McCoys Fish Bar in Medway

Great chips and great value for money. First time I have been here and I will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone.

Was recommended this fish and chip shop and couldn't have been happier. Fish was crispy and hot and the large chips we shared was enough to feed a family. We really couldn't eat them all. Staff were friendly and everything was hot.

I go there once a week for my mother's pensioner fish and chips at £3.50 it couldn't be any cheaper well surprised buy the size of a portion for that money always have a double cheeseburger for myself with an extra slice of cheese staff absolutely fantastic nothing's too much trouble

Can’t fault the food, service or staff . Thanks .. always fresh ,crispy batter , no skin on the fish , as some places do. Plenty of choice from fish, pies, chicken and much more

Cooked fresh always tasty good size portions price is right , too many chip s for one person . Staff friendly .

We was going to visit relatives and one of my favorites are are cod bites I purposely running a shop up the day before and asked if they done them and got an adamant yes when we went there Saturday lunchtime I'm looking forward to my cod bites and chips they said sorry we haven't got anyWHAT PART OF CUTTING A PIECE OF CUT INTO SMALL PIECES AND PUT IN BATTER AND COOKING THEM I DO NOT UNDERSTAND she informed me they have to come from another shop so i e they're not fresh

On previous visits I’ve waited ages just for chips to be cooked but this time the service was quick. Good Service and tasty fish and chips to enjoy when we got them home. Glad to see things are more organised and the waiting isn’t long when the queue was out the door. Well Done & Thanks

We moved to the village a year ago. McCoys was recommended to us by locals. The queue outside says it all - fantastic, tasty, fresh fish and chips (pies etc too but we've only had fish). People come from surrounding areas to buy from here too. Not cheap but you certainly get fabulous food.

Brilliant chippy . Fish is always delicious. Wouldn't go to any other chip shop for fish and chips .staff are super friendly too

I'm pretty fussy with fast food / takeaways / restaurants and I'm willing to travel to get the right meal. This place serves fantastic fish & chips, always extremely fresh and cooked to order as it rightly sells out as quick as they cook it! The staff are friendly and the young Cypriot owner takes pride in the food that is prepared and served. Fantastic favourite and deserves to do well.

With queues outside the door at all hours, this chippy is the best for miles around. Genuinely the best fish and chips that I have ever tasted.

Always a friendly reception, with a great selection of delights to choice from. Never a problem asking for my Chips to be Double Dipped just as I like them.

This place is busy but every time I go you wait an absolute age for chips to be cooked. With people queuing out the doors why not put a load of chips on to cook. 45 minutes from outside queuing to finally getting chips is a bit of a joke. It’s not a lack of staff here there are plenty of people working inside, it’s just a lack of organisation and forward thinking when they are busy. Food is worth the wait but it is frustrating having to wait so long for it.

Dissapointed , seems to have gone downhill over the last couple of visits . Chips more scraps than nice thick chips , sausage felt and tasted cheap. Was top quality when we moved to the village but been dissapointed the last couple of visits

A Fish and Chip shop that knows how to cook great fish and chips. A good range of fish and other delicious choices to try. Friendly and efficient.

Can't go wrong with McCoys. Excellent quality produce beautifully cooked ,good sized portions and friendly service.

have used this place for years every week . always good food and friendly staff . small portion of chips will feed an army too

I used to use this place every week and was never disappointed. Sadly that has changed; one my last visit it just felt like the importance they placed on their customers had gone.
