Great food service weren’t the best good parking

Prompt friendly service, very very clean

Yet again part of the order was missing

Popped in for breakfast this morning and whilst waiting for my order and the toilets. I watched a member of staff cleaning the toilet area with the same cloth he was wiping the tables with!!

Fast Service on special order Burger with no ketchup or mustard

Said that’s it’s open till 10 but closes dead on 9, it let me order on the app and put my order through despite the restaurant being closed, very disappointed

I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin, without the egg as I have an intolerance…my order came with an egg????

McDonald's app says open 24 hours but it was closed when I arrived.

The food tastes great, the thing that annoys me is that they alway miss something, they also removed the table with pads on them 😕

Delivery time constantly pushed back, food arrived cold and has since been put in the bin. Have now ordered from a different local takeaway directly.

Some items wrong so had to make a 2nd order and pay an additional service and delivery charge - very unhappy

Not sure what their real opening times are, but I drove here because the website said it's open 24/7, and it was closed. The sign at the door said that 24/7 is only for drive through, but even that was blocked off with traffic cones. Not that it matters, since according to the same sign the inside should also have been open for another half and hour

Philly cheese melt was just what was required to fill my hunger after a long drive south.

I thought shall I get some late night food. Amazingly this place offers 24 hours. Wow.

Normal McDonalds, but very clean. Food was good. Family of idiots lowered the tone while we were there. But all okay.

I prefer this food for 8:45am and I did not receive this until 9:20 I am unsatisfied

2 hours to deliver and was all food was cold - unable to eat

The driver drove the wrong direction (I assume making other deliveries off app). I was 2 miles away from the restaurant. The driver drove 6 miles in the opposite direction. The order delivery time was 5 minutes at collection and eventually went to 45 minutes. The food was stone cold.

Not exactly open 24 hours if you close randomly at 1am. Happens all the time.

Simple - order via their app, sit in the car, wait, food delivered, go home, eat!

They don’t seem to be able to get the order right, I said multiple times what I wanted and yet they still got the order wrong and added an item I didn’t want. Couldn’t use the app as there was no mobile signal and the WiFi isn’t quick and easy to connect to, so no points for my order. First and last time I will visit this McDonalds.

WiFi required signal to receive text to pass stage one then email confirmation for stage two... Only wanted WiFi to use the app to get rewards, lack of receipt means we couldn't redeem points at all.

Over an hour for breakfast delivery and the order was wrong. We got double sausage muffins instead of egg and cheese which neither of us will eat How can it be so hard to get an order right? The wait time was ridiculous, around one hour and ten minutes to arrive. I will say the food was still hot but not what we ordered so this is down to the restaurant rather than the delivery driver.

Yet again, the idiots can't tell the difference between egg and cheese. Specifically order without cheese due to food intolerance but the geniuses put cheese in and remove the egg. This despite the stickers on the order actually saying no cheese. Wyboston McDonald's seemingly can't ever get this right as this is now the 3rd time this has happened. Please sack the morons who can't tell the difference between egg and cheese.

Never do delivery from here, I ordered 2 times from here and it always was missing food.

I ordered 4 mayo chicken and 6 cheeseburgers some mozzarella sticks and a dip.I have received just 6 cheeseburgers and some fries.Where is the rest?This place is a joke.I call the place and they said the delivery driver took the food that was missing.Are you for real?

Just to remind that here you don’t get free hot water even though you’ve made your food order. Might be their policy thing. Service was okay and generally quick.

We called in here for a large fries to break up a long journey down the A1. (Sunday Sep 1st. 6pm.). I normally love mcdonalds fries but these were awful. Soggy, undercooked. Hopeless. Someone from McDonalds head office needs to call in and do some quality control. Maybe its a new member of staff. If so, lots more training and supervision. Check what is being given out to customers.

Service was great in here, particularly from Shaun. He was very kind and helped us use a voucher at the till as the machine wasn’t working. Food was hot and tasted great. Amazing customer service, thank you Shaun :)

Visited on a Bank Holiday Sunday Morning, quick efficient service 🤩😍🍟 The person 🙋‍♀️working on the dining area was really friendly and gave the youngest some colouring crayons and pictures to colour in. The food was good and as expected 🤩😍 The dining area and toilets 🚾 were nice and clean 🫧 Thanks for hosting us, keep up the great work ☕🤩😍

freezing cold food not enjoyable and very disappointing. may not be riders fault as I've seen McDonald's make these way ahead and sit in the cold for long time but procedure needs to be looked at so can have hot food otherwise should have ordered/made a cold sandwich!

Driver arrived and told my the drinks had spilt and that it was my fault because I’d ordered more than one?! Very rude man. Really upset.

I asked for extra onions in the double cheeseburger but didn’t get any. Also the chip portions were not that of a medium portion at all.

Really bad service. Ignored at the counter by staff. I waived, helloed them and got no reaction at all. App was not working. In the end I had to go and stand in front of a staff member to be served. Food was eventually served as eat in instead of take out. It was cold and chewy. Absolute and epic fail both at customer service and quality.

I'm not a McDonald's fan and this is quite a small one. Parking is tight, and getting back onto the main road can sometimes be tricky with people staying in the left lane. Other than that though, it's pretty much like any other McDonald's. Smells of kids and burgers.

fourth time ordering third time missing items. garlic bread dip share box with 3 dips. no dips delivered. x9 select with 3 dips ordered. no dips delivered. so I only got dry food and my milkshake (at least that was correct)

Once again this McDonalds had forgotten half our order. Upon calling them they hung up on me 3 times & then told me they will not be sending out the food. EVERYTIME we order from here something goes wrong either the restaurant are not packing it or the delivery driver is delivering the full amount.

Disappointed with just eat for not acknowledging a complaint about missing products. Talked to restaurant directly and they helped me👍for the restaurant. 👎🏻. Just eat

yet again i am complaining that my order arrived incomplete, I left a message for the courier to ensure all my additional dips which I paid for were included in my order before leaving the restaurant, this was not done and my order is yet again missing these items, this service simply isn't good enough, thus has happened to me multiple times

Absolutely awful delivery driver never even knocked on my door put it in the floor near my door and went to busy clearing down each job down to get the next one in. Food left in a communal corridor so not hygienic. Absolutely horrendous behaviour looking on cctv to find the driver do not ever send this driver to my property again!!

Received someone else's order, so didn't get what we wanted. It was massively late being delivered, it was also quite late in the evening. So reordering elsewhere wasn't really a choice, all in all the service between McDonald's/just eat was atrocious. Waiting on a refund, but I won't hold my breath.

Really fancied a McDonald’s hadn’t had one for ages. Went to the A1 in St Neots . Ordered a fillet of fish came very quickly, it was awful so dry and over cooked I think it had been sitting there for ages. Took it back to them, they apologised and said they would make another one . Just as bad. Definitely no where as good as it used to be. Shame

AVOID CLICK & SERVE! May 2024: Impossible to park in any click & serve bay due to uber eats / just eat delivery drivers constantly parking in those bays. Complaints over many months to managers and staff has resulted in no action taken to stop this. Click and serve orders therefore impossible. Jan 2024: All parking bays for click and serve orders are forever filled with “Uber eats” delivery driver vehicles who aren’t even in the car. It’s now often impossible to order for click and serve due to this. I’ve started going to a nearby McDonald’s instead.

Never arrived! Ordered at 8:25 in the morning. Kept getting delayed until 10:40-11 and suddenly showed delivered on the app which is not true. Not happy and won’t be using again!
