Had to walk to meet the driver as he couldn’t find my address

Wasn't massively late, but the burger was a bit cold, bread was hard and they forgot the supercharger dip. Not the best experience.

No dips in order but chicken was good

Always a great experience coming to kfc altrincham, for sure the best kfc in the area and the staff are always super friendly.

Drinks were not included despite being ordered and paid for.

We come to the Altrincham kfc once a week staff are always friendly. One in particular is Megan she will see us come in and if she is not busy always asks if we are having the same and will straight away go and do it for us. Big pat on the back deserved for Megan always polite and helpful. 👏👏👏

Food is of good quality and freshness compared to my home town of morecambe. It's kept quite clean and plenty of parking

I ordered a tango you get with the meal and bought one tango bottle extra and it wasn't with the order. so paid for a bottle of drink for nothing for it to do hide and seek in kfc's fridge, I have had this problem with things not turning up and couldn't be bothered because of the hassle, this is now getting ridiculously mad.

Disappointed that a 10 piece £41 party pack was all drumsticks no actual Chicken pieces and also the 1.5 litre Tango was missing.

Ordered the mini fillet burger and it was pink and also forgot to put the chips in, went in to change it came back out and opened the snack box we'd ordered and there was a small black hair in it🤮🤮🤮🤮

Came in today staff was really lovely and helpful food came quickly and was very fresh !

I am absolutely fuming with this order. Half my food is missing, and what I did receive looks like it was thrown together by someone blindfolded in a hurry. The burger is a complete mess—wrongly assembled, falling apart, and missing key ingredients. The fries are sparse, and the overall quality is appalling. I paid for a full meal, not a scavenger hunt. This is unacceptable, and I expect a refund immediately. Sort it out!

Worst KFC in Manchester! Orders always wrong, deliveries cancelled and no customer service... Close it down.

It arrived over 30mins late, cold and with a drink missing

I ordered a delivery via the KFC app, the food took 1 hour 45 minutes to come and then arrived cold with half of it missing, So then I had to drive to the restaurant (something I was trying to avoid hence the delivery) So I asked could I get the cold food changed, to which I was told no and was told to get a refund through the app by the team leader. Shoaib the 'team leader' that dealt with us was so rude and condescending, he shut down all attempts to figure something out to fix the problem to which nothing satisfactory was done other than offer us 3 fresh fillets and leave with the rest of the cold food and get a refund was his suggestion. He was unbelievably unprofessional and rude and I definitely won't be going to this particular KFC again I'll go to a different one.

As KFC,s go these days this is probably the best around in the area that i go to regarding cleanliness and the food. Staff all friendly and the American dude on the counter always helpful and provides good service. AVOID WARRINGTON retail park KFC dirty always food all over the floor. Staff can't string a sentence together and why the food is not of same quality as other KFC is beyond me

Very bad experience ordered for 12 pieces hot wings gave only 4 pieces and charged more than 7 pound.Noticed only when reached home. Cheating customers. If they dont have need to tell before rather than cheating like this... 😡

Delicious food ,Clean and hygienic well cooked food and super clean rest rooms.

The three piece colonel's meal was tiny. Three of the smallest chicken drumsticks were given as well as very few fries. Definitely not worth the money. Not the first time this has happened either.

The delivery guy was lovely, polite and very apologetic about the fact they he had only been given one drink when two meal deals had been ordered and there should’ve been two drinks in our order.

I went there for lunch with my partner and the place was very clean compared to the usual KFC restaurants. The food was very good and arrived quickly to our table. The current 2 star review is very harsh!

Got a fillet meal the chicken fillet was cremated and small half the bun was full of mayo not going again all the KFC have gone downhill

Just close the business if you don't want to work there, take away was uneatble as staff throw things into the bag and gravy everywhere

If you like what you've ordered then check the bag first. My own fault for not checking. But twice now items are missing. The difficulty of reading an order and then placing the items in a bag is clearly very challenging. Swerve this place or you'll be hungry after your meal.

Couldn't find what i wanted on the screen so I try to order at the till and they say I can't do that and they apparently ran out of mini fillets which is ridiculous
