McDonald's in Cherwell

They simply can’t put a lid on a cup and I drank my drink and it spilled all over my clothes. I am really disappointed and would like a refund. Do not recommend.

Have to say this occasion food was good.. Unlike the attitude of the management... No point having a reward system when conveniently each half term do not scan... Same in any restaurant.. On querying this just had a bold reply nothing i can do alledging we had already scanned the voucher. Which We hadn't been used.. Restaurant dirty... Staff meals and digital orders taking priority over serving counter customers.. Nit the best experience

Awful experience, codes wouldn't work on the order point, ignored by 3 staff chatting about their breaks, eventually asked if I was waiting. Explained that the QR codes didn't work but hadn't been used.'Manager'?? Was called, I again explained to be fairly bluntly told she couldn't over ride the till, so basically called me a liar. Plenty of staff around but the place was filthy. One poor chap doing his best to clean up. Not sure why QR codes are supplied if they do not actually get recognised in the restaurant. Alot of non available items on the menu. A very disappointing experience, please train staff to do the job they are supposed to be doing!

Great coffee didn’t have any food this time

Food is pretty grim in this maccies. The fries are completely tasteless, about as cardboard tasting as any fries I've ever had. I had a McRib it was falling apart in both bun and rib. It didn't taste good. I've had nicer rustler's burgers/rib. Some of the staff are really nice. Just go to the gateway maccies much nicer than Beaumont road.

Fast and cheap food. Service is quick enough

Breakfast as you would expect from "McD", restricted parking, otherwise as you would expect.

Just spent 10 minutes waiting at the till, my appetite for a quick burger gone.

Breakfast roll was warm hash browns hot Coffee nice

No dips, not super hot and needed to direct the driver.

food was cold, as expected to be fair but irritatingly no straw with the shake (again) and no salsa dips for the Cheesy "dippers" which were clearly on the order. This McDonald's in Banbury is virtually useless at actually getting a correct & complete order. I've lost count of the times my order has something missing.

Wasn't the drivers fault but you'd think the restaurant would update customers the fact the system is down! Waited 2.5 hrs, couldn't cancel on the app, called twice. Common sense didn't prevail today.

Kept changing delivery time so driver ended up being at mcdonalds for 20mins before bring the food stone cold

I've absolutely lost count of the number of times I've been mugged off at the drive thru here. Don't get me wrong, everyone makes mistakes and I'm sure the staff work hard - but there must be some sort of check system in place against orders. My particular highlight last month was going to the drive thru on my home from work and ordering a double big mac meal - been wanting to try one for ages - with a choc shake. Not only did I end up with a vanilla shake instead of choc without being told, they never gave me the double big mac! Totally excelled themselves. So my double big mac meal with choc shake actually consisted of fries and a vanilla shake. I even double checked my receipt to make sure they'd heard my order correctly - they did, they just didn't give me the food. Tried phoning and left a message, their voicemail said they'd call me back. Guess what? Never happened. Now we're never gonna stop going to McDonalds, but if you use the drive thru, stop in the car part and check your order before driving away. They mug you right off when they can.

chips was old not fresh couldn't eat it ordered extra bacon.... no bacon, check your produce before rushing to dispatch I rather fresh and complete and to wait 5 mins more than what I received. disappointed..

Half food was really hot and half was really cold, not sure why fries would be cold/limp and nuggets steaming but not great to eat. delivery was polite and fast.

Driver was very polite and on time. Order was missing an item.

We were asked to give a security code and we didn’t know what that was. We have never been asked to give a code. I looked on my receipt but found no security code and I let the driver look too and he could not see one. He wouldn’t leave our front door and our food was getting cold and my 83 year old husband was becoming very upset. He finally closed the door on the driver and we heated up our food but it ruined our appetite, I was sent no email about a code.

Coffee had leaked out in the bag nothing left in coffee cup, driver expected me to get rid of the dripping bag & it’s unlikely he will come back with another coffee so no drink & lost money again

None of the above is the drivers fault. McDonald’s “fast food” took over an hour to “prepare” our order which was stale and cold on arrival. Also not even the correct items delivered. Why my husband still insists on this garbage is a puzzle to me.

Ordered and called up 10 seconds later as i had forgot to take out certain things from my wrap, i understand this is my mistake, however i was told they couldn’t take anything out as id already made the order. It’s not like i was asking for extras or anything i just wanted something taken out due to allergies. So i’ve now got an order i cannot eat. I don’t understand this

Really poor. Been multiple times now and the service is very poor. Ignorant staff who just ignore you and don't even say hello, let alone be helpful. Chips were stone cold and had, quite literally, no salt on. The taste was appalling. If I wasn't due in work I would have demanded a full refund. How management in this site run this McDonalds I'll never know but it's awful.
