Usually from our house Uber eats selects stonecross, ordered from there the past 10 times or so not a single issue. When I went to order on Uber eats before and it selected Marus bridge for me I said to my mrs that’s gonna be half our order missing then, and of course I was right, useless worst McDonald’s in the country.

Something missing from every order, will not order from here again

Order incorrect AGAIN, but hey, I've got used to it now. So putting that aside. Food great as usual.

These types of establishments are suitable for individuals who have a preference for unhealthy fast food. The quality and quantity provided are minimal. With an additional small amount of cost, one can acquire better quality, quantity, and more suitable options elsewhere.

Just went thru drive thru so cant rate atmosphere food and service above avg but not 5 stars

This McDonald's was tidy and clean. Staff were wiping down tables and moving rubbish as soon as tables became free. Shoutout to Stephen for doing a fantastic job, he offered my son some colouring activities to keep him entertained and once we had finished our food offered to move our rubbish for us so we didn't have to do it ourselves. We had no issues with our order and the food came quickly. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly quiet compared to other McDonald's that I had visited at a similar which was a nice change.

McDonald's has really gone down hill, deliveries they always get wrong like every single delivery, food has always been average. Far better McDonald's in Wigan than this one, also this is a franchise which will cost you more than other McDonald's in and around Wigan.

Very disappointed , 30+ minutes to get three cheeseburgers to freeze and when arrived was stone cold !! Will not be going to any McDonald's again very disappointed 😤

Worst macdonalds in Wigan. Rude staff .Rasist talke with us rudly. Disgusting rubish dirty every where ..staff don't have experience to serve and disrespect customer ..how they have 5 in hiyogen I don't trust them .mabye the hiyogen manger get free food for the five in hiyogen.long wait when the staff talk with each other and ignore you .dont care and when you ask they gonna be rude ..how i ask ?? I don't trust rate hiyogen healthy and sefty any more zero service ....... rubish Tolite discusting...

Never been to a McDonald's in my life and don't intend to

Nearly always mess up your order and they seems like they can’t even be arsed. Returned a happy meal tonight that they’d somehow missed half of the items from and was ignored for several minutes despite being the only person there, before being asked if I’ve been seen to (opened happy meal and milkshake in front of me not a big enough clue?). Only after this young lad was replacing my kid’s meal did a “Manager” come over. Offered a measly “McFlurry or something” for my inconvenience and after I politely declined it was left at that. Almost as if it was the only thing they could offer to make things up. Maybe it usually works and she didn’t know what to say or do to me refusing this kind offer? Or maybe it’s because them messing up orders is such a regular occurrence that they can’t even be arsed anymore. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence. I could forgive mistakes being made if the customer service was ok but it’s just poor. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Avoid, there’s plenty of other McDonalds restaurants in the area if you really want to eat there.

Missing food For the order . They didn’t put everything in the bag.

Took over half an hour for me to get my order, and it wasn’t even a busy night it was quite quiet, very disappointed

Simply put... Marus Bridge McDonalds is over-stretching itself. The restaurant simply isn’t big enough to accommodate Walk-in customers, Drive Thru, and the countless Delivery companies that come to collect orders. I very rarely use this branch any more, as the problem has been on-going since COVID. Tonight, I decided to give it another go, as I needed to go to the nearby Sainsbury's store anyway. Wish I hadn't now... Queue inside the restaurant was ridiculous, because staff were too busy readying delivery orders (not their fault, the poor buggers in there are trying to do 4 things at once). Whilst I was in there (which was roughly 25 minutes) there was at least 7 delivery drivers in waiting for their orders. End result for everyone is... Cold Food and Incorrect Orders. Tonight, my food was luke warm (cold, by the time I got home) & I was missing Mozzarella Balls from my order. Safe to say, I won't be going back any time soon...

Usual state of play for McDs these days, order, wait ages, check order, go in and get what you actually ordered because they've got it wrong. Never ever been here without them leaving something out.

How is a 24/7 McDonald’s with the doors open not open?

Clearly being ignored by the lazy staff as tried phoning 5 times, late night order as we was a bit hungry and the quality of what we got given is just an absolute joke! Just Eat driver was so apologetic for it being 20-25 minutes late as he explained that some staff was just sat around doing nothing and some tidying up and he also stated they clearly couldnt be bothered to cook and it deffinately shows with what we got given! I will be ringing up first thing in the morning to speak to a manager and i will be making a trip down so the whole meals can be re-done! Ordered McCrispy and got given a McSpicy (my partner does not like spicy food!), 2x Chicken Mayos (1 without lettuce) both had the smallest dot of mayonaise and the one with lettuce (didnt look like lettuce, looked like weeds from a garden!) looked like it seen far better days, smalls fries clearly thrown into the bag as the packet was empty and all the fries all over the bottom of the bag, medium fries soggy so literallt all main food was not edible and the way the chicken and the buns felt i wouldnt of risked consuming it! Only thing that was salvaged was the bottle of water, coffee, fruit shoot and oreo mcflurry. I really dont know how mcdonalds is even still in business cause all they ever seem to do is give wrong food items, not cook it properly or you are missing items. I think its time to either shut shop completely or hire new staff who are willing to do the job and not laze around on night shift. Like i said tried ringing 5 times and got completely ignored so obviously incapable to answer the phone aswell as cook!

they cannot cope with the amount of delivery drivers, they also prioritise delivery drivers over actual customers. there needs to be two separate queues because today was ridiculous. laura/lauren was seeking people with kids out and speeding running their orders which i thought was nice. There were staff members telling uber drivers that "Ethan has no management skills" While i agree with him, probably shouldn't be shouted across a busy restaurant. it was a shambles and i would avoidd this branch like the plague and tell the staff to quit, lifes too short to be spending your time in there, it looked like hell on earth. raised you a star for food cause the chips were really hot, so well done for that, i suppose.

I go here almost everyday for my neighbours. I order alot to be fair. So, waiting is somewhat a thing for me there. However, waiting on an order that only consisted of 3 burgers and being told to go park up as they're waiting on 1 for me lol like, you've cooked 2 of them why not the 3rd? There's rats everywhere around the building. Food rubbed into the path, not washed away and just left there in the blistering english heat we've had.. I don't eat from this particular restaurant (if you can call it that)

The place was discusting, yes it was a hot day (26*) but the place was a state. Bins overloaded, food on the floor, tables dirty, had to clean sauce off the table on our own

ordered through uber and order was entirely wrong. ordered a double bacon muffin meal and a mighty muffin meal with no ketchup. what did i receive? a double sausage muffin meal and a mighty muffin meal WITH ketchup. we didn’t even get our extra hashbrowns. utterly disgusting. how someone can mess up that badly is truly beyond me. it’s almost like the order isn’t written clearly on a screen for you to pack. would not recommend revisiting this establishment unless you don’t want to receive what you ordered.

Quick service. Tasty food as you'd expect. But toilet was absolutely disgusting. Don't they clean there at all?? Makes you wonder how healthy the food actually is!

My daughter used the drive through today at the Wigan Marus Bridge branch. She ordered for the whole family had to wait in the car park for order to be completed. When she arrived back at our home a cheese burger which we had been charged for was missing. As usual there was no milkshakes available.

Ordered from uber. Took an hour to deliver (I live 2 miles away), when it arrived my order wasn't even there and they had forgot it. The other food we had was cold and undercooked.

First time ever I have received a burger that looks like it dose on the pictures and hot too. Only a quick visit on lunch break but impressed with my food

They nearly always get the order wrong. You should always check before you drive off, even if it feels cheeky.

'Treated' the kids to a breakfast. Arrived 30min late ( driver apologised). On opening, had 2 flat whites instead of Cappuccino, missing sausage & egg roll, missing pineapple stick. Why I order from here beats me. Only myself to blame I suppose but this place really should re-staff or re- train. Worse one in the area.

The staff here REGULARLY undercut us on food. 8 nuggets in a 9 nugget box, 18 nuggets in a 20 nugget box, no salt on fries, not enough fries in the box. You need to sort it out. Because it's every time we eat from here.

Stopped at the drive through for coffee, 2 Latte and a black coffee. All tasted like washing up liquid. Bad :(

Driver and staff didn't give me the order I requested. Food is often cold. Lukewarm at best. (My delivery experience). I won't be going there again. Feel robbed. Sorry. Instead I was just given the burger I redeemed through the app and my fries. That's it. Someone should be sacked for this. Wouldn't even give me a refund the f?? Nothing but robbery this is. I don't recommend anyone using the delivery app. I hope the manager is ashamed. Drivers are useless. Only one that I know who seems to be good. She's good. Very busy restaurant but got there eventually.

Worst meal ever stone cold ordered food on McDonald App at 4.40pm got Food at 7.15.pm . Rang store to complain and was I had ordered the food on incorrect App I used the McDonald app so how was this incorrect. Also told they could give me a refund or have a new delivery. If want to get a refund I had to use the App tried this but there was 2 digits missing of my receipt. So I rang store again to be told they could not help me . So I got a lift and took the food back where I told again that I used the incorrect app (MCDONALD APP) also my food had sat on a shelf for over an hour waiting for a uber driver to collect. They have no things in place to monitor food left on the self going cold . I asked for a refund which I got in the end . Good idea not to order food from this restaurant if you want hot or warm food . ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Every other time you go to marus Bridge mcdonalds, they miss stuff off your order, it's ridiculous

Poor meal today. The fries were overcooked and hard, burger wasn’t hot, McFlurry was missing its sauce and no tomato sauce with cheese bites. This restaurant is not great. Sort it out. It’s not difficult.

Went for a quick snack, but never going again. The burgers were cold dry and just awful. The chicken nuggets tasted like they had been reheated Didn't have time to take to take it back. This place had gone downhill since the last visit, or it could be hit and miss if you get good hot food.

In a world of ever diminishing customer service and poor quality food, this McDonald’s retains a high standard for both. Not like Stone Cross McDonalds where they pretend their tills are down all the time.

Called in to get the new Cheese Philly stack burger that's advertised but they didn't have any. Had a Chicken burger which was OK but expensive at over £6 just for the burger. Not good value. The fries were actually hot which did surprise me. First time in a long time I've had hot fries at a Maccies. Staff were friendly enough.

As good as McDonald's gets really. I'm not a big fan of the food but sometimes it's just convenient. One thing that outstand here that i noticed though was the staff they were exceptional. Very friendly, polite and professional. I have been in places like this and normally staff walk around with their heads down and moral seems low.. here it seemed as though everyone was happy . Probably because down to good management who treat staff properly. Atmosphere as usual dull and clinical.. put some music on and get some proper furniture and better decor. Toilets very unhigenic as I usually expect ina McDonald's

Revamp has updated the restaurant but the pickup situation needs to be looked at again although table service is a good idea

Twice is two weeks food order completely wrong - entire order first occasion , this evening food included bun despite label on box and order confirming NO bun - entire meal binned as it was for person who is coeliac ( GF) Avoid at all costs.

I drive to the one near Tesco’s in Wigan now. This Mc Donald’s is incapable of severing a hot burger. Not sure if there stacking burgers or just putting fridge cold cheese straight on the burger. Also they don’t know how to wrap the burger’s there always hanging out of the rapper when collected from the drive through.

Quite dirty with lots of food debris on floor. Team need to clean mote frequently

The food that was correct was good, but there was a lot missing. Bic mac was missing all condiments, and I had paid extra for bacon, that I didn't get. It even had 'Add Bacon' written on the box, but had zero bacon. There were no straws or utensils. Chicken nuggets were supposed to come with 4 condiments, but only came with 2, neither of which were the sauces we ordered. And the burgers were dry. Not worth the money on this occasion. Will say our delivery driver was excellent though. Decided to try again. Just ordered McDelivery and once again something was missing. Not just condiments this time as is the usual, but a share box of cheesey Garlic bites, which I paid for and did not receive. Also never received my receipt. Called them up and was told there was nothing they could do. Used the app customer service which crashed several times. Doubt I will ever recieve my refund. Shame, I'm not asking for much, just my money back for the food I paid for and did not receive.

Very friendly staff and I also tip my hat to the shift manager from that night. And I say that because we placed a very large order and we thought that one or two items were missing, but she had patience with us and brought the receipt and showed us that everything was there. It was our own fault for mixing up the menus. But she understood as well that we didn't have any bad intentions, so both parties left happy. Thank you for keeping things so professional!

Very quiet when we stopped for breakfast, loads of free parking on site. Food arrived very quickly and was lovely. There is also a Sainsbury, B&M and Food Warehouse on the same site. Not far from the M6 junction.

24 hours but when you get there "not taking any orders due to tills being down" then the time given to come back is wrong. At least stop taking App orders to let people know.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's franchises I have ever visited in Europe. It is far from fast food. Ordered at 15:55, finally got my order at 16:25 despite the restaurant not being busy, there were 2 people who ordered before me. Food was barely warm, some of it was cold. Wasn't given any sauces that we ordered, also a box of 20 Chicken nuggets wasn't given to us. 2 young girls managing the orders weren't particularly friendly nor did they show any kind of care for anything. The chips tasted horrible and the double cheeseburger contained lettuce. The restaurant is dirty with rubbish all over it with the staff not cleaning anything up. The toilets were clogged. Recommend giving this franchise a pass and visiting a different one.

They decided to put 19 chicken nuggets when the box clearly says 20 chicken nuggets they really think they can rob me by saying 20 chicken nuggets and only put 19. REMEMBER PEOPLE COUNT THEM

Shocking waited 20 mins inside for a kid happy meal and a wrap. Finally got it decided didn't want to eat inside after all that wait got home not even put the chicken nuggets in the happy meal!! Food freezing

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in. Dirty tables, floor underneath tables had old food and discarded food wrapping visible. Had to find someone to clean our table.
