Don’t buy the chicken less wings. More bread than wing no sauce dry proper waste of money! No signs on the speaker in the drive thru and drove past it

The bucket meal was nice and tasty delicious good value for money will definitely order again. Delivered on time .

Went to the wrong address, didn’t read any of the delivery notes. Had to leave kids alone in flat to meet driver at front of flats.

My elderly dad sat at the drive thru for 5/10mins with no answer. When he let them know staff began to swear at him. Disgusting. Honestly shameful.

This delivery was perfect thank you but my last delivery from you from mcdonalds was really bad due to delivery driver as it was all stone cold so good drivers deliver hot food

Would have recommended but they couldn’t even send the correct drink even though it was on the receipt.

When i was ordering food it said 25/30 mins once i paid it said up to an hour then when i checked twice on delivery time it jumped up 20 mins and then once food finally arrived it was all stone cold!

Not had a bad meal here at all. I always eat in and have the original recipe pieces. They are always delivered promptly to my table, are hot including the chips and always a good selection of pieces unlike other outlets which like to offload just drumsticks. Well done!I couldn’t ask for more and will continue to eat here.

Food never came. Called kfc they said not their problem.

Normally OK when I order but food eventually arrived after walking to another road to get my food as the driver got lost again then was stone cold, not great having to microwave food that should be atleast a little hot or warm. Will think again about ordering in future not impressed!

Didn’t get food this time. Won’t take order at the till and have to use nasty touch screens so just walked out Staff unhelpful as always. At least they won’t get my order wrong again if I don’t buy anything. Just a waste of soace

Everything arrived cold. Chicken looks like it’s had a bite taken out of it. Rice cold and stuck together. Only thing edible was the popcorn chicken (also cold) and the can of pop. Shame as usually don’t have an issue from here

Indian lady who served me was nice, I couldn't claim my offer on the terminals and she sorted it out, no problem. Typical kfc otherwise

Where's the rest of the fries? Ordered a boneless banquet and got hardly any fries (less than 25%) Won't be going again, they clearly don't give a stuff.

Two of the ordering machines didn't work it said take your receipts and it didn't give me a receipt they asked me not to order at the counter and go back to the machine and use it again. Absolutely no atmosphere in the place at all

I have avoided this kfc due to the unsanitary practice but it's changed so much so I gave them another chance and it didn't disappoint standards has risen over the years and the food is excellent again now

Great location, lots of parking space, food delicious, friendly helpful staff. The only problem is that the "boneless bucket" isn't on the screen ordering options. We had to order it from the staff on the till.

First time to have a rice box and can highly recommend them. Delicious!

DO NOT USE JUST EAT!!! Ordered £45 worth of food. Half of it missing. Now just eat refusing to offer compensation. Trust me this KFC will miss something of your order and just eat won’t refund you at all.

Genuinely the worst kfc in the uk. They must employ staff that are intellectually challenged. Cant get anything right. Dont even bother ordering on uber eats you will spend £20 on food and get 2 cans of coke and popcorn chicken delivered. Ordered food on drive through the guy used bare hand to put ice in my drink absolutely unhygienic i paid to get dirty food i well spend somewhere else.

Just called in for lunch , problem taking my order , staff unable to speak clearly or understand... Then after taking my order short changed me , then tell me they only have drumsticks and thighs .... so 20 minutes later getting a refund ....whilst all the staff are communicating in a different language other than english ...hence me not understanding what they are saying ... won't be here again

It was originally 1 star, up to 5 star and back to one! Honest, who wants to sit with a load of youth swearing and drawing on the tables. Won't be returning.

app sent driver to wrong place. phoned restaurant to let him know and they wouldn't? thank fully the driver brought it to me but the app will not let him close it off. please make sure the driver is paid for this has he went above and beyond. not happy with restaurant.

Food arrived on time, but we received the wrong food and had to order elsewhere. Can’t ring the chain as there is no number and your email says we have to wait 48 hours to review the situation. Awful

Disgusting experience in the Altrincham branch. A group of young lads (about 8-10 of them) came in, hoodies and balaclavas on. They proceeded to terrorise me and my son sat at the table trying to enjoy our food. Calling us all sorts of racial slurs. When I informed the staff, the woman behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and said "there isn't anything I can do". Instead, I noticed the same member of staff laughing with the group and giving them free milkshakes and drinks. Absolutely horrendous behaviour. My boy has got cerebral palsy and is unconfident at the best of times, so, to be bullied by essentially the staff and a group of children is beyond awful. When leaving the establishment, I noticed they were all smoking weed and vapes RIGHT outside the front door. Again, did the staff do anything? Nope!! I totally understand a certain demographic of youths will act like this, but when the staff hadn't a care in the world and proceeded to give them free stuff, I was so shocked. We came here to enjoy a late lunch and instead were mocked and belittled by both the staff and a group of children. I have my doubts this review will even be taken seriously considering the relationship the staff on shift had with the lads!!! Appalling.

The food was amazing and as it was my first time ordering online everything was perfect

Chicken was great however the coleslaw and Pepsi were warm so not great!

Every time l order on line from this KFC in Altrincham retail park there is an item or two missing. Today, 8 hot wings, corn cobs and 3 french fries were missing from my order that cost £49.50. Unbelievable…

Not as disgusting as the former altrincham location but the fancy lighting and decor cannot hide the complete lack of service and energy from the staff. McDonald's is a stones throw away and the difference in the staff is night and day.

Place needs a good clean Staff need to wipe tables when people leave show a bit more pride in the workplace

I came through the drive thru around lunch time on Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised with the service of the young blonde girl serving me, I later found out her name was Kiera on my receipt. As a service worker myself, I understand how hard it can be on a Saturday shift, but this hard working young girl did not show any issues with serving me. I was unfortunately disappointed to hear the ice cream machine wasn’t working, but I was wonderfully directed to other sweet treats, but I decided against the cookies. Thanks so much KFC Altrincham and Kiera!

Absolutely useless! No one manning drive thru but no sign to say that so waited and waited and eventually had to go in anyway! Ordered 2 fries, snack box, 6 hot wings and a 2 piece meal. Got the snack box, 5 lots of fries and no hot wings! Also asked about ordering the dipped bites as they weren’t on the order screen and got told them can cook them but are not on the order screen as they have no cutlery to eat them with?! Rubbish!

Chicken overcooked. Tiny amount of chips as in less than a palm full for £2.69 a portion !! Gravy like jelly. Wouldn’t even pour out if pot turned upside down !! Overall terrible won’t return !!
