The driver took a ridiculous route and food was late, delivery time kept getting pushed back and took ten minutes more than it should have.

Ordered 5.28pm, delivered 6.28pm. Is that late in your opinion? There is no criteria set out for what is late or too long? And no, I do not blame the delivery people.

half the order was missing and what we did receive was stone cold. quite how when ordering 2 meals the fries are missed and 2 desserts as well, quite clearly the checks aren't being carried out before passing over orders to the courier. this isn't the first time items have been missing from orders. save your money and avoid.

Went there last night with a friend, certainly not open 24/7 even as a drive-thru: the lights were on but nobody was in, despite us getting out and even knocking on the delivery window.

I placed the order at 17.07 & the food was delivered at 18.58 nearly 2 hours! And it was stone cold

it was 38 mins from email at 2.07pm to delivery at 2.44pm

How should customers measure 'late'? From emailed order acceptance at 4.33pm to delivery at 5.22pm was 49 mins.

it took 51 minutes from email confirmation to delivery.

all of the drinks from the order plus the brownie are missing. MY kids have no drinks and neither do I

It's a McDonald's. We tend to use it as a pitstop. Usually pretty quiet with no queues.

Food was almost cold when got to me , especially the chips where almost like a cartoon texture . I was very close to refuse the food because was already way past out dinner time. Very disappointed

The app kept revising the delivery slot which initially indicated a delivery time within 35-45 mins and that kept changing. At one point the app showed as delivered at 9.15pm where it was still 8.35 pm. Eventually it corrected and delivered an order at 20.53. The order was placed at 17.25 …. The worst part of all this was that there is literally no chat bot, no way to call and check and no email address for customer service. No gloves or hair nets when preparing food people picking their nose and handling food without gloves on is the most disgusting thing you can do can I spoke to the manager or whoever served me I asked her if they ment to be wearing gloves and hair nets and she said yes but said also that it’s not part of the rules at a McDonalds so they either wear gloves when preparing food for people to eat or get shut down because it’s disgusting thing it’s mad me feel sick and not want to go there again

Popped in for breakfast this morning and whilst waiting for my order and the toilets. I watched a member of staff cleaning the toilet area with the same cloth he was wiping the tables with!!

mcrib tasteless and hot chocolate although piping hot was just hot brown water, tasted nothing like a hot chocolate for McDonald's usually tastes!

Not sure what their real opening times are, but I drove here because the website said it's open 24/7, and it was closed. The sign at the door said that 24/7 is only for drive through, but even that was blocked off with traffic cones. Not that it matters, since according to the same sign the inside should also have been open for another half and hour

The driver drove the wrong direction (I assume making other deliveries off app). I was 2 miles away from the restaurant. The driver drove 6 miles in the opposite direction. The order delivery time was 5 minutes at collection and eventually went to 45 minutes. The food was stone cold.

Simple - order via their app, sit in the car, wait, food delivered, go home, eat!

They don’t seem to be able to get the order right, I said multiple times what I wanted and yet they still got the order wrong and added an item I didn’t want. Couldn’t use the app as there was no mobile signal and the WiFi isn’t quick and easy to connect to, so no points for my order. First and last time I will visit this McDonalds.

WiFi required signal to receive text to pass stage one then email confirmation for stage two... Only wanted WiFi to use the app to get rewards, lack of receipt means we couldn't redeem points at all.

Over an hour for breakfast delivery and the order was wrong. We got double sausage muffins instead of egg and cheese which neither of us will eat How can it be so hard to get an order right? The wait time was ridiculous, around one hour and ten minutes to arrive. I will say the food was still hot but not what we ordered so this is down to the restaurant rather than the delivery driver.

Yet again, the idiots can't tell the difference between egg and cheese. Specifically order without cheese due to food intolerance but the geniuses put cheese in and remove the egg. This despite the stickers on the order actually saying no cheese. Wyboston McDonald's seemingly can't ever get this right as this is now the 3rd time this has happened. Please sack the morons who can't tell the difference between egg and cheese.

We called in here for a large fries to break up a long journey down the A1. (Sunday Sep 1st. 6pm.). I normally love mcdonalds fries but these were awful. Soggy, undercooked. Hopeless. Someone from McDonalds head office needs to call in and do some quality control. Maybe its a new member of staff. If so, lots more training and supervision. Check what is being given out to customers.

Service was great in here, particularly from Shaun. He was very kind and helped us use a voucher at the till as the machine wasn’t working. Food was hot and tasted great. Amazing customer service, thank you Shaun :)

Visited on a Bank Holiday Sunday Morning, quick efficient service 🤩😍🍟 The person 🙋‍♀️working on the dining area was really friendly and gave the youngest some colouring crayons and pictures to colour in. The food was good and as expected 🤩😍 The dining area and toilets 🚾 were nice and clean 🫧 Thanks for hosting us, keep up the great work ☕🤩😍
