I came here with my family for dinner. Everything was brilliant service was spot on and all of our food was really nice. We had steaks and carvery

Excellent food (ultimate mixed grill) and top service from all the staff.

So shocking staff was a bit rude, we got drinks and sat down. We had a baby.. half way through our drinks we were told we are not allowed to sit here. Put signs up so people know. hello look around there are lots of tables, Sunday is a day theos table should be used, the a mount of people I saw coming and leaving. Won’t be coming back there. Usually come with 50 people before and after Christmas.

Awful place! The manager Beth if she even is a manager is just pure rude.! Deffo shouldn’t be working there. How ever Jake the team leader there is lovely!

Went for my daughter’s 9th birthday party and would like to say a massive massive thank you to Berta and Alex who were really nice to kids and made sure they all had an amazing time. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next time we have a party.

The staff were lovely, especially the lady manager who was on the front desk. The seats and the floor were abit dirty, but it's busy and sometimes can't be helped.

We have had two parties at Wacky Warehouse and all the kids have enjoyed themselves with an hour of play and 30mins for party food. All the staff are wonderful and make each party feel special.

We have always love to eat here - got family nearby. Food is delicious, fresh and tasty. My son has a nut allergy and they always ask us about allergies and preferences when we order. It’s reassuring and makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. Clean, modern dining area and high standards, with friendly staff. Highly recommended by this fussy mum.

Wow, the food may have been amazing if I could find any way possible to get to you... Please sort some signage... N.B. See the venue responce - As I said the food may have been amazing, it is the struggle to find the place which is fustrating. I entered by the front of the complex, skirting round to the left and into the car park area - I see one sign to follow and go towards - I see a second sign, follow the road and somehow end up out of the complex and heading towards Cheadle. Yes, some elements are beyond the venues control - the reviews for the food and the staff speak for themselves. Please note this review refers to finding the venue and I hope a staff membmer can take my path in and ask themselves the question ' would they have found you'?

To the company of Green King Harry is a great person and a great aset to your company, haveing a small issue not based on behalf of the venue, this problem was resolved with in minutes, approached the situation with great customer service , this place has a full turn around and this is not my thirst review as I do them up and down the northwest , I think that deserves to be mentioned for his great customer service and gave me options, on this visit I will continue to support green king , the turn around is noticed and I think you all should give it a try , Yeah, thanks harry and good luck in the future,

Came in today as a table of 5 without a booking, the lady at the host stand was very helpful with seating us, the gentleman behind the bar had great enthusiasm while serving us and food came out looking great, highly recommend

Bar staff member was very friendly, super happy with the bar service. Was served a burger on a rock hard bun, was sent out another that had been nuked in the microwave… Yorkshire puddings weren’t bad… Beer not bad, I’d avoid the food…. Also all the doors were open due to the heat, lots of people smoking in the doorway and the smell of tobacco was a little unbearable at times

Went to barlow croft with my mum for her 70th just on a whim to see if we could eat as there was 10 of us. The staff so friendly and polite and threw 3 tables together for us. Mother enjoyed her food and so did the rest of us. Will definitely go there again.

Wacky warehouse is filthy. The floor hasn't been moped in months by the look of it. Visited this am with my granddaughter. Her name was called out after 1 hour 15 mins. When I quiried it I was told is 1.5 hours mmmmm. Not great. Staff surley as if can't be bothered. Not a happy granny today. Not worth the money they charge.

Ordered food then sat back at table was chatting away then 20 mins after ordering member of staff came to table and said sorry we no large fish & chips & asked if we wanted the smaller meal & would refund the difference, why ??? Take an order if it not available, place is pretty empty maybe 5 families who are already eating, took 45 mins from ordering to actually getting served

Live round the corner from Wacky Warehouse. Our children are regulars here on rainy days and some sunny days too when they need a cool place to play. Price is very affordable in comparison to other soft plays. We have availed of the monthly pass for our two and it has been a godsend this summer. They have 90 minutes play and love it here. It is always clean and tidy. There is also a good a choice of hot and cold drinks and lots of cakes and snacks available. You can also avail of food from the bar next door and eat it inside while watching the children. Staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They also make sure the play areas is safe at all times which is a big positive for us on busy days.

Bekah in the wacky warehouse was super helpful and accommodating. If I could give her 6 out of 5 stars I would!

Went to the wacky warehouse with my 2 year old. Lovely place for tots time. Staff very helpful. Especially Rebekah who was lovely and approachable. Definitely a great place for the little ones during term time.

Went in on Thursday for a carvery about 2pm, meats were tough and all veg and potatoes were barely warm and dried up. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Jake , on duty in the soft play, went into the bar to get my coffee as the machine was broken in the soft play area. Little one is only 3 so I did not want to leave him to through to the bar myself. Much appreciated thank you!

Bar staff a waste of time. Very unhelpful and didn't know listen or know how to use the till. Stood around doing nothing and carvery started over an hour late serving only turkey. Will not be returning. The only decent thing on time and nice was fish and chips. The carvery was nice when eventually got it.

Not a good experience at all. I visited with my family for a.borthday celebration. We ordered all of our food at the same time. After 30 minutes we were told some of the starters we ordered weren't available so we were refunded. After another 10 minutes they then sent the starters and mains together. Not only that when the mains arrived they were missing sauces and sides and part of the actual main meals themselves. One of the order was the steak and chicken cheese fondue which should come with a breadbowl filled with cheese sauce, this was bot on the meal, the steak was pretty much burnt, the cheese sauce then came separate and was filled with breadcrumbs from being scraped off another disks. Diabolical experience will never return

Had lunch here in the wacky warehouse children's section. I ordered via the app and the food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. The portions were generous and everything was tasty. However it was a little cold and I had to wait for the staff to get the rest of my order when they missed a few things serving. Overall I would recommend and return in the future

Came into the barlow croft today was greeted by a lovely barman jake who helped so much i have many allergy's and he went the extra mile to make sure my food was up To standard just wanted to give him abit of recognition because he really went out of his way to make sure everything was good for us i often get put off by places because of my allergys but i will definatley be returning nothing was to much

For the parents of a busy toddler looking for fun things to do in Didsbury - this is a perfect affordable activity on a weekday morning. We go on a morning and run around the wacky warehouse (which is usually quiet) then treat ourselves to a carvery at midday. Special shout out to Bekah in the Wacky Warehouse who is always polite, delightful and treats us like VIPs.
