Excellent value for money considering you spend 20 quid just on coffees in the cafes, all fresh food can eat and any drinks whilst in lounge. If u have monza u get discount

British Airways lounge seems to be merged into a pay as you go semi private lounge (you pay online). Food is limited choice and low quality. No business area (you can't work), no shower facilities if you're transiting. This isn't a business lounge of old, so don't expect a quiet space pre flight. If I was buying a ticket to come in, I'd be expecting more and dont think what you get reflects the price. If you are not in there automatically (business class), don't waste your money. Poor

I was met with a warm welcome as soon as I arrived by Kasia at the front desk. There were plenty of seats available for me and lovely views from the windows, Thomas helped me a lot when I was struggling to gain access to the WiFi and Monika recognises me from the other and was polite and came to see how I was and Jonathan also recognised me and came over and had a pleasant chat with me and wished my a lovely trip as I was leaving . Definitely recommend..

Awful place, crowded, overpriced, the food wasn't great, you were lucky to get a seat, really noisy. Better not to pay the extra for a worse atmosphere than the rest of the terminal!

Literally registered for a Q and waited for 2.5 h and never got called for a free space. No way for 2.5 hours there wasn't room. Extremely disappointed. Won't even try to visit again

Never have we been asked to pre-book as a priority pass holders anywhere in Europe. Apparently the lounge was full and we had to wait in line for over an hour to get in. One the other side of this lounge is another lounge that is closed in one of the busiest months in the year. Why have two Lounges when you’re going to keep one closed and make customers wait long hours?? I was already disappointed with Manchester airport this only made it worse. Bad organisation, inefficient and unorganised.

Second time I’ve tried to get in here. The first time the woman added me to waiting list and said she would call/text and I never got contacted The second time on an other trip I had to scan a QR code and told the wait would be 30mins and I’d get an email. I never got one The lounge doesn’t even look full and half the seats are empty . Seen some other reviews with photos so this isn’t a one off experience. I feel them making you scan a QR code or saying they will call us a lie just to keep you quiet and waiting till your flight comes. Something strange going on and I assume it’s to push pre bookings are a premium on top of a premium I already pay for my pass. Awful

food was decent although not a great choice at breakfast time staff were very nice and atmosphere was good. good view over apron. did get quite busy as we were leaving around dinner time.

It is our favourite lounge at Manchester. The food is good. Simple but really tasty. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. We always book when flying from here.

Imagine Saturday morning out of season time. Train from city to airport was empty. Security check was done in five minutes. Around 8 AM in the morning the Lounge T3 was full and you have to wait for around 20 minutes! Crazy? It’s reality. Waiting queue starting outside of the Lounge premises with no chairs, no information panel about the flight etc. Seven travelers waiting in the queue. I think it should be a lottery who first will be invited to the lounge. Some traveler coming later than us has been invited earlier. I have no problem with that, since we had a good talk. Overall, I like to spend time in the waiting queue😏

Food and drinks good. It is surprising how many people think it is ok to use their phones on full volume. It’s rather rude and makes for an unpleasant environment but the staff just ignore this.

Unfortunately I’ve had one terrible experience which ruined plentiful good experiences I’ve had in this lounge before. They would honour my priority pass booking due to priority pass having an issue on their side, which priority pass have now admitted. The worked who was checking me in was nice enough but who I suppose was their manager was extremely rude and treated me as if he were better than me (need I remind you who is the actual worker and who is the guest here). That awful attitude needs immediate review by his supervisors or this place will be loosing customers left, right and centre.

Great service and excellent food

Nice relaxing start to a holiday especially as it’s T3 which is usually chaos! Good food selection, coffees, juices, beers, draught Prosecco not the nicest, pleasant staff, overall reasonable value. Lots of Reserved tables though, many which remained unoccupied during the couple of hours we were in the lounge.

My friend T Dewhurst booked this as a treat for a ladies city break 14 November 2024. A very early flight so entered the lounge at 4am, which is their earliest entry time. There was a reserved table for our group and a bottle of champagne, which was a nice touch. There was plenty of fresh food already set out and it was continually replenished. A large enough selection of items of good quality food items for 6 people in our party, with everyone finding something they liked. My favourite was definitely the breakfast potatoes. The bar served named brand alcohol and again had a good selection including sparkling wine. We all agreed that the thing that made the lounge, was the staff. Even at 4am they were all smiles, welcoming us in with warmth. The bar server was particularly good, spent time explaining what was available, had a little joke with us and made an excellent Bloody Mary breakfast cocktail. I would recommend using this lounge.

A amazing lounge, calm, relaxed & chilled with a variety of food and drink to suit everyone! Beautiful coffee! Staff are so friendly and helpful. As soon as you arrive until you leave the staff do everything they can to make it the best experience possible!

The service was great, the place was clean. The breakfast food was cold, and the coffee was tasteless. Was busy, but I still got a seat. Did the job for a few hours to get away from the madness

Terminal 3 lounge was so nice we were shown to a lovely window table with comfy chairs .. the staff were very friendly and worked hard making sure everyone was happy. The lounge was clean and tidy

If I could give it zero I would went to use the lounge was told they were busy and that I had to scan a QR code to list myself in a qué the QR wasn't working so ended up taking me 10 minutes just to list myself and never heard anything back went back and hour later but was told I had to wait until I got an email the lounge had plenty of seats at this point so don't know why I was told I still needed to wait this is honestly the worst service I've had using any lounge my advise would be not to bother as your just wasting your time and effort
