Driver went to the complete wrong building and did not follow instructions where to find me then proceeded to give me attitude

Incredibly rude staff, made mistakes to my order and then acted as though it was my fault. when the mistake was FINALLY resolved (took at least 10 minutes for a single burger) all I received was a bad attitude and dirty looks from multiple members of staff. There is a mcdonald’s not far down the road whose staff has never treated me in such a derogatory manner, disgusted is the only word you describe.

I was missing med fries, large fries, hot apple pie, and my salad. About £10s worth of my £18 order came its ridiculous as this happens all the time.

I left a tip and still didn’t get my sauces or straws for my drinks. Joke of a service. Better off going yourself.

He don't delivered all our order, my partner run after him but he gone. the coffee and the smoothie was delivered, coffee was could. The delivery time was more half an hour, he went somewhere different way. The map showed. My money still no come back, so definitely I donord

I am a regular customer of McDonald’s and the food is great and the delivery time is great I just find food is missing from my orders quite often

The delivery driver was cheery and polite.

The driver took ages to deliver, I could see the food was prepared and given to him quickly but he drove around half of town before coming to me. As he took my drinks out the drink was empty and had spiked everywhere and I mentioned it and he said ‘sorry’ and just walked away. The food is STONE cold and I have half a drink.

You all know that macies are not good for your health. Avoid if you can.

The triple cheeseburger was very greasy and the nuggets were awful very disappointing

No issues and they respect eating in customers, not only Uber, just eat etc. You don't have to wait 15-30 minutes like in some towns

Went tonight to the drive through and sat waiting to order for 10 minutes with nobody the other end. Dreadful service !

when order arrived we had lost the drinks as they spilt all in the bags on the way to be devlivered .. really disappointed. courier was friendly and on time.

Unfortunately my drink had leaked in the bag, so had no drink with my meal. Also, 2 items were missing. (Chicken mayo and mozzarella sticks).

We ate in on evening of 2 March and ordered 3 different meals. My son chose a sweet chilli wrap. My husband and I chose quarter pounders. He had said that it tasted odd and through half in the bin. I will not be returning!

Sorry, but my son had to go up three times before he got his correct order. The girl who took my order was new and my burger was horrible. I was told I could get a soya milk shake, but it was normal milk. The server's English wasn't great, so she didn't understand me properly. This could have potentially given me a bad reaction because I have genuine Ulcerative Colitis. But at least she's working, right? The toilets were disgusting. I know there are a lot of people who use it every day. But It was bad. It's not like McDonald's can't afford a toilet makeover. I don't normally complain, but I feel the need to this time. Jayne
