driver was lovely, made my day!

My food was early, which isn’t a problem but 2 meals/items were missing completely, and another meal was made wrong and couldn’t be eaten due to allergies… I put a note/request in and never heard anything back. There was no reason considering it was early; please take the time and deliver the correct food and to the order. Money wasted and didn’t fix the problem after.

Right, story time Where did we go wrong? Let's start from the beginning, first red flag was delivered 7 mins early first thing that goes through my mind is they've forgotten something, they did. Paid over £7 for my double bacon and egg mc muffin just to have air in the bag no muffin was there just a plain bag of disappointment, further more to my disappointment I get into contact with the customer service and they cannot refund me because of their 'ploicy', currently debating life over this missing item nothing can be or will not be done, very dis heartening as money doesn't grow on trees i think a 2 star review is over deserved, very disappointing

The order was cold and missing multiple items!!

When I ordered it said 20 mins, then went to 36 mins. 20 mins later it still said 36 mins, and was delivered after an hour

Food is very very cold & it’s never normally cold! My 2 sauces are also missing

1.10 minutes for a stone cold happy meal delivery is unacceptable.

Very good meal, whoever made the Big Macs was generous with the sauce, it tasted delicious. Guy who delivered was super fast and considerate.

It's McDonald's , sometimes it's good service sometimes not so good. More often not so good. Like when they don't use manners or when they look at you as if you have taken their soul when asking for extra milk.

again no sauce for the chicken selection meal . everytime I order it never arrives with me meal !

Sort the WiFi out at the drive through!! For a few hundred quid, install a wifi extender at the beginning of the drive through. Terrible app as always, along with lack of WiFi makes a really poor drive through experience. Wish the franchise owner actually simultated the experience and took care of his business. Because currently he's loosing business for the sake of a few hundred quid.

I got most of it but no dips. I haven’t got been getting any dips lately when I order of here so its a bit of a let down, but other than that pretty good.

It says 25-40 mins for delivery and it was about 50 mins, so having known that first I prob would have ordered elsewhere as it was quite cold when it arrived.

Cold food again no insulated bag

Seems to becoming an issue with getting the CORRECT food I ordered. Second time I’ve recieved the wrong food. Will not be ordering from here anymore. Such a let down especially when you get given nothing you like.

It's a McDonalds, so there's not much to say. Every time I've had food from this one, it's been decent.

Why is McDonalds so consistent at taking over one hour to deliver to me? You take to long to hand over to the driver. Why?

Will not be ordering from here anymore, last several times the food has been cold and always have to reheat it. A couple of times food is also missing, log it online and nothing ever happens so continuously paying for food that I dont receive or cold

the food was amazing and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite

honest opinion. don't even bother ordering from this mcdonalds. orders are always wrong, always missing parts of the order, or even the whole order because you've been delivered the wrong one. they never supply the dips that are advertised, or even ones bought. they don't even supply straws with drinks. I don't know who's in charge, but maybe they need to look closer at their staff. either them or trading standards, I don't have enough characters to explain all the bad experiences. avoid.

Usual useless staff delivered banana shake instead of vanilla… blows the mind how they mess up so frequantly

Food, service, and atmosphere is as to be expected of most decent McDonald's. Bring a coat when eating in, as the 'restaurant' is really cold, especially at night.

cant fault the Delivery drivers, they are great! McDonald's however always forget the dips even when paid for! it happens every order! please sort it out! my neurodiverse son won't eat his without BBQ dips, luckily I stock up when I do the drive thru!

no straw, was supposed to be banana milkshake but tastes more like vanilla and I asked for extra pickles on my burger i think 13 pickles is a little excessive plus fries where barely lukewarm

When delivery arrived part of order was missing. In a sealed bag with the missing item on the receipt. Tried phoning no one answers. Customer services waste of time. Automated telling me to contact Uber. Not their fault some idiot did not put the burger in the bag before sealing it. Will not use this service again. PATHETIC

Awful. Ordered at 6:45, food came at 9. McDonald’s is at most a 10 minutes away drive away. Food was stale and stone cold. Tried calling the restaurant to cancel as the eta kept increasing but no chance of getting through to them.

Food took 2 hours to arrive (even though the estimate was less than an hour) and the food was stone cold. I got a credit for £4 on an order for £17.50. I would not recommend anyone order from here.
