No hash browns came with order not first time food been missing

Every time we order things are always missing!

food was cold and missed the fruit of the order

Took over an hour to arrive and only received one item.

My delivery driver has for some reason gone in the back gate and my dog had escaped

Order was delivered on time and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately, 2 items were missing 😔

This store has a bad reputation for not getting orders right and I'm not surprised by the way the manager speaks to the staff. I personally witnessed her screaming at the staff today, Telling them they are not good enough, what a disgrace she is I have made enquiries and this woman was called julie, what a bully, the poor staff must be so down and disheartened by all this.

Nice food, crowded, kids off school, still found a seat.

The delivery driver turned up without delivery and had to drive back to restaurant to collect over an hour later he turned up with cold food that he claimed had been remade

I've not once gotten an entire order from here correct, this time they left out the sauces that I paid extra for. another time there was shell in my breakfast sandwich, just one of the worst McDonald's there is, even with a working ice cream machine

Order late and - this is likely deliberate - no dips with 20 nuggets.

My order kept moving the time back and came very late and then arrived really cold and didn’t come with any sauce either the chips taste like they have been sat for hours

I will never order from here again delivery not made but states delivered as the driver never turned up and how did they deliver without getting the code from me

Billingham This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever had. I waited for two hours for my order, only for it to be canceled at the last minute. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the issue, they simply advised me to place the order again. However, after doing so, my order was canceled once more, resulting in a loss of £15 that I will never recover. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against relying on these delivery services.

All food was stone cold , all drinks were missing apart from one milkshake however it was the wrong flavour , no sauces given , and one burger missing

My order didn’t arrive, I messaged the courier about the address problem and they replied, so I have been ignored and charged for food I didn’t receive, disgraceful

The driver didn’t deliver all my order and when I asked him he was very rude and walked away

driver wasnt able to read or understand English and struggled to even speak it, was about to leave with the order instead of delivering it due to not being capable of doing his job correctly because he doesn't know enough basic English.

They need to remember the little things that go with the meals, ie the pot of maple syrup!! Good job I had some in the cupboard but it shouldn't happen! everything else was great

chips were unsalted and too cold, I understand they would have cooled slightly in the drivers car but these were close to stale. burgers were nice though.

Stone cold food and missing items, only live 1.5 miles from restaurant so obviously insulated bags aren't working or food set off long before we got it. Then you have to wait days for a refund.

Drive-through was slow. 3 cars in line. food just to say warm. they ran around sorting delivery orders, and we all wait. they hide the delivery orders in the boot. suspect many do not have proper delivery insurance.

yet again the order was wrong, a double cheeseburger with just onion and extra onions became a single burger in a bun with no onions, also food was only warm which is odd because it arrived very timely

amazing driver, got my food to me in record time with the food still being hot and with ice still in my drink

My mccrispy was done incorrectly and I’m allergic to mayo so that’s great. Apart from that everything else was fine

I pulled in to order a 1.49 big Mac offer that was advertised to me on my McDonald's app. The app would not put the offer through and the staff said they did not have the means to input the offer into the till, I'm 99% certain this is a flat out lie because I've had issues with the app once before at another McDonald's and they sorted it for me no problem. I could have ordered something else but I was so annoyed they wouldn't help I went to KFC instead.

Ordered via the mcdonalds app, collected just after 8pm, hardly anyone there at that time so was very quick .. App is easy to use, the staff here were friendly and helpful.. Food was lovely as per 😁

Ítems missing, ítems that did arrive incorrect. Nothing McDonald’s can do because breakfast finished 3 minutes ago (which wouldn’t have been the case if they’d answered the phone). The staff don’t care anyway so it’s pointless.

delivery driver asked for a tip which is cheeky and no tip will be given ever you want tip dont ask for one

I like my local McDonald’s it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house and I like it inside the restaurant is cleaned regularly and the food is good it comes fast and nice and hot and I overall just like it
