Yet again missing items from Hemel Hempstead McDonald’s

Our drinks tasted like fizzy water and Im missing my chips

Good did not turn up and I was charged. Terrible

Really disappointed in your services first my order took really long to come and the driver it was really grumpy and intimidating only because he didn’t find the door i even told him to ring me if he needs to but he just ignored me and started complaining about the numbers around the property please make sure you do some checks on your drivers because in instance some girl like mum or my wife went outside to get the food and the driver was really scary and talking on a rude tone

Waited 7 minutes for 2 small Mcflurry. They seem only cater to drive thru/ delivery as dine in customers were all waiting but no food given. Also the price here is higher than other branches.

Nice stopping place. Service at changeover after breakfast erratic. Lots of lost orders including ours. Long wait whilst they cooked it all again. And no apology.

While we were dining, a customer with five children received an incomplete order and voiced their concerns. The staff member's handling of the situation was unprofessional. This experience has negatively influenced my decision to dine here again.

Took over 50 minutes for the food to all turn up cold, soggy and warm drinks

i have ordered through the Mcdonald’s app a few times now (specifically Maylande Avenue) and they have gotten it wrong at least the past 3 times so i won’t be using them again they have missed food AND drink items off that we’ve paid for, not given straws napkins etc even when they have been requested we have phoned the restaurant about claiming a refund for the items, however, we’re told that they don’t know why the food is missing and they can’t offer us a refund!

Everytime we have ordered on the app from this place they get our order wrong, ranging from forgetting straws for our drinks to actually forgetting the order, many a time we have not received food that was clearly on our order and apart of deals, it is a joke. One time we called the restaurant to complain and get a refund for the missing food and they blamed it on the delivery driver. Do not order your food here.

Food quality is excellent, staff behaviour very polite. Cleaning is excellent

Ordered at table using the app and food arrived in under 5 minutes. Excellent service. My only gripe is the bloody awful background musak, hence the 2 star "atmosphere" rating.

Great little McDonalds, close to the Travel Lodge and so perfect for breakfast - but also a brilliant location if you're passing on the M1 and want to divert and pick up a snack (or more) but don't want to pay m-way prices. Service on the walk in is generally quick, and they're not generally full of UberEats types picking up multiple orders (like so many other MickyDs these days) so you can get served quickly. The car park is well laid out, and from what I saw of the drive through, it seemed to be running smoothly. Not perhaps the most enthusiastic of welcomes from the staff - but then, I was here around 7am for breakfast and whose got a song in their heart of that time of day! Good food, well prepared, hot and tasty - what more can you ask?

Hash browns were soaked in oil and stuck to the bags, rendered to mush when trying to get them out.

Food arrived cold, fixed with a nuke in microwave. Mercifully though, everything was delivered.

We waited an hour and a half for our food , the time was constantly changing and getting later and later , they shouldn’t accept the order if they can’t fulfil it in a reasonable time , the food was cold , there was no salt in the fries ( very bland ) we order all the time and this was the worst experience to date

They literally didn’t give us any of what we ordered… but gave a portion of chips and 6nuggets and 3 mozzarella sticks when we ordered the chicken share box that was 12 nuggets and 4 chicken strips, mozzarella share box 2 drink and 2 mcflurries left my children hungry and frustrated!!

Mimus 1 star!!The food was freezing cold when it arrived. I had to re heat the food before it could be eaten. Granted McDonalds isn't the hottest of foods but this was stone cold. Reported it to just eat who have said they won't be doing anything about it because it was delivered in the scheduled time. This maybe so but that still doesn't heat up my food! So either the driver didn't have it in a bag to keep it warm or the restaurant gave him freezing cold food. Neither of which is my fault.
