Escape Lounge T3 in Manchester

first time in thai lounge but I gather that it’s closing soon? very sad about that because it was a very pleasant visit and I would have liked to return for the lunchtime/afternoon service one day. all of the staff were cheerful and efficient at the ungodly opening hour, especially the bartender who was kept very busy indeed!

Bar staff very friendly ,served with a smile and I walked away happy, good value if you compare to the price of the main airport and look forward to using the lounges again.

Amazing staff, food and drink would, definitely recommend to start your holiday off stress free.

Terminal 3 lounge is amazing. Lovely windows unlike the other terminals. Beautiful selection of drinks and food.

Lovely airport lounge, has large windows so you can see all the planes landing and taking off unlike the other two terminals which are a lot like a fish tank with no windows😂 the staff are so friendly and honestly could not do more, thank you to a lovely start to our holiday

Reasonable. Facility can benefit from an update to match those offered in T2. Staffs are kind and attentive. About 15min wait time for walkins at around 07:00. Hopefully the lounge will be expanded in the T3 renovation.

Always fantastic salads available as well as great selection of hot food and sandwiches. Great service at the free bar and people clearing tables. Lovely lounge and very comfortable.

Really disappointed that we were not notified of the closure time for food and drinks and so were surprised and let down when this closed 15 minutes before advertised

We were not told that you could not order a drink after 7.45. An announcement was made after this time to inform the lounge no longer served drinks.

Lounge is quite cramped and was quite loud when we were there.

Amazing hospitality, our flight was delayed but Jonathan was great and let us stay in the airport lounger until our flight took off.

Easy access, quick service. Good spot

£40 a head for what is essentially canteen food and poor service. Even if you pre-book, you still have to wait in a queue for 15 minutes to check in and sit down. Staff are rude. You can’t get a barista style coffee as they are automated machines, so worse than Costa even downstairs in Terminal 3 but for more money. Our drinks were cleared away before we had even had chance to drink them. Terminal 3 is so busy you are almost forced to pay for the lounge if you want a chance of getting a drink or somewhere to sit while you wait for your flight. Knock it down and start again like T2 which is great.

The staff were welcoming, and the food was plentyful. The drinks were on a help yourself basis, which I liked. The only downside was they ran out of prosecco, that it wasn't too bad for us as we left 20 minutes later, but I would have been disappointed if I'd just arrived.

A great way to wait for your flight - comfy seats, lovely food and drinks. The staff are friendly and attentive and always making sure that the tables are clean.

Had a very good experience in the terminal 3 lounge. The food was great and the staff took pride in doing a good job. This is my second visit to the lounge this year. Both visits have been a pleasure.

Today at Escape T3, we were asked to scan our QR and join the queue, ( sure no problem) done this on many of our frequent flying trips, no problem, after 40 minutes I asked the lady at the desk if we were nearing our slot, to which she replied ( and a multitude of empty tables) that she has 15 tables of x2 empty and she needed 5 more to be able to let anyone in, this is after almost an hour of them being empty,I'm somewhat confused as they left the tables empty for such a long period of time, people could have been and gone in that time...not impressed and they're logic was that they needed empty tables.......makes no sense at all ..we are still waiting..🙈 we never received an email...

Absolutely terrible, huge amount of people, bookings everywhere, which I would have survived overall. But that there will be a mess everywhere, which is hardly cleaned, and the worst men's toilets. How is it possible that this lounge has one urinal and one classic toilet that is still out of order because someone has soiled it, an absolute disgrace. I'm used to a higher standard, there's not even a shower here. Shame on Manchester Airport.

It's well worth joing or paying at the door for an airport Escape Lounge. You get space, peace, and quiet, a great choice of excellent food, an excellent choice of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. The service is top notch. There was constant replenishment of delicious food during our visit.

Had a lovely little stop at the escape Lounge today. There was a little Waiting list to enter but managed to get in after 10 Mins. Had a lovely welcome from the front desk both ladies (sorry didn’t get your names) were great.

Self-service but otherwise very friendly staff. Atmosphere was nice didn’t feel like I was sat in the airport. When it was busy it feels slightly cramped but otherwise great atmosphere. Food was lovely.

Wow… usually use 1903 but tried T3 Escape lounge, absolutely excellent, soooo much better than T2 or T1 lounges!!! Definitely recommend 100%

Was made to wait 1h 30min even though we had already purchased our ticket. Was told we might not even get in. Won’t be coming again

A group of 6 - Arrived to the lounge 3 hours prior to departure, as advertised on our dragon pass lounge e-tickets, was told we’d have to join a virtual queue, despite it being empty - but joined the queue we did. We then waiting an hour before approaching the desk and asking how long the queue is / how long eta would we have to wait - they advised we were sixth in the queue and would be around 45 minutes, again, despite being empty. What also added to the frustration was the sheer amount of people we saw enter the queue (as couples & groups of 4) re-entering the lounge before ourselves. We sat at the top of the lounge stairs for another hour before again approaching the desk who said there were no tables for 6, despite there being 2 clear 6 people tables free by the window, and another with 1 occupant on it… we then pointed out the table in which they said we could have as the reservation for the table wasn’t until 11am (bearing in mind we flew at 9). Terrible service - the guy serving mimosas behind the bar & the glass / plate collectors. Breakfast was bog standard, cold and hard. Will not be returning to terminal 3 escape lounge.

“Have you a booking. We are fully booked”. And the place half emtpy and they turning dragonpass holders away. Wait for an email and the wifi in airport doesnt work. Joke.

We always use the lounge, best to book as it gets very busy. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great view of the runway, watching the planes take off and land

There’s no point offering this as a benefit to Priority Pass holders if there’s never any availability for people. This is the third occasion this has recently happened in T3. Staff always have an attitude when asking how long the wait is going to be.

Had such a brilliant experience, Food and drinks all amazing. The receptionist/meet and greet staff are fantastic and welcoming. The bar staff were wonderful. Special shout out to Karen who went the extra mile to make our experience even more special, Karen is a credit to the company.
