McDonald's in Manchester

Used the drive through and the tills failed. It took a while to reset them and our food was not very hot as a consequence.

Need to train staff better as mistakes made regularly

It really seems as though this mcdonalds has a long reoccurring chain of blatantly ignoring customisation on burgers. Both our orders were incorrect and the chips were disgusting. Absolutely stale and cold. None of the food was eaten such a waste of time and money after a day of work 👍🏼

Worst chips ever as they were cold and stiff. Burgers were on the verge of being cold. Caesar and bacon chicken one was tough and chewy. Won't order from that restaurant again.

My chips were salty and I found something in my burger

the driver drove past the flat a few times before finding is even tho I left instructions on where it was, the food was cold, the latte was spilt all over the bag it was in and all the items in that bag, I got a milkshake but no straw so was pointless having it.

I’m pretty sure just eat have introduced delivery codes for a reason what is the point in them if they’re not gonna ask for it because I would’ve had my food if they asked for a delivery code. arrived freezing n missing items

the chips was cold. the wrap was to much sauce on it. the big Mac was not hot.

Food arrived cold. Tamper seal was entirely opened and compromised. A few possible adverse effects from food also including effect upon tastebuds and smell. Not impressed at all. Will refuse food that is opened in future.

Above and beyond. He came to a different address after having been sent to the wrong one. He drove another 15 mins to deliver my food. He still had a smile and was very polite! What a guy.

An interactive experience. Big Mac arrived with all of the burger components however I didn’t realise I had ordered the “build it yourself package”. Most of the fries were black so nibbling around the black parts was also interesting. Next time I would like to opt out of the interactive experience please

The usual McDonalds menu and the usual McDonalds service. Order on the app from your table, or in a parking space, and they bring it to you. On a hot day, the milk shakes are the best you can buy anywhere and are thick with soft ice cream.
