Fuming, paid for 3 hash browns and got one, didn’t get given a receipt either 🫠

I got terrible service, then got charged for ketchup, there are much better and faster restaurants in area.

I went to grab a drink after doing some shopping, the manager (purple hair) was being so freaking rude to customers. Very much a CBA attitude which made me feel really uncomfortable. After ordering my frozen drink on the screens, I watched it being made and then it just sat on the side for 5 minutes, when I asked if it was my drink, I was promptly asked “has you order been called?” I said no, so she said “it’s not yours then” 2 minutes later, my order was called and I was handed the exact drink that I’d enquired about. Given it was a really warm day, it had half melted. There was something I did witness which I think it worth a mention. The Chinese guy, who I think is called Lin, who works there, was absolutely amazing with the customers. I seen him help an elderly couple to their seat, he was so polite and friendly, I watched him deliver a really good experience for the couple. Also when he realised there was a backlog forming, he jumped in to help with the drinks, a real team player. Just a shame that he has to work with such an incompetent team.

I am quite disappointed with the service provided by the evening staff at this location. The staff appeared inattentive and disengaged, often whispering among themselves rather than focusing on customer service. Orders were not prepared in a timely manner, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency or professionalism. Unfortunately, even when concerns were raised with the manager on duty, they did not take the feedback seriously or make any effort to improve the situation. This experience did not meet the standard I expect from McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald's branch I've been to..... I ordered a Mcchicken sandwich meal and a big mac meal and waited over 40 minutes for my order... as did several other customers also who were also complaining about waiting. After waiting all that time I received cold burgers , that had been thrown together and fries that were stale.and hard. Will never visit this branch again .

It is not 24 hour open dont spread false information please i went early morning to eat and staff was roaming inside but they didn't open up the store. Very bad 👎👎

I'm here at 5am and a member of staff has been working on her own all night. Regardless of being overworked there's no security, no health and safety if she injures herself, no protection from abusive customers etc. Appalling behaviour on the part of management who are fully aware of the situation. A perfect example of prioritising corporate profits. I will encourage her to seek legal recompense should any such incident occur.

One of the burger’s was missing (again…) and the sauces.

First of all, when the driver delivered the food, the drink was leaking out of the bag, I asked why... he said I don't know. Then I open the bag and I don't have a big mac meal.. Which I paid for, half of my drink had leaked in the bag. Shocking.

The driver was lovely and helpful

Ordered 2 Minecraft meals, a chicken nugget one and a Big Mac one. They only gave 1 collectible yet I paid extra for the Minecraft meals.

I just wanted to praise one of your staff members on our visit today, his name was Lin and he helped us with the kiosk and was very good showing us what deals were on at the moment and told us all about the products and was there if we needed anything, his enthusiasm and friendliness was amazing and really made my day, as we were eating we noticed how hard he was working, he was doing his job so efficiently and was so friendly to everyone. I think hard work should be recognised and I think its rare that you’ve got such a great member of staff and if I had a business I would want him to work for me and he is an asset to the company

been to this mcdonald’s so many times and always have the same experience, whoever the worker is with the pink hair, she needs an attitude check and instructions on how to do her job. so many times i’ve found myself stood around waiting for 15/20 minutes + whilst she stands and chats. ridiculous

I recently visited a McDonald's and had a wonderful experience, thanks to one of your staff members, Lin. From the moment I approached the counter, Lin was incredibly kind and supportive. Not only did he assist me with placing my order, but he also took the time to patiently explain how the rewards system works. Lin's dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident in his friendly demeanor and willingness to help. He truly exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding employee. I am grateful for his assistance and hope to see more staff members like him in the future. Thank you, Lin, for making my visit to McDonald's a memorable one!

How do you manage to send out my order with not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4 but 5 items missing? In recent months you've managed to mess up the order in one way or another 5 times! Ridiculous.

delivery driver took a double order the first in winton by the time he delivered my ordered it was stone cold and uneatable

Went to the drive through 17/1/25 and placed my order, drove to the payment window, and waited for 15 minutes as no one was there. After waiting I drove to the collection window and waited for a further 5 minutes before the manager came and told me the person on the payment window had to go and if I give him my bank card or I can go back round and wait back in a queue I was just in fir 20 minutes. No employee should ask for a customer's card. Terrible service, I would avoid at all costs. I didn't get my food in the end and ended up going Tim Hortons, which I highly recommend.

Horrendous! I ordered a filet o fish meal, but the filet of fish was so rotten it was an absolute joke! Took it back to the counter only to be told that the oil hadn’t been changed in such a long time that it was making all of them the same. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Literally no offer of a refund. No rights whatsoever selling inedible food or using oil that’s apparently needed changing for some time. Never again! Also the coke was flat just to top off the terrible place.

I ordered a hot chocolate along with the burgers and it tastes nothing like hot chocolate. It was so horrible that I couldn't take another sip. It was watery and tasteless. I mentioned this to the lady who seemed to be the shift runner, tried to sort and offered to get a new one which was equally bad. There is definitely either something wrong with their machines or products. I am sure the managers and staff member must know how horrible the drinks are but it seems like they don't care or are not heard by the management. McDonald's need to fix quality of their food.

Completely wrong order delivered. Phone them and absolutely useless staff and tell you to phone just eat. The error is with the restaurant.

R.I.P. McDonalds !!! :( It's like the last abandoned and deserted outpost of a once-glorious and thriving business which now only serves as a warning about how depressing fast food outlets in Britain, embodied almost exclusively by McDonalds, have become. We go here out of convenience sometimes on work lunch breaks and the burgers regularly look thrown together, even when it isn't busy, and are often missing ingredients. Like cheese, or lettuce, or sauces. Or burger patties (no joke). It used to have friendly staff, but recently it's manned by a motley crew of half-arsed and barely literate randoms who will leave half your order out, going cold (thanks) while the rest of your order takes its sweet time (just superb). If you're lucky they might actually announce which order it is, so at least there's that I guess. People only go here because Tim Hortons is a bit of a walk from ASDA and they hate themselves. Avoid.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food then it came out cold when I went to address the manager they had no interest 😒 I know they are very busy and it's stressful but I expect better from a person in a manager position

Delivery on table very late . Few item missed in service. No paper and sauce provided in tray and there no paper and sausage outside provided where we can take . All is under them , No any mac flurry and shake

Was due at 5 oat eleven arrived at close to 5 oat midnight, foods absolutely freezing, milkshakes are water absolute joke if I had the option I would have cancelled and got my money back my kids are asleep so just wasted 35 pound, I expect a full refund and not just eat credits about joke

I called in here on my way out this morning for a breakfast snack. Queued up longer than usual to order, queued up to pay as well, finally collected my food and drink. The hash brown was floppy and fatty and was still cold in the middle from being a frozen item. I opened my McMuffin with great anticipation only to reveal a single sausage muffin and not the double I had originally ordered. The Coke was the only correct item on the order!!!! Shabby wait time and shabby food. The staff were polite etc but I won’t go there again. Attention to detail is good customer service.

I was looking forward to having the Mc Rib but I wasn’t that impressed has it wasn’t that warm and neither were the fries hence the three stars

One day McDonalds might get my order right! Honestly can their staff not read? I order the burger meal deal for two that clearly states comes with fries. What arrives is just two burgers. Not exactly a deal is it? Two burgers for a tenner? Absolute incompetence time and again. Please train your staff.

Soooooo dirty. Area to bin packaging overflowing on both bins and tops. Dirty used cloths just left out. Tables dirty with flies, had to grab the spray cleaner bottle and clean the table myself once I had sourced some napkins. A child could have grabbed the spray bottle. I hope it only had water in it. Once I'd got my food no muffin so given chocolate cookie, stale. Diet Pepsi not fizzy, didn't dare use the toilets. The worst sanitary McDonald's I have been to.
