KFC Altrincham - Retail Park in Trafford

I am absolutely fuming with this order. Half my food is missing, and what I did receive looks like it was thrown together by someone blindfolded in a hurry. The burger is a complete mess—wrongly assembled, falling apart, and missing key ingredients. The fries are sparse, and the overall quality is appalling. I paid for a full meal, not a scavenger hunt. This is unacceptable, and I expect a refund immediately. Sort it out!

Delivery man was polite and respectful

Be aware of local authorities' litter Rules. Very tidy. Good clean shop hot food nice staff friendly and helpful.

I ordered a delivery via the KFC app, the food took 1 hour 45 minutes to come and then arrived cold with half of it missing, So then I had to drive to the restaurant (something I was trying to avoid hence the delivery) So I asked could I get the cold food changed, to which I was told no and was told to get a refund through the app by the team leader. Shoaib the 'team leader' that dealt with us was so rude and condescending, he shut down all attempts to figure something out to fix the problem to which nothing satisfactory was done other than offer us 3 fresh fillets and leave with the rest of the cold food and get a refund was his suggestion. He was unbelievably unprofessional and rude and I definitely won't be going to this particular KFC again I'll go to a different one.

As KFC,s go these days this is probably the best around in the area that i go to regarding cleanliness and the food. Staff all friendly and the American dude on the counter always helpful and provides good service. AVOID WARRINGTON retail park KFC dirty always food all over the floor. Staff can't string a sentence together and why the food is not of same quality as other KFC is beyond me

Very bad experience ordered for 12 pieces hot wings gave only 4 pieces and charged more than 7 pound.Noticed only when reached home. Cheating customers. If they dont have need to tell before rather than cheating like this... 😡

Delicious food ,Clean and hygienic well cooked food and super clean rest rooms.

The three piece colonel's meal was tiny. Three of the smallest chicken drumsticks were given as well as very few fries. Definitely not worth the money. Not the first time this has happened either.

The delivery guy was lovely, polite and very apologetic about the fact they he had only been given one drink when two meal deals had been ordered and there should’ve been two drinks in our order.

I went there for lunch with my partner and the place was very clean compared to the usual KFC restaurants. The food was very good and arrived quickly to our table. The current 2 star review is very harsh!

Absolutely shocking KFC branch. Food is rarely decent, usually crusty, cold and tastes like it's been sat there festering for hours.

If you like what you've ordered then check the bag first. My own fault for not checking. But twice now items are missing. The difficulty of reading an order and then placing the items in a bag is clearly very challenging. Swerve this place or you'll be hungry after your meal.

all the chicken was very greasy had to leave 4 pieces of my chicken.

Couldn't find what i wanted on the screen so I try to order at the till and they say I can't do that and they apparently ran out of mini fillets which is ridiculous

This delivery was perfect thank you but my last delivery from you from mcdonalds was really bad due to delivery driver as it was all stone cold so good drivers deliver hot food

Would have recommended but they couldn’t even send the correct drink even though it was on the receipt.

When i was ordering food it said 25/30 mins once i paid it said up to an hour then when i checked twice on delivery time it jumped up 20 mins and then once food finally arrived it was all stone cold!

Not had a bad meal here at all. I always eat in and have the original recipe pieces. They are always delivered promptly to my table, are hot including the chips and always a good selection of pieces unlike other outlets which like to offload just drumsticks. Well done!I couldn’t ask for more and will continue to eat here.

Normally OK when I order but food eventually arrived after walking to another road to get my food as the driver got lost again then was stone cold, not great having to microwave food that should be atleast a little hot or warm. Will think again about ordering in future not impressed!

Didn’t get food this time. Won’t take order at the till and have to use nasty touch screens so just walked out Staff unhelpful as always. At least they won’t get my order wrong again if I don’t buy anything. Just a waste of soace

Everything arrived cold. Chicken looks like it’s had a bite taken out of it. Rice cold and stuck together. Only thing edible was the popcorn chicken (also cold) and the can of pop. Shame as usually don’t have an issue from here

Where's the rest of the fries? Ordered a boneless banquet and got hardly any fries (less than 25%) Won't be going again, they clearly don't give a stuff.

Two of the ordering machines didn't work it said take your receipts and it didn't give me a receipt they asked me not to order at the counter and go back to the machine and use it again. Absolutely no atmosphere in the place at all
