This branch always gets our order wrong. We got 6 nuggets instead of 5 selects this time! Whyyyyy cant you guys read the order correctly?!?!

Lovely driver, super friendly and on time

Every time I order from McDonald’s in Potters Bar they forget something, every single time. They have got to be the worst Mcdonalds ever!

Went for takeaway. Very poor food, chips only warm, apple pie warm, chicken dry, and chilli dip missing won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending Mac.D. to anyone. Complete waste of money.

The chips tasted like cardboard and I'm sure the burgers have gotten smaller, plus they forgot my milkshake again.

I ordered at 6:30 it said it will be here at 7:05 it then kept getting pushed back then turned up at 7:33. And it was cold so I had to put it in the microwave which made it soggy and horrible

Second time in last two drive through that food I ordered has not been included and nothing you can do once you're home. I asked many times if everything was included. Very annoyed as they were Snotty with my asking.

You need to look into restaurants that keep on not fulling their orders, again I was missing an item which I had paid for and again just eat have refused to refund me for this item. Time and time again this keeps happening. They need to review their restaurants who repeatedly do this. And to re think their refund to these problems immediately, customers should be aware that just eat do not stand up for your rights at all.

I ordered McDonalds breakfast, i asked for a mcmuffin with no egg (I am allergic to eggs), hash browns, pancakes with sausage and a coke, the mcmuffin arrived with only an egg inside of it, the coke was flat with melted ice and the pancakes were ice cold, only got a refund for the mcmuffin too.

Because the delivery driver accepted more than one order the food was cold by the time I received it. I watched the delivery on the map of the app.

Ordered my food at 9:30pm and it did not arrive till 11:10pm. The drinks had all spilt over and the food was cold.

The app told me it they were preparing my order for over an hour! Once the delivery driver collected the order it was fine so not a reflection on them! Also no way to cancel the order or speak to anyone!

Once again potters bar McDonalds is disgusting 🤮, they haven’t got a clue how to cook burgers in there. My food arrived cold and soggy and took one hour. Even tho it’s 7 min from my house. They do not care about their customers. They serve rubbish and most likely been thrown to the floor before serving customers, stay far away from this place it’s disgusting and will be reporting them to the council and good agency

Fairly small McDonalds but service is great. I went at 4pm which had a lot of students in. Good high chairs if you have a baby. Food was fresh and tasty

If you order a number of items from this McDonald’s, be aware that you will not receive all of your items, this has happened so many times, I’m sure you will read this and think…well why do you keep ordering then? Well the kids just love McDonald’s other than the one who’s meal is missing from the delivery that day. AVOID!

Food was cold. Not edible cold but sat outside cold. Driver couldn’t find address despite this never being a problem previously with any delivery. Asked for happy meal toys got books and now unhappy children who I have had to cook for as their ‘treat’ was stone cold

Yesterday, 18th December, I was sharing a coffee with my wife. I noticed a promotional offer on an adjacent table and read the details out of curiosity. I have an acquired brain injury, and found the qualifying requirements ambiguous. My wife also thought the offer details to be ambiguous too. I took my query to the main counter and was helped by the store manager, Veronica and an assistant, Forhad. Between them they agreed and gave light to the offer. They were not patronising, and were unaware of my cognitive difficulties. Our question was answered in a polite and enthusiastic manner. Well done Potters Bar team. Credit given when credit due! If the weather is too bad to deliver quality then don’t bother! Unacceptable

I usually come here for a lunch break most of the time and usually at different times. You see older aged staff arguing with each other, staff calling out number and getting angry because the order isn’t collected - understandable, but walking around with a tray and calling out the number isn’t appropriate. I saw a comment where the service is slow for the amount of customers and that is true. Food is “alright” here.

This place is a discrase do not order from here. I ordered a breakfast on just eat it they gave me a delivery time said courier was at the restaurant then 30 mins later still not being delivered and still saying preparing. In other words no courier to delivery but saying there at the restaurant. Yeah my righ

Why do you always have items missing

This in the worst McDonald's. Yet again there is something missing from our order. Even if you repeat your order several times they can never get it right. Unfortunately we were in a hurry so couldn't check. I woukd advise anyone visiting this store to double check what you are given even if it means you hold everyone up.

Rubbish. Cold food. Burger missing. Wrong drinks. Ordered one burger plain and everyone else’s came plain too. Expect better from McDonald’s. Actually delivered in 15mins but marking 1/5 because the order was so wrong I can’t considered it delivered.

Driver got lost i tracked his route. He sat outside the top of our road for 20 minutes then went 4 miles round to come back. I tried messaging him but no response. Food was freezing not others refund for less that one bag of fries. Insulting

most probably he got more than 1 accounts

Food came stone cold! Including the not so hot chocolate and the delivery times just kept extending.
