I've had at least 3 deliveries from this location and not once has my order been correct, phoned the location and they refused to help. When dining in, things are generally better, and for some reason the Coke from this McDonalds is the best I've ever had so that's what bumps it's rating up. Generally though I wouldn't recommend getting delivery as they somehow always seem to get it wrong.

As always on their drive through items missing after we pull away so had to return again, iv never been to any mc Donald's in last year who have given us a correct order ever.

Absolutely appalling drive through. Approxapetely 6 months ago paid for DOUBLE sausage and egg mcmuffin no cheese . Was given a single one when i only realised when I had got home and had specifically asked girl to check it as double as the bag felt light. Blatently lied opened up away from where i couldnt see and said it was a double !! Last couple of times been to drive through asked to park in a bay and they will bring it to me. Said I will wait, no parking spaces all packed with uber drivers picking up deliveries. ITS A DRIVE THROUGH NOT A PARK AND RIDE ROUND . Please do not be intimidated into parking and waiting for a drive through meal

Ordered meal, waiting 20 mins till asked where food was to be told someone should have told us they didn't have what we ordered to then wait another ten minutes for alternative meal

Ordered burgers including big Mac’s and double cheeseburgers all way toooo salty that no of us could not eat them. Tried to call the branch in Horsforth a few times with no reply.

I've used this place a lot and now I have had enough. Service is slow and the staff messing about. The change of staff is a high turnover. Customer service is poor staff are abject. Overpriced cold rubbish. Happy to take your money but give you low quality food. £7.29 for the meal but 1p less for burger and a drink RIP OFF!!!!!

Keep forgetting parts of the order, should consider an education requirement of reading orders

Someone clearly messed with my food, one of the burgers was intentionally made upside down with most of the bun ripped and a burger missing from it. my gut instinct told me not to trust eating it. the other had a fly inside it and the burger had bits missing.

Don't order a delivery from here you will never get you whole order.... Don't know if its cause it delivered through Uber eat when you order off McDonald's app or what but it's a joke..

Items missing not the first time either

Hello, I ordered no egg and an extra patty, I got 2 eggs and no extra patty. I can’t eat egg and because it was so close in proximity in the bag I couldn’t eat any of the food!

Very small restaurant with limited parking but very well run. As with all McDonald's you know what you're getting. Food was hot and served promptly. Would use again when next in the area.

This McDonald’s is diabolical. Missing items that was swapped for other things that I am allergic to. Food was flat cold and soggy. Every single time I order from THIS McDonalds it’s shocking! I won’t be ordering again this is a joke!

Delivery was good and on time but the venue (McDonald's Horsforth ring road) messed up the order again (not the first time!!) and missed items out.

ordered 20 chicken .nuggets an added a bag of medium fries medium fries. only the fries arrived .an 4.49 delivery charge .not good .so cost me 7.50p for a bag of medium fries. driver refused to take order back even though he was going back ther to pick up another order .spoke to mc Donald's horsforth .nothing that could do unless I came in to them already cost me 4.50p .now I have to go in with order to pick up food I should have already had an driver would not help eather ..absolutely appaling

I am disgusted at the way that my wife was spoken to by your delivery driver. This is the first time i have ordered from something like this for my partner. The food was incredibly late. This wasn’t the main issue. The way my wife was spoken to with my young child is unacceptable. The delivery driver could not find my address. This is not our fault, however the aggression and manner was unacceptable. This was meant to be a nice experience. It certainly wasn’t. I hope to hear from you.

once again orders from this restaurant has items missing, this is now a regular occurence. I will start ordering from the Guiseley one and see if they can get it right! Almost every single order has things missing!

Avoid deliveries at McDonald’s at all… Avoid deliveries at McDonald’s at all cost. Workers are lazy and lack the ability to do their job. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwich meals plus 20 chicken nuggets the other day and the only things that came were the drinks from the meal. I asked the driver about it and they said that they ignored him after asking where the rest of the food was. Also we contacted uber for a refund, we spent £24.38 but we only got £13.48 back. Service are appalling and a waste of time to contact.

Really pleasant interaction with the driver. The restaurant wanted him to cancel the order as it took over 30 minutes but he waited patiently for me. I have had very bad experiences on this app and others like it with bad delivery drivers but this driver has made my evening with his commitment to the customer and his positivity after waiting for so long.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s unless you want to be shouted at, customer service is shocking I even asked for their name and yingding wouldn’t give it I had to get it from another staff member! Don’t get a job like that if your going to talk to your customers in that way!

Put an order in at 12.20am didn't revive the food Untill 1.17am, was only supposed to be 22mins in total. Now the food is not worth eating it's cold and soggy just not worth it at all

Food was OK but the server who was management ignored that I was waiting to place my order then left the counter unattended and went off to clear tables extremely slowly... left me standing there for 10 minutes. She then came over after our meal and asked how the service and food was, when I explained the service could be better she put on an attitude and blamed the rest off the staff before saying "not my fault" and "you can't please everyone hmmmph"... no manager lady that was entirely your fault and you have a terrible attitude problem!

The time said it was delivered at 1.36am, it was nearly 1.45am when it was delivered and it was at the wrong address, they'd gone to flats and I live in a house, I had to walk to bottom of street to get the food, the food was cold when opened so wasn't exactly enjoyable but the dog enjoyed it

We ordered late after work and having not had chance to eat much all day. The delivery time kept getting pushed back to the point it was over an hour late, and then items were missing and every burger we ordered was done incorrectly. Very unhappy.

Visited on a busy Sunday lunch time. All food was served to us in our car, was hot and nice, chips actually had salt on them. Was actually a good McDonalds!

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a triple Big Mac meal and a McFlurry to be delivered to the car park. Ordered 6 dips, unfortunately received none and can’t really eat chicken nuggets without them. Had to ask the lady to bring us some. Chips were cold, undercooked and not salted, they were inedible. Didn’t receive any napkins in the bag, good job I came prepared with my own tissues in the car. No bacon in the burger which should have come with bacon. Unacceptable but we couldn’t be bothered to go back again for them to add it. Probably wouldn’t return to this McDonald’s. On the bright side, the nuggets and burger were cooked well and the McFlurry was decent !!
