Escape Lounge T3 in Manchester

What can we say!! The staff here ( Alison) went above and beyond for us! Our flight was delayed and my mother had almost missed the flight! Alison contacted the front desk to make sure they found my mum… and made sure they brought her right to us in the lounge! Honestly cannot fault her and the other ladies on this shift!! We will be back and look forward to seeing Alison again! She is an asset to this lounge and we cannot stress enough how amazing this lady has helped us!! We love you Alison x

Low capacity Dragon pass user. Was told the lounge was fully booked (with visible empty seats) Had to scan a QR code to join a queue and wait for an email which never came Worse lounge I’ve been to in the entire UK so far

Staff were fabulous, I booked wrong terminal lounge, not a problem, they asked us to re-book it, helped us fill out booking, we were in the lounge within 20 minutes, fab atmosphere, drinks and food amazing, definitely worth booking, this is my 4th time

T3 is the most hideous place … so thank goodness for this little oasis of calm and civilisation. However it is anxiety inducing if you can’t get it … so I try now to book well in advance - disappointed though that there is now only one premium lounge, and a sports bar being built !!! Sam was very kind and helpful this afternoon - a joy to speak to - friendly and courteous. Thank you Sam - a credit to Manchester Airport !!

Finest beige food you'll ever eat. Only reason to visit is the bar.

Worst lounge experience of any airport, much like terminal 3. Half empty lounge and had to queue for 25 minutes.

The lounge wasn't full, as soon as we came to check in, they suddenly said the lounge is fully booked. Did not honour our priority pass. We mentioned we would only be around for 15 minutes to make tea, they literally couldn't care less. M partner had asked if we can fill our water bottle, and she was declined.

Escape lounge the places where people have realised that if you are going to drink 10 pints it's cheaper than paying £7 a pint at the bar. Full of loud drunk people so no relaxation before a flight.

A solid lounge here 3/10/25 and while I did enjoy it I don’t think it rises to five stars. Decent food selection including pastries, cereal, fruits drinks including alcohol in the morning so that is a lot to enjoy and love. Crowded of course and the staff is working feverishly to replenish constantly. You can get beer wine and spirits even this early! The hot selection was limited however I saw many making a proper bacon roll with what was out. Even check in had a queue. Bathrooms are next to check in desk and only very few stalls. The view was excellent and looked out on an active runway which I always love! Getting a seat along with food and Wi-Fi is nice. Nowhere easily available for phone charging! Overall this is a solid club. If flying business class even domestically it’s cost is covered.

Vicky in terminal 3 priority lounge is an absolute pleasure. Lovely person always smiling and a joy to have her assistance while in the lounge. She is a credit to the lounge and made our stay very enjoyable

Food was hot and nicely cooked. Pasta, salad and lots of sandwiches. We had crossover from breakfast to lunch so had best of both. Dri ks were nice and cold and no waiting at the bar. Pots were cleared regularly. Lovely chilled atmosphere

Food quality was poor, rude bar man and had to wait some time to check in despite staff being around. Would rather pay more for better quality.

I had the pleasure of spending some time at the Escape Lounge in Manchester Terminal 3 before my flight, and I must say, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. The lighting is soft, and the overall vibe is calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding before a flight. It's a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. As it states you escape from the bedlam of an airport, the food was great as was the service at the bar. Atmosphere was ok but with not much on the music scene it was a case of watching the planes take off and land. Very much recommend trying this in terminal 3.

Faultless! Despite being extremely busy the staff show the can work under pressure yet be very professional. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly, kind, caring and polite. Asset to your company.

Jonathan was an excellent bar tender

We visited the Escape Lounge at Manchester T3 on Wed 5th March and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the food was fresh, hot and plentiful. I’d like to give a special shout out to the bartender, Jonathan, he went above and beyond for all and was the extra bit of positivity needed on an early Wednesday morning. Thank you!

We always use the Escape Lounge in T3 when travelling to our house in Spain (after seeing family in Yorkshire). They accept Dragon Pass, which is great. The food is better than most paid-for lounges and the service is always super friendly! It's clean and the drink options are fab. There's plenty of light and fab views of the runway. It can get busy but we're never disappointed. We'll certainly be back.

Fantastic place to relax before your flight. Lots of variety with food and drink. All staff polite and very attentive We witnessed an incident with a very rude lady but the manager dealt with it in a very professional manner

The place was at 20% capacity, but we were told by the manager we could not be seated. We were sent straight away because of the rudeness of manager on duty Mathew Paulter, who sent us away as sson as he saw two kids, while the couple behind us got seated straight away without havind a booking.

We stayed at the lounge before a trip to Rome and I was apprehensive about food choices given that my diet is restricted to gluten free. On checking in, I was advised that scanning a QR code would show menu choices and allergen information. After making my selection, I spoke to a member of staff who took my order and after 15 minutes Chef Muna brought me a covered plate of sandwiches and some gluten free cakes and she explained all the ingredients which was reassuring. She later returned to see that I had received enough food and if there was anything else I needed which was much appreciated and demonstrated good service and allergen awareness.

The escape lounge at T3 is great. Good service - lots of lunch choices, hot food, salads, sandwiches, crisps, cheese & crackers etc. My husband is gluten free and they made him 2 rounds of ham sandwiches with salad on Schar bread, plus gave him a packaged brownie & Bakewell slice. One of the best lounges we've been to. We actually spent zero as we get the passes Gree with our bank account too!

I have been to various airport lounges. This particular lounge was very clean. The staff were attentive, and it was quiet and relaxing

The Escape lounge in T3 is very clean ,food is tasty and there's plenty of choice for food and drinks are unlimited and most of all the staff are really friendly and hardworking.Matt P is very welcoming and accommodating, Thank you T3 team for such an amazing time in your lounge .
