McDonald's in Stockton-on-Tees

Drive-through was slow. 3 cars in line. food just to say warm. they ran around sorting delivery orders, and we all wait. they hide the delivery orders in the boot. suspect many do not have proper delivery insurance.

Very clean and staffs are so good and polite, mostly the cleaner.

Foods good staff is a bit murgh

Food was very cold when arrived

I pulled in to order a 1.49 big Mac offer that was advertised to me on my McDonald's app. The app would not put the offer through and the staff said they did not have the means to input the offer into the till, I'm 99% certain this is a flat out lie because I've had issues with the app once before at another McDonald's and they sorted it for me no problem. I could have ordered something else but I was so annoyed they wouldn't help I went to KFC instead.

Fries were freezing ended up binning them as didnt taste nice cold

Ordered via the mcdonalds app, collected just after 8pm, hardly anyone there at that time so was very quick .. App is easy to use, the staff here were friendly and helpful.. Food was lovely as per 😁

Ítems missing, ítems that did arrive incorrect. Nothing McDonald’s can do because breakfast finished 3 minutes ago (which wouldn’t have been the case if they’d answered the phone). The staff don’t care anyway so it’s pointless.

Driver was polite and friendly shame the order took longer than expected

delivery driver asked for a tip which is cheeky and no tip will be given ever you want tip dont ask for one

I like my local McDonald’s it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house and I like it inside the restaurant is cleaned regularly and the food is good it comes fast and nice and hot and I overall just like it

Friendly delivery, excellent breakfast all round, so tasty.

Full order was delivered but the food was lukewarm, there were supposed to be sauces provided with the chicken nuggets and none were provided

Was once place to go at reasonable prices. Not now to expensive food very poor quality staff full of inexperienced kids.

The food was lovely, warm instead of hot but it made the choc orange pie easier to eat. everything was there, I'm still recording every single delivery I get from a couple of restaurants because I'm not confident they're going to get my orders correct but so far so good, including all sauces ordered so I'm very pleased.

Late, cold and missing half the order

hash browns were alright but a little oily, the golden brown is much nicer

Pretty poor service, ordered via the drive through £19.00 order - 9/1/24 waited in the drive through area and was clearly forgotten about. Eventually after 15 mins given the food - with no sorry, nothing - pretty poor customer service I think. Got food home (approx 3 mins drive away) all of the food was cold. Won’t be going back to this restaurant in future

All I got was my drinks no food at all and I spent £39 it’s a discrace!

I wouldn’t even give it a one I received someone else’s order and was charged over £19 and to top it off it was cold will not be having a delivery again.

We ate in the restaurant and used the table service facility. The food was hot and tasty and the staff member bringing the food was polite and helpful. There was also ample parking.

gave me the complete wrong order and now I've had to order again , thanks to silly people not being careful with there orders and delivery drivers my kids are now starving and having to wait longer for there food which is not on

How you constantly get orders wrong is honestly quite concerning, i ordered food ended up with two drinks costing me £18

Brilliant delivery but food was cold and items missing. Understand they are busy bit the food muat have been stood out a while as the delivery was very fast.

Absolutely shocking how these drivers are getting away with delivering cold food and been later verytimr it’s a complete joke they don’t see no wrong in what they do and they cry when you refuse to give them the code I’m sorry but you should be making sure they reach targets can’t turn trackers off for locations and other thing instead of doing it all and wondering why customers are so angry when they get cold scabby food that they lay over the price for in the first place

The food that arrived was freezing cold, it’s understandable that when you get food delivered it isn’t going to be boiling it it had already clearly been sat for a long time. The order was missing 2 main items and now I have to try and request a refund through just eat

Cold and took an hour compared to the 20 min quoted time. Possibly not the drivers fault so not blaming him, but took far too long and had to be re-heated when it arrived.

Had breakfast here and it was very good. Convenient as we were staying at the Premier Inn Hotel next door, so we took it back to the room. Food was all hot and tasty except for the pancakes and syrup, they were a bit disappointing as were a bit chewy and perhaps overcooked? Anyway, it was quite good and we experienced no problems with the staff or our orders.

I would give all stars unfortunately food was absolutely freezing when received it was that cold I throw it all back up was just a waste of money to be honest

the fries 🍟 were ice cold the chicken was so hard even my dog didn't want them I thought at least the ice-cream would be good but there was not even half a cup and I ordered the large one so sadly a waste of money

It took an hour from ordering to leaving the restaurant. The delivery driver was delivering to multiple houses at once and seemed to struggle to find out order in the boot which is obviously why it took so long. When it arrived the food was freezing.

The driver was amazing. McDonald for the second time had messed the order up and the driver offered to take the order back and collect a fresh order. He was lovely and pleasant. 5 ⭐️ for the driver.

the delivery guy was very polite and understanding after I'd missed his call and missed the buzzer even managed to get into the building and bring my food to my door for me amazing guy very friendly 10 out of 10 for him n 9 out of 10 for McDonald's no straw again..

From order time, delivery time kept moving to a further 20 mins, but driver was on time according to the new delivery times on app. Driver apologised, providing a pleasant service. Full order received which was huge improvement from previous times. Just didnt get the free sauces.
