McDonald's in Hertsmere

Went to McDonald's at Potters Bar. To use a competition voucher ( big mac ). No marked out order counter. Paid with cash and voucher Service seemed slow for the amount of customers there. Bought large fries and a coffee, to make up a meal, with the big mac

It's the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to in this country. There were quite a lot of Uber orders ahead of me, so it took a little while but I had a pleasant stay.

Never fails to disappoint. How hard can it be to read an order & put the WHOLE order in the bag???

Close early when they don’t fancy working and claim “lack of staff” Tried getting food an hour before their closing time but no said walk ins, despite still serving the drive through

Not great this time late ok no problem Friday night so expect to be busy but drink lids were of two of the drinks so bag was soaking wet

Food was cold, no sauce for the nuggets even though I ordered them. Delivery time kept changing, originally quoted time was 15-20 minutes took 45. First time ordering so not a pleasant experience

Waited a hour for delivery and when it turned up it was all stone cold and the milkshakes had melted. Couldn't get through to the restaurant. Total waste of money.

Second time ordering from them in a week and both time they didn’t deliver any sauces with the chicken selects. Burgers on the first order were cold. Chips were stale and cold both time and honestly inedible so we just bin them. After reading the reviews now, I think it’s time they sort themselves out as it is not a one time thing!

Salad was just a box of leaves with two bits of cucumber, I ordered two plain burgers but got two cheeseburgers, (hate cheese) got two paper forks and no knife, and I didn't get a straw with the milkshake. Did not enjoy the meal at all, not worth the money I paid for it. Will not be ordering from McDonald's again.

The chicken sandwich sauce or lettuce tasted a bit ‘off’/sour

The delivery driver gave my dad the wrong food. No one has even tried to help us.

My food was cold and disgusting.

I leave this review as a warning to others. Out of the last 7 times I used the drive through they forgot to pack part of our order 6 times. This has ranged from forgetting 1 burger, through to 40% of our total order. Normally, we go back and they sort it out, but it’s a hassle and a stupid one at that. We never order more than 10 items, so counting to 10 and ticking items off a list appears to a be step too far. This time around, they forgot 30% of the total value of our order. I cannot be bothered to go back and have it out with them. What a poorly run business. Be sure to check the bags thoroughly before leaving the premises! I won’t be going back.

I ordered my food and you took payment and didn’t place my order so I can to order it again I have emailed to say this I payed twice for my meal I would like a refund as that was my last £30 I spent as me and my daughter needed food so I need half of that refunded I have the transactions on my bank statement that just eat took pay meant twice but I only made 1 order

Stood at the counter for quite a while before being attended. They were busy with the delivery items and drivers. Customers whom are unable to use the touch screens should assisted too. It appears the delivery service takes priority over everything else. Upon discussion with family/friends, we've all agreed bringing the 'Mc Rib' & the front till's back, will definitely swell the Customer numbers.

When food eventually arrived it was completely cold- the fries were actually not cooked through,they were white and flaccid. milkshake was disgusting ( to much syrup) and had melted.nuggets stone cold. This is not the first time we’ve had appalling service from this McDonald’s - they are also the slowest to serve. What a dreadful advert for the McDonald brand.

One of the worse McDonald’s in potters bar food be stiff cold and it’s not fresh food it’s all microwaved food not good and I’ve seen a lot of rats around this McDonald’s do not eat out of in here out of date food they’ll serve you and plus I found a hair in my McDonald’s oasis I poured it out to see clearly to see if I was seeing things clearly I was right there was a hair in my drink I almost got sick when I seen it

We went through the drive thru- all the chips were missed - I went back in and they gave me a bag of chips had a quick glance and ran back to the car- only to realised they missed AGAIN another portion of chips. Then the cherry on the cake - just took a bite out of my Big Mac to find a whole beef patty missing. what a bloody joke

They always get the Order diabolically wrong and the food is stale, soggy and cold. I swear, it's like no one in that store can read. And half the last time I ordered front there, only 1/3 meals arrived.

Every time I order from this mc Donald’s they manage to get my order wrong or it’s incomplete!
