McDonald's in Fenland

Typical McDonald’s, clean environment in the restaurant area but the toilets could do with a little attention. Food was decent enough, it’s what you expect from McDonald’s, it’s never going to be exceptional but it’s a case of convenience. Am I right?

Biggest joke in Wisbech. Not once have they got items correctly on the delivery. Absolute joke.

All depends on the time of day. About midday extremely busy, standard rushed food. Friendly staff

... very bad customer service still bad. Update: 2024. More interested in delivery thanks people actually inside. Tried deliver.. they sent wrong order.. then got the original order minus muffins... This is Macdonalds fault not driver.

It is becoming an increasingly common occurrence with this McDonalds that if you order for delivery there are items missing from your order, 3 times in the last 5 orders. To ask the customer to then go and collect it from them instead of arranging a re-delivery is not acceptable and to try and get an appropriate refund for Uber Eats isn’t easy either.

It could do with more people clearing up or customers to be made aware that they need to throw their rubbish in the bin.

Nice Maccy's ...... always seems busy but well looked after inside (whenever I've been) Not a bad location considering how busy retail park is

I must arrive at the wrong time because the fries are always barely warm at this place, and the burger was not much warmer! The diet coke tasted as if it had been diluted even with no ice. I must be an optimist because when I pass through this town on an appointment, I still occasionally stop here. Then I wish I hadn't!!

Picked up 2 cheeseburgers and fries to treat my client, a little lonely elderly lady, and we sat in her garden and enjoyed them immensely!

Avoid, 20 minutes wait for the cheesburger and a wrap ( wrap was not even edible) In house orders are not priority and food for delivery drivers prepared first.

the most ordinary McDonald's. ++24/7 there is a touchscreen where to order . It's clean inside. there is a summer playground . playground for children. In the kitchen, everyone walks with their hair covered.. ---although the manager (hair is long curls), but she is without a blazer/cap. the order was given for a long time , although there were not many people . the food is the most standard.fresh and hot. the coffee is a little overpowered (the bitterness of the seeds is felt) I can't say something particularly bad. and much praise for something, too. the most ordinary mediocre McDuck

Poor as usual. Waiting 15 minutes to get your meal isn't fast food, by the time it came it was cold, the restaurant was cold as the air conditioning was on full, plus the price. £17 is really expensive for what is dreadful fatty sugary food.

Went through the drive through tonight and ordered, had to go through again as they forgot the sauce then had to go through again as they gave us the wrong burger

You order a meal ! Get your drink 10 minutes later you get your burger forget you fries then you walk in wait 10 mins for fries ! Then look at you like you scum

The mcflurrys are a joke for size when I buy a big one I don't expect to get an amount that is the same size as a mini mcflurry

The order is never full you always have to double check because they get it wrong 9 out of 10 times and the staff are unpleasant

Every time i order for delivery from here (especially on their app), it's always missing items. and not small items like sauce. but the main items. like the burger, the main part of the meal. seriously how do they keep messing that up?

People of Wisbech are nice but please give the McDonald's an oven its always cold happy to send food out like that is ridiculous.

Standard food and drink, ok for a quick bite.

Went through the drive-through, staff were polite, sadly had to park up and wait for the order, it's not fast food anymore. Chips were Luke warm, which is a pet hate of mine. It should be piping hot. I'd I've been made to wait for cold chips. Chips were also a bit soggy not crispy like they should be.

Nice place but food was thrown together and we was both ill very soon after eating. Won’t be visiting again.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff putting the phone down twice after trying to explain our order was wrong with missing items. Asked us to prove the items were missing. When asked for a name phone went down again. Then to top it off a hair at the bottom of the burger box. Evidence will be sent to trading standard and also a letter to the CEO of McDonald's to report how disappointing and disgusting we was by the young people's attitudes of customer service. After a long evening working at a social event and MacDonalds being the only place open to get food in Wisbech we stopped to get food .what mistake that was. Staff need to be aware of a better standard of customer service and are a disgrace to the brand MacDonalds

Quite often on drive thru they forgot about something. Inside always is quite lord and not to clean to be honest.

Can be a bit slow sometimes , and food not always piping hot, but reasonable prices

I have to be honest I do love my visits to MD once a month, it doesn't hurt I train hard and just like a treat once a month. I've not been to one MDS that isn't nice. It's fast easy and I love it give me a vanilla thick shake any day of the week. So if you see this OMG give me a free large vanilla thick shake next time I pop into one of your chains please 🙏

Same food, same taste. The one star is that these are open 24 hours, and yet if you go during the night, they end up saying their "tills" are closed. So much hassle when you put the order in the app to then arrive during the night to find out their tills are "offline." Happens majority of the time.

I ordered 2x breakfast wraps one should have had no cheese on it as my mum is allergic so I ordered no cheese and they left the cheese in she luckily took one bite and spat it out so no major issues but due to there callous nature and not carefully making sure every order is up to standard they sent it out and nearly caused an allergic reaction normally food is impeccable but this one time I'm very disappointed in your buisness

Double sausage egg mcmuffin breakfast. Does what it says in the tin. Perfect for a cold wet miserable day

Staff are all very helpful, chips have been very low on last 2 occasions but they were replaced, when brought to their attention

Food usually McDonald's quality. Used drive in... was 4:30pm very busy service painfully slow . Had to park up & wait but no parking spots left..

Customer service is absolutely disgusting at this place, my drinks order was clearly wrong so I took it back and some lad offered to remake my drinks when some nasty, rude ill mannered woman stormed over and asked what the issue was, I told her the drinks were incorrect and she insisted they were correct as she done the order herself and wouldn't let the lad remake the drinks! Never ever will I step foot in this restaurant again! I suggest who ever you are, you look for a new job because customer service clearly isn't for you! Absolutely vile attitude!

Harry brought my food out very quickly after ordering not even 2 minutes had passed. Fries could of been crisper but where still big and not very soggy or cold. Chicken big mac was good and prepared as ordered.

I ordered food and all burgers and wrap was missing, was only drinks add fries.I check too late when driver was away.Then I go to in Wisbech McDonald's ordered again, thanks good I check was half of my order.I asked another half. I know is bussy but staf very not competetive.

absolutely useless at night, either shut, half the machines are off, or they make you wait at the start because they're to busy elsewhere when there's no on in store? Every night I visit this store I am severely disappointed, won't happen again

We do visit this place every week and just because it wasn’t happy meal they refuse to give little toy to my little daughter which worth penny for the company absolutely disappointed Plus the food aways cold and tabes dirty

Service was quick. Fries were not very hot. Chicken overcooked and stringy. Didn't seem to be any hygiene operatives as tables not cleared or cleaned and the bins were overflowing. No hot chocolate of any kind available. Didn't get given any serviettes and none in the dispenser. They did have a box of them and let me help myself. I would like to see gluten free options available, other than a box of salad!

Sat in to eat ordered our food was waiting quite a while, so thought I would order a take out for my son,his was called before our original order, and it was the same meal we ordered for ourselves, just proves, takeaway meals, take president, over sit inside.

Ordered online with delivery at home .got a message order delivered but food was nowhere to be found .nobody knocked at the door or anything.called mcdonalds to find out what happened with my order as they could have asked the driver when he got back.been told to call the driver as they cant help me .how im suppose to contact the driver when was no number in the message ??!!!!!

Ordered a breakfast muffin it was raw looking and tasted horrible they always get are orders wrong and when we went threw the drive threw because they didn't give us the burger they forgot it the manger did next time come in doors next time rudely something needs to be done about this the breakfast muffins are always raw looking and there milkshake machines are never working

Going down hill since deliveroo and other take outs got involved. The restaurant all orders incorrect never what you asked for now left behind not looking after the real customers.

Very clean, fast service and friendly staff

Terrible slow service. It was that bad, secret customers had to clean their own tables and chairs. The food we got was luke warm, toffee apple pie was a normal one in the toffee apple wrapper. We only go here for a treat, but won't hurt back. A word of warning if you have never been here before, it will take you a few minutes to get out and onto the main road due to the traffic lights and cars coming onto the mini roundabout from both sides of the retail park.

I rarely go to McDonalds, I don't know what the new things are, maybe I've never been before noon. We stopped by a few weeks ago to eat a cheeseburger. It was a huge disappointment for me that there were only bacon and egg breakfasts. As far as I know, McDonald's is based on cheeseburgers and French fries. And you can't get it anytime? Ridiculous. I can eat eggs and bacon at home, so why would I go to McDonald's? A fast food restaurant is not about serving breakfast, it is about serving that junk at opening time.

All 4 of our cheeseburgers were coated in a thick layer of salt\pepper. We had to scrape it off with a spoon and even then it was unbearable. 🤢

due to my love of McDonald’s I adore a caramel frappe, one day I was getting lazy & wanted it to be delivered to my household unfortunately they do not offer caramel frappes on mcdelivery, I must ask why is this? we soon gave them a call & unfortunately they did not fix our issue.. to our disappointment we was caramel frappe less that day.. we had to go all the way to downham market to enjoy our guilty pleasure

I got severe food poisoning from the chicken selects in my wrap, it made me extremely I’ll as well as my sister so ate part of my wrap also.

Service took forever. App order to car park wouldn't work. Mixed up order, absolutely rubbish.

Third time using the delivery service and never again. Every time it has been stone cold and just awful. Hot drinks are always cold and all drinks leak. This time around there were no straws and no sauces for the dippers. The delivery driver was then sat in our carpark for well over 10 minutes once he had delivered our food. I really hope he didn't have anyone else's lunch in his car to deliver!

Nothing has really changed at this branch, apart from the staff. McDonald's same sort of fast food as usual.

My order this morning was supposed to be cancelled by the manager as a fault in the app was adding additional items. I then ordered and paid for my coffees without using the app. I can now see I have been charged for food and drink I didn’t receive. It is impossible to contact Mac Donald’s via the app and the phone is constantly busy.

Absolutely useless drive through. The number of times this place forgets items from an order is, quite frankly, a bloody disgrace. Judging by the amount of times this happens to me - it happened again today - they must make a small fortune from not giving people food that has been paid for. I wouldn't recommend the drive through to anybody and the only reason I would recommend dining in is because when they miss stuff off the order you can deal with the problem immediately. Something that is difficult to do when you've just driven six miles home.
