Emperor Chinese & Thai in Moray

This has been my worst gastric case in history. It started about 8 hours after eating a noodle dish. I rang the shop and was told that other people had the same dish and were fine. My gastric problem still exists 5 days later!!!

Best food I've ever tasted, small authentic Chinese boy at the till was a great host!

Was away for a week and really was looking forward to a nice Chinese takeaway. Sadly it was not upto the standard i expected. I had beef in cashew nuts, the beef tasted rancid (my husband and son thought the same). The chicken in cashew nuts was foul (not just fowl). The egg fried rice was bland and tasteless. My son’s crispy chicken made him feel sick. Really not good.

Been using the Emperor for a couple of years, no problems until now, decided to have a cheeky Chinese for hogmanay, worst decision ever, my husband had the boiled rice and got food poisoning, the rice was the only thing that I didn't have and I'm fine. It's now 2nd January and he's still too weak to get up

Always tasty hot food available for takeaway during opening hours - both delivery and collection. No longer a dine-in option due to covid (understandsble) Good portions and reasonable prices.

Excellent take away. Food is top quality and fast service. Will order again.

My favourite satay sauce in Elgin! Food is good quality and takeaway is usually very quick

Just a really good Chinese restaurant.

Ordered a chicken in satay and it’s just not the right order, they then didn’t reply or answer my calls. I’m not a fussy eater so I thought oh well I’ll eat it anyway and the sauce tasted like dishwater. Don’t eat here (I will delete this review if you send me a crispy chilli beef to the Travelodge)

Been going here for years but that’s finished 3 times in the last 8 weeks they have forgotten sauce and has left me with a dry meal they offered to do one and I come and collect but food would be cold then said you get free chicken next time not good enough meals ruined waste of time and money I’ll go to another Chinese from now on and I think the woman is rude and abrupt not getting mine or my family’s money again

What the dill pickle my friend cant even order from you its too expensive 5.50 for a chicken dish Ur at it mate absolutely not having it

Open late is useful but the curry was all spice and no flavour.

Excellent food and quick delivery will be back

Pity it's just a takeaway now but the food is still spot on.
