Ate in car but food good and value for money.

No milkshake online sort it out or stop selling them altogether

Popped in to use the toilets, which needed a clean. My Grandson got an ice cream so we must have gone on a day where the machine wasn't broken 😀

Orders always wrong and delivered late when you use the drive through you end up walking in to get what you asked for this time they put the delivery time back 6 times then cancelled the order

Drive through closed, waited ages for food, when I for it home items missing and stone cold. Not answering phone,the receipt that was printed hides the email address.

Absolutely poor service! We ordered meals on the app to eat in, when are food came in a bag , only for our burgers to have looked like that had just been thrown in the bag. Half my burger was in the box and the rest in the bottom of the bag.

Can't go wrong with a chicken legend meal.

It's not an atmospheric place . It's McDonalds, a fast food place, quickly in and out for your meal. However, the food is good within the company's standard, and it is clean. What more do you want.

1. Don't order more than one item, otherwise you're being "pulled" into a parking bay to wait another 10 minutes. All so they can get their bonus pay for being "so quick". 2. Items are either missing or food comes cold. 3. Don't expect any drink other than pop, because the machine is either broken or they are all out. 4. Service is abismal. I know it's maccies, but wow... The manager must really suck, for the team to have such little motivation. Anyone would think the employees were at gunpoint.

First time we have ever stopped here on way home from Newcastle airport was clean and food was hot one lady member of staff was very helpful and made us very welcome

Went here today when it was really busy and I was so shocked by how people the staff, they were handling such a stressful situation so well and were so polite and apologetic.

This is the worst McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ordered from! They constantly get delivery orders wrong or it’s cold when it arrives. They get away with poor service and it’s not right !! Will never use this place again !!

Called in today, sadly the egg cooker was broken down so a lot of the breakfast menu wasn't available and there were delays on the orders being ready. Some customers were being awful to the staff! However we would like to thank Julie, Naomi and Laila who apologised for the delays and made sure we got our order. They are all lovely people, courteous and care about their customers, and we will always call in when we are passing because of their good service.

Big chains are big chains, you know what to expect. I come here only when there is no time/possibility to go elsewhere. Everything is as expected, however, parking could be larger as during rush hour it gets quite busy.

Absolutely awful service. We ordered delivery and didn’t get half our order and no sauces. It’s 1 job and the staff can’t do it right.

Quite possibly the worst Mcdonalds in the world. Gets delivery orders through the App incorrect at least 90% of the time. Urber Eats won't refund as it happens too often! If you order here you are literally just giving money to Mcdonalds!

Decent chips, too many ubers just stood around chatting, getting in the way !!!

Everything is up in the air staff running around like headless chickens stood waiting to be served about 10 mins waited for food for about half an hour then they had ran out of the biscoff frappee that I ordered so had to get something else my opinion there isn't enough staff management need to organize there staff and prioritize better they are to fixated on drive though and is no way to manage a team to many customers waiting fot there food and for to long inside also uber drivers waiting to long as well and kicking off needs better organisation

Not enough disabled parking, so we couldn't park and go inside, but otherwise as good as you'd expect.

My go to place for McDonalds. Only bad point is that they forget dips and napkins if you don't ask. Really nice to sit in as well for a change

Extremely busy, went in to use loo and grab a bite. Like 8 just eat drivers. Queue massive, overheard lots of food wrong or missing from other people. Maccies is just too busy to be any good these days

Sweat chilly chicken wrap, absolutely rubbish,2 bits of lettis, usually has qucumber on but ther was none, no chily sauce on it, this has happend on 3 ocations, Fries cold and Sogy, coffy tasted strange, only desent thing in my order was the icecream and I paid £20.00 for this order ther was a fue other things on order, but mine was disgusting will not go ther any more

Stopped on the way home, toilets were in a poor state however was the end of bank holiday Monday. Very busy mainly with drive through and online orders so it took a while to get food. Was average and to be expected.

It's a macdonalds, not fine dining.

Items are missing from order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Must be on purpose as I refuse to believe any business could be this bad by accident. Take the money instantly but then say refunds will take up to 14 days. One week later and once again, food is missing from the order. Restaurant refuses to send it out, have to wait up to 2 weeks again for a refund.

Check your beverage. The machine is measuring liquid out flat white size cup.

This is probably the cleanest Maccys I have been to. it's always spotlessly clean. The toilets are always really well looked after, as is the dining area, and always smells clean as well. Service was really good. Very friendly staff who you can tell all work together really well as a team. Service with a smile. Food is always cooked well with good presentation which you don't see a lot. Overall, it's a very decent McDonald's.

It was a services stop for us but there was a chat that worked there that was really helpful and friendly which made our visit a nice one.

Very poor experience, since the mcdonald's revamp. Disabled parking bays taken up by any driver. What's the use of having these bays

Asked for no onions on mccrispy even had no onions on the box..opened the burger..loads of onions..couldn't take it back as half way down the road. didn't order a coke but tried to charge me then got taken off with attitude and then tried to give me it at next collection point.

Feel like they’ve took too much on, with all the delivery service. Every time I go through the drive thru they park me up and have to wait another 10 mins for food to come out. With lack of parking spaces it can be quite frustrating

The service provided was exceptionally efficient, and the caramel McFlurry was of superior quality.

McDonald’s may be a globally recognised chain of fast food outlets but not every branch is the same. This particular outlet proves that. Came in early Sunday morning on my way to work 05:45. No one in the restaurant or at the drive thru (so quiet yeah?). Ordered a double sausage and egg muffin and a toffee latte at the machine, for counter pick up. Three of the four staff behind the counter chatting at the back while emptying bins, the fourth (drive thru guy) standing around hands in pockets. I wait over 6 mins for anyone to even notice before drive thru guy hands me the coffee portion of my order. Had to wait another 4 mins for the breakfast, when one of the chat group decided to heed the order waiting screen. Get to work (less than 5 mins away) and both coffee and breakfast are lukewarm. Crappy product and service, considering business was dead at that day and time.

Food was promt but hot chocolate tasted like water. Took 10 mins for them to sort it but was resolved to a large. Dining area had dirty tables so was hard to find a seat but other than that was ok

Less and less customer friendly. No-one serving at the counter, more priority given to delivery drivers and drive thru.

It's McDonald's. Nothing fancy about the place and the food is basic. Even my kids are bored of this place. It's hardly fast food anymore as it can take over 20mins for orders if visiting during busy periods and the food seems to be dried out or over cooked in most instances.

Diabolical delivery service, McDonald's app silently selects this store rather than my nearest, only telling you after you have placed the order and not allowing you to cancel or change, the order took over two hours and arrived stone cold with three different drivers showing for the delivery, at one point it was tracking a woman on a bike 5 miles away, pathetic service and nobody to speak to about it. They wash their hands of it as they say it is Uber, but it is their delivery provider.

Asked for a cheese burger with no bread or beef. They gave me a slice of cheese 🧀

Part of our order/delivery was missing. Tried ringing the restaurant but no one was picking up. Happy to take our money but not happy to pick up the phone to resolve our missing order. Will not be ordering again. Well and truly scammed us.

Busy on a weekend as you would expect, always a good breakfast

Order 3 meals after a busy day. As soon as we got to the window we were told to park up as usual. This is when you know they are going to mess the order up. Got our food after a short delay. Parked up and the double quarter pounder we asked for was just a single. The food wasnt the hottest either. It had been a long day so took the hit. This mcdonalds has always been a nightmare for orders. put a double drive threw in amd cant get the orderd right or keep up with the demand. Pointless in my eyes

Never order Delivery - 9 times out of ten missing items or food and drink that's been left long enough to be cold by the time it's collected. Examples being Mcflurrys that are basically milkshakes by the time they arrive - and hot drinks made and left on the counter. If I was the franchise owner/McDonalads I would be very worried about both service and attitude of this store as it's been happening for years now where other stores are by comparison flawless I the area. See TripAdvisor and various comments across local Facebook and other rating devices for more evidence. Current management expect users of the McDonald's delivery service to make their own way to the store to fix these problems and also is more than happy to blame co-workers and take no responsibility. I feel sorry for people having to work shifts alongside such excuses for managament. Not sure they understand the idea of delivery....

The food was out of date and everything tasted of do not come here. Just go to thr dominoes over tge road much nicer.

Fast, cheap and the order was correct

Got there late tonight well before closing they let us in waited till wed ordered and paid on the machine before telling us we could not sit inside the whole reason we had choosen a mcdonalds then when we voiced a complaint the manager that was told about our complaint right infornt of us just gave us a dirty look and the staff just smirked at us like idiots well never us that mcdonalds again plent of others in the erea and will be warning everyone i know to try elsewhere

It's a McDonalds, very much like every other McDonalds, service is nice a friendly enough, food served warm, Milkshake was good, place was clean, can't complain!

Drive through 10 minutes to get to first window only ti be told at second window to park up totally time 17 minutes this is the second time at this branch in 2days will not be going back to this branch

Cold fries all the time cold food always left out to get cold. Never any milk shakes or ice cream always and issue. Management are useless

Awful! Worse than last time was there, awful food, awful service, full of kids from the estate using it as a youth club! Never to return!

This is a really busy restaurant and during the time we spent here, the amount of people coming in and out of the restaurant and drive through was impressive. Really fast service and very well served. The tables were specially clean and the staff kept an eye into detail.

Went through the drive thru, we had to wait for our food in Bay 1 however was given 1 of the 3 milkshakes and the 2 ice creams at the window. Needless to say on such a hot day they started to melt. We received our food but not the other 2 milkshakes. After waiting for numerous minutes I had to go in to the restaurant as the ice creams were totally melted and the food was then cold. They did replace them however I feel that service has deteriorated since Mc Delivery has started, they seem too busy to deal with the customers actually visiting the restaurant.
