McDonald's in Stockton-on-Tees

The food was out of date, and everything tasted off do not come here. Just go to the dominoes over the road much nicer.

I ordered a hamburger with with onions on opening the wrapping I opened the burger bun to find 2 pieces of onion the burger looked as if it had been cut with a razor blade the bun was soggy the whole thing could have only been about half an inch thick it was disgusting. Will not be returning.

Pleasantly surprised with the coffee, it was quite good. Otherwise a typical macdonalds.

This used to be a decent McDonald's, but it's truly awful now, the food is thrown in the boxes the chips are overdone, cold like cardboard, it's so expensive now and the food is just not worth the cost

My past 3 delivery orders have been wrong, either missing items or the customisations were wrong. Also the delivery time is too slow, by the time we get the (wrong) order it’s cold. Very disappointed.

McDonald's needs to have more adults on shift and pay the kids more money. I'd now want to work to a standard if I had been paid peanuts either.

Fries were just freshly done so that's always a bonus, the lady on the counter who served us was friendly and polite. Food was a bit slow in coming to table.

By far the worst McDonalds In the region.

Ordered via the mcdonalds app, collected just after 8pm, hardly anyone there at that time so was very quick .. App is easy to use, the staff here were friendly and helpful.. Food was lovely as per 😁

Guys becareful, these guys are not bagging all the food. When you call them they say come and collect the missing item.

Popped in late on. Got 2 meals, both burgers were cold.

Drinks spit over missing half of both drinks. Ice cream ruined because of the drinks been spilt. Missing sauces which were paid for. Chips cold. Not satisfied at all!!

Only sent me a drink I ordered a double Quatre pounder meal and 3 mozzarella dippers absolutely shocking

They always manage forget something in my order

Staff brilliant food ok but we were a party and kids had to sit window bench and only a few tablets connected or working adults sat at tables waiting to be cleaned trays cups etc very hard to get parked

Staff is so rude. Been using them regularly for a while but tonight they don't want to serve. Wanted to complain about a rude lady while taking the order and then giving me wrong order. Ask about her name but she denied. No management at all. Hope the manager deal with staff about their attitude. Never gonna use them again.

A item was missing and everything was cold. The fries were inedible. To be honest, quite a bit of my order ended up in the bin.

again half my order was missing they sell nuggets and ran by nuggets really annoying when you got hungry kids

The McDonald’s bag was ripped when I got it and when I was about to open it it was ripped and spilled everywhere when I dropped it. I’m very disappointed and I would like my money back. And the top of the McFlurry was open and there was no spoon in the package I think it felt out when it was ripped. I would like to have my money because of this disappointing order thank you for paying attention to this review and I would like a refund please and thank you. I hope I get a answer back from this. P

It's mcdonald's at the end of the day, food was as it should be, nothing crazy, clean and tidy is the main thing, served quickly as always

chips were freezing and the Mcrispy was hot and spicy, think they got it mixed up to be honest, I usually order from Portrack as Wolviston always mucks the orders up but it wasn't taking orders for some reason, but true to form Wolviston got it wrong again

want my money back since wasn't delivered,

Freezing cold driver went to about another 5 house before delivering ours and missing a meal

Food delivered on time & all items ordered were delivered. Only issue was some of the food was already cold when received.

food was cold, wrong drinks sent ordered 2 happy meals which never turned up with order ( kids were upset), ordered mozzarella dippers and there was only 1 in the bag. rang up to complain and got told they couldn't do anything and they we're busy and they hung up.

Took to the wrong place. The address didn’t work, when got the food my Icecream had coke in and I had half a cup of Diet Coke, the napkins and straws in the bag were soggy. Food was excellent though.

That delivery driver very rude and very late

New user. Unfortunately hot food was stone cold and McFlurry had melted. Don't want to blame anyone but clearly this has set the expectations. Maybe the packaging isn't sufficient to keep food warm. And the thermal bag used for delivery of these items might not be sufficient. Delay in travelling may have also had further impact quality. I now what to expect now.

Fries didn’t come and this isn’t the first time, this is the closest McDonald’s to me and whatever you order, it’s a 50/50 chance if you’ll get either the right order or all of it. That’s a fiver down the drain.

Ate in car but food good and value for money.

No milkshake online sort it out or stop selling them altogether

Popped in to use the toilets, which needed a clean. My Grandson got an ice cream so we must have gone on a day where the machine wasn't broken 😀

Orders always wrong and delivered late when you use the drive through you end up walking in to get what you asked for this time they put the delivery time back 6 times then cancelled the order

Absolutely poor service! We ordered meals on the app to eat in, when are food came in a bag , only for our burgers to have looked like that had just been thrown in the bag. Half my burger was in the box and the rest in the bottom of the bag.

When my food arrived it was cold. The ice cream was melted & had to be poured into a glass to drink. The quality of the food was abysmal. The worst I’ve ever had from McDonalds. Very disappointing

Usually i have no issues with macdonalds but all the food was cold ,i have requested a refund so lets see how that goes. If my request is granted then i will trust it wont happen again and my faith will be restored
