McDonald's in Greenwich

The 5 Pound Meal Deal cost me actually £5.12, despite the TV advert, but the worst are the Fries! So salty that they were barely edible! Also there were several kinds of dip including sweet-and-sour, barbeque and plenty of ketchup available, yet no mayonnaise! Why is that? Not everyone likes to smother their Fries in ketchup! Although menu items like Fillet-o-Fish and Chicken Mayo contain mayonnaise, customers cannot get mayonnaise to accompany their meals. The staff were quite indignant when I asked for a portion of mayonnaise to accompany my meal! I also asked for low salt Fries, but was told that they are all the same. Not customer friendly, just arbitrarily selling the same food to all customers, no matter their wishes or dietary requirements! In other fast food establishments customers are able to get what they order. I have recently returned from Canada, where you are able to order your burger just how you like it.

If I could give 0 rating I would like. To say? Poor customer service for cold food. It's supposed to be hot food and fast. Neither applies to this restaurant

Some of the staff at this particular McDonald’s have got really bad attitudes and when drinks come out half full and you ask for them to be topped up they argue with you about it

At 10:02 on 25th Oct 24, the lady at the 2nd window was calling everyone “Hello lovely” . She was smiling, she was very kind! Tall white lady. Such a positive lady!! She needs to stay there! What an absolute gem

McDonald, my experience the place at Eltham Road, SE9, Westbourne Avenue, and the location is always busy pedestrian crossing on both sides of the road. Date: Saturday 20th April 2024 Whilst on my way to Middle Park Avenue, Cray Valley PM F.C Badgers Sports Ground, Eltham SE9 5HP. Saw Cray Valley PM F.C 4- 2 Burgess Hill, Isthmian South East, Non League Division One. My last visit to Badgers Sports Ground. McDonald people peeps in abundance 3 Pedestrian 🚶‍♀️ crossing very interesting. I didn't dine in, take out, or get delivery. I have never entered the McDonald main entrance to gain access inside the property. I guess that there would have been access for people with disabilities and, Wheel chairs etc. No disrespect, but I don't know the prices for the food or drink atmosphere and the place always busy. I'm in control of my livity when it comes to eating out. I didn't get anything to eat. I didn't spend any money. I am unable to recommend any types of dishes. Very bad service, no education, employees without the due preparation, managers only know how to cancel, they don't know how to solve anything, they deliver cold food, drink only water, the employees will all work in a bad mood.

The worst McDonald branch ever. Food quality is always sub par. Staff are uninterested always standing around chatting (no wonder orders are always wrong) I waited 25 mins yesterday for a mchicken sandwich meal because no one could be bothered to pay attention. All staff looked soo confused. Eltham up the road. Better go there

Really quite poor here. Based on two recent visits to this restaurant, both mediocre, I would recommend going elsewhere. On Saturday I wanted to order the breakfast deal - McMuffin and hot drink - for £2.79, and so I went through the drive-through here. Woman tried charging me £5.79 for the Meal! Then claimed the Deal was only available via the MyMcDonald’s app - even though I have ordered it at least 10 times through the drive-through previously. She then rudely ignored me and stopped responding. I duly gave up and went inside, ordering the £2.79 breakfast deal with no problem over the counter! The next day, a Sunday morning, I went in and reordered the same thing. Despite there being only two customers in store, being myself and one other workman, it took over 10 minutes for the food to materialise. To add insult to injury, the McMuffin was rock hard and stale. Various staff milling about and doing nothing.

Drive-through attendants are fast meals are warm and tasty

Fast service and easy vehicle access. I had to ask for serviettes, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Customer service just does not exist, food sits on the side bagged up away from the heat lamps, over 35 minute wait for food when restaurant very quiet.

If I could give -5 I would. This is the worse McDonald’s in southeast London. Items are ALWAYS missing, cold food and they just act careless about everything. The whole staff need proper training because I doubt actual McDonalds standards are being followed. If you order from an app GOOD LUCK! they always take long and they always missing vital parts of the meal. I’ve had more refunds then actual meals form them. They need better management & more training clearly.

Past four times I’ve collected/ordered from here, there has been missing items from the order. It’s really not hard to put items in a bag. Ridiculous.

I ordered meal on UberEats to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we didn't receive any fries at all. No help from the store and no help from UberEats. We were missing 3 medium fries and Happy meal fries, how can you miss that?? I would like the refund as apparently even UberEats can't believe you can do mistakes like that.

This is the worst McDonald's in the uk. Never got milkshakes as they can't be bothered to clean the machine. Parked me up for 14 minutes for a cheeseburger and small fries. The burger was freezing. They are so disorganised. Worse franchise going

Was easy to park, ordered food on the self service till. Waited a while to pick up the food and it wasn’t busy. Food was ok the hash browns were a little over cooked but the egg and cheese Mc muffin was fine.

Early hours drive through visit: On this particular occasion, I had to park up as it wasn't ready - not unreasonable in the middle of the night. Only 5 minutes but chips and one item was coldish. The second thing was hot - which was obviously what I was waiting for. Would it stop me going again? No. It's an occasional hazard of eating in McDonald's in the middle of the night.

Worst McDonald's I have been to. Why am I waiting 20 mins for my order. I can clearly see all the staff's focus was on the drive through customer and deliveries. If that is the case Don't have a restaurant. 5 customers waiting 20 mins when back in the day was so much better.

Did a stop over here with my family Ordered a meal which was cold and we decided to park and go into the restaurant. Spoke to the manager on today as of 02/08/24 @ 1300hr may have gotten the spelling wrong . Read the name “louse” or Louise manager. Young man extremely rude. Unprofessional, from communication and his group of friends he was chatting with my the pick up counter. at all. I asked for ketchups as I was offered one pack for the whole meals ordered and he clearly stated mate that’s all u get for your money. Shocking his job title caught my attention. He is the manager what more can I expect from the other staff. As a manager for just a big company it is sad that their managers have no communication skills or business experience to just respect and also the fact that the food served in drive way is cold it’s sad. Eltham management kindly keep or provide training for that young man. He is in a management position now those are the leaders u find in the future with poor staffing communication plus more complaints. Disappointing

I nice restaurant, conveniently placed with plenty of parking and lovely air conditioning on a hot day. Could probably do with more staff as a 15 minute wait for food is a long time considering you have a maximum stay of 60 minutes in the car park before incurring a fine. Not fun having to clock watch throughout your meal and having to rush away quickly afterwards.

The triple cheese burgers I bought were thrown together an when I opened them it looked like a land slide an I ordered 2 banana milkshakes an got 1 strawberry an 1 chocolate I now remember why I don't use this outlet

Ridiculous. 5/10 times you order from here there are missing items. I am so fed up with ordering then having to follow up with a complaint only to have some money refunded. I don't want the money refunded, I WANT THE FOOD I ORDERED FOR THE HUNGRY CHILDREN THAT ARE WAITING FOR IT. It's absolutely disgraceful, and totally out of order. Do better McDonalds!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Eltham, London, and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is conveniently located, making it easy to find. McDonald’s. What more needs to be said.

Went to the drive through earlier Thames water had turned off the water so could not cook the dinner. Only one way in and out of out road and they said the road would be blocked again. The food which cost over £30 was not just cold but freezing. Spoke yo them and they said to return it but I could not due to closure of road. I asked if a bike could drop it off and I could give back the cold food. They said no and this was far from helpful so no dinner but cereal for us.

Just ran a race for life, the grandchildren and were hungry so we stopped here. The food was hot, but every time, we have had to park up and wait It's not worth doing the drive-through

Years of orders being picked but was an absolute horrendous experience today while the staff was in too much of rush for drive through orders. Took wrong order as we did get chips with salt and sandwich sauce too in spite of repeated reminders. Particular staff lady had no patience and totally unprofessional in her manner and behaviour. I would never trust this place again for our orders

it is honestly impressive how your staff manage to get the simplest orders wrong consistently on a regular basis, i mean do your staff just not read before packaging or cant they, get it right or dont bother useless staff

Not one to leave negative reviews but… avoid this branch. Staff were shout in the kitchen, shout over kitchen equipment. Also didn’t have biscoff ice cream but display on screen. Seemed to be a social club in the kitchen. staff giving me cold chips twice. This McDonald’s has 0 hygiene ew!

Had a phenomenal drive-through experience at this particular location. Chris took our order patiently, and was even able to recommend alternatives to drinks as the milkshake machine was out of order. A true asset to the team in a busy drive through. With a party of 5, he made our afternoon special!

I've had McDonald's all over Europe, UK and America. This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Imagine ordering egg mc muffins and no egg in the bap. Sausage muffins with no sausage. Ordered 2 orange juices and got one. The staff were zero help...they couldn't give a toss what comes out over the counter.

Most of the workers here are lousy and should be fired this McDonald’s needs staff that actually do their job I have lived near this McDonald’s for a couple years and every time I have got food from here EVERY time no exaggeration they’ve forgotten something or they take a million years giving you your food and it will be undercooked or just cold most “workers” here are young people who just sit in the lounge bit upstairs. They make this branch worth closing down at this point fire your staff and get new people. Lol.

In my 19 years of ordering coffee from different places, this place has to be the absolute worst place I have ordered a coffee from. The coffee was rancid and I would advise anyone who lives near hear to avoid this place at all costs.

It's a McDonald's not much more you can say than that. Good drive-thru efficient!

Incredibly slow service. Food was warm and order was complete. The area to wait for orders by the front door is ill planned and cramped. Not good for people who struggle with crowds and close contact. Therfore having to wait a lengthy time in this area for a small order is unpleasant. McD prior to self order and collection points was a faster and more coordinated service. The current set up is obviously generating more orders than the staff can manage in a reasonable time. Focus has shifted from giving the customers a pleasant experience to profit making.

If you want your meal hot go and eat in. Very enjoyable.

Its McDonalds so giving a review is pretty pointless because you know what you're getting even if it good or bad and no one who eats here really cares about your opinion. Poor service, cold food, returned cold food, poor customer service, poor attitude & then more poor food but with attitude thrown in for good measure.

We waited 20 mins for 3 coffees. My order was 42 and they were handing out 50. I waited to speak to someone to ask what the delay was only to find I was in a queue of people who had been waiting over 20 mins for food. The coffees had to be remade because they had been sat waiting for 2 long 🤦🏻‍♀️

0 stars if I could... Worse McDonald's ever, constantly getting orders wrong (especially with delivery) and refuse to amend. Just had 4 delivery drivers cancel because the restaurant has said they're not cooking, even though it's a 24hr restaurant.

Currently sat in McDonald's carpark still waiting for the most basic cheeseburger and they asked me to wait in the carpark... for a little cheeseburger! Been sat here for half an hour now waiting, this used to be called fast food 🙃

It served it's purpose for us which was a quick stop for a bite on our way home. We did have parking slots available but not many spaces at the time that we were there (on a Saturday).

I am very disappointed, I was given some cold burgers and very not as it should be. I think this is the last time I come here and I do not recommend this place at all. kind staff, yes, the product is at 0, I'm very sorry that my Sunday with my family was ruined here.

Certainly no longer a 'Fast Food' restaurant, definitely not HOT food either considering it's supposedly straight from the grill.
