I wish they could serve a decent hot gluten-free meal

Toilet was blocked. It was busy. They gave me the wrong drink but sorted it very quickly when I took it back.

One of the better McDonald's around here but it's still McDonald's and it's still pretty rubbish...🤷🏻

Simple - order food, wait, stand and wait a bit more, ask where your food is, wait some more, leave 15 minutes after ordering with cold food because the staff are so busy making the orders for constant stream of takeaway delivery drivers 😳 My local Chinese can take an order for three people, cook it, pack it and I can walk out with it within 5 minutes - which I may do next time 👍

Terrible service and complete disregard for customers! This restaurant is an absolute disgrace! Last time I picked up my order and discovered at home that one burger was missing. I couldn’t return that day. The next day, I came back asking for my missing burger or a refund, and they rudely refused, saying I should have come back the day before. Is this even acceptable? Where’s the accountability? The service is nonexistent! I tried calling the restaurant on the day of the incident — of course, no one answered the phone. Yesterday, I decided to give them another chance and ordered takeout again. I checked the order on the spot — and guess what? One burger was missing again! Is this some kind of joke? Only after expressing my frustration did they finally give me the missing burger, but by then, my mood was already ruined. When I got home, the burger looked like it had been thrown together for livestock — crooked, sloppy, and falling apart. It looked like it had been tossed around the kitchen before being packed. The fries were cold and completely unsalted. The wait time was ridiculous, even though my order was marked “ready” on the screen. But when I approached, no one bothered to hand it over. This is shameful for such a major chain! The food quality is one thing, but the service is rock-bottom. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money and sanity on this circus. Fix your service or close down! Does this capture the frustration you want to express? The driver took a ridiculous route and food was late, delivery time kept getting pushed back and took ten minutes more than it should have.

half the order was missing and what we did receive was stone cold. quite how when ordering 2 meals the fries are missed and 2 desserts as well, quite clearly the checks aren't being carried out before passing over orders to the courier. this isn't the first time items have been missing from orders. save your money and avoid.

Ordered 5.28pm, delivered 6.28pm. Is that late in your opinion? There is no criteria set out for what is late or too long? And no, I do not blame the delivery people.

Went there last night with a friend, certainly not open 24/7 even as a drive-thru: the lights were on but nobody was in, despite us getting out and even knocking on the delivery window.

I placed the order at 17.07 & the food was delivered at 18.58 nearly 2 hours! And it was stone cold

How should customers measure 'late'? From emailed order acceptance at 4.33pm to delivery at 5.22pm was 49 mins.

Food was almost cold when got to me , especially the chips where almost like a cartoon texture . I was very close to refuse the food because was already way past out dinner time. Very disappointed

The app kept revising the delivery slot which initially indicated a delivery time within 35-45 mins and that kept changing. At one point the app showed as delivered at 9.15pm where it was still 8.35 pm. Eventually it corrected and delivered an order at 20.53. The order was placed at 17.25 …. The worst part of all this was that there is literally no chat bot, no way to call and check and no email address for customer service. When I called McDonalds they hung the phone saying they’re unable to he

No gloves or hair nets when preparing food people picking their nose and handling food without gloves on is the most disgusting thing you can do can I spoke to the manager or whoever served me I asked her if they ment to be wearing gloves and hair nets and she said yes but said also that it’s not part of the rules at a McDonalds so they either wear gloves when preparing food for people to eat or get shut down because it’s disgusting thing it’s mad me feel sick and not want to go there again

Popped in for breakfast this morning and whilst waiting for my order and the toilets. I watched a member of staff cleaning the toilet area with the same cloth he was wiping the tables with!!

Not sure what their real opening times are, but I drove here because the website said it's open 24/7, and it was closed. The sign at the door said that 24/7 is only for drive through, but even that was blocked off with traffic cones. Not that it matters, since according to the same sign the inside should also have been open for another half and hour

The driver drove the wrong direction (I assume making other deliveries off app). I was 2 miles away from the restaurant. The driver drove 6 miles in the opposite direction. The order delivery time was 5 minutes at collection and eventually went to 45 minutes. The food was stone cold.

They don’t seem to be able to get the order right, I said multiple times what I wanted and yet they still got the order wrong and added an item I didn’t want. Couldn’t use the app as there was no mobile signal and the WiFi isn’t quick and easy to connect to, so no points for my order. First and last time I will visit this McDonalds.

Over an hour for breakfast delivery and the order was wrong. We got double sausage muffins instead of egg and cheese which neither of us will eat How can it be so hard to get an order right? The wait time was ridiculous, around one hour and ten minutes to arrive. I will say the food was still hot but not what we ordered so this is down to the restaurant rather than the delivery driver.

Yet again, the idiots can't tell the difference between egg and cheese. Specifically order without cheese due to food intolerance but the geniuses put cheese in and remove the egg. This despite the stickers on the order actually saying no cheese. Wyboston McDonald's seemingly can't ever get this right as this is now the 3rd time this has happened. Please sack the morons who can't tell the difference between egg and cheese.
