Food here is stunning, it has to be the only Indian takeaway in the Stockton area that is actually nice and worth the money. Speedy delivery, food always hot and delicious.

Had a many a takeaway from here and yet to be disappointed. Lovely friendly staff on the phone, great sized portions and just delicious food. Cant fault it at all.

Got a takeaway for six of us and it was delicious with very generous portions and huge naan bread. Tip for veggies: head to the side dishes section for all the good stuff, which are about 3/4 the size of a main dish so you can do a tapas-style selection like we did!

Food has always been delicious from here. Super flavoursome food and decent sized portions! Best Indian I've tasted in the UK!

Have had many excellent meals from the Palm. Tonight was not one of them. Beef was so tough it was inedible. When my wife contacted the restaurant she was told it was "one of those things" and the next time we order we could have a free mushroom rice. Sorry that just isn't good enough. There won't be a next time.

Its the best indian food i have had in a long time i got tandoori chicken starter then chicken pathia and kema rice chip and a plain naan will definately be having this again

The best Indian I have ever had in my life. Service was impeccable. The food arrived within 30 mins and was absolutely divine. I seldom finish a takeaway as I always order too much but both myself and my husband couldn't help but finish every crumb. Thank you so much!!!

This is the first time we had used this takeaway in a number of years, due poor past experiences. My wife ordered chicken tikka off the bone with egg pilau rice. I choose not to order due to past experiences. Unfortunately I was proved right. I did try some but I will convey my wife's words . 'What a load of c***'. Nothing has changed. Very poor.

I have used your takeaway for years and always been pleased but I must say the last few months it’s just far to spicy I always get the same meal because it was always more onion and tomato based and I don’t know what’s changed whether it’s been taken over or you have a new chef but I’m seriously thinking of moving on. On the app as well you can’t even make a comment to say I don’t want it spicy

Order the meal last night cost us £50.30. I don't mind paying that much but went meal delivered some missing items what I ordered. Rang them said another 40 minutes to wait. So disappointed 😞

I’m sorry to say this because it has always been nice. I used to use this Indian takeaway regularly but haven’t for months, Then tonight thought I would try it again…. Oh, dear! 🤮 not again!

Had takeaways many times but very disappointed on my takeaway tonight 30th November 2022

Very disappointed, hadn't been to this takeaway for a while and won't be going back. 50 mins for pick up to find there were no Onion Bhajis with our meal. I rang up and went back for them, wish I hadn't bothered as they were deep fried on the outside and uncooked in the middle. All round a very poor meal for £30. 😔

Honest review Time quoted for collection was bang on, food well packaged without oil spilling all over which is the norm for most Indian take aways, mushroom puri- full of flavour however it was far too sweet for my liking I’ve never tasted this dish that sweet, edible and good quality ingredients just too sweet for me, lamb rogan Josh, again ingredients where good quality meat cooked perfect, however the dish just lacked any flavour … really bland, I’ve had worse but definitely had much better, chapattis and Nan bread, cooked perfect, rice was lovely and plenty flavour,

The staff are friendly and the food is usually great (I've been going for 15+years) The last time I ordered the food was terrible, chicken in a, bright orange, sauce - nothing like a madras; in taste or appearance. I wouldn't normally; but I took it back for a refund, which I received.

We normally enjoy the food from here. However this week they failed to follow an instruction. Should this happen next week we will take our business elsewhere.

Ate here recently, got a few meals and starters, rices and naan's. Not a one of them was up to scratch. The rices were greasy and the meals were flavourless. I've eaten a lot of curry in my life and this is down there with some of the worst. If I had to guess, I'd say they rely on footfall from the pub so don't purchase the best ingredients. I've had microwave meals from supermarkets that were twice as good.

Disappointing Wont be returning, bland food very little spice, only luke warm And is was 10minutes after requesting a time to Collect Staff rude , ignoring customers at the reception area wanting to order food and answering the phone instead

We have ordered from the palm several times. Usually good but tonight took nearly 2 hours to deliver and the food was cold, This is our second disappointing delivery. Will be trying another next time.

Best indian takeaway in the area! Very spicy without being over hot. We normally have prawn balti and chicken madras. Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After calling on the phone was put on hold and left waiting for several minutes. This is not the first time , very rude wont be trying again.

Just ordered the lamb methi we had a hour and a half wait. Can I say it was well worth the wait absolutely gorgeous. Would definetly recommend.

Tonight we needed an Indian Takeaway with a delivery service. Tried The Palm for the first time. Absolutely no complaints, food arrived swiftly, red hot and really tasty. Definitely recommend and will personally be using again.

Can't even give them 1 star. Absolutely shocking - the delivery driver runs the show. Because we live on a farm he (the delivery driver) REFUSED to deliver our food because the road was muddy/bad. The drive has a few potholes but at present is totallingagood dry. So if you dont live in the perfect area with perfect roads dont order fromThe Palm they won't deliver. Poor girl on the phone was so embarrassed and was very apologetic. But manager owner was absoluty.pathetic

Food good. Been a customer for years. We live on a farm and driver has decided he won't come down the lane. We have to go to the main road to collect it. Manager says he can't do anything about it. Tail wagging the dog..!!! Won't use again....Shocking!!!

Just has one if the best takeaway meals ever from here. All elements inc starter, naan and rice were fantastic. I had to fight off my wife and daughter as they kept trying mine as they decided against a takeaway. Only criticism was Bhaji was not hot enough.

Ordered a couple of weeks ago..... lovely food, restaurant standard. Part of the order was wrong, though still vegetarian as ordered. We rang and spoke to member of staff who was extremely polite. Delivered replacement within 15 mins.

BEWARE - ordered with the app, email confirmation of the order sent and then 30 minutes later , when al other options had closed! I receive a message saying the order is cancelled. This is from a weekly customer who will now never order from them again

Disappointing. Food delivered 40 minutes late because "the driver had another delivery" and cold. Called to complain to first be offered a discount next time (there isn't going to be a next time), then to be passed to a gentleman who insisted the food wasn't cold because they have, and I quote, "special boxes". Basically called me a liar. To which he got a less than pleasant response. Late, cold, and rude staff (owner?). All round awful experience, would not recommend. Top tip. Had I not been accused of dishonesty, I wouldn't have bothered with this review. Shame really.

Absolutely gorgeous food!!!! Love it. Only curry we did not like was SHAHI PANNEER CURRY, it was too sweet. The other food had authentic taste!!!

Worst Indian takeaway ever. Bland rice, masala chicken with a sauce that looked and tasted like Heinz tomato soup. Just awful. First and last time.

Explained that we were vegan and the staff member on the phone was very helpful at explaining what was vegan friendly. Fast delivery, great customer service and very good food.

Visited for takeaway. After collecting my order, which was ready for the stated time, l made my way to my car. Unfortunately l slipped on ice and lost my whole order when it fell and split on the ground. I went back into the Palm and asked how long a re-order would take, it would've been a little too long. During my journey home, The Palm called me and said that if l returned they would replace my ruined order, at no charge. Very kind of them and not requested by myself. Upon return home the various curries were lovely. Thanks guys.

Myself and my Husband tried the palm after hearing good things and our usual Indian had gone down hill. My husband was very happy with his vegetable bhuna. The mushroom bhaji was rather hot, the pakora was unfortunately overcooked, the poppadoms were the nicest we have had, the naan bread was OK. We might try again and hopefully the pakora will not be overcooked.

I've never had a chicken chat that good before. The food is really good and service really friendly.

Just received a delicious delivery from The Palm. The Lamb Rogan Josh was spot on! The man who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and the delivery came within half an hour! Will definitely order again, thank you!

i ordered a balti which turned out to be grilled lamb in a watery sauce. it's my opinion they either can't cook or they don't think their customers have any clue of what to expect!

I’m gluten free so find it hard to get take outs but this place was lovely the korma was delicious and it was delivery fast and hot!! Definitely recommend if your coeliac

Ordered a Chicken Vindaloo from here for collection last night. It was ready when I arrived and was still very warm when opened. The curry itself was pretty faultless. Hot like a vindaloo should be and plenty of meat in it. The rice and bread were also good too.

Went here for a takeaway as the local pub mysteriously stopped service at 1930. Ordered Lamb tikka jalfrezi. Sauce was delicious but the meal consisted of onions and small pieces of lamb. This is how Chinese takeaways used to operate in the 70's. Give a decent portion of meat and a few peppers and I will come back.

Ordered my usual Saturday night take away and when delivered there were items of food missing, rang up to complain and was told they would compensate me next time with more food. Ordered again the following week and guess what IT HAPPENED AGAIN complained again and was given a mouthful of abuse.Will never use this place again as they only want your money and the food is only mediocre and not cheap either

Really decent portion sizes, mixed grill and shashlick had loads of meat. Chicken balti was a bit bland for my tastes. Overall a pretty decent takeaway.

Been here a lot as we don't live far. The food is always really tasty. Highly recommend Lamb Podina, Chicken Maghan, Captain Jaipuri. Its a nice touch to receive onion bahjis and a mint yoghurt dip for free. Will be going back again soon. Best Indian in Ingleby!

Been using The Palm for years and never been disappointed . The menu has such a wide choice to choose from and my family have tried almost all of them and all " Lovely Jubbly " . A few freebies as well . Very reasonable prices also and speedy delivery if you want .

I've been using this Indian now for years,and I've never had a bad meal. The food & service is always fantastic. I would never go anywhere else for a Indian take away.

Usually get Ginger Chicken with rice and Jalfrezi with rice, but really too much rice just for two people. The two meals would easily split into 3. We will probably only order one rice next time. The food is really tasty and delivery was very quick, we even got some free onion bhaji and mint yogurt

I always get the lamb maghan from here and it is absolutely gorgeous. I won't go anywhere else for my Indian food.

Got the set meal for two, was highly dissapointed as, curries were incredibly sweet, popadoms had no crispness more like bendy, got an extra portion of chips which were cold and hard, will not go here again keema nan was also not right, just a bad meal and a waste of money.

Purchased 3 meals with Nan and chapattis. The meals were ok but the breads were stale and hard. Spoilt what was otherwise an ok meal.

Just had our first meal from the palm a vegetable biriani.. it was absolutely beautiful portions are huge.. and prices are soo reasonable. Cant wait to sample more from your menu.
