Appalling customer service, we bought the service for our friend's 30th birthday and they would not let us through as a group of 9 - not even splitting across tables, or coming up in turns, there was no discussion with the person at the desk, ruined our day and did not provide any explanation. Would not recommend and will never pay for this service again

Escape lounge at T3 Manchester airport is one of the best pay for lounges we have ever had. A million miles better than Newcastle which was abysmal. Staff at escape T3 were brilliant, there were plenty of drinks and food to choose from including prosecco on tap. A particular shout out goes to Evan and Sam who went above and beyond. Thank you, we will be back.

We were warmly greeted by Sam who explained how the lounge worked. Food was plentiful. We arrived at breakfast and there was plenty of choice. Monika, her housekeeping duties were exemplary. She cleared, cleaned and made sure the lounge was pleasant at all times. We enjoyed our time here.

Rather a place you want to escape from than to. Food selection is dire and tasteless. The toilets are utterly filthy as is the carpet and I think this one is newly opened. A sad reflection of this supposedly world class international airport. Another epic fail. On a positive note the playlist is reasonably good.

In thirty years of traveling and using lounges all over the world, tonight I encountered something for the first time: no seats. Not just crowded but not one single seat available. A small, shabby looking lounge to begin with has outdone itself. So ahead of an 11-hour flight, I now have to stand around until boarding. Shame, BA.

Recommend if wanting a quiet environment away from typical terminal noise. Visited before travelling to Copenhagen on the Monday morning. Was quite small and not very effective for a popular influx of terminal 3 travellers. Buffet breakfast average with an OK amount of food provided. Could have been better. But did the job. Small bar in lounge but little too offer. Probably return if needed to.

Overall good but felt it lacked a wow factor. Visited the T3 escape lounge when travelling to Denmark on a Monday morning around 7am. I was expecting a bit more, it's not the biggest of spaces, initially finding an available seat was a little difficult as most said reserved on them. Found a seat in end, Breakfast buffet was ok, a little more choice would of been nice, perhaps a few pastries etc. They is a small bar in the lounge but no tap beers available. I would of thought like maybe 2 or 3 tap beers would of been provided rather than just bottles of Carlsberg. But overall nice relaxed environment and I did prefer it to the hassle of the airport terminal. Would probably return.

Used escape lounge terminal 3 Manchester airport early hours of Sunday 22/9/24. Whilst food drinks etc were ok, staff were not! Yes it was busy but terminal 3 is. They were quite rude indeed! One specifically called Stacy on the front desk. Needs to learn some manners! Hence I can only rate 1 star. Stacy needs to go!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Johnathon at the Escape Lounge T3. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable. The team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and even managed to switch our reservation to window seats so we could watch the take offs. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally, and they made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking the Escape lounge for a stress free start to our holiday and will definitely be returning in the future. The bar staff were also excellent and kept us topped up!

Our experience at the Escape Lounge in Terminal 3 was outstanding, thanks in large part to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. From the moment we arrived, Jonathan was amazing—despite a queue, he made sure we were seated comfortably and taken care of promptly. The lounge itself is clean and well-maintained, with all the cleaners working diligently. We especially appreciated that they were wearing gloves, which added a nice touch of care and attention to hygiene. As for the food, it was lovely! There was a good selection to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The alcohol selection was equally enjoyable, offering a nice variety to suit everyone's tastes. Overall, the service was top-notch, and we highly recommend this lounge to anyone passing through. We will definitely be coming back!

I was encouraged to leave a review of the lounge by a staff member at the Escape card (non-reservation) lounge at T3. It’s a welcome addition to have a priority pass lounge at T3 and we regularly enjoy visiting for work and leisure trips. Service is good and friendly. That said, an obvious improvement could be made quickly and easily. * Sweep up more* - the crumb situation post breakfast is always bad (croissants and pastries = mess). The tables are cleared and cleaned but the floor is ignored. Just grab a dust pan and keep on top of it. Not hard or difficult and makes the place look a whole lot better.

Not the best lounge I've been in. Booked via Priority Pass and also seperate booking for my wife. We were told we'd booked for separate lounges so were ushered to the cheaper looking one. The food and service were decent. Swift clearing of the tables which was good. The toilets were terrible though, for such a large lounge to have one toilet and one urinal, not good at all. There was also a lack of comfortable seats, padded chairs were all hard, not something you want to relax in.

Purchased 3 x ‘Passes’ for escape lounge. First lounge was approached by a member of staff who was incredibly confrontational and negative, saying there was only soup and that there is only an hour left so no point coming in. Over to the next lounge where we have been in the que for over an hour. Lady on the desk says that if we get in or not, it’s none refundable. Despite seeing numerous people walk in and out, it seems they only prioritise you if you pay extra: rather than providing people with a service they’ve paid for. Disgusting

I unfortunately did not retrieve the name of the staff member, the lady was working on the reception desk on Friday 30th August at 6am, I would like to thank her for her absolutely fantastic service (we were in the escape lounge that was not reserved for British airways guests). My wife, 3 year old son and I were allocated seats which were nice and had some views. However the table was a coffee table and was extremely difficult for my son to eat his breakfast from, the lady working picked up on this straight away and arranged for us to sit at a more suitable table which was right next to the window, it had amazing airport views which my son loved. I really wish I had got her name as we saw her help other guests.. escape lounge, if you can locate this member of staff from the date and time you need to learn from her, I have worked in high level customer service roles for many years and she went above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction, quality of stay and enjoyment of her guests. Really impressed. Highly recommended.

I have made a complaint to the Duty Manager about the way I was treated in this Lounge (attitude of staff). I would advise other passengers to take caution if either paying for this service directly, or indirectly, via membership of a loyalty scheme. A few, factual, points to help other passengers: 1) The signage at the entry to the Lounge is inaccurate. For your information, the Lounge has a contractual arrangement with BA, which prioritises these customers over loyalty card holders. This is understandable, but is explicitly not advertised, indeed the advertised information suggests the opposite. So it's best to be aware before you make plans if not travelling with BA. This exists at an unspecified capacity limit, even where physical space exists. You will only be advised after you have queued for entry. You may also receive misleading information about the likely availability of the Lounge. The Lounge on the opposite side of the corridor may be available, although you are wrongly directed to the overflow Lounge in the first instance, so best to keep mind. You will not necessarily know if the facility is full upon entering the queue. 2) The facilities information is out of date. This Lounge does not have printing facilities and several others, despite what is shown visually and advertised. The Lounge does not consider itself responsible for advertising what is available, considering this to be the problem of the Airport. This misleading signage has been in situ for months. Therefore, ask what you can receive before making payment. 3) If you are unhappy with how you are treated, then you may be told that there is either no supervisor to speak to, or Duty Manager. Both items of information are also wrong. Do not allow the staff to tell you otherwise From my experience, you are unfortunately unable to expect a good standard of customer service when using this facility. Buyer beware!

I have to say this lounge is the best one In all of the terminals.. T3! I arrived 25mins early and that wasn't a problem at all, 'come on in Miss Banks' The food selection is much more varied. 3 types of sandwiches- egg salad, ham, and I think tuna? Chicken legs (fresh! Chef was back and forth they were the fave of everyone!) they were juicy and had crispy skin too. The potato salad was good but nothing a lil salt wouldn't improve. Pate- unfortunately didn't get a look in as it was so popular! And those smokey beans! Mmmm. Very very good. Oh! And that sausage roll.. wow. Juicy! Flaky pastry. Mighta had 4 pieces. And obviously the alcohol.. free is free, I cannot complain, the service was just fine for as busy as they were. It was clean, they continuously cleared tables. Great service, I'll definitely be booking there again given the chance.

August Bank Holiday Saturday 19.45. The airport is packed but the T3 Escape Lounge is CLOSED. They now have a "rough" Basic lounge for us Priority Pass holders. The main lounge is only for those who book and pay. But the Basic lounge this evening was also CLOSED..it's outside appearance is not inviting. In peak tourist season closing expensive Priority Pass facilities IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am advising Priority Pass also now of previous unhappy experiences in this lounge. Is it being run for the benefit of the staff or Priority Pass holders? Seems it's the former.

If your ticket includes a visit to this VIP room, you can stop by for a drink. Don't expect much. But if you are going to pay 25 pounds to enter here, save the money. Unless you're into drinking, the food is very scarce and poor. A shame. Because it's not worth it, not even the bathrooms are decent. Regrettable.

I am glad I did not pay for this lounge it was part of my package with the tour operator , the lounge was chaos. The food was not stocked up, did not refill the cakes and very sparse. It also felt a bit grubby! The only thing that’s good is the drinks!! I have used many airport lounges and I will not return to this one would rather grab a sandwich and eat it upstairs in the airport . Don’t waist your money paying for this lounge

Great bar & live music. Place was extremely busy and tough to move around in. Noticed the security guards were very pushy and sequentially was shoved into a table knocking drinks all over the place. Turned around and asked me to leave and didn’t want to hear anything else.
