Excellent service from Alex, thank you. Food was superb, just like being back in South Africa. If you're from South Africa and been in the UK awhile, it's good to head to this Spur, very authentic!

My Husband and I queued for about 30 mins to get into this restaurant as it had come recommended. It was an event night so we expected a queue to get in and had decided what we wanted while waiting. This hadn't been suggested by the door staff but I could see all the other restaurants nearby were giving out menus to the people waiting and thought it would save time so helped myself to a menuWe were seated at our table and as we knew what we wanted we waited patiently for 10/15 minutes for the waiter to come over. When the waiter came over he shocked us by saying that the food is (4 letter word beginning with S that is very smelly), we will be waiting a long time as the kitchen was backed up and he suggested we go elsewhere. This was all said very quickly while he was walking away so we didn't know what to make of it and thought he was joking with us.Due to the look of surprise on our faces the table next to us leant across to tell us they had received there mains before their starters and had waited along time for the food. While we sat and discussed what to do as the O2 had now become very busy and we were worried we wouldn't get dinner before the show started, the Waiter reappeared to tell us the Manager was just about to close the doors as they couldn't cope and he really recommends we go elsewhere. With that we got up and walked out. We went to Frankie and Bennys who had a 45 minute wait for a table but when we proceeded to tell them the shocking experience we had just had from your restaurant they kindly sat us straight away. When we left the restaurant there were still people queueing to get in and I didn't understand why they hadn't turned them away.I would avoid it at all costs as we wasted a good hour to be told go somewhere else as the food was shocking and the kitchen can't cope by one of their members of staff!!!

All in all, this visit added to a great night out.Even the chief popped out to make sure everything was ok.

The beginning was great. A lovely woman with a kind, patient attitude guided all nine of us to our table - after that, it all went downhill. We ended up having to wait an hour only for the waiter to even come to our table - then once he arrived, we had to wait another hour and a half for our food to arrive. I could let that off though, providing that there were nine of us to serve. The food was good but wasn't close enough to the high price that they charged for it. Basically standard at best. Although, the food was piping hot when we received it which is a pro. HOWEVER, it gets worse. By the end of it all, they had added extra meals on the receipt (doubled the meals and changed the terms and conditions of '2 for 1') thinking that we wouldn't notice, - when we did, the waiter was stuck and had no change to give back to those who had paid by note. What restaurant has no change to give back?! Since the waiter was dumbfounded by the fact that nine teen girls had caught on the act of the restaurant, he had no clue what to do and didn't know how to add/subtract to get the bill to its actual price. My friend ended up having to do the math for him. We concluded that they wanted to do the typical 'add-on-extra' so that we could be the pushover customers that say "ah forget about it, keep the change!" then leave. No. It was unacceptable. We stayed for another HOUR doing the working out for the waiter. The fact was, had this whole commotion not occurred, we would've left a good tip anyhow, regardless of the food not being to typical standards that we were expecting - but they wanted to play games and be sneaky. Absolutely appalling. Will not be returning and I would not recommend to a friend.

If we had read the other reviews before going to this restaurant then we wouldn't have bothered but I am glad we missed them. Last night we had a lovely meal there before going on to the Neil Diamond concert. We shared two starters which we were lovely (potato skins and chicken wings). We were disappointed that the menu had changed from the one printed on the internet, as we would have like fillet steak. Instead we had the sirloin which was quite nice (nothing really to complain about) but have had better elsewhere. The service was excellent and although we had our own waiter the others when passing our table all made us feel comfortable. Our waiter - a lovely chap named Alex - was very attentive and professional . At one point he had to deal with a table of people that came in for a meal and it was obvious that they had been drinking, again he dealt with this very well. All in all it was a lovely start to our evening. I am sorry that other reviewers found fault but apart from the missing fillet steak it was a lovely start to our evening.

There is something wrong with this restaurant. It's not the food, or the pricing, which are both reasonable, but it is the management - or lack of it - of the front of house staff. From our visit it became quite clear that customers were seen by some of the staff, as an inconvenience, if not an irrelevance. Even though the restaurant was near empty, we waited at the door to be seated for around 10 minutes, we persisted out of pure curiosity. We were eventually seated by the one member of waiting staff who appeared to be the only one doing anything. In fact she was run off of her feet, while others continued to conduct their social life with friends ‘hanging around' on the empty restaurant terrace. We observed one waitress actively moving to be out of sight to arriving customers, so she could continue her private conversations with a group of boys passing the terrace. A number of would-be customers eventually walked off to other restaurants. If the grill chiefs had not have abandoned their station and dashed out of the kitchen to seat customers, the restaurant would have been totally without customers. while we were there. At one point we accidentally dropped a knife, even though every member of staff looked over towards us on hearing the clang, not one of them approached us to change it. We had to go and find a replacement ourselves. Along with additional napkins. Or waitress was friendly and efficient managing to cover the basics for the tables she was dashing between. All in all a night ruined by appalling service and a underlying atmosphere of disgruntled customers, and dysfunctional staff, half of whom looked frustrated at the behaviour of the other half.I am glad I don’t own this franchise. As it's not likely to last much longer. We are not likely to re-visit.

Went to see a concert at the O2, not sure where to eat so toured the O2 to see what was available. Because we only had 1 hour before the show we needed to be quite fast. Cheyenne Spur had a comprehensive menu and the shortest queue whereas the other popular branded restaurants had monster queues. We were seated after 15 mins wait. We all ordered a burger, to make the task simple. The hostess explained the menu very well took our order then collected and delivered our drinks order immediately. We were told there would b a 20 mins wait for food, which was ok. However the food arrived freshly cooked after 15 mins. Excellent. All burgers big and juicy, well cut chips. A very good meal considering our time constraints. no complaints

We visited Cheyenne Spur before the boxing at the 02. Our first time eating here and the last. After waiting 15 minutes to order drinks and food. Drinks finally arrived 2 lemonades and one pint of Heineken. The Heineken I'm sure must of been taken off another table as it was Missing its head flat and warm I asked for another one only to be told the barrel is being changed and the next one would be the same! I was offered two bottles of Stella for the same price to which I agreed 5 minutes later two bottles of desperadoes were delivered one again I sent them back, later again two bottles of becks were delivered. I said nothing as I just wanted to have a cold drink. Then the mains came two were correct however I had ordered a steak a pepper melt if I recall but it turned up as a burger.. As we were pressed for time I didn't mention anything. Food was extremely average and service poor.

Two of us visited her to get a quick bite to eat. We had the stuffed potato skins & nachos, and it cost a phenomenal amount of money. Possibly the most awful nachos you hope to find, they were incredibly bland (and I had apparently ordered the spicy version) and poorly presented. The potato skins were small, undercooked and tasteless. Our dreadful food experience was compounded by having to wait 50 minutes to receive it, and a further 20 minutes after finishing it to receive the bill. All in all, this is probably the worst food option in the o2. The next time you're there, and by some unfortunate occurrence every other restaurant in the o2 is full, then I strongly urge you to temporarily leave the o2 and find somewhere else to eat to save yourself the dreadful experience.

This has got to be one of our favourite restuarant's, the ambiance and welcoming environment are second to none at the O2 and the resturant is always busy!, The food here whilst small in some areas is very tasteful and the mixed grill is the best your find at the O2, the food is always cooked fresh and in front of customers unlike many of the behind the scenes bland food some establishments serve up at the O2, the drinks are a little expensive but for the area and where you are this is to be expected, the furnishings are rustic and themes of the Wild West really add to the overall experience, the wait for food is reasonable as is the price, the staff are warm welcoming and nothing is too much trouble , we personally recommend this resturant to many friends who then recommend on and is a place we will continue visitng !

we came here at 3.30 before our show at 5, we were seated and it took 25 for someone to take our order, and the waitress was un happy and miserable, the drinks then came within 2 mins and the food arrived in 10, food was good apart from my ribs being burnt. i had purchased the special all you can eat wings and ribs but after i finished my first 6 ribs and 3 wings i tried order some more food but it took 25 mins for someone to come to us so by this point i couldnt have any more food as it was near the show time and so i asked for the bill. it then took a further 20 mins for our bill to come so it took 1 hour 20 mins to have a single corse meal, totaly not worth it go some where else, food is ok but the service is the worst i have ever had.

I' ve been going to Spur restarants for the best part of 30 years, mostly in South Africa and this has been my worst experience by far. The menu has changed and not all side orders are available as part of the main meal which they used to be -obviously as a money making ploy. But thats not my issue, and didn't come close to the awful service. The waitress didn't know the menu, we had to ask for cutlary twice, the side orders came out when we were nearly finished our main course, the waitress forgot our desert and then we were overcharged for the kids meal which we complained about at the time. The manager authorised the correct amount after that complaint and also gave the desert for free which was small consolation. I would have understood the service if the restaurant was full at the time but it was not and therefore I rate it as very poor.

My partner & I stopped in on the way to the Andrea Bocelli concert last night. The place was heaving so we had to queue for a table but well worth the wait. The waiter was fun, bubbly & nothing was too much trouble. The choice on the menu was huge...something for everyone. My partners cheese & bacon burger looked delicious (she said it tasted that way too) served with crispy fries & salad. I had chicken & ribs with jacket potato & corn on the cob. All cook to perfection. The mains were so large we shared a desert of banoffee waffle with ice cream. All this with a bottle of wine & coffees for £55. The great thing was that we were in & out in an hour but never felt rushed, they are obviously used to dealing with the concert crowds but made you feel welcome with good attentive service. Somewhere we will use again & not just when going to a show.

Met two colleagues from a hotel in the area of the DLR. We had originally planned Nandos as it was a known chain on the radar and close by. We opted, instead, to try somewhere different and walked into here.We were seated in a timely manner and always greeted/attended to by the same waiter, Rizwan, who smiled and gave us plenty of time to have our catchup and browse the very tasty menu.Fish, chicken, burgers, steak, pork - you name it they had an answer to your evening craving! My steak was cooked exactly how I expected and the ribs were succulent and meaty (always worried about getting too much bone over meat!).The deserts we all chosen were well presented and brought out quickly yet tasted fresh.Would recommend and I'd take my wife here. Is there one in Manchester I wonder....?

Visited this restaurant last week pre an event at the O2. Never heard of the company so thought give it a try for a change, also because it looked busy we thought this may be a good indicator to good food. How wrong can you be. 1645 hrs - Got seated, waited 10 mins for menu, then waitress apologised they were short staffed. More people arrived a queue formed. Two tables near us, got up and left before even ordering. We ordered drinks (by which time we had been there 30 mins), then when they arrived food order taken - waitress then said that meals could take up to half a hour ! When burgers & steak arrived one burger had wrong cheese and was taken back, when returned it had an excuse for blue cheese on top and was rock hard when tapped with knife. Chips were cold. Meal returned. Chefs aplenty and food queuing up on hot plate ! Saw a waiter going along the line of burgers picking up the lids of the rolls to see what was what ! Saw waitress waiting by food station playing with her hair ! Got my meal (a bowl of chips in the end) and drink free - but over priced; under staffed and waste of time. Don't go there. Plenty of other places to eat at the O2.

This spot was ideal for families, with many different cuisines. I really liked the indian food the best, especially the rogan josh. The evening service has a wider variety, like steaks as well, nonetheless we stuffed ourselves with some good food. 最受歡迎的是它開到很晚,員工不會做出判斷。至於便宜的深夜雞,這是一樣好,你遠遠優於對手莫里斯雞。馬路對面的烤肉店是最好的選擇,但是如果你渴望熱翼的喜愛。
