Best mc Donald's I've had in a very long time. Food was fresh and hot!

Good Burgers, just what you need when you want a quick bite to eat. This is your standard UK McDonalds so you know what you will be getting. Will stop here again if passing by and need a bite to eat!

took 9 piece chicken fillets, NO SAUCES.. AND cold fillets AND BARELY ANY FRIES, where are my 3 sauces at, ordered two medium drinks, half of each were SPILLED, like hello be glad i’m even buying from yall and you still managed to mess it up. how? idk u tell me☠️ bag soggy as a river go to kfc instead

If you order online from this place you almost always have things missing. Add on top of that a sprinkle of food poisoning. We all suffered as a family from the latest order. That’s it for McDonald’s at this branch.

I placed an online order yesterday for 2 bacon rolls and a tea for my daughter for her half term treat, no such luck. Driver delivered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins sent them back called Uber received a refund. So I thought let’s give them another chance and successfully received two bacon rolls today with ketchup except one of the two bacon rolls had some other type of sauce, brown or barbecue not sure, was labelled ketchup but it wasn’t. Disappointing. I have had issues with this restaurant many times and glad the other restaurant has reopened but I can’t seem to be able to change restaurant for delivery.

Sooo slow. Drive through very quiet but took ages. Told to park in the waiting bays which are all full. Also got order wrong.

Cold food items missing waited 20 minutes understaffed

Between this one and Chingford don't know which ones worse! Do not have enough staff to deal with footfall as well as delivery's fast food this is not!

Ok, so i had a delivery order from this place but was made to wait for 2 hours until for them to cancel my order after. It’s been 3 weeks and i still haven’t received my refund. I contacted uber eats and they told me that they had already processed the refund and they told me that the restaurant has to process the refund but I haven’t received anything 😡

Good food and friendly staff , not much more to say really.

Very rude staff, I asked for some serviettes and was offered 2, I asked for some more as there were 3 of us dining-in and the lovely young lady picked up a handful, spun on her heels and threw them at me as she walked away, whilst facing away from me Lovely person, I hope her parents are proud of her.

Typical McDonald's only downside is accessibility. The queue to turn into and out of the retail park, can be really stressful Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Could do with traffic control very busy. Be prepared to wait for your order once you manage to get in.

Very poor service, more than once I’ve ordered food and the orders are always wrong or missing items, the food is always bad packed and arrives cold and horrible. Today ordered online and took more than 2 hours had more than 4 drivers assigned and I had to end up cancelling as my children were expecting their food and nothing arrived, also I couldn’t contact the restaurant as well.

It's Macy d's but the worst around service is shocking..food COLD most of time waiting ridiculous only visit if desperate

Seevis is not bad but they have reduced the quality

Car park full of delivery bikes could barely park. In the restaurant all with helmets on so not the most welcoming. Food was ordered without pickles but all came with so guess they don’t bother with dietary requirements. Over all not awful but definitely not the best.

No sauce I don’t even want it now

Just had my food delivered and a quarter pounder is missing from the order and tried to ring with no body answering the phone. When someone does wanna ring me back cos I have left my phone number and my name I’ll be happy to speak to them not had this happen for awhile now and Tyler it go the last time cos it was one mayo chicken burger but today I’m tired and came home and thought I’d order this quickly and now I’m sat here eating just chips as a meal .

Not the first time I’ve received food cold or missing items yet again.

Food was ice cold like it’s been sitting on the side for a week the delivery driver said they just left it there couldn’t even feed my children worse service ever

The only reason I'm giving this Mcdonald's Waltham Abbey branch 2 stars is because the staff seems to be nice. The drive thru always takes FOREVER, longer than other McDonalds!!!, which has a knock on effect on traffic! 🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗 . Beware!, you may have to wait 15mins to 20mins for your order, so be prepared❗️. I waited for almost 40mins just to get an order 😳. I would have driven away but I was already stuck in the traffic jam 😕. Pro: Nice and welcoming staff Cons: Drive thru takes soooo long, beware!. Suggestion: Management need to review their services ASAP, by either recruiting more staff particularly on a weekend or moving away from this site completely to a more spacious site, to avoid distrupting traffic!!!.

Cold food and missing drink and 1 wrong drink

I can honestly say if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food quality is horrendous, vile and disgusting. When ordering online they have the cheek to charge you for service charge and then you don’t receive half of your order. The workers in there haven’t got clue on how to make and pack orders to industry standard. Avoid this place like the plague

The quality was good and the delivery was on time but it is the second time in a row that I have not received everything that I ordered but paid for.

Food arrived cold,was supposed to have 4 dips, contained none and the chips portion were half empty. delivery time changed several times from the original, it may well have been longer than 30 minutes

Order was submitted at 6:15pm.. it said it would be up to 30 mins for food delivery…. Firstly it took ages for the order to be accepted. Then the time continued to creep up. The courier appeared at the place but somehow was not able to leave as the order wasn’t ready. It ended up being delivered at 7:40pm - food was cold and it’s not good enough

It was so late I had already drove to Mc donalds where it was from and sorted a fresh order, curtisously sorted by the Mc donalds. Manager. This was at 19.30. the orginal Just eat order was accepted at 17.31. the Courier turned Up at 20.38 with the original order. Spoke English to myself upon arrival. as soon as I said you are over 2 hours late He clammed up and suddenly couldn't speak English. absolutely ridiculous you employ people that think they can deliver an order that late after pick up!

U had missing items from my order. I ordered two mcflurries and they were missing from my order. One was a Maltese’s McFlurry and one was a Galaxy McFlurry.

Ridiculous service, no form of communication that their toaster has broken. Numerous number of people waiting inside for their order but they are giving priority to uber drivers, this isnt a service for uber, they should be looking after their customers at their restaurants and giving them priority instead of making them wait. Customers had been waiting over 30 mins for an order and when they asked how long it would take the answer was your order isnt even on the board and pretty much 4-5 employee started shouting at the waiting customers that their toaster was not working and gave attitude and told us to queue up for a refund. Unbelievable service.

I live in Cheshunt, driver picked up my order went to En3 with my order then 35 mins later arrived with my coffee and burger stone cold.

My first ever order on just eat and half of the food was cold and there were no sauces when delivered. I understand people make mistakes so I’ll give it one more try

Don't bother. The amount of uber eat/just eats delivery drivers waiting to collect in there was astonishing. They cannot cope with the volume of orders going through, the general public seem to just get pushed aside. Absolutely chaotic in there.

It's probably not the poor normal workers fault but they are so disorganised it has actively inconvenienced me. They have previously forgotten the main part of my order (it said MEAL and they forgot the main burger). They are also no organised when it comes to their drive thru as sometimes there's no coffee and when you order an alternative, they are not prepared and it takes ten minutes to order a simple breakfast meal. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking service and quality from a huge chain like this!! I’m not even going to bother explaining, everyone know McDonald’s food is bad for you but we go because it’s quick and easy and still tastes good…sadly that’s all disappeared….find somewhere else to get a burger 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Food was 3 hours late stone cold!! My kids were starving had to get them something else, my partner actually drove to McDonald’s and our food was just sitting there but wasn’t aloud to give to us and there were 6 just eat drivers outside the restaurant!!

My order is missing mostly everything, food is cold, no soses added

The driver was stood outside my block as I went out to see him he got in his car a drove to the other end of my road and was walking around looking for me for 10 mins my food was frozen not happy at all

If I could give 0 stars I would . The driver didn’t ever deliver my order. Even with a 4 digit code, they still managed to deliver to the wrong address after messaging him and giving him directions. This is the second time just eat have allowed this to happen, and the worst thing is this is going to my disabled grandad. Will never use just eat again.

Food quality become a joke. Wish customer could leave a pictures to what they got! chicken mayo, breakfast muffin getting tinier and tinier , chicken so dry and very strange shape.
