It is what it is. The double stack burger, I was surprised you could make burgers that thin, top job.

Ordered and called up 10 seconds later as i had forgot to take out certain things from my wrap, i understand this is my mistake, however i was told they couldn’t take anything out as id already made the order. It’s not like i was asking for extras or anything i just wanted something taken out due to allergies. So i’ve now got an order i cannot eat. I don’t understand this

Normal McDonald's. Brain dead people. Doing a job they don't want to do.

Really poor. Been multiple times now and the service is very poor. Ignorant staff who just ignore you and don't even say hello, let alone be helpful. Chips were stone cold and had, quite literally, no salt on. The taste was appalling. If I wasn't due in work I would have demanded a full refund. How management in this site run this McDonalds I'll never know but it's awful.

order was said delivered, rang the restaurant says been delivered which it has not , I think both organisations need a reality check how they treat customers. .Now I to wait to to get my money back stuff that. Now I have to figure what to feed my disable partner thank you McDonald's and just eats

Burnt burgers in Big Mac. Undercooked fries. Milkshake to light and whippy. Haven't been for ages and won't be rushing back.

Called in after a late shift at work . Ordered triple cheeseburger ( drive thru ) but when I opened bag was swimming in grease . Took burger back which they exchanged , but I overheard manager say to staff , offer him a free drink . When the staff member brought my fresh burger there was no mention of my free drink ( didn’t want a drink anyway but it would have been nice to have been offered ). Very poor

Had a few long waits there now driving off with over priced cold junk food and getting no compensation from the awful management. Do yourself a favour, go home and make a sandwich

seems to be a thing if you order balsamic dressing with your side salad you don't always get it@

Free parking, very clean restaurant and toilets. Friendly staff.

Food was tasty enough, however quality spoilt by not receiving the happy meal toy and by not receiving part of the food order. Disappointed.

food was cold. ive ordered few times and fries are limp, cold and unappetising burgers also cold, always missing items nearly every order i have made, (four times probably) cant do simple things correct. last time i order from macdonalds!!!

Was send a double cheeseburger instead of a triple that I ordered. Fries barely cooked at all, completely anaemic. Quarter Pounder contained items that should of been removed from the order.

I'm not fan of maccie anyway, and then I'm visiting second time this year, and need wait like 15 minutes because they struggle with frappe machine. Fair enough, but my burger was made and waiting, finally get it chilled, dono why I couldn't get my hot items, and get cold stuff when machine get back working. Wasn't fan ,and not feeling as gonna be 👤

It’s delicious all good the driver was polite but it took ages but enjoyed it and was delicious definitely will re order

Terrible, nearly an hour, almost 30 mins from when it left the restaurant, milkshake was just milk, burgers stone cold and only about 4 chips in the bag. Disgrace.

The sign on the door says 24 hours. Door was locked and told to use the drive through. I'd like to see someone get an articulated lorry around the drive thru. Mcdonalds adverts say there when you need us. This is clearly a lie!

driver was at restaurant for an hour and a half and food was stone cold

Not impressed. Air con too fierce. Not able to serve a one shot latte. Toilets were clean and spacious but the awful pop music was even louder in there than in the main seating area. Price for tea and coffee was good.

bacon double cheeseburger was flatter than a piece of toast. Bacon was mostly fat and all food was cold.

fries are cold and stale, All food is cold , hot out coke delivered half full. We called the McDonalds that we ordered from and they told us if we want a refund we need to go there ourselves but wasn’t our fault that the food wasn’t made right and half full

This was the NICEST & HOTTEST food I have ever had from this restaurant 😋 Its always ok, and I get that the drivers are busy so the temp of food will always decrease. But this was so hot and so so good! Thank you 😊

They advertise kids toys for the happy meal, then don’t have any of the toys that they showcase in the display cabinet for kids to see. Not a single toy. Disappointed, crying child… not very happy meal after all, is it. Not sure at which level the incompetency happens, but they are always out of whatever we order. Worst ran business on the planet…

No fault with the delivery of the food, the driver was careful and nothing was damaged during delivery. The food and drink on the other hand, well the milkshake was plain and the flavouring was crystallised at the bottom of the cup so I couldn’t even mix it to be able to drink it and the food was cold and had looked like it was just slapped together. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but the staff need to take a bit more pride in what they are doing. Honestly, I’m not impressed!

I just wish my local McDonald's would read the orders right and include everything that has been ordered. It's really annoying when you have ordered things that don't turn up
