My daughters chicken nuggets had bone in it

Delivery time kept changing and missed loads of my dips

delivery driver was perfect. so lovely and very friendly

food was Luke warm at best. forgot dips, again.

Food was cold when it arrive and the McMuffin wasn't wrapped properly so it was scattered across the bottom of the bag. Hash brown was full of black rotten bits. Grim start to the day

No cheese or extra cheese as ordered

ordered a feed the family for 4, no chips arrived. also ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 4 x bbq sauce and the sauces weren't included either. this happens regularly with mcdonalds. how hard is it to include all items with an order??? ridiculous

Delivery driver courteous and friendly

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered a Big Mac meal. It arrived stone cold, soggy and limp – genuinely disgusting. It’s bad enough paying for overpriced fast food, but to be served this mess is an insult. Big brands like McDonald’s clearly think they can get away with anything just because of their name – no standards, no care, no accountability. I'm so sick of big brands doing this over and over! It’s painfully obvious the staff couldn’t care less either. Maybe try actually training them, because right now it feels like they’ve just been chucked behind the counter with no clue or pride in what they’re doing. You’re taking the piss, and we’re the ones paying for it. SORT YOURSELVES OUT YOU GREEDY CAPITALISTS!!

I know it's fast food!! but the food was cold again and it's only from down the road

my friends ordered 2 burgers and chicken selects, the level of incompetence speaks volumes when they where unable to pack the chicken selects. the stupidity was further propelled when they where incapable of explaining how to be delivered the selects they where unable to give us food ( like thats not their job ). workers require HEAVY further training and basic competency skills ( especially concerning reading ability and being able to pack things correctly ). don't know what hooligans they're allowing to work at McDonalds but they need to work on their abusive language, and talking down to my just hungry friends. she woke up horrendously famished and frail without her selects, poor girl.

ordered a sweet chilli crispy chicken wrap ans got given a grilled katsu wrap

the Wraps were cold and you didn't send syrup for the pancakes so they had to be eaten dry

the courier spilt the drink had to throw chicken nuggets as were soaked in sprite & ended up with half a drink

I have been a regular with McDonalds for 40 years, and in the last few years it has gone severely down hill. Ring road McDonalds is particularly consistent at getting orders wrong. Missing items or incorrect ingredients in the food, which is insane as there are so few burger options. Just about ready to never return.

All food hot and nothing missing

Every time I place an order, something is missing, twice in 2 orders the apple pie is missing

standard macdonalds fare but was very cold

I received the drinks from someone else's order and no food whatsoever!! I have now had to pay again as you can't get a refund! im not well off its wrong there should be someone to deal with it straight away because we would have gone hungry because if your mistakes!! this is not the first time this has happened

If my gate is closed when you arrive and has a sign saying “please close the gate” the courteous thing to do is close it behind you,I have a dog and unless the gate is closed the dog could escape thanks

Worst mcdonalds in leeds by far when it comes to delivery, times are ridiculous, when it comes to fast food i always go to burger king now cos the wait times here are so bad

all delivery drivers struggle to find our house to I always put on delivery notes Morley van parked outside house.. driver goes straight past as I was outside waiting.. eventually he returned 5 minutes later and going the wrong way from McDonald's as I tracked him my sons food was cold and we had to reheat it in microwave.. not happy

Sausage in the McMuffin was burnt black. Food was borderline cold when it arrived. The delivery driver was one of the most miserable persons I've ever met. Just glared at me without saying anything or offering me my food.

Complete joke, ordered 3 pancakes with syrup and drinks. The pancakes were dry and syrup arrived for any of them. Total waste of money. Its not a hard order to get right is it....

No Minecraft toys with meal. disappointed children now 😔 whole point in the meal was for the toys and they've not been sent!

normal McDonald's poor quality food, with a particularly cramped car park, and filthy tables.

The food was nice and in time however the driver was very rude to me and i think you should have serious word with him

The driver was excellent, I wanted to give him a tip because my coffee was hot for the first time ever, when I get a delivery from Mcs, so well done him and I’ll make sure when he comes again, he will without question get a large money tip.

One of the most inefficient McDonalds around this place is. Michael who works there is great - other than that, it is a very very poor McDonalds.
