McDonald's in Fenland

Food is always dry and overcooked. Last 6 times I went in, had to park up and wait for food.worst Mcdonalds branch known.

This is the worst “fast food” joint I’ve ever came across. They claim to be ‘24 hours’ yet when you go any time during the night/early morning to get some food, they are too damn lazy to serve and claim they “can’t serve because the system is updating” yeah, likely story! Pathetic poor excuse from a branch that clearly are too lazy and couldn’t give a damn about customers. When you also ask For a McFlurry here, during the night, (if they’re willing to serve that is) funnily enough the McFlurries aren’t available either due to the same poor pathetic excuses! If only Burger King would open in Wisbech, and would be 24 hours!!! At least you get service in Burger King!

Went to McDonalds for some coffee and food, it was loud, very loud. Mostly busy at 3pm to 5pm, recommend delivery. There wasn't much to do except wait but it was fine. There were many items for children to play with such as colouring and playing games, also some toys to play with in the happy meal. Service wasn't good nor bad. Wasn't too crowded at the time I went. The Iced Caramel Frappe was stunning, absolutely fantastic. The wrap was good aswell. Giving 5 stars of course!

Ok not the best check order before leaving

Had a breakfast wrap.. 2 hash browns.. egg and bacon muffin meal.. large coffee which was half a cup .. mango and pinapple smoothie 2 flat breads.. this was £18.. when asked for both tomato and brown on wrap assistant just shock his head and said no.. anyway ask me was eventually explained.. and suprise suprise got no sauce on it whatsoever.. to be honest wisbech mcdonalds isn't very good at the best of times.. would say go somewhere else like a cafe as probably cheaper for 2 full breakfast.. really not impressed 🙄

Not the best. Drive through is slower than others and often have to park up and wait for order. But it is McDonalds after all, so expectations aren't high.

It's McDonald's. They are generally all the same. So yeah.

Food is always tasty but never hot. Not sure why that is

I am very careless when putting together an order, especially on drive true. I have to stop and go pick up the missing order.

As an older person I prefer to pay at the counter not have to use the screens.

The food was hot, the staff were a bit rude. Literally just threw my food at me. It was quite busy, but still. Customer service costs nothing. See a girl having an interview out front where I was sat, literally 5 mins and she got the job...I assume she did anyways as she walked off smiling. Good luck to her...but from what I saw, there was no tough questions or proof she could be polite and efficient. It's the same for most of these places..the customer service just isn't there anymore. The place was clean and the food was hot. So not all bad. I'm just getting old I think, gone are the days where you got service with a smile sadly

Reasonable prices, I love the breakfasts the best. Double sausage mcmuffin is my favourite.

After waiting nearly two hours for a " McDonalds system update" I finally got my food.. after getting my food I found a hair in my fries... i really think these employees need to start wearing the hair nets.. as I am a former ex employer of mcdonlads I know that it does not take nearly two hour for a system update... and as for the hair in my food again that's just disgusting

I’m writing today because I’m disappointed and a bit frustrated. I order a mc donalds for delivery and I’ve been waiting almost an hour “to wrap up my food” that only has two meals in it for me and my partner. I think it is beyond the joke now! Place is a disgraceful if they can’t get peoples orders in on time and out on time. Thought they’re meant to know about time management 🙄😤

Good food, milkshake machine never working

Waited 15 min on parking couse no one wanted to bring juat my order... and been waiting for double cheesburger. My phillycheesestac is cold and not much cheese...

Again i made the mistake of visiting the drive through after midnight!! The app thinks I'm in Brent Cross and it's the breakfast menu. Absolutely useless. Then I order a mcchicken sandwich which is obviously reheated and rock hard,dry and unedited. When I phoned the store to complain a lady who said she was the manager refused to give her name and said they prepare everything fresh!!! Wait till they see how fresh it is!!! Now I'm also angry that she lied to me insulting my intelligence. I now see why their ratings have dropped dramatically recently! Drive through closed due to system issues at 00.15 ordered in restaurant long wait and food was cold when I got home which is a 2 minute drive away. Tried phoning restaurant but line was continually busy for an hour. Gave up

Very busy lunch time. Food was hot 🔥 service was great. Found a table just as food came out

I got cheated on then my bf at the time brought me here and gave a triple cheeseburger, I stayed with him for an extra 6 months bc of this lovely experience. Thank you McDonald’s

yesterday, i decided to have a takeaway meal. i enjoyed my fries, they were ok… but it was a mistake to try the burger, cuz i found a long black hair 👍 thanks mcdonalds

Dreadful! They refused to exchange the cheese on my mcplant for non vegan cheese claiming that "head office" says they can't they also got my husbands order wrong and it was lukewarm! Don't bother going to this branch it's absolutely not worth it! One lunch treat completely ruined

So my boyfriend went to McDonald’s this evening to grab some dinner for me and him. He goes through the drive through like he normally does he asked them for a Big Mac meal with no middle bun. Instead when he gets home I’m all excited for dinner to realise there is no wrapped burger instead they heard my boyfriend say no bun so they decided to throw everything into a salad box. Honestly if they don’t hear what has been said properly please just ask to repeat what has been said.

Just went through the drive through to grab some drinks and the lady taking my order was lovely, so jolly and nice! Even for a McDonalds, the service was execpetional for a 2 minute drive thru trip!

... very bad customer service still bad. Update: 2024. More interested in delivery thanks people actually inside. Tried deliver.. they sent wrong order.. then got the original order minus muffins... This is Macdonalds fault not driver.

I ordered myself a mcdelivery. I had to walk to my neighbours to get it because they delivered to the wrong door. As I take the bag it leaks. I continue to walk home and I open my drink and there wasn’t any left obviously. The mcdelivery is getting very poor the way they handle peoples food/drink isn’t great. To the people delivering and handling our food have respect.

Went thru drive-thru... nothing fantastic. Staff clearly spoken. Line was quick.

Serviss is brilliant.Customer serviss amazing.Not a lot space over weekends but its ok.It is so so good that comapany gives oppurtunities for young people to learn and earn!

Typical McDonald’s, clean environment in the restaurant area but the toilets could do with a little attention. Food was decent enough, it’s what you expect from McDonald’s, it’s never going to be exceptional but it’s a case of convenience. Am I right?

Biggest joke in Wisbech. Not once have they got items correctly on the delivery. Absolute joke.

All depends on the time of day. About midday extremely busy, standard rushed food. Friendly staff

It is becoming an increasingly common occurrence with this McDonalds that if you order for delivery there are items missing from your order, 3 times in the last 5 orders. To ask the customer to then go and collect it from them instead of arranging a re-delivery is not acceptable and to try and get an appropriate refund for Uber Eats isn’t easy either.

It could do with more people clearing up or customers to be made aware that they need to throw their rubbish in the bin.

Nice Maccy's ...... always seems busy but well looked after inside (whenever I've been) Not a bad location considering how busy retail park is

I must arrive at the wrong time because the fries are always barely warm at this place, and the burger was not much warmer! The diet coke tasted as if it had been diluted even with no ice. I must be an optimist because when I pass through this town on an appointment, I still occasionally stop here. Then I wish I hadn't!!

Picked up 2 cheeseburgers and fries to treat my client, a little lonely elderly lady, and we sat in her garden and enjoyed them immensely!

Avoid, 20 minutes wait for the cheesburger and a wrap ( wrap was not even edible) In house orders are not priority and food for delivery drivers prepared first.

the most ordinary McDonald's. ++24/7 there is a touchscreen where to order . It's clean inside. there is a summer playground . playground for children. In the kitchen, everyone walks with their hair covered.. ---although the manager (hair is long curls), but she is without a blazer/cap. the order was given for a long time , although there were not many people . the food is the most standard.fresh and hot. the coffee is a little overpowered (the bitterness of the seeds is felt) I can't say something particularly bad. and much praise for something, too. the most ordinary mediocre McDuck

Went through the drive through tonight and ordered, had to go through again as they forgot the sauce then had to go through again as they gave us the wrong burger

Poor as usual. Waiting 15 minutes to get your meal isn't fast food, by the time it came it was cold, the restaurant was cold as the air conditioning was on full, plus the price. £17 is really expensive for what is dreadful fatty sugary food.

The mcflurrys are a joke for size when I buy a big one I don't expect to get an amount that is the same size as a mini mcflurry

Every time i order for delivery from here (especially on their app), it's always missing items. and not small items like sauce. but the main items. like the burger, the main part of the meal. seriously how do they keep messing that up?

People of Wisbech are nice but please give the McDonald's an oven its always cold happy to send food out like that is ridiculous.

Went through the drive-through, staff were polite, sadly had to park up and wait for the order, it's not fast food anymore. Chips were Luke warm, which is a pet hate of mine. It should be piping hot. I'd I've been made to wait for cold chips. Chips were also a bit soggy not crispy like they should be.

Nice place but food was thrown together and we was both ill very soon after eating. Won’t be visiting again.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff putting the phone down twice after trying to explain our order was wrong with missing items. Asked us to prove the items were missing. When asked for a name phone went down again. Then to top it off a hair at the bottom of the burger box. Evidence will be sent to trading standard and also a letter to the CEO of McDonald's to report how disappointing and disgusting we was by the young people's attitudes of customer service. After a long evening working at a social event and MacDonalds being the only place open to get food in Wisbech we stopped to get food .what mistake that was. Staff need to be aware of a better standard of customer service and are a disgrace to the brand MacDonalds

Quite often on drive thru they forgot about something. Inside always is quite lord and not to clean to be honest.

I have to be honest I do love my visits to MD once a month, it doesn't hurt I train hard and just like a treat once a month. I've not been to one MDS that isn't nice. It's fast easy and I love it give me a vanilla thick shake any day of the week. So if you see this OMG give me a free large vanilla thick shake next time I pop into one of your chains please 🙏

Same food, same taste. The one star is that these are open 24 hours, and yet if you go during the night, they end up saying their "tills" are closed. So much hassle when you put the order in the app to then arrive during the night to find out their tills are "offline." Happens majority of the time.

I ordered 2x breakfast wraps one should have had no cheese on it as my mum is allergic so I ordered no cheese and they left the cheese in she luckily took one bite and spat it out so no major issues but due to there callous nature and not carefully making sure every order is up to standard they sent it out and nearly caused an allergic reaction normally food is impeccable but this one time I'm very disappointed in your buisness

Customer service is absolutely disgusting at this place, my drinks order was clearly wrong so I took it back and some lad offered to remake my drinks when some nasty, rude ill mannered woman stormed over and asked what the issue was, I told her the drinks were incorrect and she insisted they were correct as she done the order herself and wouldn't let the lad remake the drinks! Never ever will I step foot in this restaurant again! I suggest who ever you are, you look for a new job because customer service clearly isn't for you! Absolutely vile attitude!

I ordered food and all burgers and wrap was missing, was only drinks add fries.I check too late when driver was away.Then I go to in Wisbech McDonald's ordered again, thanks good I check was half of my order.I asked another half. I know is bussy but staf very not competetive.

Harry brought my food out very quickly after ordering not even 2 minutes had passed. Fries could of been crisper but where still big and not very soggy or cold. Chicken big mac was good and prepared as ordered.
