Ordered a brownie at 19:16 and was given one that should have been discarded at 15:08. Don’t put these labels items on if you’re not going to follow them!

One of the best McDonald's I have visited, we eat in didn't have to wait too long for our order, clean, tidy, phone charging available, enjoyable 😀

Honestly just go to a different one... the workers are the most useless bunch of workers you can find, with the accepting of 1 or 2 young people who work there. They forget food, mess up orders, one guy tipped fries into the bag loose and pulled the emptied box out... Another employee had a drink returned as it was not zero sugar, the same drink was given to a different customer... I know it's a mcdonalds so expectations arent high but come on... at least have a some standards, even if they are low

orderd chicken wrap it was missing from order

eat in or drive though don’t recommend delivery. Just had my 2 daughters a happy meal delivered and all they sent was the milk shakes and 2 fruit bags no happy meals and when I tried to call they kept hanging up the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Was 30 minutes late, upon arrival the delivery driver just gave me a bag with a drink that was spilling all over the floor. I asked him where the rest of my order was ( almost 30£ worth ) to him then saying that’s it, rang McDonald’s and they said it’s not there issue and they can’t do anything about it! Really not happy about the customer service honestly!

burger was very bland no tomato ar sauce just shaped together. crispy chicken burger was spicy and not great and the burger was half burnt.

most of the order was missing. the hat trick meal and 2 apple pies were missing from the order. I ordered the big mac with extra sauce and extra pickles, I got 1 pickle and a tiny blob of sauce. the Galaxy caramel mcflurry didn't have any caramel sauce. so thank you McDonalds for an abysmal birthday meal.

Food was normal McDonald's food, nothing out of the ordinary but the toilets were terrible 😭, blocked cubicles and "mess" on the floor.

Can't even get the food right most of the time the customer service is terrible they don't want to take responsibility for the order going wrong the food turns up cold from them most times the chips are floppy and taste like the wrapper they came in and they hired people who can't get an order right there drinks taste a little funny ordered chicken big Mac and they sent a big Mac so my partner didn't even get to try a chicken big mac had to get uber to refund my money even though i ordered from McDonald's app as food wasn't delivered order from Jarman park food so much better

My order was left outside the front door, no one had attempted to knock on the door, and now my food has been left outside for 20 minutes cold. Not happy with this service this time.

So ordered online through the McDonald's app 9pm Driver went to the McDonald's (Uber eats) drove away all the way to apsley and back again drove back to the McDonald's then at around 9:45 the driver said the order had been picked up on the Uber tracking, food arrived with me about 7 minutes later but was stone cold and you could clearly see on the label it was picked up at 9:15 Driver blamed McDonald's for it taking so long I called the Uber support line who said no it was picked up at 9:45 and delivered 7 minutes later so they cant do anything about it, I said I can email proof that it wasn't and the driver is lying but apparently they can't take emails but he would be happy to take my comments for training. I have then tried to contact McDonald's who apparently also don't have any kind of complaints department. Someone give me my money back

Terrible experience with mcdonald's today, ordered at 3.30pm delivery said between 4 and 4.20pm. It stated a driver was being assigned which then stayed like that until 5pm, after calling restaurant to cancel order which they said was not possible and offered no help, the food finally arrived 10 minutes later and stone cold and stale. It had obviously been sitting in its packaging since I placed my order over an hour earlier. Disgusting!

I took coffee in the early morning unfortunately only 1 person was serving everywhere. Coffee was not really hot...they not serve breakfast until 5 am...

I ended up with half a hot chocolate and my food was cold. The hot chocolate had spilled in the bag and then dripped over my carpet.

Due to memory problems caused by my disability I misplaced a bag and mistakenly marked it as missing. I am very sorry! This was not the drivers fault, he delivered everything on time and in a good manner.
