forget things and its always mine

Time keep changing on delivery time took over 1 hour and food arrived cold.

as per usual....items missing. Drinks and apple slices not delivered. Never received sauces which happens on EVERY order. This particular restaurant needs investigations by head office to train their staff accordingly. This job is not rocket science....employ people that hasxatcleast one brain cell.

Freezing cold items missing never again

Absolutely fuming! The driver did not deliver the food, I have been here waiting my bell has not rung nothing.

Both sodas were leaking in the bag, the cups were almost empty , both ice cream cups looking messy, the sodas split on them.

The bloke who delivered was on a push bike so probably made it more difficult. Everything cold and half the order missing and a lot of spillage

Never received strawberry milkshake.

Food was half an hour late and cold. We also ordered 6 sauces and none were deliver and also not enough straws.

It's quite clear who the priority customer is when you visit this store, waiting 10 minutes for a coffee while around 15 deliveries are finished in that time.

I waited over an hour from when I put in the order and when it arrived it was cold. Not happy at all.

Driver was rude and could not be asked to come to my door making me leave my baby at home sleeping to come to him because he couldn’t be bothered to come up the stairs !!!!!

I order food, it takes 2 and a half hours to get to me, when it gets to me my food is freezing cold. The drink is half way full. Coke spilled all inside the bag and leaked onto the other bag. The chips have all fallen out of the bag and is wet at the bottom, you guys think this type of service is acceptable?

Didn’t even get my whole order missing items

11 Apr. Another day, no coffee once again. Time to install some new coffee machines her. Apparently just one of the machines goes down so they stop the full service. I’ve always thought these matches are not cleaned or serviced. A day of disappointed customers ahead. Previously: Perfect atmosphere this morning. The place is spotless as Christina is on duty. She works so hard and takes pride in making sure everything is cleaned. She wipes where others don’t!! Make sure you don’t lose her. Good job all. Well done. APR 2025 The restaurant is run by kids with no experience of what great customer service is. The management has no control and has no idea of training staff. The music is over-the-top loud and they will not turn it down! It's literally like a nightclub here at 6.30am. Apparently the overnight staff in the kitchen turn it up so they can hear it. Ridiculous. The toilets are always disgusting with leaking, water-less urinals. It has stunk in there for years! The good nature of the cleaning ladies are extensively abused. They are instructed to cover too many bases when they should be focusing on cleaning the restaurant. It's a busy place and I get it. However, the management needs to be better. Some lazy staff members need to be released.
