McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

Horrible service, very full and the area below looks like a dungeon, there is no air. The sink at the same level as the rest of the place, disgusting.

The machines don’t provide payment recipe and the managers become very aggressive if you insist for your meal or refund . The managers refuse to provide me with the meal or refund and were shouting at me stating that i will need to bring them by bank statements. So i left the place as i didn’t have any options and they were very rude and verbally aggressive. I told them what i ordered and the order number provided by the machine were i place the order and i made a payment for Best to avoid the place and never to engage with them in any kind of dispute I felt very discriminated and humiliated by them and seems to me that they cannot tolerate LGBT community It is the 3th time over the years when i have been mistreated in this way on this McDonald’s I thought that things my have been changed but it keeps getting worse.

Rude small woman wearing hijab walked around the floor and forced me rudely to write her a review, grabbing my phone in the process and typing on it for me. When requested her name for the review, she said no and walked off. Very odd experience to say the least. Probably wouldn’t come back or recommend to friends, family or enemies.

Booked 2 MC Menus, All good 😋 😋 😋 😋 but they missed my reservation number and if I didn't come forward to tell them that they didn't call me I wouldn't eat 😡, they should improve the organization of reservations...... McDonald's is always good 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Have to give a credit when its due. I have been there last Saturday evening. It was St.Patricks day and they were super busy. Despite that, I still got my food in under 10 minutes and it was warm. My local McDonalds can’t even handle a normal afternoon. These guys at Covent Garden are pros.

I have been to other McDonald's in central with great service and presentation, here is just not up to par. Cold food and have to fight to get basics like milk for the tea. Due to the location, they will always have business but it would be kind if they could think of giving customers a better experience please.

17 minutes for a breakfast burger.. Toilets not clean. Nobody seemed to care

We went on two occasions first time was very fast and food was very good, second time was at night and it was packed to the brim, there was a employee having to use a microphone to shout out people's order numbers

It was really busy and the employees were just screaming like crazy they also threw my food down but the food was good

Security is bigger thrash Than food

The food that I can evaluate is the cafe, the only place in all of London that you don't have to take out a mortgage from the Caja Rural de Murcia to pay for. The service had no idea, I didn't understand them nor did I want to, I just wanted my coffee and to be left alone. The horrible atmosphere, nothing but children bothering, screaming and wearing colorful scarves around their necks, all very psychedelic. PS: don't order that weird chicken burger, it's really bad, don't innovate, that's always a mistake.

Mental in here. During busy periods it’s crazy busy. We only really came in to use the toilet.

Never disappoint at all. I really like this location, nuggets are always done well but not burnt.

Food is the usual McDonald's fare and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating downstairs, less so upstairs as floor has filled out with self-service plinths. Toilets are clean but rather cramped. WiFi network can often be hit or miss. Often crowded at lunchtime.

Aggressive and unpleasant. They have, and need, bouncers. Food is slow and service very unpleasant.

Great place to eat or have a coffee with a friend.

The person shouting orders 23rd feb. Attitude. I got my number wrong, if you don't want to work in hospitality dont work in it. Be nice to your customers Even if they are frustrated. Bad bad bad. Never come here again

It’s only a 24 hour drive through, the customer survive is shocking, the night shift workers have no respect whatsoever. If you’re going to advertise a 24 hour McDonald’s maybe specific it’s only the drive through.

Food never arrived and I still got charged

The ordering screens did not print confirmations, the order appeared on the screen and then disappeared. I had to ask for my order several times. I finally got the order, but it was packed for takeaway and I ordered it on the spot. There was no way I could screw up any more. By the way, there was a fight between a security guard and a customer. I came from a civilized country and it was a shock for me.

Food just about warm, service terrible, certainly not a place i would ever visit again.

Like in Germany, everything tastes super good, only the smell from the toilet could be better.

A classic, timeless. Too bad for the people who beg when I eat...

would like to give the security guard Ashley an extra shout out for being lovely and welcoming and very helpful when a guy was being racist, handled himself very well. Need more security guards like him.

The children love going to McDonald's to get their happy meal.

I have been a few times now in this McDonald's and I find it very good, friendly staff and it's always fast to get my order.

Loving it! From the moment I step into Mc Donald's, can feel the smell of the tasty and lovely burgers.Followed by the smile that always are present on every Mc employee. Great atmosphere and music.

I tried to go to McDonald's this morning . The staff need to be trained in disabilitys as I entered with my assistant dog and the security when trying to get served from the management the security try to come and seek attention from my assistant animal. I use this as support so the staff should not engage with my assistant animal as it affects his response. I would like a manager to get back in contact as this is a form of bullying. I had to walk out Plus security should not come aggressive or with attitude when they should not call or change my focus on my support dog You're company needs training

Fabulous attention from Salvatore, customer service agent, who unlocked disabled toilet AND checked it was clean before he held the door for me. So helpful and appreciated, thank you. As well for clearing our table because carrying rubbish to the bin was difficult!

Worst Mc Donalds I've been to no seats because they wouldn't clean no toilet for the same reason you should close the store under these conditions you just got annoyed by their ignorance the food tasted like old frying oil really disgusting

I got the wrong order. coke instead of milkshake. Sorry, 1/3 cup of coke, the rest was all over the place. Everything in the bag was soaked to a mush. The bag broke above the sink. Absolute trash. I even tipped the driver beforehand who got lost when the building is literally next to a major underground line station. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!! I CAN SEND YOU PHOTOS!

All hell broke loose. Condition at the table not possible. If you want to ask something, you as a customer are completely ignored by the staff. Queue in the toilet for at least 30 minutes. Terrible.

It's McDonald's pretty much the same wherever you go however the staff are really friendly and polite and work hard to keep customers happy. The actual McDonald's is single story seating no upstairs, lots of iPads for the kids to play on,easy to use ordering screens and quick service. Condiments were at the front by the counter filled up constantly and easy to use. Table service is available also.

There was a piece (of what i think is pepper or other seasoning) in my fanta. the place was loaded with people, despite they managed it wonderfull. Had to only wait 10min for 3 large menus and some nuggets. We only got the option to ‘take out’ but could eat inside. There were no plates u could choose from

So … I’d been on a work’s Christmas drink and full of Christmas spirit ( if you know what I mean 😉) I was struggling to put in my order but luckily was greeted by a great smile and the helpful service of Dharmik! Great fella and a credit to McDonald’s!! 👍

We went to this mcdonald’s after our theatre show only to be met with rude customer service half the employees giving most people dirty looks and also the fact they missed something in our order! it was too late when we got home and realised! Also the queuing system needs work no system in place

Your typical McDonald's, there are plenty of seating and the staff is really kind. The service is very fast and the food is the same like in every McDonald's. You can only pay with card in this store.

Great spot with good friendly service

Came to get food and use the toilet. I was told by the manager that the toilet is closed to the public, and that I could use the sanitizer they had behind the counter which I can't use as I have sensitive skin. The manager then told me that I should go to the station nearby toilets (which were closed too) It is wrong (illegal - for food safety & hygiene regulation) that a food establishment closes its toilets when they are servicing food. I will be sending an email to your head office. Because this is ridiculous!

Surprisingly spacious McDonald's in the centre of London. Plenty of space and good decorations. Liked it.

There are a lot of visitors, but you don’t have to wait long for your order. The Americano coffee is like water, and when I asked for additional sugar, the employee did not hide her surprise. It would be better if there was a separate table for sugar and ketchup, like in other restaurants.

It's McDonald's, it's good everywhere. It is very well located, the service is fast, very good service at the cash registers and meal orders. The waiters who walk around the restaurant are not very friendly, I asked 3 different waiters a question about napkins and they all responded in the same way, pointing with their finger where the napkins were, they didn't even look at me, anyway I thanked them and Even so, they didn't return the thanks, it's incredible.

This Mc Ds today, around 5pm was really dirty. Floor had food scattered on it. Tables were not cleaned between people sitting down. The computer screen would not take my hubbys code from his phone. He had to get food from the counter because the hot drinks were not included on the meal deal.
