McDonald's in Greenwich

Open 24hours and have one of the best deals within the South East area. Based on my experience the service was good and the hot was hot. I had a BBQ Ranch meal with a medium drink and they did perform. Inside is neat and today also.

Staff were lovely, we popped in on Christmas eve on way home and they were super happy wished everyone a good Christmas and also gave out balloons to the kids which my boy loved

This latenight and should have been a drive thru but as so often had to park up. Very slow and the place was busy.

My husband got severe food poisoning after eating at McDonald’s, nearly sending him to the hospital. This is completely unacceptable. Food safety should be your top priority, and this incident shows a serious failure.

A good modern McDonald’s which was clean and tidy. I went for breakfast and it was not busy there but had to wait quite a long time for a small order. Not great service but the food and drink was ok.

One of the slowest drive through in the country

Slow service, and they forgot to give me the sauce for the cheese bites. Mc donnalds to me is no longer a fast food chain.

I ordered from just eat, I had 3 of my items missing and a coke that was less then half full as they did not put an extra lid on it, which then spilled everyone all over the mcflurrys that i had got and all over the bag as it is pissing wet though.Why does mcdonald's always seem to get nothing right. This place is becoming an absolute joke.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Never in my life going to this mcdonald’s. bad staff, rude manager, can’t even do your order right. i paid for two new toffee apple pies, and as i got the order no two apple or any sauces. The staff is very lazy. Could afford about a hundred of them but the staff are too stupid to even look at the order correctly, but it’s a principle to ask for it, then i get asked for a receipt, which is fair point but who wants to keep the receipt for a quick fast food. Honestly don’t go to this place as i harshly don’t recommend as it’s not the first time now. They will definitely ruin your order and take long to do it!!!🤬😡

The worst Mc Donald’s I know but it’s the one closest to my house unfortunately… My reasons are: Incredibly long waiting times if using Uber. Staff are always in a bad mood and hate the job. For their own convenience they re-fry nuggets and fries to save time disregarding the customers as I’ve had to eat nasty stale overcooked nuggets and fries many times since I’ve already paid inflated prices for it… The one in Eltham High street is slightly better and is 1 min away by car go there instead. Whoever manages this branch needs to be replaced asap.

The 5 Pound Meal Deal cost me actually £5.12, despite the TV advert, but the worst are the Fries! So salty that they were barely edible! Also there were several kinds of dip including sweet-and-sour, barbeque and plenty of ketchup available, yet no mayonnaise! Why is that? Not everyone likes to smother their Fries in ketchup! Although menu items like Fillet-o-Fish and Chicken Mayo contain mayonnaise, customers cannot get mayonnaise to accompany their meals. The staff were quite indignant when I asked for a portion of mayonnaise to accompany my meal! I also asked for low salt Fries, but was told that they are all the same. Not customer friendly, just arbitrarily selling the same food to all customers, no matter their wishes or dietary requirements! In other fast food establishments customers are able to get what they order. I have recently returned from Canada, where you are able to order your burger just how you like it.

Some of the staff at this particular McDonald’s have got really bad attitudes and when drinks come out half full and you ask for them to be topped up they argue with you about it

At 10:02 on 25th Oct 24, the lady at the 2nd window was calling everyone “Hello lovely” . She was smiling, she was very kind! Tall white lady. Such a positive lady!! She needs to stay there! What an absolute gem

Date: Saturday 20th April 2024 Whilst on my way to Middle Park Avenue, Cray Valley PM F.C Badgers Sports Ground, Eltham SE9 5HP. Saw Cray Valley PM F.C 4- 2 Burgess Hill, Isthmian South East, Non League Division One. My last visit to Badgers Sports Ground. McDonald people peeps in abundance 3 Pedestrian 🚶‍♀️ crossing very interesting. I didn't dine in, take out, or get delivery. I have never entered the McDonald main entrance to gain access inside the property. I guess that there would have been access for people with disabilities and, Wheel chairs etc. No disrespect, but I don't know the prices for the food or drink atmosphere and the place always busy. I'm in control of my livity when it comes to eating out. I didn't get anything to eat. I didn't spend any money. I am unable to recommend any types of dishes. Drive-through attendants are fast meals are warm and tasty

Really quite poor here. Based on two recent visits to this restaurant, both mediocre, I would recommend going elsewhere. On Saturday I wanted to order the breakfast deal - McMuffin and hot drink - for £2.79, and so I went through the drive-through here. Woman tried charging me £5.79 for the Meal! Then claimed the Deal was only available via the MyMcDonald’s app - even though I have ordered it at least 10 times through the drive-through previously. She then rudely ignored me and stopped responding. I duly gave up and went inside, ordering the £2.79 breakfast deal with no problem over the counter! The next day, a Sunday morning, I went in and reordered the same thing. Despite there being only two customers in store, being myself and one other workman, it took over 10 minutes for the food to materialise. To add insult to injury, the McMuffin was rock hard and stale. Various staff milling about and doing nothing.

Customer service just does not exist, food sits on the side bagged up away from the heat lamps, over 35 minute wait for food when restaurant very quiet.

Fast service and easy vehicle access. I had to ask for serviettes, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

If I could give -5 I would. This is the worse McDonald’s in southeast London. Items are ALWAYS missing, cold food and they just act careless about everything. The whole staff need proper training because I doubt actual McDonalds standards are being followed. If you order from an app GOOD LUCK! they always take long and they always missing vital parts of the meal. I’ve had more refunds then actual meals form them. They need better management & more training clearly.

Got my order wrong but didn't realise till I was already driving home

I ordered meal on UberEats to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we didn't receive any fries at all. No help from the store and no help from UberEats. We were missing 3 medium fries and Happy meal fries, how can you miss that?? I would like the refund as apparently even UberEats can't believe you can do mistakes like that.

Was easy to park, ordered food on the self service till. Waited a while to pick up the food and it wasn’t busy. Food was ok the hash browns were a little over cooked but the egg and cheese Mc muffin was fine.

Early hours drive through visit: On this particular occasion, I had to park up as it wasn't ready - not unreasonable in the middle of the night. Only 5 minutes but chips and one item was coldish. The second thing was hot - which was obviously what I was waiting for. Would it stop me going again? No. It's an occasional hazard of eating in McDonald's in the middle of the night.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Did a stop over here with my family Ordered a meal which was cold and we decided to park and go into the restaurant. Spoke to the manager on today as of 02/08/24 @ 1300hr may have gotten the spelling wrong . Read the name “louse” or Louise manager. Young man extremely rude. Unprofessional, from communication and his group of friends he was chatting with my the pick up counter. at all. I asked for ketchups as I was offered one pack for the whole meals ordered and he clearly stated mate that’s all u get for your money. Shocking his job title caught my attention. He is the manager what more can I expect from the other staff. As a manager for just a big company it is sad that their managers have no communication skills or business experience to just respect and also the fact that the food served in drive way is cold it’s sad. Eltham management kindly keep or provide training for that young man. He is in a management position now those are the leaders u find in the future with poor staffing communication plus more complaints. Disappointing

I nice restaurant, conveniently placed with plenty of parking and lovely air conditioning on a hot day. Could probably do with more staff as a 15 minute wait for food is a long time considering you have a maximum stay of 60 minutes in the car park before incurring a fine. Not fun having to clock watch throughout your meal and having to rush away quickly afterwards.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Eltham, London, and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is conveniently located, making it easy to find. McDonald’s. What more needs to be said.

Went to the drive through earlier Thames water had turned off the water so could not cook the dinner. Only one way in and out of out road and they said the road would be blocked again. The food which cost over £30 was not just cold but freezing. Spoke yo them and they said to return it but I could not due to closure of road. I asked if a bike could drop it off and I could give back the cold food. They said no and this was far from helpful so no dinner but cereal for us.

Just ran a race for life, the grandchildren and were hungry so we stopped here. The food was hot, but every time, we have had to park up and wait It's not worth doing the drive-through

Years of orders being picked but was an absolute horrendous experience today while the staff was in too much of rush for drive through orders. Took wrong order as we did get chips with salt and sandwich sauce too in spite of repeated reminders. Particular staff lady had no patience and totally unprofessional in her manner and behaviour. I would never trust this place again for our orders

Not one to leave negative reviews but… avoid this branch. Staff were shout in the kitchen, shout over kitchen equipment. Also didn’t have biscoff ice cream but display on screen. Seemed to be a social club in the kitchen. staff giving me cold chips twice. This McDonald’s has 0 hygiene ew!
