McDonald's in Trafford

Soooooo dirty. Area to bin packaging overflowing on both bins and tops. Dirty used cloths just left out. Tables dirty with flies, had to grab the spray cleaner bottle and clean the table myself once I had sourced some napkins. A child could have grabbed the spray bottle. I hope it only had water in it. Once I'd got my food no muffin so given chocolate cookie, stale. Diet Pepsi not fizzy, didn't dare use the toilets. The worst sanitary McDonald's I have been to.

all 3 portions of fries missing, 3 kids now upset and still hungry, and although it was in your time, it still took 45 minutes

lovely food chips were just warm other than that lovely very pleasent delivery driver too

What is the point in clicking on stuff that you’d like with your order if it just gets completely ignored , McDonald’s staff must be so incompetent that they can’t read an order!

The Philly cheese stack tasted like the beef was off and the burgers were all split apart

Usual mcdonalds experience, clean and tid, large resteraunt with decent service.

The driver went to the wrong address and was larjed tgere fir a few minutes before contacting me this caused some of my items to be cold the n8g mac was deluvered with onions even after stating it shoukd be plain with cheese only

never turned up no answer would never order again

took nearly and hour for the food to arrive and when it did it was cold

my drink was leaking an only half full due to it being tipped over xx

I got a banana milkshake and it arrived without a straw absolutely useless

Happy meal was cold and only ordered to get the dinosaurs toy and it wasn’t even put in there

ice cream smelled like they had but perfume in it. Its also was very chunky and watery. contacted just eat for a refund to be told they can't do that.

you gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers, 3 cheeseburgers, a big mac, nuggets, fries, and. a drink and u gave me 2 big macs, 2 regular cheeseburgers and. a mayo chicken and chips.

I ordered 3 items, one of them was missing, won't order again.

Food is just as good as any maccies can get. However, I just wanted to leave a review for the lovely girl who served me tonight. Didn’t catch a name but blonde hair in ponytail and I think manager. Such a sweetheart went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. It’s rare to get service like that anywhere especially not fast food chains. You’re a babe if you see this!!

Curry house inside and out as all been done up not sure if have new chefs but food is bestin eccles now by a miles also one of the best iv had and i got to a lot of curry place's keep up the excellent work 😀

Sent me a cheeseburger, instead of a triple cheeseburger. Asked for one without gherkins, but got one without mustard, onions or anything else either. I had the worst experience with this McDonald's branch. The first time I went, they were extremely slow; I thought they were just busy. The second time, it was even worse, and they gave me the wrong order. I was so frustrated that I didn't bother to go back. They seem to be short-staffed and the staff they do have are inexperienced.

Toilets are disgusting , and when my order came, it was missing a chicken sandwich . Uppon going back to ask the lady where it is, she rolled her eyes , then said there's no sandwich on the order, just the happy meal . I told her to recheck, she again rolled her eyes, so i pulled up my app to show her it was on the order. Upon seeing it , she pulls the sandwich from under the counter and says : "There it is , while rolling her eyes yet again ". I sat at table #2 , may 25th , rougly 16:30 . Never again I'll eat here.

Instead of telling your courier , you have no milkshake and substituted with Fanta , you should state not available and if not refund customers money . Not put in what you want . Very poor . Sadly we don’t drink fizzy so it is wasted also .

Driver went to the wrong place, rang me, and when I explained to him he was in the wrong place, continually told me he wasn't. The order took 45 minutes to be prepared and then 45 minutes to be delivered. unfortunately the quality of the food was poor, everything was cold except the drying, which was so warm the ice had melted by the time we received it. by far the worst experience I've had with just eat. I've given 1 star only because I cannot give a 0.

Absolute garbage they get your order wrong every time the food quality is shocking and the staff don't care too busy messing around behind the counter. Avoid this branch the manager won't take your complaint seriously.
