McDonald's in Manchester

Breakfast was lovely and it was hot

never recieved the order nor a refund

Chips were not cooked and were very cold

Missing item not got my McMuffin

3 McFlurry's and large white coffee missing. not the first time I have had items missing from this branch.

Delivery driver left our food outside on the floor, in the rain. No phone call to advise it was delivered, no ring on the door literally just left it on the floor and left.

No straw for drink but food was nice and fresh

asked for no cucumber- got cucumber on the wrap!

For some reason our local McDonald’s wasn’t accepting deliveries so we had to use a much distant restaurant. Food was delicious but wasn’t warm due to the extra delivery distance.

Food was soaked because the drinks were not secured and allowed to spill all over the entire order .

delivered hot and on time. very polite delivery driver.

you said it would be 10 to 20 minutes and it took 28 minutes and you think refunding me a fifth of the cost of one item, is good customer service.

Food was cold and driver dropped bag with drinks in , think will stick to uber from now on

I ordered over a hour ago food came cold mcds has gone right down hill

The Diet Coke was The Diet Coke was flat, chips were soggy and didn’t seem fresh as well as bring stone cold

Lots of food missing from the order

food was cold, cole spilt on everything. driver poured coke on to the floor in my drive way, and left rubbish on the floor.

Absolutely not impressed everytime i order there is always items missing .. feel as though its on purpose now

Driver delivered wrong order. It was for another customer so they will have my order now which they won’t want

Food is not tasty . The restaurant is not serving customers , just delivery companies

after spending £30 to get 20 free nuggets, surprise suprise, no free nuggets.

Issue with order for about the fourth time

At first McDonald's were pretty good then they kept forgetting food and the quality plummeted down. I even went to stepping hill hospital once after I had a McDonald's meal which gave me an ill stomach! DON'T GO TO THAT MCDONALD'S!

No orange fanta ,hot chocolate sent instead

They sent completely the wrong food and just-eat were entirely unhelpful about the problem. Bottom marks for both.

absolute joke missing half the items, the meal I did receive was squashed, must have been thrown around during delivery, drinks leaking, no straws and a full meal & additional burgers missing.

our drinks were spilled all over the bag. the chips were cold and hard/unsalted. the burger had been sloppily put together and way too much sauce was put in that it made the burger inedible

Quite a big queue at the drive thru , staff helpful, store clean, food fresh, hot and tasty just like me.

The Driver was sat in his car for 10 minutes before he delivered my food witch was obviously cold

waited hour just for it it be delivered freezing cold

Food was cold, drink was spilled all over the bag and burger box so the bottom bun was a bit soggy, chips weren’t salted, drink was 3/4 full, not happy at all.

Ordered the family meal for 4! Food was absolutely stone cold and the chips were rock hard! The Coke Zero was just under half a cup due to the rest spilling in the bag and the bag ripping through being soaked! Not happy the whole lot went in the bin!!

Service was really slow. 15 minutes for 2 happy meals and a chicken sandwich order. This is meant to be 'fast' food. One of the burgers as ordered 'plain' but came with onion on. I took it back and was given a replacement which again had onion on. Not a great experience.

Heaton chapel always cook the worst chips, theyre burnt but cold. Everytime i get them from here always the worst

again. ordered a big mac meal....how can they forget to put a big mac in the package. everything else was ok. this isn't the first delivery I have had with missing items. Mcds you need to sort your act out !!

Friendly and courteous delivery driver

Constantly forgetting items, every time without fail, McFlurrys are SHOCKING, 99% ice cream with only 1% sauce / smarties etc. choose a different McDonald’s

Had table service from the app. Not a smile or cheery welcome from the server. People in the queue seemed to wait a long time but it didn’t seem busy. Very humdrum and dull.

The food had toenails in it.. The service was incredibly horrible as the servants threw a iced coke at me.. The atmosphere was brilliant with many stripers around !
