McDonald's in Moray

Only missing 1 item this time. Half of my cuppa gone and soaked through the paper bag and went all over my kitchen upon removing it. Can only imagine how much was in the delivery mans bag.

Hi folk. I’m here to write about the shocking experience I had here. Some homeless man said he’d give me sloppy toppy if I bought him 9 nuggets in drive through which was gross!!. Staff then proceeded to not serve me 9 nuggets simply refusing to. Never again, manager winked at me so 5 star service

£6.30 for mcdonald’s fries is absurd…xxx

food came as ordered a little on the warm side rather than hot I think that was due to putting the fries in the same bag as the drinks but overall was alright.

Ordered a chicken sharebox and it was missing half the order, no nuggets was seen in the sharebox

I ordered on the app, but somehow the order went to Elgin!!! I've lost money and the manager refused to give me food which I paid for!!!

Order was cold and drinks were spilled. Hot food should be delivered in a vehicle not a push bike in Elgin as there is quite a distance from our local McDonalds to the area we stay in. Delivery person was very nice however.

Came in today for breakfast. Food was lovely but wee tyrant manager shouting at staff for all customers to hear is a bit much. She needs some training I think.

Twice now I’ve been charged for mozzarella sticks (6) and not received them!! Not using this again!!!

Quick service pleasant staff. Car park small and can be very busy. Spaces are tight. Food typical McDonald's.

Drive through service dire. Ordered and was told to park in the waiting slot because the milkshakes would take a little while....fair enough. Fast forward about 15 minutes and nothing. Went in and asked the lady about my milkshakes, and that took another 10 minutes of messing about to finally get them. Had nice lukewarm food to look forward to with my drinks. Jokerville, and I will not be going there again. Stick to Nairn.....much better.

I think mcdonald staff is actually incapable of getting a single order right. Actually has put me off ordering now. Just order anything because you have actually no idea what u will actually receive

everytime there is something wrong/missing, we didnt receive the philly cheese or nuggets and the rest was cold the fries where soft and flimsy.

Someone needs to redo their training on the hot drinks machine. Multiple times it's a watery mess without any chocolate.

bag was open, no juice, 2 small bags of chips missing, one double cheeseburger missing, one big Mac missing out of my family of four meal deal. I have contacted the restaurant to sort my meal out no answer I have evidence not using just eat again.

What sort of macdonalds outside of a town centre isn't 24hrs.

Was in the restaurant tonight, a young man handed me my food then put his hands in the back of his trousers. I spoke to the manager as it was disturbing he refunded my meal & cooked it again. Due to this I won't be setting foot in there again, the young man was told to go wash his hands. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I asked for no onions and no mustard on both the double cheeseburgers. Only received one double cheeseburger when there should have been two. Food was cold with it being late. Refund not to be put onto the redeemed as I won't be ordering again.

Typical M. Food was same as every other M. Service the same as most M's. Table and floors somewhat dirty. Bins full so could not dispose of litter.

No sauces or seasoning at all disappointing

So much lettuce, never enough sauce on the burgers. Usually forget the sauce that comes with the sides.

Waiting times are huge, food order mixed up, things missing, parking horrendous during holidays

I ordered at around 10 to 6, I waited over TWO HOURS for my food before it came up “delivered today at around 20:50” this came up at 20:00 which is pretty clear that my order was never delivered since it would mean the delivery driver would have had to of time travelled to deliver my food. The time is still changing under delivered and is getting later and later currently saying 21:30. If my food is delivered I don’t even have the delivery code because it disappears after the order is delivered.

Rated for McDs for what it is. This one pretty decent. Parking a bit of a nightmare but otherwise it's McDs in town 😂

The food I received was freezing cold,my drink was packaged upside down and my straw for the drink and dips for my chicken nuggets were nowhere to be seen. Highly disappointed in the services.

Very disappointed with Elgin McDonalds tonight I found someone hair inside my burger. Staff should be wearing hair nets and be more carful when handling food that’s just disgusting.

Ordered at 7pm ordered accepted for the delivery estimate 7.25-7.45 after 10 mins after the estimate time it was then changed to 8.25-8.45….. tried phoning at half 9 no answer on the phone 10oclock comes still no order!!!

Ordered this food at 19.55 and was given an estimated delivery time of 20.30 to 20.45 which was acceptable. When this time passed and no food had arrived I checked the app to see it had changed to 21.35 to 21.45 and eventually arrived at 21.30. To wait over an hour and a half for a McDonald's that is 5 minutes from my address is an absolute joke. No apology and no compensation offered for this and to top it off the chips were stone cold. This is not the service I expect when using JustEat.

Hot chocolate spilled over entire order

All of the food was cold. Food was over half an hour late. The two Caramel McFlurry's was melted by the time I received them and there was no caramel inside.
